I have ordered fastag from airtel and they have couriered the fastag through dtdc with docket x65740846, which as per the dtdc status shows delivered but i have not got the delivery yet.

Please let me know why the status shows delivered when i have not received the item. Either the item should be delivered or the status should show not delivered so that i can easily claim the refund or reissue with airtel

Hello sir, i couriered on 17th december 2019, from hyderabad to village-amipur banger, post-dhanuari kalan, dist-bulandshahr, pin-203201.. 20th december 2019 17.43, when i searched with dtdc tracking id : no. H17725071 showing: consignment redirected (.. I request to authority concerned person may look in case and resolve and instruct to deliver staff to immediate delivery on urgent basis..

It has been 15 days and i have not received my courier from vishakhapatanam to bangalore. It was delivered at a wrong location and customer care people are also not responding. Worst service and completely disappointing. I insist my courier to be delivered asap at my correct location as written on my packet. Tried to contact customer care but continuously busy or switched off. I need some king of response or acknowledgement regarding my status and complaint.

My package with tracking no. M77161205 has been booked on 16th december 2019 from mumbai to deliver it to hisar with proper address and phone number. The packet has been there in hisar from 18th december 2019 from that day to today (22nd december 2019) and my shipment status is showing that "out for delivery" and "restricted entry otr for 3 to 4 times. Earlier we were told that it will be delivered within 4 working days. Can you tell me what am i supposed to do right now?

We have sent a document from india to dubai on 10th december, 2019. Item is not delivered and still not showing any update in tracking. This was an important document which is not delivered even after 10 days. This is still in dubi hub from 14 dec and there is no updates after that. Please help to deliver it by 21st december and this need to resolved at the earliest.

Please find the below attached images we send courier bangalore to kolar but courier not received on time and spoken to your dtdc courier office freezer town near savera hotel. They are return part with destroyed condition. Than we put a mail to your (Blr css in charge)
Mr. Mohan raj they told finally they return only 500 rs part value, actual cost is 2, 037 rs but still we not get any update from your side.

This is kind of service is given by dtdc we are very unhappy for your service, actually we attached that part bill copy in that mail, am forward to your mail id all those mails we request you to give proper solution about this issue. Other wise we will take next step to social media will update that wrest service is given to us we have prof of whatever your service person reacts to that escalation.
We need actual price of cost or we need that new part.

This is with reference to the parcel containing books dispatched by dtdc courier on dec 12th, 2019 vide tracking id - [ d90367309 ] from delhi to mumbai.

I the receiver of the parcel, tried tracking on its website. But the movement was not updated.

So, i called the customer care several times. Everytime i was assured that the "we are working on the same case, kindly wait for further updated."

Thereafter, i called the andheri office of dtdc on 19 december and also on 20 december.

I was again asked to wait for few days, as the parcel is not traceable. Shocked to hear this.

Now, even on 20 the december, i am still waiting for the resolution of my complaint.

and i have complaint about the same to the delivery boy

but the guy said if you want the delivery then take it otherwise do whatever you yo want to do
now i want company to give me compensation otherwise i will file complaint about this issue as the item was so precious

I sent a shipment to my customer in hyderabad... A very important one. Dtdc is now showing cir or address incomplete when i tracked the shipment. D56277809 is the shipment id. The address is correct. Dtdc didn't try to contact the recieved either asking them for help to find the location. Neither did i receive a call. This is an important order of art from my customer. It needs to be delivered asap. Very bad kind of service. They should have tried to contact the person atleast. None of the calls to dtdc centres connect either.

By 6th december i have registered complaint through dtdc customer care,

Until today we have not received any updates from dtdc team.

I have sent a shipment with tracking number c00531841 to mumbai with pincode 400051.
It was booked on 13th dec. Now the tracking shows it is delivered on 16th dec. But customer says it is not delivered. And they have updated a fake status... I am not able to contact the delivery centre also. They are not picking up the calls. This is the 3rd time i am facing this type of issues which cannot be encouraged anymore... Please do the needful asap and revert back.

Consignment number is h91306517, and my package is not delivered because your courier person no response. He told courier persons not available at dis time. Bt his upload costumer not available. From last three days, it is showing the status. Receiver's address is 3 km away from dtdc office, and 3 days have been passed since it arrived at dtdc office. I called customer care but they are not telling me why my package is not delivered and they give some other number, which are not attended even after hours of call. I have spent around 60 rupees of my mobile balance on dtdc customer care. You can feel my frustration, as this was my first experience with dtdc. I am regretting, why i chose dtdc.

It is fast tag, the message is revive from dtdc that courier is delivered, but no one come to deliver.
How you sent message "successfully delivered" without delivering anything...

I had send a parcel to my friend with tracking number h90569249. At the time of booking, i had given the correct address and pincode. The service person never told me that the address is unservicable. Now, the package is shown as undelivered because the address is unservicable. This is not possible because in this same address, my friend has been getting packages delivered. They did not even contact my friend in her number for anything and from 4 days, it is shown as undelivered.

I need an immediate solution for this

On[protected] we have send a parcel to andhra pradesh, kurnool dt. (Consignment no:v[protected] but still now customer not yet receive any parcel. We have raised an complaint in madurai ho and inform to branch incharge mr. Vinoth but he doesn't respond. Ver very worst service by dtdc courier service and their employees. I booked a parcel from dtdc naihati branch awb no k22625074 on 4 dec 2019 for my son soumayan biswas (Who resides at hazinagar govt. Qtr no. 38, dist-north 24 parganas, pin-743135 with his mother). The dtdc site was showing that the booked parcel has been delivered to sushil (Family member) where as shri. Sushil biswas is my aged father and on 5 december the deliveryman mr. Avijit of garifa dtdc delivered the parcel to my father and not shri. Soumayan biswas. On 7 december i called mr. Avijit (Dtdc deliveryman of garifa dtdc) regarding the acknowledgement receipt and he replied that acknowledgement receipt will not be provided to me and the status is showing that the parcel has been delivered to sushil (Family member).
Mr. Avijit again misguided me by telling that i have written the wrong address in the parcel although i have sent him the photos of the booked parcel through whattsapp and he further told me that "you can not do anything to me."
I forwarded the photos of the booked parcel as a ready reference and requested the dtdc complaint cell to take necessary actions and tell me how i can deliver the parcel to soumayan biswas. But no reply has since been forwarded to me.

I booked one consignment no. Z23935508 on[protected] from ludhiana to pune with mr vijay (Dtdc representative m-[protected], [protected].) he took the parcel about 2 kg from my home and confirm me the delivery on[protected].

My parcel includes eatables which is perishable so mr vijay booked it in priority case and took heavy amount for 48 hr delivery. But till today my parcel not reached pune..

Now mr vijay not picking my phone nor giving any response to my sms or whatsup. Even your website is not updated. Unable to track my consignment
