My courier was booked at kolkata with consignment number k33269058 & k33269059 on 28 november 2019. They updated the status that the courier was already delivered. Although in your tracking shows its already in burabazar kolkata. We also spoke with our client they said that they have not yet received the courier.
Please get my shipment deliverd as soon as possible
Request you kindly look into this very seriously.

I had sent a parcel from dtdc hinjewadi to varanasi. It has been 2 weeks and the parcel has still not reached the destination. They have not even called anyone for delivery. I had 2 parcels to be delivered one has successfully reached hyderabad and the other to varanasi has still not reached. Please help me with this problem. I have faced this before as well with dtdc. They keep losing consignments.

My courier was booked at mahipalpur delhi with tracking id v56832052 on 28th november for rewa, but now on 3rd of november they updated the status that the courier not delivered due to address incomplete or wrong - (Cir).

In courier my full address was given with mobile number. They even didn't contacted via phone for the delivery and marked the status as undelivered.

Please get my shipment delivered as soon as possible.

My order was cancelled and the agent at ghatkesar dtdc pincode: 501301 has not responded clearly to us! The address in the package was very clear but the agent has not responded clearly and sent back the package! The package was very important but because of his inability he couldn't process the package to me.. Please take severe action on him.

While delivering the parcel vide cn n20961975 in florence, italy the deliveryman took 40 euros from the aged woman present to whom the parcel was delivered without any acknowledgement and without any reason. While the entre payment for delivery of the parcel has been made at the booking counter why does he take such additional payment. Kindy, take necessary action to refund the same and take action against that person.

I needed some documents to be sent urgently from Solapur to Pune. I submitted the courier by 2/12/19 consignment number: P52016852
and I was told it would reach the destination by 3/12/19 between 10-11am. The courier status showed that it was still in Camp are of Pune was not even out for delivery. When I went to their office they told me that it was misrouted and it would reach by 4/12/19
The documents were o[censored]tmost urgency and since solapur and pune are only 250 km The courier should have reached within 24 hours.
None of the pune offices even pick my calls.
This is by far the worst service Ive seen.

We have sent a courier through DTDC service on Wednesday (27th Nov, 2019)
The items in the parcel have been damaged very badly. Induction stove broke, few packets got opened and the items are lying in the box, few items have been damaged by scratches all around.

We have mentioned all the details of items and showed them the items before we got it packed. But still this is the case. I need a refund for all these damaged items.

My parents sent prasad through dtdc courier. Received prasad (Courier) after 5 days and that to in damage condition. Prasad was already mentioned on the packet but still someone tried to damage packet & took out some prasad from it. Very unethical & unprofessional practice done by dtdc. Difficult to share the photographs as only size below 2mb is acceptable.

Hi I have sent courier to Amravati, Maharashtra with courier number B80583157 on 22112019. Now the item is showing not delivered, nor it is showing delivery attempt was made. Courier contains important medicine for my mother. DTDC guys who have sent the courier are not responding on delivery status.

Recently (Last saturday) i have sent an international courier to malaysia from hosakerehalli, bangalore branch. Now i am unable to track it using the tracking number n20987570. Whenever i tried to track online in their website, it is showing error in tracking number. I tried customer care and they are forwarding to other people who is not responsible in answering my query. Also they didn't provide any sort of receipt which mentions amount paid and they gave only acknowledgement copy.

Please note the dtdc service at g. T. Road, panipat, haryana -132103, has been harassing me since long, stating that i have to personally come and collect the courier from the dtdc office and they have been returning my posts due to failure of personally collecting it from their office.

Today-03/12/2019- too i received call from dtdc center [protected] repeating the same. I never want my posts to be delivered by dtdc. My whole family is suffering from the same. Hence i honestly want dtdc to stop its service in india and to let other services take over.
The courier contains my education certificate. If the dtdc worker will damage it in anyway then i will take the dtdc courier service to court.

Plus the caller had no respect while calling and always treats us like his servant and we have to follow his orders.

Dear sir/ma'am,
One of my friends has sent a cellphone from siliguri (West bengal) to kanpur with consignment no k33301928. It took around 8-9 days to receive that consignment. On 29th nov, when i received that consignment and opened it. The parcel had different packaging and inside it, few wooden cubes were there.
The price of the phone was 14, 000 rs and now i will not shut until i get my phone back. If i don't get a reply from the company then i will file a court case on them.

My certificates are sent through DTDC, but I didn't get the certificate till now.3 times I went to the main office, but the staffs are not coperative to search ma documents...I got a worst experience from DTDC.am also fear regarding ma original certificate.if it is not get in a proper time, surely I go for the court.

While tracking online it's showing that the consignment has been delivered to the wrong address and to the wrong person. What a pathetic service. I need the resolution asap. Your franchise at karjan, dist. Vadodara. Even don't know how to talk to customer. There are some urgent document delivered to his office today[protected] morning but he did not deliver it at given address, when we called him, he reply that he will not deliver for this location, than why dtdc picked up that kind of couriers. If you are not reachable.

I ask him that i am sending driver and car to pick up that document, he say shop close. Will get it by one day later. It is urgent.

He don't know how to talk to customer. Is this the way dtdc work. Means dtdc don't have any brand image.

A third class service.

My consignment number z23697523 from baddi to gurgaon has not delivered yet this courier required urgent delivery but not been delivered yet. I just want my courier to be delivered as soon as possible. This is important courier for me and i want to resolve this issue on urgent basis. I always prefer dtdc for courier shipment but i have never face such issue i hope this issue will get resolve and it will not happen in future again.

I have already contact the courier representatives, they are as well not sure, from their side they have already dispatch that is what they told. We have sent the consignment in prime from chandigarh to bangalore which was supposed to deliver within 24hrs. No e76337191. But as per status it shows that it has reached to mumbai because of which we have to pay back money to our customer as we have garments factory where we send parcels on the daily basis and this was from last few times that we started using dtdc service but the experience waa not that great. Please look into this matter on priority as i want to continue in future also with your service.
