We were sent a courier through dtdc vide tracking: h17154154 and ref:[protected]. It was booked at hyderabad to pochampad. The package is booked on 09.11.19 but it has not reached us even on 18.11.19. When i contacted the they not even informed me the when i contacted the local dtdc center, they replied that the service is not available at my location and refused to deliver the package to me and asking me to come to their center which is 60km away from me.
If i travel 60km to collect my courier, what is the purpose of booking it in dtdc.
If the dtdc service is not available at my location why they accepted the booking. If they denied to accept, we would have booked it in other courier services.

I am writing this letter to recover my undelivered packets which were returned back to your local courier vendor rajneesh whom we booked 31 packets on 22nd november and 9 packets on 23rd november for our clients for diwali gifts, in this regards i would like to draw your kind attention towards the poor courier service by your local courier vendor, first of all diwali was on 27th november and these packets should delivered before diwali but many of these packets delivered after diwali and even which delivered before faced so many problems to our clients asking our clients to receive the packet from courier office.
Sir your local vendor has refused to returned our following undelivered packets to us z23191964, z23192046, z23192023, z23191973, can you please investigate my request and advice the vendor to return back my packets.

My tracking no. Is z17942621, to be delivered to ruchika bhanot, duggal dwelling, the mall, nahan. On tracking the order i have found that it was delivered on 16.11.2019 at 16.04 hr. But i have not received it. I have not even received any mail or message regarding the delivery. You are requested to deliver the same to the right address immediately.

Its embrace to express the way how materil was stolen from good packing. Material was booked in phase 11 mohali chandigarh on 4th nov19 through consignment no d53042564. Material was delivered at my home with wrost packing. Few material was stolen and packed again. Payment made 3100 while booking time itself. I have booked a shipment for urgent delivery from kolkata to hydrabad on 14th nov 2019. It was commited to be delivered by 15th nov 2019. It is showing on the tracker that item is lying at the nearest hub since 03:56pm of 15th nov. Still the item has not delivered. For the express delivery a huge amount was charged from me which is double of the normal charge. Consignment no: v57310345. Going to consumer court against dtdc for the false commitment. The product status says delivered, but i haven't received the product yet. How can you take a sign of a wrong person. Check the person who has signed because i have not received my courier yet. Also, contact the person who has delivered. I want my product today

I have a consignment pending for delivery by dtdc. I tried to contact the dtdc courier office. They are not picking up the call and it says always busy. I never received a call from dtdc about the courier. If i look into tracking information on the website, the status says "attempted delivery for 2 days". But not received a single call from dtdc. I am feeling frustrated. Please help me

Cosignment number was (D[protected]. Markona courier person refused to deliver so i call to my brother to collect this parcel box from markona, when i tracking this numer there is a messege
Showing us receivers wants to open delevery (Cir) hen i collect this box that time my brother saw the whole box was filled in ant then he ashed to courier shop man why the ants r full r running on the box some doutfull create is there my brother taking to parcel at house and opened they saw costly chocolates and sweets r removed from box same to call to markona courier man how the items r removed from box first he cutoff my brothers call 2 time and said i don't know about this after that he put balcklist in my brother phone i also try to talk him he didnt received my call so this a sheer act of irresponsibility so i demand to compny immediate recover the stolen items price so i hope assap get solution s im waitng for your reply. Dear sir, i had send a courier from baroda to markona date of 07/11/2019, courier
Was deliver date of 14/11/2019 my brother found some items have been stolen from courier box so requested you back my stolen amount money.
My consignment number was d55404185, box has full of costly chololate and sweet also when i received at that time the whole box was filld in ant that time i complained to courier shop man why this box full of ant? Acctual my brother collect from shipment from couriershop he refused to come to delivered this
Item tats we gone to courier shop when we opened this box and saw some chocolates and sweet also stuff removed, this sheer act of irresponsbility.
I demand immediate recover of the stolen items of amount i have nedded.

I booked a parcel for my client naming gaurav sahu on 30.10.2019 via dtdc tracking no.- z28207841 for location chattisgarh. Tapkara road, kunkuri city, jashput district, pincode - 496225. Mobile no.- [protected].

Its 15 days gone it is very irritating to say that i ddint receive my parcel n now on tracking it is showing that it has been delivered on 10.11.2019 bt my client dint received till now. This is the worst experience i m facing plz do the needful.

With ref. To above docket details, it has not been delivered at specified address & not yet received back to us. Dtdc is not replying properly about exact status & not returning back amount of rs.50/- they charged for this courier. Highly irresponsible & pathetic response from dtdc. Trying to get exact status for last one week.

Dear sir,

We have sent one documnet to moranhat through dtdc on 09/11/19 at your machkhowa courier branch. But the document is not yet received till now. After enquiry we have found that it is still lying at guwahati office.
The consignment number is as follows -

We need to know immediately the reason of not sending our document and we were not informed about the matter.

I send courier from shahjhanpur to inderlok colony sidcul haridwar. But it was not delivered and sent back saying the has no service in this area. But if you have no service in that area then why the courier was picked and inderelok colony is 1. Km away from dtdc shivaik nagar haridwar office but still courier was not delivered and i mentioned mobile number on it, if they would have called on that number once, my family members would have collect the courier personally. It is a complete negligence. Kindly help and take action

I went for courier cosignment no. Z16401275
from dtdc waidhan, Singrauli.
The respective person charged me 130 rupees for courier from Singrauli to buopal.
I checked online the price was shown 85 rs.
When i asked him why he charged more.
He misbehaved with me.
And told me courier will go from renukoot to bhopal.
When i asked as his shop is in Singrauli why he is charging from renukoot.
He told me it is that way only.
Very dissatisfied by his behaviour and service provided by dtdc.

I haven’t received my oder yet. It has bhen 10-12 days. I even called an executive his behaviour was so bad, rude. Didn’t expected this m daily tracking it out. If executive can not reach out to my address they could have called me but i didnt received any single call from any executive. My product has been gone missing.

We followed up the tracking and kalayan branch accepted that they have lost the parcel and cannot be delivered. I contected the local dtdc office pune hinjewadi for complaints and he said nothing can be done now.
Tha package had the content worth inr 1200 rs, everything is lost. We expect a resposnce from dtdc and the refund of the amount.

Waited till now but no responce from them

I had a percale to get delivered from kolkata to naihati dtdc.
After checking with the tracking number i got to see the percale is already delivered to naihati and it was out for delivery on 30 oct.
And it is already 12nov. And i didn't receive my product.
When i contacted my nearest branch they said probably the percale is missing.

Please look after the matter.
