DTDC Courier & Cargo Complaints & Reviews

I have send a parcel (R[protected] from kollam to chavakkad (Trissure) and paid rs. 200 for home delivery but they called my family and asked them to come and collect it from chavakkad office, normal charge for collecting it from office is 100 and for door delivery is 200. Because of my situation i paid 200 and dtdc didn't provide the service so i request the cash back.

We had booked a courier (Containing diwali sweets) to atlanta, usa with dtdc, balewadi, pune on 22/10/2019 (Awb number - n[protected] attached)

To my utter dismay, it was delivered after 8 days from booking (After the diwali festival was over). It had arrived in usa on 26th oct but was delivered on 29th oct eod.

Add to that the parcel was delivered at a wrong address in usa. Though the address was mentioned correctly in the parcel the parcel was dropped off at a wrong address (Fortunately in the same city).

Both these (Delayed delivery and delivery at wrong location), resulted in some home made food items getting spoilt. This is totally unacceptable. I would like to register a complaint against the above and a full refund for defective services

It has wrong delivery location of yamunanagar, and courier is "in transit" in ambala. It supposed to be delivered in kaithal (136027). Please help to correct the delivery location & address detail and reroute it to correct destination address given below.

Dear team,

I had a courier from dtdc to be delivered on 29th of oct same was out for delivery, and later i have received a message from dtdc saying product cannot be delivered due to misroute and last mile, and products has been redirected.

But as i have a screenshot the address which has to be delivered, where address was clearly mentioned, my apartment name and door no, and i haven't got any call from dtdc delivery guy for deliver if it was they can handover to the security of the flat, and i received a message saying shipment has been redirected — what does that mean?? Really pathetic service, atleast someone should have called for delivery. No one have even called??

There is a miscommunication between dtdc and the courier guy kindly arrange for delivery tomorrow as i am available at home.

On 26 friday, i booked a sample parcel on urgent next day delivery to gurgaon from kolkata. I was charged 710 rupees, my tracking number is v56659406. I was assured it would be delivered next day which is saturday the 27th oct. Till today it is not delivered. It is of no use even if it gets delivered.
How do you compensate for this?
Shouldnt urgent next day delivery be next day delivery. Kindly look into the matter and see what went wrong.
My client needed the leather to show to his buyers in china. He left on monday without carrying the sample with him. Do you understand how much loss is incurred due to your negligence.

Consignment number d54782116 is not delivered on time. I have dropped my packet at pune (Patil plaza, mitr mandal branch) on 23 rd oct at 1 pm, in tracking history it is showing 24 thoct, this us not acceptable at all. This packet is supposed to deliver at iit madras hostel but since yesterday it was showing it is at guindy branch. Your representative said it will be delivered by tomorrow. Already 5 days are over. Also she said that package is open, how??? I have packed it very neatly.

The consignment was dispatched from dist solan (Himachal pradesh) on oct 23 thorough air mode.

I have used the courier service for sending gift item to a friend on october 23, 2019, and it was dispatched on 24th october from ambala dtdc service but till now it has not delivered to the location where it was supposed to deliver within 2-3 days. Our company name is precifast pvt ltd, we are receiving a courier from mumbai on 26th, present now there is no any update on tracking status. Please consider this complaint as emergency and important for us because this courier is precious. The dtdc docket number: d54743064. The dtdc customer service is also not responding to our calls. Please solve this issue as soon as possible.

The courier was booked on 16.10.2019 but till date it has not been delivered to my address still showing status as in transit and it status did not updated since 22.10.2019.

I tried to reach [protected] Jaipur hub contact number but it is not connecting seems out of order. Please let me know where I have to contact to get my courier since it is very urgent and important . please arrange to deliver on urgent already 12 days gone. tracking screen shot attached.

Dear sir,
I had sent important articles on 23 oct 19 from your zirakpur (Punjab) office, one (Tracking no z[protected] addressed to vaishaali, ghaziabad and second (Z[protected] to rajendra nagar, ghaziabad. Even after 7 days the items have not reached the receipient.
When checked on tracker, vaishali shipment is shown as delivered on 26 oct, however, rajendra nagar shipment is shown still in transit.
If shipments are not delivered today, it will be of no use. The loss to my company will be attributable to non performance of dtdc staff.
Please ensure the shipment reaches today positively.

My consignment no. Z04550445 is not delivered by your employees at my home despite several reminders on mob no. [protected]&[protected] from 24.10.19. I complained through email, except provide me case no.15510923, no response from that end. Is this a good customer service? At the end i send my son to receive the packet from your office. What is the task of your employees and company? Customer will receive thier pàcket themselves. Your gorakhpur employees are tarnished the image of your company. Should i take legal action against your company? Suggest me.

A parcel that i was supposed to receive through dtdc courier services hasn't been delivered. They have marked it as delivered but it hasn't been delivered. I've complained to their customer service and was promised that necessary action would be taken. Nothing has been done. I've contacted them 3 times in 3 faysdays. They said they'll open an issue and will update me. Nothing has been done and i learnt that the issue is also closed from their end. They have done absolutely nothing in this regard

Byju's had send me a courier from bangalore on 18/10/2019. Tracking number being b90520560. I received a call from delivery boy, on 24/10/2019. He asked me details about my location and said that ihe will give courier next day. Next day (25/10/2019) when i was checking track history of my courier, it was showing that courier have been delivered on 24/10/2019.. Which actually is not. So i called him, he started saying i am out now i will deliver in evening but has not got yet

But already 3 days are completed and the parcel is still at bangalore hub while i checked the shipping history in dtdc website. Even indian speed post had delivered it faster. Dtdc"lite" service is worst. They focus only on premium services. It is better to close "lite" service as they became late service. Seriously taking 4-5 days of delivery from bijapur to pune is really a worst part of dtdc service.

As 3 days are completed, it is of no use to give parcel to dtdc. Total waste of money and time as indian speed post may have delivered it with in 3 days. Then what is the use of giving my parcel to private courier if they failed in delivering it in time. If dtdc want people to opt only their premium services, then kindly remove the "lite" services permenatly as the "lite" service is very vey worst. A normal post will deliver from bijapur (586103) to pune in 4- 5 days with minimum cost. But you charged more money and delivering it in 4-5 days.. Totally dissatisfied with dtdc service. Money and time wasted.

This is to tell you that we have a sent a courier via dtdc from vijayawada to chennai on monday[protected]. This is to bring into your notice that your service is really sucking and does not meet any of our customers needs. We trusted you with all things that you will be delivering our packages at the right time and the people of guindy, chennai are making chaos of it telling us that there is no track of such parcel at all. And to talk precisely the previous encounter same from vijayawada to chennai was also the same wherein our product was delivered completely shattered by rats. This is too mediocre and idiotic on your part to do so. Not even a single person is responding in your regions of chennai and my humble suggestion kindly change your mediocre staff at those regions who does not even respond (Useless in paying them). What are we supposed to do if such traits are done and
You promise us to deliver in 2 days, whereas it's been a week and there is a no track of our valuable goods (Dry fruits that are a worth of 5000rs). Do you think that it is easy for us to let go of things the same way you do to ours or do u assume yourself that our goods are damped and need not be delivered at all. I forseek a massive complaint on this and if action is not properly taken we are not going to do anything but we assume that your company is a bloody hell. Those people from chennai are now reporting us that the address is not correct it seems and they don't even care to take a call from us. We called all guindy dtdc localities and they don't even respond. Such a useless fuss really it has been.

I here by inform u that this jagadish iam from tirupati i have book one thing on 22/10/2019 at tirupati so for it was not reached the exact destination iam not happy with ur service iam fully disappointed by ur courier services.. When iam tracking details every time if iam search it was not displaying and through phone i contacted they told that it is in vijayawada.. Actual location it has to reach is basar, nirmal district, nizamabad (Telagana) so iam complaining i want justice.
