Hello team,

I am writing this complaint against dtdc baduria as because the individual there is not at all responsible with his duties and is not responsible at all as how to behave with the customers. He is not ready to deliver it to the address given and we have to go around 3-4 km every time something comes by dtdc.

Also, he misbehaves with us and with everyone who tells him to wait for even 2 mins if bychance he comes to deliver the parcel which for a change he had done for me today but i told him to wait as because i am not at home and someone else had to come to pick up the parcel. But the delivery guy was so insolent and spoke so rudely against us and said he cannot wait and he went back home without giving the parcel to me or to my known.

Every time even before also he has done the same thing and my family had to go to his home to get the parcel. This is not at all how dtdc operates and please get this rectified.

Customers are getting harassed for the same and this is impacting dtdc itself.

Get this looked into as soon as possible

I ordered a watch from a site, they parcelled the item via dtdc, when it arrived, they called me on the last day of its return date, i was unable to attend the call, next day i called her back, she told item is returned and argued that she called me a lot. I found only one missed call on the return date. Now it haven't arrived the orgin. Very bad on dtdc. Tracking no: m79210103

We need to book parcel so we search dtdc courier company in jogeshwari mhb colony but when we contacted on their given number they asked us to pay booking amount of rs. 10/- we have paid tried to pay them through their given link online but fraudulantly they have cheated and got control o[censored]pi registered state bank savings account and taken away our 5000/- so be aware pleaese book manually any parcel want to courier

I sent some important documents from pune, india to nuremberg, germany. The delivery address is well known company which resides within the city center. Recipient received many couriers everyday with same address. But delivery partner of dtdc neither able to find the address not they tried to contact via email and phone to make delivery happen successful. Consignment no is n21194671.

Now they returned the courier to uk, and asking money for retry. Also they don't assure me that delivery will happen on the same address. There is no way i can change the delivery address as the address is correct only.

I am writing this complaint.
My parcel is supposed to reach to iiser kolkata, mohanpur with a pin code 741246. But i get a phone call on 20th of february asking me if kolkata city had a place named mohanpur. I clearly told them that i mentioned the correct pin code in the packaging layer of the parcel. Then got to know it reached a place named madanpur, with a different...

Dtdc courier branch from gobichettipalayam and anthiyur are playing ping pong with my parcel

And finally got an excellent feedback from anthiyur courier office stating, i need to collect only from their office.

They can't deliver to the address in the parcel, states courier company pays only one rupee for tha parcel to him, so he can't travel and deliver

This is not first time such delivery issue with dtdc

Fedex and professional couriers deliver promptly to my address and my residence resides on athani sathi main road. If a courier service unable to deliver on such location, i don't understand how they deliver to very remote locations

It's been a month since i send that parcel. They came to pickup. The adress was correct but however they didn't deliver. Now it came back to dwarka office. I don't know where my package is. They won't return my calls. It was important.

The tracking number is z30035903.

I try calling them everyday but they won't return my calls.

Please help.

I am vinod kumar pal. My shipment couriered from mumbai to varanasi from dtc with awb no.:v90005831.
As per tracking status it is given to security guard.
My query is that why courier not given to me as well not contacted by dtdc member even i was available in varanasi. How dtdc can give parcel to security guard.

I still chasing for my shipment. Please assist me.

Cathedral road branch service is very very worst i do not know either they do courier service or some other work even not caring to deliver the items received from other location we have to go and collect the same when we track in the tracking simply they mention that receiver is not available example see below status and today i my self collected the same so please do not recommend the dtdc particularly cathedral road ritche street branch...

Till date it never reached its destination when i call them every time they say wait for an hour we will get back to you or call you back but till date i am calling them from 14 days but always they say me to wait and never call back again.

Whenever call connect they will say sorry for inconvenience, but concern person is at emergency leave today please wait and we will call back and do cycle will start again

Sometime they say area was non serviceable that of clearly a lie and if area was not serviceable why they accept it in first.

Again one time they said "sir, your parcel is returned, because you have asked for it to return"
Again what a big lie that was good thing i was recording everything conversation, only then they accepted there fault
But again said sorry for inconvenience we will get back to you again soon and still waiting.

This is clearly cheating, they are lieing and cheating openly

Now after holding me for 1 month they are saying we can return you courier to if you without and refunds or compensation and any type of clear answer.
I am frustrated that courses have admit cards of students and they are waiting for it so they can give exams on 4 march but i think i will had to say, sorry students your career is destroyed

I can track the DTDC orders which was shipped from Bijnor from 13 Feb still not delivered. It's showing "Out For Delivery" and "Not Delivered(RESTRICTED ENTRY-(OTR))" at 8:30 PM. I was standing out side of my property from 6 PM and continually trying to contact customer care number which was always busy.. ( don't know how)
The percel have proper address and phone number. But no luck.

My parcel was supposed to be delivered on 18-feb-2020, but no updates are uploaded on the tracking centre. No response of calls and messages. I feel very irritated and tweeted against this kind of service from a so called reputed courier company. The parcel is not so far away from the registered address but still in the transit situation. Please acknowledge this complaint asap.

This complain is related to the consignment number #K33880433. I took the DTDC service on Feb 5th and got my product submitted to the center. While updating the address, the PIN number was updated incorrectly by me, rest of the address was correct. Upon tracking the shipment details in the next few days, I realized that the PIN was incorrect and I immediately called the center and gave them the right PIN and the address in WhatsApp given the status was 'out for delivery'. The DTDC guy assured me that he will talk to their team in the delivery location and have the product delivered to the right location. I was convinced and waited for a day - this happened somewhere around 8th/9th Feb.

Next day, I checked the status and was reflecting the same and as the weekends evolved around, so I thought of waiting till Monday and was in constant follow-up with the guy at the center. On Feb 13th, I saw that the status changed to 'RTO Processed and Forwarded to Hub' which added to my discomfort. I called the center and asked about their assurance and he had only one answer that it was processed by the other location guy and there isn't anything they can do and stated that let it come back & he would re-send it to the right PIN code now.

Since, Feb 13th I have been in constant touch with the guy at the center and he said the sooner it arrives, he would send it back. Till today, the product did not arrive at the center and my urgency has desisted. While calling the center today (Feb 18th), the guy took the tracking number and said that the product hasn't reached their center and spoke in a very ruthless manner stating - "if you need the product, go to the airport and collect it." To which, I replied stating if this is the way they speak to their customers. They stated that once they receive the package, will call me.

This type of insanity and unprofessional behavior should not be tolerated and they need to learn how to deal with their customers.

I want to submit a complaint regarding my courier which i have not recieved but when i tracked it on dtdc site it shows that courier has been delivered and recieved by sseseaseal. Who is that? And i can see this name is used in so many delivery and they have lodged a complaint.

I even dont know who he/she is. I think something wrong has beendone from your side. That is very pathetic service. I am waiting for my parcel for the last 10 days. My tracking i'd is d56989665

My parcel ref no. V90095968 was suppose to be delivered today, it was even out for delivery but it did not get delivered today. When can I expect the parcel to be delivered? First of all delivery office of sundarpur, darbhanga, bihar near passport office, has called me and deny to deliver at my location. After few hour the courier has been showing delivered but i have not received the courier yet.in that document was there and now i am worried such a irresponsible behiviour they are showing. Tracking number is - k24129835. If they can't able to deliver then why they took responsibility.

As my courier is sent from chittradurga to hyderabad it usually takes a week to deliver. I was expecting it to come as fast as possible but unfortunately online tracking is showing cir
Which means i was not there and they took it back. They could have handed over to watchman in front of cctv cameras. As they said that they came and went back, same date cctv footage was checked but there was no such deliver came on that day. So i request to send the courier again to me,

My consignment number is k24094029, and my package is not delivered at bangalore. From last three days, it is showing the same status. I called customer care but they are not telling me why my package is not delivered and they give some other number, which are not attended even after hours of call. You can feel my frustration, as this was my first experience with dtdc. I am regretting, why i chose dtdc. Even our government speed post reaches faster than this. I will never recommend dtdc for any urgent delivery

My consignment no[protected] from amazon was to be delivered on 14 feb 2020.
I received an sms saying that the delivery was attempted and that my door was locked - this is a lie as my office and home are in the same location and the door is never locked.
I then received a sms from amazon saying that the reason the package could not be delivered was that the contents were damaged and that it was returned undelivered
This shows how easily your staff resorts to lies and misinformation, trying to make it appear to be the receiver's fault.
Kindly take action on the person responsible for this mis-communication.
If you dont do this, the practice of lying and putting the blame on the customer will continue

Hi all

There is a consignment booked on 12th feb, 2020 from ghaziabad to aligarh via dtdc courier, i have been tracking the shipment through dtdc tracking website, the tracking shows "rto received at facility-aligarh"

But again when i checked it on the same day it shows the status undelivered and consignment redirected.
No one has contacted me and no one has come to the adress.
I called at the customer service phone number, they r not responding and didn't pick any of the call.

I have also booked a complaint (Case no.[protected], but when ever i call the number [protected], no one picks the call. I would have called them atleast 50 times.
