I have couriered some chcoclates from hyderabad to madanapally(near by village) on 4th novemembere and My consignment number is H16841009. This is supposed to be delivered 6th or 7th nov.But till now not delivered. No proper response from people and tracking is showing rerouting it's been 7days now.

I went to DTDc office and checked with them they are saying irrelevant answers, if they dont know the address they should call back the numbers which i provided right ? they didn't call or inform. When i went to their office most of the people facing same issue. Take some severe action on this courier service.

We booked the fashion jewel online they couriered in dtdc from parrys to thiruvallur but we didn’t receive it. If we track the courier number it shows address not complete. No courier person has called us to find the address atleast. Same thing it happens last week for my sister also. She booked the same item to deliver it to avadi. But she didn’t receive it. Not even a single call from courier person too. Atlast item returned back. Please do the needful.

We received many products previously without any issues. If person not able to find our place they used to call us. But in this case we didn’t get a call.

On 5 november i have sent my documents from pimple saudagar-pf582 branch dtdc.. I want to send this in surat.. The service is very disappointing.. My documents not delivered on address which i have provided on envolop.. It sent to main branch of surat.. Which was 20 km from my house.. No one called regarding of this envelope. And it was very urgent my tracking i'd was p52928758.. If you are taking money for this service than you should do your work properly.. You all people making fool to other people..

I am a regular customer of your esteemed company. I had send below mentioned courier to sivasagar. At the time of receiving it was open. It was received at sivasagar dtdc office. They were unable to provide any satisfactory reason for the same.

The consignment number d55600901 has reached nearest hub and was out for delivery. Without even attempting a delivery it is redirected back to hub.

Atleast could have called and informed about delay or when it will be delivered. Some kind of intimation. I have seen lot of complaints of such. Could you please do the needful at the earliest. Thanks in advance.

I had a courier to get delivered by dtdc.. It dint reach me even aftr 2 weeks... I work at omassery and when i searched in google there wasnt any dtdc franchisy found in omassery... So i called to this dtdc office, in kettangal which is anearby place and enquired abt the delivery of parcels to omassery area like is der any seperate office or contact number... She was very rude n abusive... She didnt helped at all and the same time she spoke in such a manner aftr which we never feel like contact with this firm... Please make her understand she exists because of customers including me.. Thnks

The address on the courier was of begusarai but the dtdc delivered it to bagaha...

Still we contacted the guy we requested him to send it on appropriate address so he said he has done the rto to begusarai this all happened on 26th november...

We were waiting for the courier in begusarai lastly we called the guy of dtdc bagha he was misbehaving with us, he was not receiving the call, he was to abuse us but later he said the courier has been sent to patna apex we went there but the guys are saying they don't have the courier and the address on the courier was of begusarai but it was sent to bagaha what are you doing man...

We contacted bagaha dtdc, begusarai dtdc, patna but no one has the parcel and the guy who said he has done the rto is not talking and misbehaving with us

I have received the courier on 06.11.2019 at my house. When the packing outside is good. But inside the dtdc management has broken the seal and stealed 2 packets out of 10 packets. The courier tracking no d54921759. Hence kindly do the needful. Otherwise i will escalate issue to higher authorities. I did not see any other courier like this ed professional bluedart etc. This is the one and only courier has sealed and taken 2 packets. I dont know how the employees are working. Whther they are sealing any packets which contains food. The dtdc employees got salary or not timely. What is the necessity of broking the seal and taken 2 packets. Kindly so the needful within 2 days. Otherwise i will escalate matter to higher degree level of case/fir/higher authorities.

My phone number given wrong, i have called him, he told u have to collect, then he told i will bring u should pay me, then i told ok, then he told 2 o'clock, 4 o'clock, 5 o'clock, 6 clock, 7 o clock, then he told u are free i am not free, and shouted and black mailed me that he will return the order, pls kindly take action on him as he has insulted me, and talked very badly, this is not the way to talk with a doctor, it is an emergency that is why i called, he is telling i am free without doing any work

Dtdc courier seems to be the most disgusting service provider. The courier was supposed to be delivered 2 days before but there is no update and these guys have no clue. Pathetic customer service. Especially gauhati dtdc staff. People please dont use dtdc ever. The customer service people are not even bothered. Please be aware before you use dtdc courier again

This shipment shows as delivered to meera bagh, whereas there is no meera bagh in uttam nagar. Also, this shows as delivered to singh whereas this was meant to be delivered to abhishek srivastav. Also, where is the phone number of the receiver? Relationship is shown as relative, how can srivastav and singh be relatives. Now, how would you compensate this loss?

The courier is being misrouted for the second time at hyderabad.

This is happening regularly at hyderabad. Can't the dtdc read the address on the cover and appropriately send it to the correct branch. The dtdc is unnecessarily misrouting the courier causing a delay for the courier being sent.

It looks like dtdc is doing on purpose so that people can opt for their plus and premium services.

I request to kindly deliver the courier as soon as possible.

Above said parcel sent on 23/10/19 from dibrugarh to margherita (97km) and yesterday i received the parcel where other courier takes 2-3 days dtdc takes 14days. The courier service threads me if i didn't pick the parcel from tinsukia office near about 45km from here he is gone a return the parcel, and also asked me not to use dttc courier service hear after. This is not a first in earlier days same things happend the company didn't take any action on this, this is the worst courier service i have ever faced.

First of all as a professional courier company dtdc is most irresponsible company i found, on 28thoctober a consignment from kerala containing medicine sent on 29th it reached whitefield on 29th october to my surprise till today they didn't deliver every day they commut they will send but they don't till today it is showing as transit and moreover such lethargic response from them either numbers are not working not its always busy i had made more than 50 calls but they are not bothered. Guys don't use this pathetic companies service

I have booked a parcel on oct 23rd 2019 from hyderabad to pudukottai, tamilnadu and till now i didn't receive my parcel more than 2 weeks.. No response for phone calls and customer care num not even attending phone calls. Such a irresponsible and irritating courier service peoples.. I. Don't know how it was redirected from tricky to perambalur instead of pudukottai. When the address and pincode was right.

If Even it takes 2-3 days for transportation the company didn't deliver to the rural areas and the courier service threads me if I didn't pick the parcel in a day he is gone a return the parcel, and asked me not to use DTTC courier service hear after,
The company didn't take any action it is happening every week, I at least receive more than 10 Parcells every month for my company 1or 2 via DTTC this is the worst courier service I have ever faced.

I had shipped a consignment on 30th october 2019. The delivery was attempted twice on 4th november 2019. As per the tracking status, it was not delivered because customer wanted an open delivery. There has not been a single call initiated to me regarding the matter from dtdc. The customer has finally agreed to recieve the order without opening. I dont know how many attempts will be made by dtdc. And in such situation why they did not inform me about the problem as my contact number is mentioned on the consignment. I want them to contact me and inform me about the attempts and further procedure.

The wishmaster of the courier service behaved very roughly like an illiterate person...

He also doesn't want to deliver my buying product at my home, though it is a home delivery product...

The owner of the courier service talk very roughly with me on the mobile call...
He also demanded to receive the product at their office, as the delivery boy does not come to my home address...

I have sent an express courier via dtdc (Reference n[protected] on 01/11/2019 from bhopal to dubai but even after 5th day of transit the same
Is still lying in india as per the tracker. The most unfortunate delay has already caused me considerable loss

Kindly let me know that whom should i contact in india or global level so that i can get the documents delivered in dubai or please redirect this mail to the responsible

With connection to the above shipment no., i would like to brief as follows
One document which was to be delivered to me at 601, swapnapurti thane, was handed over to dtdc vasai office on 17th october 2019.
As till 22nd october 2019, i did not receive the document, i checked the status on track status report on your official site where it showed that the document is undelivered due to door lock
I contacted the dtdc vasai office and was told to contact the thane main office.
My wife visited the thane main office to collect the respective document but the document was not found. She was sent back to home by saying that she will receive a call from dtdc once the document is found.
As there was no answer from dtdc my wife again visited thane main office on 23rd oct 2019 in the morning, where it was told that the document is with ram maruti road thane branch as it was given to delivery boy. She was asked to visit ram maruti road thane office at around 2 - 2.30 pm.
When my wife visited that office at the time given to her, the concerned person was not available. She talked to him on phone and told him about the document. He requested to wait for a day and assured that he would look into the status of the shipment.
Hence, we did not take any action on 24th october 2019.
On 25th october, i again checked the status on the track status report and surprisingly it showed that the document was delivered on 24th oct at 7.50pm even though i did not receive any document.
I again contacted ram maruti road branch on very same day and it was told to me that the delivery person never received my document from thane main branch for delivery and the status that was shown as ‘door locked on 17th oct 2019’ is not correct. It was further told to me to contact thane main office.
Hence my wife again visited dtdc thane main office enquiring about the person who has collected the document on my behalf as it was shown in the status report that it was successfully delivered on the earlier day. At the same time the representative of dtdc thane main branch accepted that the document has been lost by them in transit. She also gave the confirmation of loss in transit by mail.
I regret to say that i am very unhappy with the service rendered to me by a renowned courier company like dtdc.

I hold the dtdc india responsible for loss incurred by me due to the irresponsible handling of the document by dtdc and losing it, physical and mental stress suffered by me and my family. I also hold the dtdc india responsible for intentionally misleading me by providing incorrect information on track shipment status report.
