Dear sir,

We have sent one documnet to moranhat through dtdc on 09/11/19 at your machkhowa courier branch. But the document is not yet received till now. After enquiry we have found that it is still lying at guwahati office.
The consignment number is as follows -
K22375350, dt -9th nov'19.

We need to know immediately the reason of not sending our document and we were not informed about the matter.

Please do the needful.

I send courier from shahjhanpur to inderlok colony sidcul haridwar. But it was not delivered and sent back saying the has no service in this area. But if you have no service in that area then why the courier was picked and inderelok colony is 1. Km away from dtdc shivaik nagar haridwar office but still courier was not delivered and i mentioned mobile number on it, if they would have called on that number once, my family members would have collect the courier personally. It is a complete negligence. Kindly help and take action

I went for courier cosignment no. Z16401275
from dtdc waidhan, Singrauli.
The respective person charged me 130 rupees for courier from Singrauli to buopal.
I checked online the price was shown 85 rs.
When i asked him why he charged more.
He misbehaved with me.
And told me courier will go from renukoot to bhopal.
When i asked as his shop is in Singrauli why he is charging from renukoot.
He told me it is that way only.
Very dissatisfied by his behaviour and service provided by dtdc.

I haven’t received my oder yet. It has bhen 10-12 days. I even called an executive his behaviour was so bad, rude. Didn’t expected this m daily tracking it out. If executive can not reach out to my address they could have called me but i didnt received any single call from any executive. My product has been gone missing.

We followed up the tracking and kalayan branch accepted that they have lost the parcel and cannot be delivered. I contected the local dtdc office pune hinjewadi for complaints and he said nothing can be done now.
Tha package had the content worth inr 1200 rs, everything is lost. We expect a resposnce from dtdc and the refund of the amount.

Waited till now but no responce from them

I had a percale to get delivered from kolkata to naihati dtdc.
After checking with the tracking number i got to see the percale is already delivered to naihati and it was out for delivery on 30 oct.
And it is already 12nov. And i didn't receive my product.
When i contacted my nearest branch they said probably the percale is missing.

Please look after the matter.

i send a gift through DTDC courier service (Z[protected], its showing on website that they contacted by my friend said deliver another day, actually she need it urgently, she did not receive any single call from courier boy/girl, all liars are recruited in DTDC, The worst service I received in entire world. I also check the status on DTDC tracking today, 13 nov 2019, again the status was updated wrongly, same line receiver said deliver another day, actually i dont know to whom that person is speaking because we do not receive any call. please help me in this issue. contact Dimple [protected]

Someone had sent me a courier through dtdc on 7th Nov.2018..i was trying to track my consignment in the morning then it was showing in transit. But now when I have tracked my consignment then it is showing delivered successfully. I have not recieved my courier but It is recieved by Ssisigsigned. I should go to consumer court.you guys are playing pranks with consumers. That is very poor service.now find my courier n give my courier to me. The consignment no. is K22538624.

We didn't not except this type of service from dtdc. We have handover the consignment (D[protected] on 7th of nov through dtdc air but consignment still in kolkata, we tried to contact kolkata customer service number displayed in website from morning to evening no one responsed and than we called to hyderabad number they told shipment is at port blair it will deliver by the evening but when i track in website it showing still in kolkata, this shipment for the ngo students event on 13th of this nov. It is very importent shipment kindly arrange the track and arrange the consignment on priority.

Dear sir/madam,
This is to inform you that, i have done the courier to kakinada from bangalore on 07/11/2019 through dtdc speed courier. My consignment number was v56479323. It was charged 260/- since it is a speed courier, if i could have done the same courier by normal dtdc it is only 70/-. Also it could have reached early when compared to speed courier (Dtdc blue). Can you please let me know who is the responsible for delivery delay and extra charges. Its a worst experience for me. Till now my courier was not reached.

Such disgusting service provider at market yard office for delivery. Dishonest people working there from they manager to the delivery boy. Disloyal people who credit themselves with the brand of dtcd. I have experienced wonderful service at wanorie branch oh but at market yard you just ineffective, time wasting people who don't do know anything about integrity and honesty.

The dtdc person has denied to deliver the courier to my given address and excusing to not to deliver in that area. The location is with in the city, not in the inaccessible remote village areas.

Complaint - courier not delivered. The call me to pick the courier by yourself. Also, he said the courier is there from last 3 days and he call me today morning to pick the same by yourself. He gave me his office address - dtdc office near tvs showroom, vivekanand chowk, sonipat.
Location is me - 76, sector - 27, mapsko garden estate, sonipat-131001.
It is with in the city, hardly take 20- 25 minutes, may be far for them to deliver but this is not consumers's business. This is the only job of dtdc to deliver which is unfulfilled to our area.

Important documents from new delhi sent through dtdc not received way past the stipulated period - sent on the 7th november 2019 and today is the 11th of november 2019. Tracking no. Z16119594 and cause shown is invalid and got up - the various dtdc numbers on their website are ringing but they refuse to receive; tracking data has not been updated between 9th to 11th. This is extreme harassment for customers. What would be the redressal for this? Please help connect with the company and ensure that the package is delivered.

Staff member behaviour rood and used profane language with me.
And parcel also delivered in your system but parcel not taken me.
And parcel dileverd in your system correct time but this parcel dilevred in my hand after 7 to 8 day complete.
Dtdc coriuor sarvise is good but staff member is not perfect in office
I got parcel after so many days due this i loss in my business

I booked a courrier on nov 5 its been 5 days now but the tracking no showing no data. Everytime i ship something through dtdc i get into this trouble. I want to know the status of my parcel. Please resolve my issue as soon as possible. I'm done with dtdc

Dtdc being a good name in courier field this problem i'm facing was not acceptable in this firm, not atleast by dtdc. I have been tracking my courier since the day it's been shipped, one courier (Z[protected] was received by the mangalore hub on nov 8 around 9am and fdm was prepared around 12pm. As per my knowledge once the fdm is prepared the product should be out for delivery in few hours and i this case it's been more...

The booking id is m77444457 i was to recieve the parcel by 28 oct but till date i havent received the parcel neither they have contacted me for the delivery i had a word with the booking courier shop the phone no of which is [protected] but they even didnt help me out i am still awating for my parcel i also told them the address which is tahsil office shahpura district dindori madhya pradesh 481990

The courier person even did not call before coming to the location and without any contact they displayed as not delivered. When i called the person he is ignoring my calls even though continuously calling and and finally he switched off. When i call to office number no one responded the call.

This is with respect to the courier picked up from pune bhumkar chowk on 9th oct 2019 by nitin [ tracking id - p52722236 ]. It was supposed to deliver to swati kumari (Bangalore - electronic city) but it is very very disappointing to say that without any intimation to the customer the parcel has been returned to pune.

Consignee visited to dtdc courier office bommasandra to check about the parcel - they have said the product is in the office and tried to search for it for around 15 - 20 mins, after asking couple of times to know where exactly my parcel is, they said it is returned back to pune.

After a lot of discussion, they have shared a dummy contact number of a delivery boy with whom the parcel is sent to pune.

The contact number shared was - [protected] (Which says it does not exist).

Is this the way you treat your customer?

If you can't deliver the parcel to the exact delivery address, then why hell we should trust on you and on your service.

Consignee has not even received any information about the parcel delivery neither any call nor any messages. But here at office they are saying that the delivery boy has called me thrice.

This is one of the worst service which i ever seen

And now, when i said to nitin to collect my parcel from the dtdc that parcel was completely damaged and he left that parcel to that courier office and the dtdc denied to refund the money to him.

Please do the needful, and take the action against it

Hi,

I had send a courier to my friend with tracking id c95631217. It already reached her place and then when i tracked, it is showing that it has not been delivered because the receiver is unavailable. But my friend did not get any calls and also, there was always someone at the delivery address. I dont understand how without even calling the consignee, they have put the receiver as unavailable.

This is an urgent courier and i had thought that dtdc is a good courier service. Also, none of their numbers are not connecting. I need immediate resolution for this matter.
