There is a package that i ordered over 2 weeks ago. I dont understand why it didnt deliver, it says correct address, wrong pin code. But pin code i mentioned is correct.

Dispatched a box of shoes to ajio, tumkur,
Karnataka through Dtdc Greenfield, Faridabad.Hara ya na.on 14 Aug. When followed from Ajio they didn't confirm reviept and when checked details I found consignment no showing Mumbai delivery and document delivery, which mean the Jo given to me was wrong .inspite of complain no support from DtDc.my consignment no on reciept was Z13690693 .I checked from 500 to 740 no but none...

This has been delivered to a wrong person as your Tracking is showing that the shipment has been delivered but when I have inquired with my Aunt, she says that she has not received the package.

Request you to retrieve the same and deliver the same to my Aunt at 30, Hastings Road, Ground Floor....

M[protected] is my consignment number was supposed to deliver to hyderabad Lb nagar, but e tracking shows it has been delievered to MALKAPET hyderabad . Proper address was been given still this horrendous mistake has occured. What to do after this? who is responsible ? it had imp books and were to be delievered to proper adress and not some random place where the wrong reciever who took the courier the name has been mentioned ....

I received a call from the courier boy with phone number [protected]. He asked me to confirm the address to which the product has to be delivered. I asked him to hold the line as the address was not noted to me. The delivery guy literally started shouting and said this delivery won't happen. Request you to take a strick action against him.

The same courier guy called me a couple of hours later and was asking my whereabouts....

I got a call yesterday saying I have a courier in the name Amitha Jobin.When my driver went to pick it up the staff said it’s not there, when I called her in the no she called me the previous day she picked up and spoke so in decent to me she even cut the call before I could ask something.She was also so irritating when she was talking, she said she has given the courier to the courier boy but it’s been 2 days I still haven’t received...

The consignment with number z30582581 posted from vasundhara ghaziabad (Up) india on 2nd jan 2020 for phagwara punjab india (Pin:144401) but the post reached ludhiana with pin code:140001 which is not destination pin code. Even after so may enquiries no one is responding in a proper manner and every one is saying that article will reach you.

I have a tracking number v57710399 and i have booked a packet on 03/01/2020 from bangalore and if i checked the status it has reached on noida dtdc office arround 3pm but still that has not been delivered. I have paid apprx. More then double amount for dtdc priority service. The lady who took my packet promised me if i opt for priority service that will delivered next day but that didnt happened. You have no idea how important...

2. For the past 3 days in the morning, i receive a message "product will be delivered today", but no one from courier will contact me to get it delivered and the in the evening i receive a message saying "attempted: last date over for submission". Without even attempting.
3. I registered a complaint and the case number is 15877198. I tried to reach customer care. But, no response from them.br...

I have booked local delivery on 01/01/2020 but till now delivery not happened and while inquiry at dtdc kottakkal and calicut they behave as if they are not responsible for the same and not giving proper answer.

Booking no: r36101715 dated 01/01/2019 from dtdc kakkad. But courier going to kottakkal then calicut againg they sending back kottakkal and the process is continues....

This complain is in regard to an item not delivered (Bearing tracking id - k[protected]

When we have enquired the dtdc amta branch, they have replied that we need to visit their branch and collect the item.

This is highly frustrating. We have paid a premium price to dtdc for the home delivery.

Can you please explain the reason why are you harassing customers? Are you behaving per your reputation?br...

I have placed order on myvishal.com. Myvishal send courier always dtdc courier and every time i collect from. Dtdc office. He doesn't deliver at my home or provided location.

Sorry to inform you that I have not received the parcel till now, after three working days.
Whereas the other courier service provider delivers the next day your office could not do it even after three days.
