In the tracking page of DTDC, the parcel is shown as "RTO returned", but I haven't received the parcel!!

On 03 October, I booked the shipment via a multi-courier platform "iThink Logistics".
After picking up, DTDC kept entering the status as "attempted delivery" "not delivered" "buyer not at home" while the buyer told me that he'd never received calls.

Then DTDC decided to return the parcel since "maximum attempts failed".
I complained but they didn't stop returning it.

Then the status "RTO Delivered" was shown on the tracking page, dated 20 October.
I had not received anything back.

"iThink Logistics" said they can't do anything "because I didn't complain within 48 hrs".
DTDC Customer Care person kept telling me "it's already delivered, you need to contact booking cp".
The numbers she gave me hardly worked. Once I got a human, but he said "I will re-enter the delivery hahaha" which never happened.

I paid twice the shipping charge (forward and return!), lost the parcel, and the customer is still waiting!!
DTDC Courier & Cargo customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
