Hi,

I had send a parcel to my friend with tracking number h90569249. At the time of booking, i had given the correct address and pincode. The service person never told me that the address is unservicable. Now, the package is shown as undelivered because the address is unservicable. This is not possible because in this same address, my friend has been getting packages delivered. They did not even contact my friend in her number for anything and from 4 days, it is shown as undelivered.

I need an immediate solution for this

On[protected] we have send a parcel to andhra pradesh, kurnool dt. (Consignment no:v[protected] but still now customer not yet receive any parcel. We have raised an complaint in madurai ho and inform to branch incharge mr. Vinoth but he doesn't respond. Ver very worst service by dtdc courier service and their employees. I booked a parcel from dtdc naihati branch awb no k22625074 on 4 dec 2019 for my son soumayan biswas (Who resides at hazinagar govt. Qtr no. 38, dist-north 24 parganas, pin-743135 with his mother). The dtdc site was showing that the booked parcel has been delivered to sushil (Family member) where as shri. Sushil biswas is my aged father and on 5 december the deliveryman mr. Avijit of garifa dtdc delivered the parcel to my father and not shri. Soumayan biswas. On 7 december i called mr. Avijit (Dtdc deliveryman of garifa dtdc) regarding the acknowledgement receipt and he replied that acknowledgement receipt will not be provided to me and the status is showing that the parcel has been delivered to sushil (Family member).
Mr. Avijit again misguided me by telling that i have written the wrong address in the parcel although i have sent him the photos of the booked parcel through whattsapp and he further told me that "you can not do anything to me."
I forwarded the photos of the booked parcel as a ready reference and requested the dtdc complaint cell to take necessary actions and tell me how i can deliver the parcel to soumayan biswas. But no reply has since been forwarded to me.

Hello sir, i Couriered on 13th December 2019, from Hyderabad to VASANTH NAGAR BENGALURU 560052.. 14th DECEMBER 2019 17.43, when i searched with DTDC tracking ID : No. H17541943 SHOWING: NOT DELIVERED ( LOCAL HOLIDAY (OTR).. I request to authority concerned person may look in case and resolve and instruct to deliver staff to immediate delivery on urgent basis..

Dear sir,

I booked one consignment no. Z23935508 on[protected] from ludhiana to pune with mr vijay (Dtdc representative m-[protected], [protected].) he took the parcel about 2 kg from my home and confirm me the delivery on[protected].

My parcel includes eatables which is perishable so mr vijay booked it in priority case and took heavy amount for 48 hr delivery. But till today my parcel not reached pune..

Now mr vijay not picking my phone nor giving any response to my sms or whatsup. Even your website is not updated. Unable to track my consignment

I had booked some papers on 13.12.2019 from baddi disttt. Solan which were to be delivered very urgently in bangalore. I had paid rs.450/- as express charge and your executive assured me that it will be delivered in the evening of 14.12.2019. Today is 16.12.2019 and time is 11.51am, till now the papers didnt reach its destination, and due to it i lost my business deal which gives me loss of approx 2-3 crores.

Now let me know who is responsible for it and what should i do.

Please confirm me and let me know the logically reason otherwise i will be forced to go to consumer

I had courier glass bottle with hair oil totally damaged.
Thursday {[protected]} courier from sector 37-d chandigarh to mumbai.
I attached the video also.
From amazon glasses are coming. Never broken.
All are saying dtdc provides very good courier services. I trust on you.

I need my refund. My bottle glass rs - 300
Courier charges - 250
And damaged home made hair oil worth rs 3000

It is to inform you that the letter which ws supposed to be delivered on or before friday 14 th of december could not be delivered from your hand due to which a students carrier got ruined.. One of worst service.. It was a job application form.. No responsibility at all.. Pathetic service.. Should never believe. Tracking id - z24136290 and z24136291..

I have sent a package from phagwara punjab to imphal. The tracking status shows that the product is undelivered (Receiver not available) i haven't received any call from the courier guy. My consignment number is z23933778. It said out for delivery but no one called or say anything. I called up the phagwara dtdc and i have asked where is my package they said it's in lamlong bazar, imphal east courier service. And they gave me some contact numbers but they were not working! Kindly help me with this please make sure the package is delivered.

Hi, my parcel awb no m84378451 was transferred from mumbai port to delivery destination ludhiana, punjab but the tracking status mentions the destination to be zirakpur. Also, the status is not updated from the last two days and the parcel has not been received yet.
Could you please update about the status of the courier as soon as possible!

The tracking status shows that the product is being delivered but i have not received the product. Neither i received any call from the courier boy. It was a pre paid item. How could anyone deliver any pre paid items to other without my consent. Consignment number is k22635284. The status does not even show the name of the person and relation to whom it is delivered. I was at home. But no communication received.

Items shipped from india to uk via dtdc. These were special birthday gifts which were wrapped in gift papers. Upon delivery, it was noticed that the gift wrappers were torn and items tampered. This is unacceptable behaviour and has completely left the sender as well as the recipient unsatisfied. Upon questioning the local dtdc office where the items were handed over, the following are the responses:
1. "we don't know who did this and where it happened"
2. "we do n't have the copy of claim bill that shows the value of items shipped"
3. "we are not responsible for any tampering and/or damage of items during the transit"
4. "we can't help you, please choose another courier next time"

I strongly believe dtdc should stop there services i[censored]nable to improve.

Docket No V57325059 which was couriered for me from Kolkata . I got a message on my mobile from DTDC that"Shipment will be delivered Today by DTDC agent (( Mobile No [protected]))" at20.37 pm on 9th Dec19 & immediately I got another message( at 20.38 PM on 9th Dec19) that docket has been delivered . Unfortunately it was not delivered . I have tried the above mentioned mobile number ( Multiple times) but there is no response

I have given a feedback about non delivery of docket . I have received a call on from your office & they confirm me that case (NO[protected] will be traced & get back

Till date there is no response from your office .

We shipped goods on cod from pune 411051 to jaunpur pin code 222001. Docket no[protected]. Dates 26/10/12
Dtdc delivered parcel without collecting cash of rs.6368.
Later customer refused to pay money, taking advantage of your failure to collect cash. And till date is just promising to make payments.

Its primary responsibility of dtdc to either collect cash or don't give parcel.
We request dtdc to collect cash or make good our losses as it your fault. You should have returned goods to our location. We called many times to your customer care no. But no one helped to resolve this issue. Because you your poor process, customer got and undue advantage to default payment.

Need urgent attention and action.

Booked 10.2 kg of books from hyd to chennai on 03122019.
Dtdc awb h[protected] charges collected rs.1320. Received only 5 kg of books by awb h17212095 on 06122019. Balance yet to be received - no response from booking office cont # [protected]-suma / [protected].

Presume goods are lost. Pls advise the remedy available.

On 28th of november my daughter’s stethoscope was sent to me from hotel crestwood kolkata through dtdc courrier service (Consignment no. K[protected]. The parcel has not come to me so far. On enquiry i come to know that the item was returned from their local representative. Neither the parcel was brought to my address nor did i receive any calls from dtdc.
Kindly take necessary steps to get the parcel in my address

If we call customer care he also not give proper support and disconnect the call. Why we pay more for these type of misbehaviour or illerate people's who you're hiring you. Totally disappointed..
