Airtel Payment bank send fast tag id to my address. without giving a call or attempting a delivery DTDC returned the courier. When I checked the status they are not updated as ADDRESS ok but no such person. It should be reached before 15th Dec 2019.Please take necessary step and schedule the delivery

I have not received my courier for c/n no. Z05641113.in shipping details it shows as delivered but i have not received. Even i hadn't received any single call from delivery person. They attempted fake delivery. Also they are not replying to queries put on their website.
It's really frustrated with dtdc always. Don't know why companies choose dtdc as a courier partner.

On online tracking of my package it is showing delivered for the past 2 days. No one in rangiya dtdc office is helping me out, neither they are assisting in tracking my package. But i have not received the package nor any call regarding the same. Kindly look into the matter and get the package delivered at the earliest.

I recently parceled 2 pack of items on 6th December, 2019.I was charged Rs. 5, 200 for 15 kg in total.They promised delivery on Tuesday(12th December, 2019), but today, my customer received only 3.5 kg of parcel.When we tracked the another pack, it was found to be in some other place.What is the point in charging premium rates for delivering the parcel in normal time window, that to incompletely.So, i request you to return the premium rate that was charged for the parcel.

Its been twice that agent didnt contact us and directly pushing it to couldn't be delivered state.
And the customer care number are unresponsive.

Send my courier containing medicine on 29 nov from siliguri to forbisganj in bihar but till this date its showing in transit in patna hub and very pathetic disgusting customer service. I have tried to call but no response 99% of them doesn't available please take necessary steps against dtdc right now and should be charged and pay for our harrassment. There thousand of complaints against dtdc bihar. Particularly there customer service it's disgusting.

I got a call from dtdc today that there is a shipment for you and come to our office and take it and i said no and told them to deliver to my home and they said we don't deliver to the home. You need to take it from our office. After debating about that then they said we will return it if you don't come and take it from our office and now i think they are returning the shipment.
It is very unprofessional of dtdc services to do like this. This is not the first time it happened it already happened earlier and they forced me to take the shipment from their office but i won't do it this time. Last time when i refused to take they updated in the website that address in incomplete and forced me to come to their office and take.

This time i don't know the shipment tracking id as it is sent from made easy publications and they haven't sent me the details of shipment.
Last time the shipment id was d53808668.
The address of the dtdc services from which i got call was dtdc near ntr circle, indira nagar colony, khammam, telangana

I had done a courier from bhatinda to gurgaon docket no. Z24047895 but still
The docs are not delivered..
Dear team try to understand 6 days passed and still the documents are not delivered and the owner mr ramkumar and his team is having such a casual approach that they are keep on saying time to lagta hai ji delivery mein..
They have given me the no of gurgoan office and says bat karlo.
I am not at all happy with dtdc service as those docs are such important to be delivered..

We booked a parcel to deliver it on urgent basis from thane to pune via dtdc v56982901 dated 27.11.2019 which was undelivered stating incomplete address. Whereas, we have provided complete address along with pincode and contact details. But, no efforts were made by them to contact us at both the ends. And, still we have not received (After returning) it at our end.

Kindly do the needful and refund our amount. Rs.250/-

Horrible service they don't even call even after calling the costumer care and getting the branch number he won't pick the call he switched off his phone. A horrible service. I am wating soo long in my home and no one came and they just say cri and person not available here i am trying to call them and no one picks up. I would never take your useless service again can't even deliver a small product still it's not reached. Horrible service.

I booked a document envelope from office in sheikh sarai branch (Triveni complex), new delhi-110017 on 04/12/2019 at about 12 o, clock vide your consignment no. E[protected]Dtdc couriers). The destination was kanpur-208002. I ordered urgent delivery and paid rs. 400/- for it since the documents were urgent. I was told that it would be 100% delivered on the next date by 2 pm. However, it was not delivered till 12 pm on 06/12/2019 and as such, it had to be taken by the addressee. On tracking, it was found that your site says that the house was locked at about 5.35 pm on 05/12/2019. When i contacted your sheikh sarai office, he talked to your franchisee uf-127 in swarup nagar, kanpur and was told that the house was found locked and 3-4 mobile calls went unanswered. These are lies and falsehoods. The addressee house was occupied and nobody from courier company visited them and further no mobile calls were made.
As a result of your failure to deliver the documents in time, i could not get my car transferred in kanpur and the same got time barred as 15 years have expired. This has caused me a loss of about rs. 50, 000/- being the value of car, which could not be transferred within 15 years. I demand compensation for the same.

So i want the reason behind it and if you are unable to complete task by today before 6.00 pm then please let me know and share your escalation matrix also. Otherwise i’ll move in consumer court about your bad services and mentally harassment by you to customer.

I had booked a courier thro' dtdc vip raghunathpur main branch, kolkata (West bengal) for siliguri (West bengal) on 4th dec 2019. I have paid an amount of rs. 205/- as a premium service to deliver my courier safely vide consignment no. V57292961.

Following day i was just checking the status of my courier it was marked as delivered but twist was when i was check with my receiver party he told me that he didn't recived courier yet.

Now i am just wondering about my courier.

I was tried to check with dtdc support & customer support thro' twitter and emails but they are not at all replying my messages.

Customer support call no is not at all mentioned in their recipt.

Could anyone suggest what should i do further, please?

Dtdc tracking status is showing that a parcel having tracking id z27662034 is already delivered to a pincode of 700028 & also have been signed by my family. Where as my pincode is 700075. Parcel belongs to my name. Till now i didn't received the parcel nor anyone else from my family. Please resolve assap & send it to my address 17 rashmohan bhadra road, santoshpur, kol-700075. Waiting for your positive response.

Consignment no d55808092 sent from delhi to varanasi on 29.11.2019 not delivered to us and remarks is entered in system that "not delivered address incomplete or wrong'"
We always receive consignments through other courier co. And no reason like this is observed. Entry in system has been done without contacting us over mob. No given with address. It seems that the status is changed without trying to deliver the consignment but false entry is done by vendor.

I sent a courier from Chandigarh to porasalpatti, akkaraipatti post, Rasipuram taluk, i track my courier with online status changed to delivered, but it was delivered wrong person, even delivery boy didn't contact to the receiver.

We have booked courier on DTDC premium from madurai to nandyal, andhra pradesh. Very worst service, my parcel was @ chennai for 2 days.
We contacted customer service and they are asking me to CALL TO tirupathi and ask reason. Later on evening they replied very easy "your courier wont despatch today" . How dare they are playing with us. Then y they r booking as premium and charged 250/-rs. We have all records and voice recordings also wat CUSTOMER CARE told.
Very worst and stupid ### are there at CUSTOMER CARE not even know how to handle.
!!shutdown your service and go home u useless fellows!!

The dtdc parcel delivery is very bad and late.. They will never talk to you in good they # bad speaker they always talk # to respond of yours delivery parcel...

My courier was booked at kolkata with consignment number k33269058 & k33269059 on 28 november 2019. They updated the status that the courier was already delivered. Although in your tracking shows its already in burabazar kolkata. We also spoke with our client they said that they have not yet received the courier.
Please get my shipment deliverd as soon as possible
Request you kindly look into this very seriously.
