I am very sorry to inform regarding your careless delivery system. I booked a parcel for delivery. It was a tv and it got delivered broken. Refer the attached photo of tv.

Please do the needful as soon as possible.

I have sent few documents through dtdc courier on 26/11/2019. They said that it will get delivered within three days. While tracking online it's showing that the consignment has been delivered to the wrong address and to the wrong person. What a pathetic service. I need the resolution asap. My consignment no is h30446370. Do the needful as it contains valuable documents.

Your franchise at karjan, dist. Vadodara. Even don't know how to talk to customer. There are some urgent document delivered to his office today[protected] morning but he did not deliver it at given address, when we called him, he reply that he will not deliver for this location, than why dtdc picked up that kind of couriers. If you are not reachable.

I ask him that i am sending driver and car to pick up that document, he say shop close. Will get it by one day later. It is urgent.

He don't know how to talk to customer. Is this the way dtdc work. Means dtdc don't have any brand image.

A third class service.

My consignment number z23697523 from baddi to gurgaon has not delivered yet this courier required urgent delivery but not been delivered yet. I just want my courier to be delivered as soon as possible. This is important courier for me and i want to resolve this issue on urgent basis. I always prefer dtdc for courier shipment but i have never face such issue i hope this issue will get resolve and it will not happen in future again.

I have send the new mobile for fault correction at the service center nearly 2 month ago still goods not yet receive. I have already contact the courier representatives, they are as well not sure, from their side they have already dispatch that is what they told. I have contacted the client but they have not yet received the goods. We have try to check in the dtdc website by putting consignment number but it does not show anything.

We have sent the consignment in prime from chandigarh to bangalore which was supposed to deliver within 24hrs. No e76337191. But as per status it shows that it has reached to mumbai because of which we have to pay back money to our customer as we have garments factory where we send parcels on the daily basis and this was from last few times that we started using dtdc service but the experience waa not that great. Please look into this matter on priority as i want to continue in future also with your service.

It was clearly mentioned to the team that it was a rice cooker and needs to be handled with care. The DTDC team member opened up the parcel and carefully packed it in front of my parents at your Dharamshala branch and ensured that the courier will reach safely at Kolhapur.
The remarks were clearly mentioned on the note stating that it is a rice Cooker and after careful examination, packing again by your team and trusting your team that it was dispatched.
To my astonishment, i received the courier in fully damaged conditions - pictures are attached. It was a gift for me and now that i see it is totally broken and non-functional.
I had tracked the courier many times in between but the last update was AMBALA and after that it reached me in almost a week.
Now when i opened it, i am totally disappointed with the services.
I tried calling the customer care but have not received any response from them.
No one is ready to accept the fault and just running away.
It was worth INR 3784 and only on your assurance i had asked it to be couriered.
This is not the 1st time i have used DTDC, but surely this would be my last in case the matter is not resolved now.
It leaves me with no other option than to write a mail to you and subsequently post this on social media if i do not get the claim for the damage that is done because of the poor service provided by you to your regular customers.

I send one document from delhi to Hyderabad through DTDC. It arrived at DTDC gacchibowli and mehdipattanam and they kept for 10 days. They didn't even called me. They mentioned the excuse is address is not complete.I need this document very urgently . And then they returned the product. Pathetic service from DTDC. Please take the action against them

I was charged Guaranteed speed delivery (Prime Time Premium) to deliver the shipment from Rt Nagar, Bangalore to Ayyappa society, Madhapur (Hyderabad). It was urgent document which I need to submit in Hyderabad so we opted PTP as advised by DTDC courier centre on 26th Nov 2019. They promised to deliver by within 12pm to 1pm on 27th.

Ridiculously they delivered...

I have a shipment with consignment number c00673630 delivered at madiwala-banglore which is nearly 14.2km to my place in morning at 11:45. They said it was delivered to our place after the cut off time so that we will deliver it to you the next day. But i requested them as it is an emergency, i am going to some other place tonight, so please ship my courier near to any dtdc office, so i can collect it, i also said them that please confirm me the status once it is shipped from madiwala office, they said ok. But after one hour i called them again, to know my shipment status, they said we can't deliver it to you, we can do it by tomorrow, but i said them before one hour i called them, they said they will ship my courier by 4 pm evening near to the any dtdc office, but now your telling different, if have told this before, i could have made some other arrangement i said, the he replied we cannot do anything, with raising tone i said this thing you could have said before, so then i could have made some other arrangements, now if your telling what i can do, then he kept my aside and started discussing with someone, i asked him what?, then he replied one second mam, i am discussing about your issue, i waited nearly 2minutes, after that i kept on saying hello..., they did not reply, i was able to hear they were cracking some jokes and talking something, i waited one more minute, i did not get any reply, so i disconnected the call, and called back again, they did not pick up my call, i tried 3 times, atlast they answered and i said i was on call, your'e not responding to my concern and your talking some other things, then he said i know what i am talking with increased tone and rudeness, your shipment will not be delievered by today, then i said thanks a lot, i will contact support team and i proceed with further.

That person was very rude and also they did not proceed with any further steps, i was very disappointed with the way dtdc service people speak to their customers and handling their requests.

My consignment no. Z06589743 is not delivered me till today 26.11.19 night, while i requested/complaint on mob no [protected], [protected] &[protected] and on email id customer [protected]@dtdc.com, enquiry @dtdc.com, [protected]@dtdc.com, dtdcco @dtdc.com and on [protected]@vsnl.com but no avail.
They are providing very poor customer service. They didn't bother to reply and solve my problem.
Please look into this matter.

This complaint is about dtdc courier service. My consignment number d49270175 shipped from delhi to be delivered to me by 19th nov is not being delivered to me. Raised many requests. None of the requests has been responded and customer care team in not picking the phone.
There is no way we can contact the customer team as they never pick phone or respond to texted queries.
My first query was made on 21st nov and then repeated times, but dtdc is indifferent and heedless

Booked a parcel in hyderabad on 21st october till date i haven't received it. The tracking says it has been returned to the facility again but no phone number contact in the websites and no proper response from any of the contacts in chennai or hyderabad. I need this parcel as it was booked for diwali and still not received. Very disappointed with the behavior of dtdc ownership. Courier ref - h16790702

I had a courier sent (Hard disk) to chennai on 23/10/2019 from mumbai airway bill number - m77943223, due to some issues with the address they didnt deliver it. Inspite of rigorous follow up with the team in chennai and mumbai, they sent the courier back to the original destination (Mumbai) even though i was assure that they could handle the situation, if i texted them the details.

Thereafter, i was assured that the package would be delivered to me in 7 working days where i needed to repack the courier. Its been a month that the package is still lying with them. Their regional office bearer subhash kumar yadav in their kandivali (West) branch has been so misleading, rude and disrespective that until date he is only delaying the return delivery with false promises. He is so causal about escalations that he doesnt care about any actions that could be taken against him. Its 25/11/2019 and the package is still not delivered with no confirmed communication from the company.

This is highly unprofessional for a company with such brand presence to have such poor quality of customer service. It would be great to seek immediate action against such unprofessionalism.

Icsi sent a courier of my books to me twice. But dtdc bhopal did not even attempted to deliver it and returned the parcel to origin on the same day without contacting. Now they are saying that the address does not exist. Really? Icsi bhopal does not exist! 😒 if they were not able to find the address they should have atleast contacted me but they didn't & returned the parcel immediately. I was tracking the parcel throughout!. Highly disappointed.

We have booked our consignment on 21.11.2019 to haridwar but til today 25.11.2019 our consignment not reached to the destination while the courier should be delivered till 23.11.2019. When we contact at your haridwar branch on phone no. [protected], [protected] then they reply to us that they can delivered till today"s evening, while it is urgent documents to be delivered on time. Why should we used your courier again for the same.

Today i received one parcel from mana ayurvedam pvt. Ltd., and i found that actual item was not there in the package. I also felt that it was opened and again sealed. The courier guy did not called me and also he has not entered his details also in security instead he told the security that he has called me and i told him to handover the package to security. I am regularly availing dtdc facility and confident of their fine and brilliant services but few days ago i experienced the deficiency in the service at the mehmoorganj, varanasi branch due to which i have to write complain. Few days ago i ordered valuable books from adda 24 store which would be delivered through your service by 11 nov 19, but recently after some time i came to know that parcel had not been been delivered due to incomplete address. While delivering your representative not tried to contact me before returning the parcel, sorry to say i am unaware of your delivering policy. When i informed the service provider (Adda 24/7) regarding the deficiency in service of dtdc in delivering my order then after the action of adda 24/7 they contacted me, again i requested them either
Provide me the address of your store / hub in varanasi, uttar pradesh, so that i can collect from there or provide me the contact number of delivery person or contact number of office so that i can collect parcel from them, then i came to know that they are from dtdc mehmoorgang, varanasi office. There after i requested them to kept the parcel at their office so that i can collect but they didn't and returned the parcel.
