We had booked a consignment on 20th to raipur vide doc no d56116812b from hosur, still the consignment not reached the destination. The consignment was booked thru air and why it's taking so much of time to deliver, our client is asking compensation from us for the delay.
Within two days the consignment has to be delivered. Why this delay and who is going to take responsibility

I have booked for delivery from one of hyderabad branch. The status reflected as delivered. But neither the packet is delivered nor it with them (Office). After many calls they accepted that the delivery is not done and status has been wrongly uploaded. When i met them personally they said the problem will be resolved. Its been 1 month no response. There is no proper evidence with them regarding the receiver details. I had given them enough time of nearly 1.5 month but there was no proper reply and packet was not tracked till date.

The date of booking is 6th novemvber 2019. Even after many calls and personal visits the dtdc is not responding properly. The packet is lost and i need a compensation to it for their irresponsible behaviour. All the facts of the docket is mentioned below:

Item with b69266035 was handed over to dtdc branch in hosa road bangalore on monday and it was assured that it would be handed over by tuesday noon.

It was very surprising that something that was handed over on sunday will be picked up only monday night. Tuesday the status was updated as out for delivery and mentioned the same till the end of the day and i was hoping that it will be delivered almost at the end of the day.

Suddenly the status changed to not delivered (Last date over for submission - (Otr) around 9 pm. When called to customer care they worked only until 7 pm and there was no one in the rajajinagar who picked up the call.

On christmas - 25th december, i called atleast 6 times and stayed on the call for over 10 minutes each, i was put in queue and when my number was 1 in the queue the call was terminated mentioning i would receive a call back. It was a cheap tactic by dtdc, instead they should have been honest in saying that they were not working, atleast that 1 hour i could have spent peacefully.
Called dtdc in the morning on 26th - and raised a complaint 15831029 and i have not trust that i will get an update on my complaint.

The courier was supposed to be within the city seperated not more than 30 kms and its only dtdc who can make this short journey extend to 5 days.

I have had such an bad experience, below are the issues which i have faced and has to be resolved asap. I am left to believe the executives never even bothered to understand the intensity of the importance of the goods that the customer wants to deliver!

1. Me and my client were made to waste most of our precious time tracing the consignment, but we believe the attempts we made were in vain! Me and my client personally tried contacting the bangalore dtdc office numerous time, but was only left with vague answers and false assurances that the package is on its way while the reality is dtdc people doesn't know where the parcel is!!
2. We are unable to understand why the package from bangalore to bangalore takes 1 month time, this shows how fast and responsible delivery is
3. The authority never even bothered to inform either of the parties of the current status of the package

After having traced the package for a month, still i didn't get any proper response where parcel is, i have lost my client.

We now wish to claim for the damage, the delay and the inconvenience caused both to me and my client.
The purchasing price of the product being rs 1, 000.00; we request you to please provide us with the procedure to claim for the compensation at the earliest or else i will be left with no other option than to file a case against and go public with the service quality and management issues with the company.

Shipped on 18th nov 2019 - today is 26th dec 2019 still parcel not delivered.
I need immediate refund.

Worst service ever and customer care not responding. They should shutdown their customer care service.

I have booked a courier through dtdc on 14th of dec 2019 and i have opted for express service as they promised me that it would be delivered within 48 hours but shipment (Va[protected] is not delivered till date. Trying to reach customer care from last 6 days but they are not responding my calls. Contacted vendor to trace but he is also not replying. Kindly look into this and ask them to either deliver the shipment or refund the shipment amount which is 3300+330= 3630.

I will wait for the next 2 days and will file a cheating and stolen case against dtdc on upcoming saturday and then will claim more compensation amount.

My consignment no. Is m84373332, it is showing delivered on 12th december 2019, but i did not receive any package. I did not even receive any call from delivery person.
I have called customer care numerous time and waited for like 45 mins to talk to executive, but my call got drop off after waiting for 45 mis. I have mail them, raised query online but no response.

. I got the parcel on 21st december.. I got a wrong parcel.. And the packet i got is already opened.. The supplier is claiming that the parcel got stolen from your side.. Please help me out with the situation.. And solve the case..in the tracking id it's written that the product is 1.800kg.. But outside the packet it's written that 0.260gm only.. How it's is possible help me out through it..

The AWB No- D54056602 is delayed enough and it is held up in Ranchi, Jharkhand. No one is helping me, I tried calling each customer care of every branch namely Kolkata, pune, ranchi, bangalore, delhi. No one is helping.

My friend had sent me a package (Saree) via dtdc (Tracking number:k[protected]. The dtdc website shows that package was delivered on 14th december, 2019. However i did not get the package. There is no mention of the person who received the package. I was also not notified of the package being delivered @my mobile number. I tried calling dtdc customer support at [protected] and no one picks up the phone. Please help resolve this issue.

Dtdc tracking no h17524627 not delivered, but the in tracking the courier it is shown being delivered to security guard.
When i enquired to security guard he has not signed or not taken the consignment.
The delivery person name is hemant when enquired he says the security guard was eating, so he gave the consignment to him but the security guard has not received the consignment when confronted along with security guard and delivery boy

I got a call from you office that the parcel has been delivered but i haven't got it yet. They said someone named 'chavan' has received the parcel but i dont know any chavan. We have sent a courier to srinagar a couple of weeks ago from mumbai. Still the material have not been reached and while tracking in online its showing the material has been delivered. I am trying to speak to the concerned people there but no body is giving proper response and continuously telling to speak to other dtdc people. I never have seen this attitude those people is not even attending the call after that. I need my courier to be reached the proper people or should be returned to me, if not request you to please refud me the amount of my parcel. Or i have to make a compliant regarding this in court. I have ordered fastag from airtel and they have couriered the fastag through dtdc with docket x65740846, which as per the dtdc status shows delivered but i have not got the delivery yet.

Please let me know why the status shows delivered when i have not received the item. Either the item should be delivered or the status should show not delivered so that i can easily claim the refund or reissue with airtel

H17725071 showing: consignment redirected (.. I request to authority concerned person may look in case and resolve and instruct to deliver staff to immediate delivery on urgent basis..

It has been 15 days and i have not received my courier from vishakhapatanam to bangalore. It was delivered at a wrong location and customer care people are also not responding. Worst service and completely disappointing. I insist my courier to be delivered asap at my correct location as written on my packet. Tried to contact customer care but continuously busy or switched off. I need some king of response or acknowledgement regarding my status and complaint.

My package with tracking no. M77161205 has been booked on 16th december 2019 from mumbai to deliver it to hisar with proper address and phone number. The packet has been there in hisar from 18th december 2019 from that day to today (22nd december 2019) and my shipment status is showing that "out for delivery" and "restricted entry otr for 3 to 4 times. Earlier we were told that it will be delivered within 4 working days. Can you tell me what am i supposed to do right now?

We have sent a document from india to dubai on 10th december, 2019. Item is not delivered and still not showing any update in tracking. This was an important document which is not delivered even after 10 days. This is still in dubi hub from 14 dec and there is no updates after that. Please help to deliver it by 21st december and this need to resolved at the earliest.

Please find the below attached images we send courier bangalore to kolar but courier not received on time and spoken to your dtdc courier office freezer town near savera hotel. They are return part with destroyed condition. Than we put a mail to your (Blr css in charge)
Mr. Mohan raj they told finally they return only 500 rs part value, actual cost is 2, 037 rs but still we not get any update from your side.

This is kind of service is given by dtdc we are very unhappy for your service, actually we attached that part bill copy in that mail, am forward to your mail id all those mails we request you to give proper solution about this issue. Other wise we will take next step to social media will update that wrest service is given to us we have prof of whatever your service person reacts to that escalation.
We need actual price of cost or we need that new part.

This is with reference to the parcel containing books dispatched by dtdc courier on dec 12th, 2019 vide tracking id - [ d90367309 ] from delhi to mumbai.

I the receiver of the parcel, tried tracking on its website. But the movement was not updated.

So, i called the customer care several times. Everytime i was assured that the "we are working on the same case, kindly wait for further updated."

Thereafter, i called the andheri office of dtdc on 19 december and also on 20 december.

I was again asked to wait for few days, as the parcel is not traceable. Shocked to hear this.

Now, even on 20 the december, i am still waiting for the resolution of my complaint.
