DTDC Courier & Cargo Complaints & Reviews

The tracking status shows that the product is being delivered but i have not received the product. Neither i received any call from the courier boy. It was a pre paid item. How could anyone deliver any pre paid items to other without my consent. Consignment number is k22635284. The status does not even show the name of the person and relation to whom it is delivered. I was at home. But no communication received....

Items shipped from india to uk via dtdc. These were special birthday gifts which were wrapped in gift papers. Upon delivery, it was noticed that the gift wrappers were torn and items tampered. This is unacceptable behaviour and has completely left the sender as well as the recipient unsatisfied. Upon questioning the local dtdc office where the items were handed over, the following are the responses:

I got a message on my mobile from DTDC that"Shipment will be delivered Today by DTDC agent (( Mobile No [protected]))" at20.37 pm on 9th Dec19 & immediately I got another message( at 20.38 PM on 9th Dec19) that docket has been delivered . On 28th of november my daughter’s stethoscope was sent to me from hotel crestwood kolkata through dtdc courrier service (Consignment no. K[protected]. The parcel has not come to me so far. On enquiry i come to know that the item was returned from their local representative. Neither the parcel was brought to my address nor did i receive any calls from dtdc.

I parcel a order from delhi to jaunpur district, pincode is 233101 and my consignment number is z28277440. Im booking my parcel at date of 3/12/2019 but now till date 12/12/2019 not received.
If we call customer care he also not give proper support and disconnect the call. Why we pay more for these type of misbehaviour or illerate people's who you're hiring you. Totally disappointed.....

Airtel Payment bank send fast tag id to my address. without giving a call or attempting a delivery DTDC returned the courier. When I checked the status they are not updated as ADDRESS ok but no such person. It should be reached before 15th Dec 2019.Please take necessary step and schedule the delivery

I have not received my courier for c/n no. Z05641113.in shipping details it shows as delivered but i have not received. Even i hadn't received any single call from delivery person. They attempted fake delivery. Also they are not replying to queries put on their website.
It's really frustrated with dtdc always. Don't know why companies choose dtdc as a courier partner....

I got a call from dtdc today that there is a shipment for you and come to our office and take it and i said no and told them to deliver to my home and they said we don't deliver to the home. We booked a parcel to deliver it on urgent basis from thane to pune via dtdc v56982901 dated 27.11.2019 which was undelivered stating incomplete address. Whereas, we have provided complete address along with pincode and contact details. But, no efforts were made by them to contact us at both the ends. And, still we have not received (After returning) it at our end.

Kindly do the needful and refund our amount. Rs.250/-...

Horrible service they don't even call even after calling the costumer care and getting the branch number he won't pick the call he switched off his phone. A horrible service. I am wating soo long in my home and no one came and they just say cri and person not available here i am trying to call them and no one picks up. I would never take your useless service again can't even deliver a small product still it's not reached. Horrible service....
