We have booked a courier at kalamboli - 410218 at safal enterprises and received acknowledgement # m79292522 dt 02.01.20. This is fake receipt, actually this is already issued earlier to some other vendor on 17.12.19. Today we follow up for delivery of our courier than we get another acknowledgemet # m77727209. This happen multiple time. Plz look into matter and take proper action as dtdc is a brand name, nobody will afford this type of malpractice.
With thanks looking forward to your quick and appropriate action in this regard.

My courier is dispatched on 1th Jan 2020 uptil now I didn't get my courier. Courier services said the tracking number which I have got is invalid. So please fix my problem its very urgent

I got a call from branch office yamunanagar of dtdc regarding a parcel from phone number [protected]. The person told me we don’t serve in your area, i said send it back. On my saying this he misbehaved with me and said unpleasant words. This kind of behaviour from such a reputed company is not expected. May i request you to kindly please look into the matter and let me know the course of action taken.

My consignment shiped from Jaipur on 02 Jan 2020 but till now i have not recieved.while tracking online it is showing reciver is not available 2 times but actually no call was received.this is very bad think.solve my problem and deliver my consignment earliest. My consignment no is Z23842879

I have received a package from dtdc which ai had ordered from a private site. The package is very damaged and the person who handed it to us said that may be rats had eaten. That package is ordered to gift someone. Now what can you do in this situation and there are more two packages coming. Please do the needful.

My tracking no is h91795738. I am facing this problem again with dtdc. And without my concern the dtdc people submitted that i have requested for a date change for the courier to receive at my end. And still not received the courier. The dtdc person is asking what is there in the courier and what is the price which is not at all required by him. This is the worst courier i have seen.

I had ordered spare parts for my car through boodmo they sent my courier through dtdc with tracking no.[protected]. I am checking online status showing delivered but actually parcel has not been delivered yet. Please sort out my problem.
Please make sure for my parcel to be delivered as early as possible
And your bathinda office not giving door step delivery

Updated by niimma yesterday DTDC courier center bathinda called me and confirmed from me about package delivered or not after that they took my paytm no. for refunds
but till now refumds has not been made
please sort it out

I had to send an urgent courier of a document from bangalore. To a south indian city. It has been 4 days and it has still not been delivered. The tracking app shows it's in transit, the detailed status shows it's lying at the end terminus. The help desk kept me on wait for nearly 30 mins and then disconnected my call.
The worst experience and i realize i am not the only one.
Please do not send anything important or critical through dtdc extremely unreliable. And they charge you premium rates stating it's their std rates.

The item is couriered on 23rd from kollam dtdc branch to tvm and got to know like the person in charge at kollam was having some medical emergency and got hospitalized and hence none of the items was delivered. The same person joined back on monday 6th jan and the item was asked to courier immediately, but its not yet dispatched.

I booked a package from ghaziabad (Up) to bareilly (Up) and it was not delivered even after 8 days. When i enquired on bareilly branch then person said that mobile number i provided is switched-off from last 3-4 days. That was my brother's mobile number and it was never switched off.

This has been happened in the past also. That dtdc branch in bareiily didn't deliver my package and my brother had gone there to collect package. The guy who was taking to me from dtdc bareilly branch was very rude and not listening anything.

I fund burst service being provided by dtdc and even last time also i logged complaint which was never considered.

I'm currently in a similar situation like yours. They are not even responding to the calls made. Reason of not being delivered is not known till today. It's not a company I chose. At least inform where the package is so I can send the receiver there. Tonnes of mails sent. Found them in FB and kept contacting. Duration of the delivery- over 2 weeks

I had booked courier from bangalore to pune under express delivery, paying more money, because i needed to deliver the item for an urgent business purpose. The booking date on my challan is 31st dec 2019, and it got delivered on 4th of jan 2020 only. I lost a client because of this, and many business opportunities.

After many calls with the local office, finally they agreed to refund partial amount. Not even full amount. Is there no consequence to dtdc if they don't keep their timelines? Very unprofessional and no commitment.

I have sent my package 5 days before from cuddalore but it has not reached Chennai still and it does not also show any status on my package, it's so poor and we customers are suffering. I have sent some things for an orphanage, but still it has not still reached . So pathetic and poor courier service

I booked a parcel from pondicherry to Delhi on nov-19-2019. more then a month now it is not delivered. consignment number C91964923. customer care people not giving proper answers. i have raised a case with DTDC customer care Case#15678757 even for that no response.

My consignment number is p53449427, and my package is not delivered at pimper pune, from last twenty five days, ii have booked this package at vima nagar pune, still its not received. I am sending bills to my company those are all original. I contact so many times in vima nagar branch but they are not telling me why my package is not delivered you can feel my frustration, as this was my first experience with dtdc. I am regretting, why i chose dtdc.

Dispatched a box of shoes to ajio, tumkur,
Karnataka through Dtdc Greenfield, Faridabad.Hara ya na.on 14 Aug. When followed from Ajio they didn't confirm reviept and when checked details I found consignment no showing Mumbai delivery and document delivery, which mean the Jo given to me was wrong .inspite of complain no support from DtDc.my consignment no on reciept was Z13690693 .I checked from 500 to 740 no but none was delivered to Tumkur .which mean it is with branch only .

M[protected] is my consignment number was supposed to deliver to hyderabad Lb nagar, but e tracking shows it has been delievered to MALKAPET hyderabad . Proper address was been given still this horrendous mistake has occured. What to do after this? who is responsible ? it had imp books and were to be delievered to proper adress and not some random place where the wrong reciever who took the courier the name has been mentioned .

I received a call from the courier boy with phone number [protected]. He asked me to confirm the address to which the product has to be delivered. I asked him to hold the line as the address was not noted to me. The delivery guy literally started shouting and said this delivery won't happen. Request you to take a strick action against him.

The same courier guy called me a couple of hours later and was asking my whereabouts. He tried to threaten me. Please take a severe action against him so that such things do not get repeated.

I got a call yesterday saying I have a courier in the name Amitha Jobin.When my driver went to pick it up the staff said it’s not there, when I called her in the no she called me the previous day she picked up and spoke so in decent to me she even cut the call before I could ask something.She was also so irritating when she was talking, she said she has given the courier to the courier boy but it’s been 2 days I still haven’t received it.

Service is not good, they simply say contact number is not reachable and when we try to contact particular location landline number we always get busy tone. At last I went to that location to enquire about my courier the response was very bad and noticed that they keep landline receiver aside to avoid incoming calls and thats why we get busy tone, with so much arguments we got delivery boy contact number and went to his place to get my parcel.
