Sir, i have booked one urgent courier (Consignment no. V[protected] on 15 oct 19 at 04:20pm for mumbai at pooja courier services kashmiri market, opp. Shankar market, block no. 3, super bazar, cannaught place, new delhi-1. The courier has not delivered till now at destination. I called to pooja courier many times but they have not pickup call. When they pick the call, told me may be reached today...

I was informed my courier landed in my city on oct 9th.
I've still not received its delivery, it been almost 10 days since it reached my city.
Upon tracking, it came to our notice that it was sent to chennai by mistake because of some issue with dtdc server.
Kindly arrange to deliver it asap to the desired...

I booked 5 parcels via dtdc first time after the recommendation of their partner those were booked on 14th oct 2019 at delhi and commitment of delivery was for 16th oct 2019 at varanasi on the given pin code and till now even on 18th oct we do not have any status of it their office staff is not responding calls and neither we are able to check the updated status other than in transit since 14th oct!

What kind of services are...

My tracking no was b80623814, it has been couriried on 10th october 2019 from bangalore to hyderabad (Tellapur) it was misrouted on 12th october 2019 and from that date i was daily giving about 30 minutes for talking to customer care executives but what they were saying was not going to the action. Still the courier is at the courier boy and i am worried about my courier...

My consignment number h90241497 sent from kadapa to visakhapatnam but my courier is still in vijayawada. It's urgently needed to be done. I thought that it will be done quickly why can't you keep speed delivery. Everyone needs courier to be done quickly. I already experienced this type of worst experience in my last courier. Please make it done speed delivery. And how can we contact the person where my courier got misrouted....

P52578800 is the consignment no. I can see it's in mumbai on monday but it's thursday still not delivered, called ofc 20 times no reply.. Only 1 time lady picked up call and have me rubbish explanation. It takes hardly 15mins to get to my place from dtdc ghatkopar facility. Every person in the ofc give different explanation for the package.

Need my package or claim back at any cost....

I send a product by dtdc plus courier on 16.10 2019 from kolkata to murshidabad. When dtdc declared plus services is next business day delevery. Otherwise fail to delivered then guaranteed money back. But now they are no responsed in this problem. Please solve this problem.

Docket number Z22596886 booked from Chandigarh to Ahmadabad on 3rd Oct is returned without contact to end customer even after Phone number mentioned on envelop . Courier is booked RTO to Chandigarh and still not rebooked even after raising complain. It is carrying extremely critical documents.

Very disappointed with the service of DTDC....

Have not received my courier which was was send on 14th Oct supposed to be delivered in 24hrs as the company give 99% possibility to receive but not received yet and today is 4 day. No one is responding now and yesterday had a word with courier boy he started video calling me instead of deriving my courier and I don't have any option but I'm going for FIR. Had worst exp with DTDC plus. If you people can't provide services so plz don't offer...

We have couriered a urgent packet thru you vide c/n # k32081845 dtd 10th oct 19 from kolkata to iocl digboi refinery, assam. As per your tracking report, the packet reached your tinsukia during 1st half today. To enquirer regarding delivery we tried to talk to your tinsukia office. However, none responded. Now at 4:45pm, understand from ioc digboi we got information as 'our couriered packet didn't reach them...

I am phd student from mumbai. I had couriered a parcel, from mumbai on 11th october 2019, for studies at indian institute of science education and research, bhopal. I had paid extra charge for express delivery.
Its been 7 days, still the parcel has not been delivered.
The tracking history says, the parcel was recieved at bhopal hub on 12th oct, but after much complaiting and tracking the parcel was send out for delivery on 16th...

My client booked a parcel on 05/10/19 and the tracking no. Is h16517357 in the name of ms renu sharma (Himachal pradesh) from day 1 it is stuck in hyderabad hub for the last 13 days. The parcel was not received on time due to which rs 10, 000 of my client has been hampered. There is no such liable person to answer me where my parcel is?. We have sent the reminder pamphlets to our employee (Naga raju) and he was out of station in vizag and dtdc staff mentioned in the report that he don't want to take the pamphlets (He is our permanent employee and it is important material for his duty). Really this is not acceptable for such professional courier company to mention fake info in the report....

We have booked a parcel from dtdc ghaziabad to bangalore whitefield as on 7th of october 2019 by air mode but till 17th of october our parcel could not to be delivered at mentioned address and dtdc team have put fake information at their web panel that parcel has successfully delivered and now they could not tell about the parcel. It is a life care medicine parcel....

My courier is at the destination from last 3 days and i didn't got any call from the service provider and i called to their official office number from 2 days but they are not picking up the call and the bell keeps on ringing.

We are pficus de med pvt ltd bangalore, we book one courier from delhi to banglore through air courier because o[censored]rgency, stock came to banglaore 14th oct 2019 today date is 16th oct 2019 till now we didn't received stock, i called to bangalore whitefield courier office more than 50 times but no one responding

Please help me in this ragards...

I was expecting a consignment, tracking number is z05219110.
Tracking shows item delivered, but i didn't get the product.
I tried to reach dtdc customer care, they have third class customer service.
Kept waitng me for 20-25 mins and then disconnect the call.
Such pathetic and third class service is not expected from dtdc.

Do the needful and deliver my consignment earliest....

The courier had been sent from delhi to banglore on 10 th oct 2019 and the status shows its delivered but consignee hasnt received the courier yet. The delivery if at all done? Has been done on wrong address. The contents were supposed to be worn by the consignee on some wedding. Courier company is not doing anything.! Please help me to getbthe courier delivered at the correct address...

My urgent NOC from tata capitals is not yet delivered though online the status for the Package: Tracking ID m93856865 is showing delivered .
I am trying connect with Pune Customer care, Bangalore customer care none o f the phones are working.
