We have used DTDC for sending a courier from Noida to Hyderabad on 6th January.

The packet is delivered at wrong address.

The packet needs to be delivered at Hyderabad is given to DTDC courier service agent on 6th Jan at day end. However, this got delivered on 11th Jan and it is also not sure to whom it get delivered.

Delivery within India is taking 5-6 days.br...

I havent received the shipment which was shipped last week. Have raised a complaint 15937955. Not able to reach customer care as well. It is keeps on getting disconnected. Haven't received any response on the above complaint as well. Initially the package was routed to frazer town. When i checked with that branch, they informed me that they will not cover the area where i belong to.
Let me know when it will be get delivered....

I have couriered a packet through dtdc courier service from ekta nagar branch (Z[protected] bareilly for kanpur on 19 november 2019.
It has been lost from kanpur branch of dtdc. After several mail to all authorities of dtdc courier service from ekta nagar branch it has been confirmed that item has been reached to kanpur but not delivered to destination.

I have sent a consignment from darbhanga to gwalior whose destination pin code is 474020. But when i track the item, destination code is shown as chandigarh (Pin code 160055). Hence you are requested to intervene the matter. Please consider it urgent and look into the matter seriously.

Booked shipment on 4th from kol to shillong. There is no update after 6th. Called ghy head office 100times. The lady is rude and now is purposely not picking up call ([protected]) its been 48hrs since i complaind but they cant tell me where exactly the parcel is. Charged 750/- fr parcel.

We have booked a courier at kalamboli - 410218 at safal enterprises and received acknowledgement # m79292522 dt 02.01.20. This is fake receipt, actually this is already issued earlier to some other vendor on 17.12.19. Today we follow up for delivery of our courier than we get another acknowledgemet # m77727209. I got a call from branch office yamunanagar of dtdc regarding a parcel from phone number [protected]. The person told me we don’t serve in your area, i said send it back. On my saying this he misbehaved with me and said unpleasant words. This kind of behaviour from such a reputed company is not expected. May i request you to kindly please look into the matter and let me know the course of action taken....

My tracking no is h91795738. I am facing this problem again with dtdc. And without my concern the dtdc people submitted that i have requested for a date change for the courier to receive at my end. And still not received the courier. The dtdc person is asking what is there in the courier and what is the price which is not at all required by him. This is the worst courier i have seen....

I had to send an urgent courier of a document from bangalore. To a south indian city. It has been 4 days and it has still not been delivered. The tracking app shows it's in transit, the detailed status shows it's lying at the end terminus. The help desk kept me on wait for nearly 30 mins and then disconnected my call.
The worst experience and i realize i am not the only one.

The item is couriered on 23rd from kollam dtdc branch to tvm and got to know like the person in charge at kollam was having some medical emergency and got hospitalized and hence none of the items was delivered. The same person joined back on monday 6th jan and the item was asked to courier immediately, but its not yet dispatched.

I booked a package from ghaziabad (Up) to bareilly (Up) and it was not delivered even after 8 days. When i enquired on bareilly branch then person said that mobile number i provided is switched-off from last 3-4 days. That was my brother's mobile number and it was never switched off.

This has been happened in the past also. That dtdc branch in bareiily didn't deliver my package and my brother had gone there to collect package....
