I had booked a courier thro' dtdc vip raghunathpur main branch, kolkata (West bengal) for siliguri (West bengal) on 4th dec 2019. I have paid an amount of rs. 205/- as a premium service to deliver my courier safely vide consignment no. V57292961.

Following day i was just checking the status of my courier it was marked as delivered but twist was when i was check with my receiver party he told me that he didn't recived courier yet.

Now i am just wondering about my courier.

I was tried to check with dtdc support & customer support thro' twitter and emails but they are not at all replying my messages.

Customer support call no is not at all mentioned in their recipt.

Could anyone suggest what should i do further, please?

    Dtdc tracking status is showing that a parcel having tracking id z27662034 is already delivered to a pincode of 700028 & also have been signed by my family. Where as my pincode is 700075. Parcel belongs to my name. Till now i didn't received the parcel nor anyone else from my family. Please resolve assap & send it to my address 17 rashmohan bhadra road, santoshpur, kol-700075. Waiting for your positive response.

    Since I was busy & being in out of the station, I could not pick the call of courier person. As per the Tracking details product was handed over to the neighbor but checked with the entire building no one received any package from DTDC. Please do the needful to get my parcel back.       Consignment no d55808092 sent from delhi to varanasi on 29.11.2019 not delivered to us and remarks is entered in system that "not delivered address incomplete or wrong'"
      We always receive consignments through other courier co. And no reason like this is observed. Entry in system has been done without contacting us over mob. No given with address. It seems that the status is changed without trying to deliver the consignment but false entry is done by vendor.

          We have booked courier on DTDC premium from madurai to nandyal, andhra pradesh. Very worst service, my parcel was @ chennai for 2 days.
          We contacted customer service and they are asking me to CALL TO tirupathi and ask reason. Later on evening they replied very easy "your courier wont despatch today" . How dare they are playing with us. Then y they r booking as premium and charged 250/-rs. We have all records and voice recordings also wat CUSTOMER CARE told.
          Very worst and stupid ### are there at CUSTOMER CARE not even know how to handle.
          !!shutdown your service and go home u useless fellows!!

            The dtdc parcel delivery is very bad and late.. They will never talk to you in good they # bad speaker they always talk # to respond of yours delivery parcel...

            I will never older from dtdc service never...

            Bad company bad company fill with full #...
            And they never talk serious to matter and cut call..

            From 3-4 days it's still in Delhi office they workers are very bad...

            Still packed in Delhi called them they said ### and also sad that udd ke ayyegga kyaa...

            Un b****d kyu rakhte ho...

            I sure garrented package is not delivered on time .. and surely again in 10 days not...

              My courier was booked at kolkata with consignment number k33269058 & k33269059 on 28 november 2019. They updated the status that the courier was already delivered. Although in your tracking shows its already in burabazar kolkata. We also spoke with our client they said that they have not yet received the courier.
              Please get my shipment deliverd as soon as possible
              Request you kindly look into this very seriously.

                I had sent a parcel from dtdc hinjewadi to varanasi. It has been 2 weeks and the parcel has still not reached the destination. They have not even called anyone for delivery. I had 2 parcels to be delivered one has successfully reached hyderabad and the other to varanasi has still not reached. Please help me with this problem. I have faced this before as well with dtdc. They keep losing consignments.

The address in the package was very clear but the agent has not responded clearly and sent back the package! While the entre payment for delivery of the parcel has been made at the booking counter why does he take such additional payment. Kindy, take necessary action to refund the same and take action against that person.

                        I needed some documents to be sent urgently from Solapur to Pune. I submitted the courier by 2/12/19 consignment number: P52016852
                        and I was told it would reach the destination by 3/12/19 between 10-11am. The courier status showed that it was still in Camp are of Pune was not even out for delivery. When I went to their office they told me that it was misrouted and it would reach by 4/12/19
                        The documents were o[censored]tmost urgency and since solapur and pune are only 250 km The courier should have reached within 24 hours.
                        None of the pune offices even pick my calls.
                        This is by far the worst service Ive seen.

                          We have sent a courier through DTDC service on Wednesday (27th Nov, 2019)
                          The items in the parcel have been damaged very badly. Induction stove broke, few packets got opened and the items are lying in the box, few items have been damaged by scratches all around.

                          We have mentioned all the details of items and showed them the items before we got it packed. But still this is the case. I need a refund for all these damaged items.

                              no online tracking option for international courier & no receipt for amount paid

                              Please note the dtdc service at g. T. Road, panipat, haryana -132103, has been harassing me since long, stating that i have to personally come and collect the courier from the dtdc office and they have been returning my posts due to failure of personally collecting it from their office.

                              Today-03/12/2019- too i received call from dtdc center [protected] repeating the same. I never want my posts to be delivered by dtdc. My whole family is suffering from the same. Hence i honestly want dtdc to stop its service in india and to let other services take over.
                              The courier contains my education certificate. If the dtdc worker will damage it in anyway then i will take the dtdc courier service to court.

                              Plus the caller had no respect while calling and always treats us like his servant and we have to follow his orders.

                                  One of my friends has sent a cellphone from siliguri (West bengal) to kanpur with consignment no k33301928. It took around 8-9 days to receive that consignment. On 29th nov, when i received that consignment and opened it. The parcel had different packaging and inside it, few wooden cubes were there.
                                  The price of the phone was 14, 000 rs and now i will not shut until i get my phone back. If i don't get a reply from the company then i will file a court case on them.

                                      My certificates are sent through DTDC, but I didn't get the certificate till now.3 times I went to the main office, but the staffs are not coperative to search ma documents...I got a worst experience from DTDC.am also fear regarding ma original certificate.if it is not get in a proper time, surely I go for the court.
