Packets on 22nd november and 9 packets on 23rd november for our clients
For diwali gifts, in this regards i would like to draw your kind
Attention towards the poor courier service by your local courier vendor,
First of all diwali was on 27th november and these packets should
Delivered before diwali but many of these packets delivered after
Diwali and even which delivered before faced so many problems to our
Clients asking our clients to receive the packet from courier office.
Sir your local vendor has refused to returned our following undelivered
Packets to us z23191964, z23192046, z23192023, z23191973, can you please
Investigate my request and advice the vendor to return back my packets.
Important: kindly acknowledge that dtdc agent is authorized to keep our expensive parcels. Because of your agent we faced embarrassment in front of our clients.

Updated by Sorav Singla My cost of one parcel is in between Rs.9000/- to 15000/-. DTDC people are doing fraud. There compliance person Name Suraj ([protected]) is an illiterate person who don't know how to talk with corporate customers. He is hands in glove with the dtdc agent Rajneesh ([protected]). Despite my repeated complaints, both behaved like deaf or dumb. I suffered a loss of missing parcels amounting INR 50000/- approx via DTDC Courier in addition to my business loss.
Guys, specially for corporate customers, avoid these kind of frauds / thugs. Better to book your couriers through some other service providers.
