I have a courrier which was sent from Bangalore to Nepal via express way from dtdc on 19/11/2022 with consignment number N21162018.
Tracking shows shipment not registered and no details available and till now the courrier has not been delivered.
Calling customer service or their office is asking for consignment number and they say it's not registered yet.
Is there any help we can get to find our package.

MY Courier tracking no M23461327 this packet booked in chembur branch[protected] from delhi. But still this packet not received today is[protected] delivery already over days, right now courier online details received in meerabagh[protected] morming 8:32am branch, but meerabgh manager not any single help and miss behave.

I raised a query, complained with the customer care. I don't even receive any updates. I am ready to take illegal action against DTDC to loot the customer's packages. They are blocking the number if I say that I will take the legal action. If the customer's product is missing they are responsible for it. But they are not responsible. Till now I didn't get any notification from the DTDC. I didn't get any reply for the query. They closed it without doing any action. Don't go with DTDC. It's fraud.

so i request u please resolve my query as soon as please find my packet this is very important for me.
And please action in meerabagh branch this peoples miss behave for customers.

DTDC TRACKING Number H68726897. I have to receive my parcel in the month of september but yet not delivered. I have called to DTDC customer care and followed many times and also raised compliants in order to deliver my parcel, but still it is showing in transit. I want to raise compliant to take action on them to refund my parcel amount, courier charges, delay charges.

I have booked an order on Nov 21, 2022, and they told me it will be delivered by Nov 22, 2022, and today is Nov 25, But it still not delivered. I tried reaching via their customer care and raised an complaints via didc website not no has any knowledge about shipment status.. Now they are not responding over calls too.

On 08.11.22, Package (H[protected] was couriered to Jubiliee hills (Hyderabad) from Miryalaguda (Telangana). It was assured that by 10th it will be delivered. Even today same was not delivered. instead it was detailed at banjara hills reasons unknow to anybody.

And this show that address is incomplete, but address is right.

My tracking number is H34286077. Origin is Hyderabad, destination is chennai . Booked on 11.11.22 . Still now its not delivered, when I try to track, no data is available on the website. Kindly look in to this issue

My parcel has to come from Delhi and it is in Indore from past 3 days and Indore DTDC apex is just 2 hours distance from the location where the parcel has to be delivered please give me my parcel soon !!

Listen it shows my parcel rerouted and forword ro faculty it will reach receiver or not or missed in middle

I have complaint 10 times regarding the same to the customer care but it has not been resolved.
The delivery guy has not gone to the receivers given address and wrongly updated the reason that "incorrect address" and "Refused delivery"which is not right. Even the delivery person has not called on the recipient's given number before. Now the company has initiated the return to origin. It is unfair service to the customer. I opted for DTDC service by giving more money to send the parcel quickly to the receiver.

I do not want that parcel to return back to the sender's address. I want that parcel to be delivered to the given address without fail. The customer care service is also pathetic. If the company is unable to deliver the service to the customer they should shut down the company and refund my money.

I have sent at parcel to Delhi pin code 110060 from Kolkata. The Mobile no was on the envelope the delivery man didn't contact me and return the parcel back to there branch . It has important document in it

The status is Delivered but the receiver has not received it at all. There’s also a receiver name mentioned
How could this be possible!

I have booked a courier (Air cargo) from Cuddalore, TN to Gr.Noida, UP. Consignment number -D26373093. After receipt of courier, opened and check the TV. It was damaged. Please replace the TV / compensation of the same.

Sent package at source on 12 nov after confirming that the destination
pin-574235 is SERVICEABLE area. BUt the destination DTDC franchise claims it not SERVICEABLE.

from dtdc website (https://www.dtdc.in/covid_pincodes.asp) i can see that destination pin-274235 is listed in serviceable.
Is this is case then why did the source partner accept the package?

currently its in "Not Delivered(AREA NON SERVICEABLE-(DIR))" status.

Already its too late kindly do needful asap.

My package has not been delivered even though it is showing as delivered. In tracking it is showing as delivered on Nov 17th at 8.34 pm, which is false as I was at home all the time. My.tracking no is D26785495. First in tracking it is showing as not delivered dut to receiver not at home and then on top it is showing as delivered. I dont understand. Kindly resolve the issue and deliver my package.

I had book a courier service on 29th October 22 from Bangalore to Delhi.
Shipment number is F31154877. It's been 19 days they are not able to trace my package neither now the Manager Vinay([protected]) and Amudha L([protected]) responding to my calls.

I do every day 100 of call but they do not respond to my call. Amudha had asked me time till last Monday(14-Nov-22) by saying she will get my package delivered. but now she is not responding to my calls.

I want my package back .
