Courier from delight foods via dtdc never reached me. Despite repeated complaints, there has been no resolution. Delight foods is not taking responsibility for the problem and dtdc is claiming to have handed the product to me. I demand a refund or replcement from either company. I have contacted both via phone and email. My order number is #[protected]

Thank you for spoiling everything... I am highly disappointed by your services. I shipped my package containing a cup which i packed really well on 25th january, 2020 from amritsar to gurugram and it was supposed to reach by 27th january, 2020 whereas it reached on 30th january, 2020 that too after continuous complaints and contacting dtdc customer care. The tracking was showing mumbai hub and vapi hub whereas i had shipped it to gurugram which is next to delhi hub. I am completely clueless, what you people have done to it that it broke down into pieces. High amount of disappointment. It was a birthday gift which you people completely smashed and the time you people take to revert is beyond imagination. I would just say that the delhi customer care team was a bit co-operative that they responded atleast. But, honestly telling never going to trust you people again nor going to use your services. Thank you for spoiling and the damage.

My parcel envelope posted from thane on 25 jan 2020, which contains a medical bill for 12700, which was to be submitted to the head office on or before 30 jan 2020, delivered to a wrong person at 17:15 hrs on 30 jan, even when the addressee person available in bank of baroda till 17:45hrs. Now that i have missed the parcel, because of your negligence, i'm unable to claim the bill. I need a resolution at the earliest and also financial compensation.

My family had booked a courier vide Consignment No R50302578 on 21 jan 2020 from Kerala to Gurgaon (Haryana). In spite of a lapse of 9 days, the item is yet to be delivered to me. The customer care is never reachable over phone and the tracking shows some vague reasons like, out for delivery and the customer has requested for another date and time of delivery. I have never received a call from anyone till date. The document/courier is important. Please arrange for an early delivery.

The person who delivered the parcel was too rude, the parcel has came in my name to me only and i have done the signature where the delivery person has asked still he was shouting at me and asking for office seal, i told him that the parcel was for me not for company so the company will not give the seal, then he started fighting with our security and manager.

Dtdc courier — consignment not delivered and has been redirected

I was expecting a consignmen in guwahati from delhi via tracking id z29597989, which being sent from drlh on 27 jan 2020. It has not been delivered yet and in dtdc tracking website, it shows "consignment redirected".

The tracking details clearly shows that the consignment had reached guwahation 29 jan itself but nobody from dtdc had tried to contact me in this regard.in the consignment, my name, address and phone number was clearly mentioned, which i have a photo with me.

It's an urgent consignment. Tried to contact dtdc mumbai and they shared some phone numbers for kerala offices and none of them are working. I even tried to contact dtdc office in guwahati but noone replied.

My order is out for delivery since last two days and it has not been delivered... I am contacting the customer care and they are giving the reply that we didnt find your address inspite of contact number being given on the order.. I have my train today and i needed that parcel but i haven't received it... I don't understand that since two days it is out for delivery and not yet delivered.. Whenever i contact they talk in a rude way and give a very bad reply that we didn't find your address inspite of contact number being given on the order..

I sent the parcel to my customer from hyd to guntur through dtdc but on jan 20th it shown like delivered successfully. Without called to my customer they take another person sign & they gave the parcel to another person.

From till now we are followup the guntur dtdc all branches but they are not answering properly and simply told ask another branch.

I have shipped my courier v58062498 from amritsar hub (143001) to gurugram (122015) on 25th january, 2020. It was supposed to reach its destination by 27th january, 2020. But it is 29th january, 2020 today and there is still no responses from your team. The tracking detail is showing wrong details, the courier is roaming around mumbai hub to vapi hub, whereas it was supposed to reach delhi hub. It is showing destination as vapi whereas i have shipped my courier to gurugram. I am getting mail that it has been dispatched to its destination but the destination is shown wrong. The pin code given on the tracking details is wrong as well. I am completely clueless as this point of time, where my courier is. Please look into this matter whether my courier is misplaced or there is some sort of problem in tracking details.

Der dtdc team, i have shipped my courier v58062498 from amritsar to gurugram on 25th january, 2020. It was supposed to reach its destination by 27th january, 2020. It is 29th january, 2020 and my order has been misplaced. It has crossed delhi and now it is roaming around mumbai and vapi. There was an emergency for which i had sent that courier through dtdc but dtdc is really getting on my nerves. I have no clue where it is, whteher it is lost or will it re-route. Moreover the destination on the tracking is showing vapi, whereas i have shipped that to gurugram. I dont know whom should i blame. Please let me know what is the status.

This is to inform you that a courier z24798159 was booked by dtdc from ambala on 23/01/29 for gurgaon and surprisingly it is still not delivered even after many complaints.. I mean seriously 6 days for a courier for that much small distance...

Courier contains of my original certificates which was needed on urgent basis. And such handling of courier by dtdc is unexpected.. Even customer care do not have any idea about it, and it takes lot hell of time to contact them.. Ridiculous services by dtdc, customer care support is not good too.

I have dispatched a courier on 25th January, 2020 from Amritsar (143001) to Gurugram (122015). It was supposed to reach gurugram by monday ie. on 27th January 2020 but it has not yet reached and is showing mis route on the tracking shipment information. Please tell me is my courier lost or when will it reach to its destination. Please provide relevant information as it is very very important courier and need to reach its destination on time.

Booked on 29.12.19 from Vishakhpatnam to Gurgaon
The courier was returned to Vishakhpatnam stating that the gurgaon address was incomplete whereas the address was complete and also had my phone number and pin-code as well.

After a month the status as of today shows that the courier has reached the facility... which facility and why its there?

I also raised a complaint through the helpline on 7th Jan, case no. 15898621. Till date i've not received any message or details from them.

This is the worst courier company i've experienced.

I have been using Govt. speed post services for the past 5 years from gurgaon and till date it has not given me even a single chance of complaint. This time it was urgent so I thought to opt for DTDC and their service has become a nightmare for me. Ive some important documents which i needed in the first week of Jan and have beard a huge loss because of their incompetency.

Shameful services ... i think you better sit in the post office and learn a little from them.

My courier, consignment no. Z19053299 booked on 11th december, 2019 from valley view estate, gurgaon-122003 through ravinder yadav phone no.91-[protected] from asf insignia, dtdc courier office, is yet to be delivered. Tracking says that the parcel has not been despatched yet. On 26th december, i was assured, over the phone, that my courier will be delivered within 2-3 days and the delay was because of the caa protest. But the tracking still shows that the package is still with them and has not yet been despatched.
Due to the delay on your part, my business order is being cancelled. I would like my package to be sent back to me, as it is effecting my business as well as your business in an extremely negative way.

I ordered a gift to be sent to daheru, khanna and the tracking shows that it is being attempted to be delivered in rajpura but is unsuccessful because “incomplete address or wrong (Cir). The tracking number for this package is: z24352617. The destination is wrong on the tracking and i need it to be delivered to the correct address in the correct city. It needs to be delivered to daheru, khanna, not rajpura.

I have ordered clothes on an online website by assuring me of delivery within 5-6 days. It's been 1 week. Not yet received my parcel. Dtdc never notified me of delivery. And online tracking now says not delivered (Office closed or door lock - (Cir). I gave my number and dtdc never tried to contact me on any of the for delivery and now says not delivered. They haven't sent me any communication of this either. I could only see this when i tracked it even though i went online and registered my phone for tracking. They haven't given me any details about my courier. How do i get it back? No customer care numbers or office numbers available. All numbers online seem to be wrong. They are very important and this kind of irresponsible service is outrageous.

My courier sent through dtdc reached at the nearest office. Received sms informing out for delivery. But the courier agent called me and said they don't offer home delivery instead i have go and pick it up from their office.
I said deliver it to the mentioned address that what it is paid for.
In the evening i recieved sms stating "customer requested for another date"

2nd day morning again "out for delivery"
In the evening they reported, "customer not available"

The agent is really unprofessional and lazy chap, lying and making money.

My grand mother was available at home but in tracking it is listed as receiver not avaliable (Cir). It is urgent courier. Please deliver it fast.

Let me know if they will try to deliver it today. Or send me the number of the dtdc person who have my courier do i will talk to them.

Please suggest them to deliver it again today

Online status of consignment no. P53993721 shown as not delivered due to incomplete address, please contact on the mobile number given on the packet. By the way address is complete and dtdc has been delivering to the same address numerous times, previously. Please contact on the mobile number given on packet to deliver the packet to the addressee, address is near your office.
