First of all as a professional courier company dtdc is most irresponsible company i found, on 28thoctober a consignment from kerala containing medicine sent on 29th it reached whitefield on 29th october to my surprise till today they didn't deliver every day they commut they will send but they don't till today it is showing as transit and moreover such lethargic response from them either numbers are not working not its always busy i had made more than 50 calls but they are not bothered. Guys don't use this pathetic companies service

I have booked a parcel on oct 23rd 2019 from hyderabad to pudukottai, tamilnadu and till now i didn't receive my parcel more than 2 weeks.. No response for phone calls and customer care num not even attending phone calls. Such a irresponsible and irritating courier service peoples.. I. Don't know how it was redirected from tricky to perambalur instead of pudukottai. When the address and pincode was right.

If Even it takes 2-3 days for transportation the company didn't deliver to the rural areas and the courier service threads me if I didn't pick the parcel in a day he is gone a return the parcel, and asked me not to use DTTC courier service hear after,
The company didn't take any action it is happening every week, I at least receive more than 10 Parcells every month for my company 1or 2 via DTTC this is the worst courier service I have ever faced.

I had shipped a consignment on 30th october 2019. The delivery was attempted twice on 4th november 2019. As per the tracking status, it was not delivered because customer wanted an open delivery. There has not been a single call initiated to me regarding the matter from dtdc. The customer has finally agreed to recieve the order without opening. I dont know how many attempts will be made by dtdc. And in such situation why they did not inform me about the problem as my contact number is mentioned on the consignment. I want them to contact me and inform me about the attempts and further procedure.

The wishmaster of the courier service behaved very roughly like an illiterate person...

He also doesn't want to deliver my buying product at my home, though it is a home delivery product...

The owner of the courier service talk very roughly with me on the mobile call...
He also demanded to receive the product at their office, as the delivery boy does not come to my home address...

I have sent an express courier via dtdc (Reference n[protected] on 01/11/2019 from bhopal to dubai but even after 5th day of transit the same
Is still lying in india as per the tracker. The most unfortunate delay has already caused me considerable loss

Kindly let me know that whom should i contact in india or global level so that i can get the documents delivered in dubai or please redirect this mail to the responsible

With connection to the above shipment no., i would like to brief as follows
One document which was to be delivered to me at 601, swapnapurti thane, was handed over to dtdc vasai office on 17th october 2019.
As till 22nd october 2019, i did not receive the document, i checked the status on track status report on your official site where it showed that the document is undelivered due to door lock
I contacted the dtdc vasai office and was told to contact the thane main office.
My wife visited the thane main office to collect the respective document but the document was not found. She was sent back to home by saying that she will receive a call from dtdc once the document is found.
As there was no answer from dtdc my wife again visited thane main office on 23rd oct 2019 in the morning, where it was told that the document is with ram maruti road thane branch as it was given to delivery boy. She was asked to visit ram maruti road thane office at around 2 - 2.30 pm.
When my wife visited that office at the time given to her, the concerned person was not available. She talked to him on phone and told him about the document. He requested to wait for a day and assured that he would look into the status of the shipment.
Hence, we did not take any action on 24th october 2019.
On 25th october, i again checked the status on the track status report and surprisingly it showed that the document was delivered on 24th oct at 7.50pm even though i did not receive any document.
I again contacted ram maruti road branch on very same day and it was told to me that the delivery person never received my document from thane main branch for delivery and the status that was shown as ‘door locked on 17th oct 2019’ is not correct. It was further told to me to contact thane main office.
Hence my wife again visited dtdc thane main office enquiring about the person who has collected the document on my behalf as it was shown in the status report that it was successfully delivered on the earlier day. At the same time the representative of dtdc thane main branch accepted that the document has been lost by them in transit. She also gave the confirmation of loss in transit by mail.
I regret to say that i am very unhappy with the service rendered to me by a renowned courier company like dtdc.

I hold the dtdc india responsible for loss incurred by me due to the irresponsible handling of the document by dtdc and losing it, physical and mental stress suffered by me and my family. I also hold the dtdc india responsible for intentionally misleading me by providing incorrect information on track shipment status report.

Although i have mentioned correct delivery address, my parcel has been delivered to wrong location (Bongaigaon, assam) instead of barpeta, assam. When i tracked my parcel, it is found that it has been received by some person mr. K. Ojah.

When i was called this person, he was saying that to receive my courier you have to make payment for 5 rs online so that i can deliver my courier on tatkal basis.

And i will forward it on another number [protected]. As i have forwarded this message to [protected], suddenly amont of 9999+9999+999+300= 21297 rs deducted.
This is very serious matter.. The people how can trust on your services.
So you are requested please take action on this matter and refund my amount.

This complaint is subject to bogus assurances provided on behalf of tingre nagar office staff pune
My parcel has been shipped from past 7 days containing perishable goods worth 5000 inr
The staff at the office charged 1500₹ extra over and above the standard charges of 5000 ₹ assuring the parcel to be delivered within 3 days
And now the parcel is stuck at customs office malaysia and pune people have no clue about it.
Their passive attitude has cost us the good to go bad and not reaching on time.

In reference to awb/ consignment number: h88589989: submitted to shipment on 30th october. As on 3rd november, shipment not delivered even with correct address. Dtdc online tracking system says "not delivered (Address incomplete or wrong - (Cir)". No one from dtdc tried contact me, if they have any queries on address. Please help me in getting the shipment delivered as the provided address is correct.

On 30th oct, jp nagar banagalore 560076 i paid 120 rs to the dtdc for a delivery to cubbonpet 560002. I was told it will be delivered on 31st oct. On checking online it was showing outfordelivery.
On 31st it showed delivered. But didn't mention any name of the person it has delivered to.
I called my friend to check if he has received it, and to my surprise he has not received neither got any call from dtdc.

Then i tried reaching 2 day continuous to dtdc call center @[protected], but was not able to connect to any of their executive. Worst system ever seen in my life.

Finally after 2 days, i. E. Today when i am able to reach them, they have taken a complain.

I cannot imagine any system as worst as this.

I swear i will never ever use dtdc ever in my life and will educate as many people as i can in my life not to use this stupid service.
Looks like it is run by bunch of clowns.

I request dtdc to atlest return back my consignment to me if they cannot deliver to right person

I had given my bag from palam delhi to mumbai with consignment number d54545485. After receiving that bag i found out my lock was broken inside the courier packing and my things were stolen. I contacted the person ([protected]) in delhi he didn't respond and just put me incall reject list i have been trying to reach customer care but even they are not responding.

This communication is regarding one of worst experience that i faced regarding dtdc service.
My shipment about to come today at my home address which was given, but i saw through tracking that shipment that it was attempted to deliver, but my door was closed. After seeing this, i reached to the nearest dtdc branch at vip kestopur, pin - 700102.
There i faced unprofessional and unlawful behavior from shop owner. After stating that as i stayed in 6th floor of a 6 stored building so the ground floor entrance remain locked, but some one could have reached me through calling my number which was also given once courier was booked.

Then that person (Please mind it he is not a delivery body, he is shop owner. I don't know his name, but i can provide his number [protected]) told me in-front of delivery boy that, it is not possible to call any customer while delivering any consignment.

Then i asked why then dtdc has taken two numbers from me. He then replied me, its for office use. If someone door or office is closed, then that shipment will be returned and dtdc will call them back.

I said that, then it was a serious concern. My shipment could be delivered by simply calling my number when delivery boy standing in front of my door. Instead of that i had to collect my shipment from your office without any kind of intimation. With this when i let him know that i will inform dtdc about my concern, then he said he is pursing 25 years in this career, no body can do anything even he is unlawful. I was really get shocked after hearing this statement. I have paid some money for the service and instead of providing me the service someone making business of it in bad manners.

I will expect a ground level audit should be done against this kind of incident and needful should be done timely.

Dtdc courier & cargo — led tv received with broken screen

My brother in law had booked an led tv for transport from pune to ahmedabad on 22 oct 2019. Tracking number[protected] it was finally delivered today.. When the box was opened the screen was badly damaged. I am also attaching a photo of the same. I will also file a written complaint with the dtdc hub in pune, ahmedabad and corporate office. I dont know what kind of delivery service is dtdc providing, they damaged our tv. I. Made a mistake by trusting dtdc with a high price item.. I will post this soon on facebook, twitter and other social media platforms tomorrow along with a formal complaint in consumer court.

It has been more than 10 days now that i have been waiting for my courier containing medicines from dtdc. They told me my area is non serviceable. How is that possible when prominent courier services like bluedart, dhl, amazon, flipkart etc. Gives me parcels at my doorstep. Fact is even on their own website, they clearly state that they deliver in my area and at my pincode. Why am i being harrased and not being deliver my medicines. This poor service courier needs to be banned. Very poor customer service.

Why is the box kept at the hub for past 3 days?? Who will pay for our loss?

Myself deepu k padinjarekara from cochin. My brother send me a courier from thodupuzha (Kerala) in my ressidence adress on 30/10/2019 pod no-r 35133890. Before sending courier he ensure it will despatch to my home. Since no one is in home to go and collect from dtdc courier office. Today i got a call from your thiruvankulam (Ernakulam, kerala) office stating that one courier is reached dtdc office and ask me to come and collect it. I briefed my situation to reach office and collect. Requsted to deliver my home. But they are not willing to do it. I am getting other courier like dhl, fast and safe, bluedart, amazon, ekart, proffesional etc... Without any issues.. I couldn't understand what is the issue to deliver courier to home. If i want to collect it from ur office why should opting for courier service.

A courier was made from bangalore at the highpoint 4 office.
The awb no was-b67488152. The items sent were clothes worth 2000/-. The parcel reached nashik and was sent back from the office itself to bangalore without having called either the recipient or the sender. The tracking details mentioned that "address was not found", but if that was the case, someone should have called.
After having called the nashik and bangalore offices, no one could help or provide any information whatsoever. The contact no mentioned of bangalore on the dtdc site said to contact the booking office. The booking office could not be contacted as the no was not available. On contacting the head office in bangalore again they said sorry they cant help. After a lot of hit and trial of contacing here and there, we learnt that the parcel in lying in the booking office and the parcel is open.
When we went to pick up the parcel, the booking office said that the parcel with that awb no is not there.
Finally, the parcel has been lost in transit and no one has any explanation or is providing any help from the dtdc offices. The numbers we spoke on are;

Despatched from delhi on 21/10/19. Supposed to have reached dtdc local office at madhurawada, visakhapatnam on 24/10/19. Delivery address about 2 km away. No delivery till 1/11/19 when i collected personally from the dtdc courier office. I was told that delivery boy was not there! For 7 days?! No phone calls to inform us about it. Very poor service!
