I've sent a parcel from kakinada to khammam mustafanagar with consignment number h96136915. Online status was out for delivery on 3rd feb 14:14 but didn't received parcel on 3rd. On 4th feb i tried to contact mustafanagar dtdc branch they answered that the delivery boys are not available. But by night they updated status as address incomplete or wrong. They didn't even tried contacting me.

Due to an urgency, i posted my parcel through the air.in spite of sending it through the air, it took almost a week to reach it and it was then useless.

It was an urgency for the parcel to reach. And that is why in spite of the high costs, i choose to send it by air. The parcel was of 4kg and due to its height and volume and don't know about the company rules, i was charged the prices of 11kg. So, in total, the parcel went for rs. 1540. And then also the purpose was not served as it didn't reach on time. I tried several calls, but on 31st january none of my calls were received at rajkot office.

And then today - on the 4th of february when i made several calls, the parcel reached. The tracking system is showing that the person went to give the parcel but the customer didn't receive it. And the truth is that even the person from bengaluru tried various calls to ask for the same that why are they not receiving the parcel if it was already at the airport since 30th january evening. Even the person from bengaluru who was supposed to get the parcel asked if they can directly receive it themselves from some warehouse or anything like that, but nothing was answered clearly.

I need a refund for the same, as i put so much money in shipping the thing but due to the lethargic delivery, the purpose of shipping was not served.

I need a quick response to this.

My order was booked at 1st february and it's not yet delivered to me. It been four days the tracking is showing still in chennai from past 4 days. The customer care was not. At all responding properly about the querys and not even properly receiving the calls from the customers. I have attached you my scrnshot please deliver my parcel as early as possible

My mother booked the dtdc courier to send a fragile item and paid extra for the same, though the tag was attached the product delivered is broken.

Attached the picture of the same. This is utter negligence of dtdc.

This delivery boy Ramesh received my shipment but doesn’t not deliver it to me on that day but says he will deliver it the next day. He gives an excuse that mobile number was not provided to him. When I received his mobile number from the dtdc tracking portal I informed him that it’s urgent and needs to be relived today, he assured me that 99% it will be delivered today but now he is refusing to deliver it today. I have paid to get the courier today that is 4th Feb 2020 but he isn’t delivering it to me. The mere excuse by Ramesh that he didn’t have my number is false as he asked my tracking number where all the details were mentioned. Secondly he was very rude and offensive. Please take strict action. I will provide his contact number in the attachment.

We have shipped something from hosur to pune on 29/01/2020, we have provided the proper details like address and phone number but the status now showing it as restricted entry.

We didn't get any call regarding the issues from the courier services also, then what is the use of providing phone numbers in the courier. Kindly check and deliver as soon as possible it is already delayed a long time.

With deep regret i want to bring into your notice that some franchise of your dtdc courier and cargo ltd are duping and
Cheating customers.. It not only. Brings down the reputation of the company but also affects the credibility of the company and its people..
May it is a very small matter for you, but for a common people like us it feels very disheartening to see the behavior of the employees and franchise dealing in dtdc..

We had given him 3 couriers to deliver. We are regular customers and always use their services..
Now he lost one of the package and he hasn't given any response regarding where is our package..
We have been constantly trying to get our stuff back.. But i feel disappointed that being such a big and reputed brand like dtdc, no one is interested to find a solution for us..

It would be great if you could provide any sort of help and would also set an example that such things don't go out of hand..

I didn't received my parcel from dtdc courier company.in status, it is showing undelivered due to incomplete or wrong address but my address is complete and right. Please try to deliver my product as soon as possible.

The courier is sent from trichur to Hyderabad. I stay 9.6 kms from their main office in Hyderabad. Yet I get an error message saying not deliverable to this address. Really disappointed with their service. It was an urgent courier . Else i could ve collected next time when i go home. Surely will not choose dtdc for future orders if they don't deliver it properly

Instead of continuous fallow up to various dtdc points not a valid answer received and unable to received in time and took much time than normal days on dtdc green.
I want proper explanation for such unprofessional behaviour and want my money back.
I am very disappointment with such work.in future i will not sent any documents through dtdc courier and advice others as well.

On dt 26/01/2020 i gave a percel to our nearest dtdc courier centre (Chandidas market, durgapur-713205) destination is godda (Jharkhand), i have seen it was already reach at the godda hubb on 30/01/2020, but till now their negligency it cannot reach.
Their contact no is [protected] (Godda) several times i called them but they donot response.
Pls take an action about them.

Regarding consignment number p53128371, the Ambikapur dtdc branch confirmed my order has been delivered to them from Pune but it was misplaced by them. It was suppose to be delivered by 27 December but not delivered. I have lodged complaints number of times but it was not resolved yet.

Kindly refund for same otherwise don't force me to take some serious action.

Your delivery boy has abused us for not finding correct address. He was unable to track the address and scoldes us for not giving details. He said this road doesn't belong to your father. N also used extremely bad foul language with mother and sister slang. This is not at all acceptable.

Courier from delight foods via dtdc never reached me. Despite repeated complaints, there has been no resolution. Delight foods is not taking responsibility for the problem and dtdc is claiming to have handed the product to me. I demand a refund or replcement from either company. I have contacted both via phone and email. My order number is #[protected]

Thank you for spoiling everything... I am highly disappointed by your services. I shipped my package containing a cup which i packed really well on 25th january, 2020 from amritsar to gurugram and it was supposed to reach by 27th january, 2020 whereas it reached on 30th january, 2020 that too after continuous complaints and contacting dtdc customer care. The tracking was showing mumbai hub and vapi hub whereas i had shipped it to gurugram which is next to delhi hub. I am completely clueless, what you people have done to it that it broke down into pieces. High amount of disappointment. It was a birthday gift which you people completely smashed and the time you people take to revert is beyond imagination. I would just say that the delhi customer care team was a bit co-operative that they responded atleast. But, honestly telling never going to trust you people again nor going to use your services. Thank you for spoiling and the damage.

My parcel envelope posted from thane on 25 jan 2020, which contains a medical bill for 12700, which was to be submitted to the head office on or before 30 jan 2020, delivered to a wrong person at 17:15 hrs on 30 jan, even when the addressee person available in bank of baroda till 17:45hrs. Now that i have missed the parcel, because of your negligence, i'm unable to claim the bill. I need a resolution at the earliest and also financial compensation.

My family had booked a courier vide Consignment No R50302578 on 21 jan 2020 from Kerala to Gurgaon (Haryana). In spite of a lapse of 9 days, the item is yet to be delivered to me. The customer care is never reachable over phone and the tracking shows some vague reasons like, out for delivery and the customer has requested for another date and time of delivery. I have never received a call from anyone till date. The document/courier is important. Please arrange for an early delivery.

The person who delivered the parcel was too rude, the parcel has came in my name to me only and i have done the signature where the delivery person has asked still he was shouting at me and asking for office seal, i told him that the parcel was for me not for company so the company will not give the seal, then he started fighting with our security and manager.

Dtdc courier — consignment not delivered and has been redirected

I was expecting a consignmen in guwahati from delhi via tracking id z29597989, which being sent from drlh on 27 jan 2020. It has not been delivered yet and in dtdc tracking website, it shows "consignment redirected".

The tracking details clearly shows that the consignment had reached guwahation 29 jan itself but nobody from dtdc had tried to contact me in this regard.in the consignment, my name, address and phone number was clearly mentioned, which i have a photo with me.

It's an urgent consignment. Tried to contact dtdc mumbai and they shared some phone numbers for kerala offices and none of them are working. I even tried to contact dtdc office in guwahati but noone replied.

My order is out for delivery since last two days and it has not been delivered... I am contacting the customer care and they are giving the reply that we didnt find your address inspite of contact number being given on the order.. I have my train today and i needed that parcel but i haven't received it... I don't understand that since two days it is out for delivery and not yet delivered.. Whenever i contact they talk in a rude way and give a very bad reply that we didn't find your address inspite of contact number being given on the order..
