Today i received my courier which was supposed to contain a packet of hershey's chocolates. The courier packet was already opened from below and just stapler was used to close it again. After opening it i found a long horizontal slit on my chocolate packet and some of the chocolates were also missing. This was not expected as you people take high amount of money for security and you are the ones opening the parcel. This was the worst thing i have ever seen. Shame on you people for doing so and also not being able to be strict enough to keep your employees professional. Shame on you for looking into someone's personal belongings. I will never use this service and will also stop others from doing so.

    My consignment no. Is h17811658. I gave the full address but the status says its wrong adress. I would request them to resolve my issue at the earliest. It was out for delivery 2 times and the same has been updated that adress was incomplete. I have some important documents within it. I would request them to deliver it to the adress specified or return to its origin.

      My consignment number is X61908661. Dtdc tracking show it delivered successfully in jalandhar city but my city is garhdiwala n pin code is 144207. This is my fastag order which send from airtel payment bank. I send email to airtel customer care they provide me this consignment number but its show wrong information its show order successfully delivered in jalandhar city which is wrong so please help me please

        It's been 10days i have not received the courier. And customer care is very careless they just tell we donno and will look into it. It was dispatched on 17 dec, after 18dec there is no update at all. Now it's been 4 days after raising a ticket, still not even a single step taken on it.
        I have called multiple times to customer no proper response, every time its same response we need time.
        Still i don't have proper clarification whether my courier is there or lost. And they are not even ready to refund. And its been already 10days were it should have actually been delivered in 3days. And dtdc courier waste customer care. They is no dedicated people also to take care of complaints.
        As it was a online shopping i lost both product and money.

            Hi, i read your motto, which says ' we strive to provide excellent customer satisfaction. ' unfortunately i dont think this is the case..in regards to ref no: r[protected] the parcel was scheduled to be delivered on the 24th at home, however my parents were called to come and collect the parcel from the office, if not it will be returned to the vendor. I don't think this is a good customer service from your part and it is highly disgusting to note your employees are not doing their job well.

              Courier delivery boy not yet came to my location after so many phone call follow ups also. Today the delivery boy telling come to whitefield office and take it up my parcel.

              Then why should i pay to you..? As per my parcel terms & condition - loading, unloading, shifting & transport till my location including all expenses in the scope of dtdc courier.

              But your delivery boy response is very poor. I need my parcel on most priority basis. Please do the needful.

                  My parcel with tracking # d55506042 was booked from bagalkot on 23-12-19. Till today's date 27-12-19 status is showing as bangalore hub..

                  I needed this deliverd by today, for quick deliver we have used dtdc, if this was going to be the kind of delay in service we would have used indian post.

                  Kindly look into this and have it delivered by tomorrow latest.

                    Last week i sent greetings and chocolates for my brother to palkonda, srikakulam district from vizianagaram. I paid extra money for chocolates weight. But he received only greeting cards, chocolates were missed. They are 300 rs worth chocolates. Who will give my chocolates back? And who will give my money which i paid extra for chocolates? I want explanation and my money and chocolates back and one more thing this is not at all first time like missing chocolates, so many times this happened to me. Please take an action on this issue. Thanks🙏

                      The worst service i have ever seen. Its been more than 10 days the item has reached mumbai apex hub. Not yet forwarded to destination. Since it was an emergency i have sent the item via air. It was dispatched on 17th december 2019. There is no response to the complaints i have registered. Consignment number f11775462. Either deliver the item at the earliest or return the item and pay the compensation.. Other wise u will face the consequences...

                        I have given the package to dtdc courier to deliver it on fast track mode, it is been more than 15 days the package still in transit and courier customer care centre didn’t even receive the call this very unprofessional behaviour of the company. I demand strict actions against company for giving me mental stress and for my package that is still in transit

                          DTDC India, My consignment is Z28360939, Item booked from Noida to Bangalore. It has not been delivered yet and in dtdc tracking website, it was showed "consignment redirected" and currently showing "COULD NOT ATTEMPT-(DIR))" .The name, address, phone number of the receiver was clearly mentioned on the package. Never get any call by their end and I had tried to connect with your customer care also but not connect the call every time. It's very important for me Kindly do the needful action as we do not want to loose trust from DTDC

                            We had booked a consignment on 20th to raipur vide doc no d56116812b from hosur, still the consignment not reached the destination. The consignment was booked thru air and why it's taking so much of time to deliver, our client is asking compensation from us for the delay.
                            Within two days the consignment has to be delivered. Why this delay and who is going to take responsibility

                              I have booked for delivery from one of hyderabad branch. The status reflected as delivered. But neither the packet is delivered nor it with them (Office). After many calls they accepted that the delivery is not done and status has been wrongly uploaded. When i met them personally they said the problem will be resolved. Its been 1 month no response. There is no proper evidence with them regarding the receiver details. I had given them enough time of nearly 1.5 month but there was no proper reply and packet was not tracked till date.

                              The date of booking is 6th novemvber 2019. Even after many calls and personal visits the dtdc is not responding properly. The packet is lost and i need a compensation to it for their irresponsible behaviour. All the facts of the docket is mentioned below:

                                Item with b69266035 was handed over to dtdc branch in hosa road bangalore on monday and it was assured that it would be handed over by tuesday noon.

                                It was very surprising that something that was handed over on sunday will be picked up only monday night. Tuesday the status was updated as out for delivery and mentioned the same till the end of the day and i was hoping that it will be delivered almost at the end of the day.

                                Suddenly the status changed to not delivered (Last date over for submission - (Otr) around 9 pm. When called to customer care they worked only until 7 pm and there was no one in the rajajinagar who picked up the call.

                                On christmas - 25th december, i called atleast 6 times and stayed on the call for over 10 minutes each, i was put in queue and when my number was 1 in the queue the call was terminated mentioning i would receive a call back. It was a cheap tactic by dtdc, instead they should have been honest in saying that they were not working, atleast that 1 hour i could have spent peacefully.
                                Called dtdc in the morning on 26th - and raised a complaint 15831029 and i have not trust that i will get an update on my complaint.

                                The courier was supposed to be within the city seperated not more than 30 kms and its only dtdc who can make this short journey extend to 5 days.

                                  I have had such an bad experience, below are the issues which i have faced and has to be resolved asap. I am left to believe the executives never even bothered to understand the intensity of the importance of the goods that the customer wants to deliver!

                                  1. Me and my client were made to waste most of our precious time tracing the consignment, but we believe the attempts we made were in vain! Me and my client personally tried contacting the bangalore dtdc office numerous time, but was only left with vague answers and false assurances that the package is on its way while the reality is dtdc people doesn't know where the parcel is!!
                                  2. We are unable to understand why the package from bangalore to bangalore takes 1 month time, this shows how fast and responsible delivery is
                                  3. The authority never even bothered to inform either of the parties of the current status of the package

                                  After having traced the package for a month, still i didn't get any proper response where parcel is, i have lost my client.

                                  We now wish to claim for the damage, the delay and the inconvenience caused both to me and my client.
                                  The purchasing price of the product being rs 1, 000.00; we request you to please provide us with the procedure to claim for the compensation at the earliest or else i will be left with no other option than to file a case against and go public with the service quality and management issues with the company.

                                  Shipped on 18th nov 2019 - today is 26th dec 2019 still parcel not delivered.
                                  I need immediate refund.

                                    Worst service ever and customer care not responding. They should shutdown their customer care service.

                                    I have booked a courier through dtdc on 14th of dec 2019 and i have opted for express service as they promised me that it would be delivered within 48 hours but shipment (Va[protected] is not delivered till date. Trying to reach customer care from last 6 days but they are not responding my calls. Contacted vendor to trace but he is also not replying. Kindly look into this and ask them to either deliver the shipment or refund the shipment amount which is 3300+330= 3630.

                                    I will wait for the next 2 days and will file a cheating and stolen case against dtdc on upcoming saturday and then will claim more compensation amount.

                                      My consignment no. Is m84373332, it is showing delivered on 12th december 2019, but i did not receive any package. I did not even receive any call from delivery person.
                                      I have called customer care numerous time and waited for like 45 mins to talk to executive, but my call got drop off after waiting for 45 mis. I have mail them, raised query online but no response.

                                        . I got the parcel on 21st december.. I got a wrong parcel.. And the packet i got is already opened.. The supplier is claiming that the parcel got stolen from your side.. Please help me out with the situation.. And solve the case..in the tracking id it's written that the product is 1.800kg.. But outside the packet it's written that 0.260gm only.. How it's is possible help me out through it..
