My grand mother was available at home but in tracking it is listed as receiver not avaliable (Cir). It is urgent courier. Please deliver it fast.

Let me know if they will try to deliver it today. Or send me the number of the dtdc person who have my courier do i will talk to them.

Please suggest them to deliver it again today

I had booked a courier from dtdc from hanuman junction, andhra pradesh to bangalore, on air following consignment number v58265492 and at the time of booking i was told by the dtdc agent that the consignment will be delivered in 1-2 working days maximum but its been almost 4 days and yet my parcel is not delivered and there is no proper support from dtdc to address my issue, i am trying to track my consignment from past 1 day and its showing...

I had posted document through dtdc courier service on 16.01.2020 having number h18068116. At the time of booking i was informed that my parcel will take 3-4 days to reach at destination. Since 20.01.2020 it is showing at "sangareddy" till today. The person of dtdc at shop (Mr. Satyam[protected]) is having no idea of my parcel. For reference i have attached the receipt given to me by dtdc ramagundam branch.

We are using dtdc courier to send our parcels and we recieved this bill for the month of dec 2019, where actual freight charges are 7895/- but courier franchise charged 13, 079/- which is an overhead of 5180/- under the name of fuelcharges, other charges, gst, cgst, igst.

Can they charge like this with overhead costing which is double? Is it legal?...

I booked my consignment with dtdc services, opp. Dr. Vivek jain hospital, near hdfc atm, model town, rewari, haryana 123401 on 8th jan 2020, they booked without check service location in sending address and for make money. After 16 days, they call me to collect my consignment form their office, when i ask to return the consignment to my address, they refuse and threat to throw my consignment in dustbin.
I am clueless and badly affected...

Tracking# r36232938 not delivered. The dtdc website says delivered to security guard. But there is nothing delivered. There are people at the address as well and further all outsiders entering apartment need to sign in the register and there are no entries in register from dtdc side. The point is that package is not delivered and further the customer care numbers aren’t working. There is no way to contact dtdc!...

Tracking reference no z[protected] dtdc, booked from delhi on 13 jan 2020. Received by dtdc office bommasandra industrial area bangalore on 14/15 jan. Neither delivered on given address nor handed over to me when i visited their office on 20 jan. Manager of dtdc at bommasandra industrial area bangalore is irresponsible person who makes false excuses for non delivery. Still the parcel is not delivered....

I want to complain against dtdc mahishadal center at purba medinipur. They didn't deliver my package at my address. The service provider talked to me so badly & his behaviors are very bad. I want to know what happened & what is the actual service you provide to your customer. I want you to please take action against this man.

D90545594 got delivered today with one of items inside damaged of cost inr 400. It was tagged fragile and charged with extra care packaging. When i ask for compensation to vendor or company, they are not even ready to take ownership of it. I can't tag the pics now as i don't have in my pc, i can send it afterwords in email

My 2 parcels are not received yet. It was dispatched on jan 2nd and 3rd from chennai. Consignment no:-c00883552 and c00871075. Its reached nizamabad. Track shows out for delivery bt still not received. I contacted care nd branch offices so many times. Bt didn't respond. Nizamabad franchise talked with me to harsh. It was not good. I have booked 2 couriers of consignment no.33842639 and 33842690 on 9th and 10th january'20 respectively which have been delivered on 19th and 17th january'20 at the destination. Kindly let me know the reason of taking 10 days and 7 days time to reach at destination whereas normally it takes maximum 3 days time in each and every month.

My daughter booked laptop parcel on 16 jan 2020 through dtdc from electronic city banglore state karnataka pin 560100 to my delhi address on risk coverage of carrier but received damaged. The display screen was broken on left upper portion of laptop due to which image is not displaying properly so u are requested to replace damage display screen or return the cost of laptop value rs20000....

I didn't received my courier yet, the courier boy didn't call me didn't visited to my house then also he forwarded the fale review that my house was locked nobody was present at home so i request plz help the needfull because i tryed to call the coustermer care number and the agent number of my near by dtdc office but they also didn't gave the response....
