Dtdc has been the worst courier service which we have ever faced. Horrible services and the delivery does not happen for almost three days from pune to mumbai and these guys are just not bothered to respond to calls or attend to the complaints. And such shameless people that if once the call gets attended by chance, they ask us to pick the order from their office. Ridiculous. If they really do not have the capacity and logistics support to carry out their operations, they should ideally their shops and sit home instead of running their business. My parcel was collected on 22 october 2019 from pune and till date the same is not delivered to mumbai (Dadar) - consignment number p52988234

We have couriered some important doucments via dtdc having tracking number (V[protected] is shown as delivered in the site but the receipts didnt received the courier. Also in the site it is mentioned that couriered to hdfc banjara hills with incorrect receipients name, where as we couriered to hdfc sr nagar branch. I have requested "[protected]@dtdc.com" to confirm where exactly it is delivered and i am not getting any response. Also we tried calling the number "[protected]" which is switched off completely. And tried calling "[protected]" and they are not picking the phone.

All we are trying to know is where exactly the delivery of documents is done.

We do atleast 50 couriers every month and we never faced an issue. Please help us at the earliest.

Sir, i had booked a parcel (Consignment number - z[protected] from mamun branch at pathankot to gurgaon on 22 oct however the consignment has not been reached to the destination till date.

On being queried about the same at your offices at pathankot and sohna road gurugram, they have given me the following number:-

I am trying to contact all these numbers so that my consignment can reach to its destination. But nobody is giving any satisfactory answers. They are saying that if the consignment is so important you should have booked it through urgent courier.
Sir, i wish to know that is your department gives concern to urgent couriers only? I mean normal courier does not have any priority?

Sir its my humble request to kindly make arrangements for delivery of my consignment. It contains some documents which are to be submitted today only.

I had three couriers to be delivered in three different locations. Not even a single courier was deilvered to the location mentioned in the delivery address, instead they asked to collect the courier 10 kms from the location.. They had take full amount during the time. This is not right way they are doing.. Bad services

Sir, i went to the nehru palace, jaipur to take my courier, and your company fellow told me what missbehavior is and said that the product is still in my hand, i can return it if i want there is absolutely no manners to speak to them. My request to you is that do not give franchisees to such men spoil your name. Therefore, you are requested to remove such men and keep a new dealer so that the customer did not have any problem in coming. This man was of his friendship saying that many people like you come here

My name is lakshya and i want to submit a complaint regarding my courier which i've accidentally sent to the wrong adress and when i tracked it on dtdc site it shows that courier has been delivered and recieved. I even dont know who received that parcel. I think something wrong has beendone. Please help me and give my courier to me. My tracking id is : v56431294

I was to receive Courier from Noida, Delhi. While tracking the delivery, it showed address incomplete or incorrect. However, the address was properly mentioned in the document and neither have I received any call from the delivery boy even in case they didn't find the address. Now, the courier has been returned back to Noida, Delhi. I should have received a call atleast. Pathetic and inappropriate service. I want to get this resolved and want my courier back urgently. It is just sent in transit.

I've ordered a product in Amazon and the seller shipped it through DTDC. Tracking ID is R34447387. It is not delivered to me yet but they have updated the status as delivered on 23rd Oct. I called the local DTDC person (Potheri, Chennai). He gave phone number of a delivery person, but that number is not at all reachable. Also for 22nd Oct, they have updated as 'RECEIVER REQUESTED DELIVERY ON ANOTHER DATE-(CIR)', but I didn't receive any call from them and I didn't ask them to deliver on another date.

The document is super critical to reach by today since last 5 days it has not been delivered. I need some help to sort out what is the actual issue. and get the packet delivered.

This is dr. Rizwan (Swm expert, suda, govt. Of jharkhand), have handed over the parcel to dtdc office (Plus service) at singh more, hatia on 22 oct 2019 (First half).
But till now (24. Oct 2019), the parcel still showing at ranchi ware house.
Shopkeeper has very roughly deny to provide update about parcel status, he said "aap faans gaye plus servive le ker, jo compalin kerna hai ker lo"

Can you explain present status of parcel and when it will delivered to concern destination as well as behavior of shopkeeper.

This is for your information that my dtdc consignment number (K[protected] was not delivered by the delivery boy in spite of me being available. The status of my order is showing the receiver not available in the exact address given. The delivery boy called me in the morning and was yelling at me to come to my hostel. My hostel security guards collect all dtdc couriers on the student's behalf. He was repeatedly asking me to reach my hostel at 10.30 a. M when i was in my department, in spite of me telling him that my guard will collect the parcel. Then he started threatening me and told me that he will not deliver my order and i can complain anywhere i want. And as per his wish, he never came to my campus to deliver and update the status as receiver not available.

Pathetic service from a pathetic company. Dtdc is a cheater with worst delivery boys around

My order with dtdc tracking number b67631637 wasn't delivered to me but the status is notifying that the order has been delivered on 21st october evening at 16:56. I didn't get the call from the delivery personnel before delivery. I confirm that i was at the location where the order was supposed to be delivered. I had mailed this 2 days back and 15486775 is my case number. If the product is delivered provide me the proof of delivery and the contract number of the receiver.

Important parcel which was earlier committed to be delivered in 3 days is not delivered even after 8 days.
After regular follow up with local guys, though the current status is falsely showing as delivered, but the firm doesn’t have any proof of delivery and none of the phone nos.in ahmedabad is working.
The courier contains critical medicines and delays will be hugely impacted.

Delta couriers service traking i'd dtc66778829k shows a parcel holds at delhi custom office due to anti money laundry certificate. Sent from dr robert jackson from birmingham uk on 14.10.2019 and reached custom office on15.10.29 to my name usha moleyar... I paid 145000 as a custome charge n certificate.. But i did not received parcel yet.. Pls inform me how to get the parcel...

It has been 2 days when i got the message your product is in your way but i haven't got my product yet and when i check the dtdc website it says consignment redirected. Please provide me my product as soon as possible. I have to go out of station after 2 days. Just proceed my delivery within 2 days otherwise it will not be a good deed for the customers.

I have send 51 grams of important documents through dtdc express
Services from silchar, assam (16/10/2019) to warangal telangana which costed me a hefty 335 rupees. On 21st my dad (Recipient) got a phone call saying my package is out for delivery.
He asked for address and after my dad patiently told him the address then he
Peevishly says that we don't have boys here right now, we will deliver it tomorrow.
After that incident, my dad was desperately tried to contact him, through his contact number, but he didn't answer approximately 30 calls from my dad.
Then even after 2 days the courier was not delivered, and i have received and e-mail saying the package was delivered to ('fah hi kak").

I mean"what's this?".

I lost my scholarship amount due to the delay of this documents.
When i was tracking my documents i noticed that the courier transferred like this:
17/10/19 : shipped from silchar to guwahati.
18/10/19 : shipped from guwahati to hyderabad.
19/10/19 : reached hyderabad facilty
21/10/19 : reached warangal (Out for delivery).

I paid a huge amount for these papers so it can reach the destination one or
Two days earlier than indian postal services and i also believed that tracking was easy.

The package took one day to travel from guwahaiti to hyderabad
2400 kms and took two days to reach for warangal (175 kms).
It can be clearly seen that the package was not regarded as an express service, it makes me wonder weather i paid the amount for nothing. What's my package was doing in 2 days at hyderabad itself.

I want my package to be delivered to where its supposed to be and i want that warangal (Pin : 506003) office facility to respond to my father calls and answer for what they did to.

I want serious action on the guys, responsible for the delay of my valuable documents and wrong delivery. It is clear that they spoofed the delivery saying delivered to"fah hi kak".

If there are any lawyers, please tell me weather i can sue them for my losses.

Amazon Parcel Shipped with DTDC Tracking ID: Z92189710. Delivered on 19th Oct 2018. Solapur Maharashtra. 413004.(enclosed the Details)

Amazon parcel was delivered to me by a woman Delivery person. Called me on phone and asked to come and get my Parcel Since she couldn't come to the mentioned address as she is suffering from knee Ligament tare. Then i went to the main road and found she came driving an Honda Activa Scooter. And asked why she con't deliver at the mentioned address. For that she immediately raised her voice and said that "i am the owner of the courier so i couldn't come and deliver the same" and moreover she said that if you want it or shall i return the same.
The behavior of the DTDC Courier Delivery personal was worst so i would kindly request to take appropriate action against the Delivery Women.

I was sent a document package(tracking number Z[protected] from fiitjee delhi to Hyderabad(zip 500080).i was waiting for the delivery and updates in online tracking.and the online tracking now says Not Delivered(Office closed or door lock - (Cir). I has very important documents and dtdc not even called me .Please deliver as soon as possible as delay may cause my admission to cancel.

Sir, my urgent shipment was booked from Delhi on 17 SEP 19 vide Z15162649 and reached Hyderabad on 18 SEP 19.

They didn't even bother to call and inform. When I enquired twice on 21 SEP 19, as the last date for submission of the form to my office was on 21 SEP 19, by going to their office (DTDC Navajeevan Nagar, Ferozguda, Bowenpally, Hyderabad, Telangana 500042), they told me that the item was not received at their end. I also enquired by calling them on 21 SEP 19 but no response.

But, when I track on 22 SEP 19, it was shown as delivered on 21 SEP 19 as per their website however, I didn't receive. When I call them on 22 SEP 19, they told me that they don't have delivery boy so you should come and collect. After that I told him to send it on 22 Sep 19 itself else I will raise a complaint. He even told me "Do whatever you want". So, I made a complaint through[protected] and the representative raised a complaint with a complaint number of 15491783 with an assurance that they will call back and will make sure to deliver it by 22 Sep 19. But, all in vain and now the customer care are also very busy with no response on call. So, I called again on 23 SEP 19 from my office and he told me that he will deliver by 11:00 am but not delivered till 3pm. So, finally I lost the fight or bet and he (DTDC Navajeevan Nagar, Ferozguda, Bowenpally, Hyderabad, Telangana 500042/ Mr S Babu MOBILE no [protected]) wins as he had challenged me that do whatever you want we will not delivered your item. So, after losing on his challenge I went to his office and collect it personally.

The shipment took one day to reach Hyderabad from delhi and it took six days in Hyderabad, which was successful as I went personally by taking early off from office.

So, I lost hope from this courier service and it's regional service[protected].

I want them to know this and learn some lessons by giving appropriate actions (by a compensation from the staff responsible) at concerned person/ official. They should even returned the fee they charged for this horrifying courier service. They better send me a report that how it was happened.

I will be happy to know if there is other forum to made this complaint.

A courier was submitted by dr. Nikhil kulkarni, soham publication, pune maharashtra on 17 october, 2019 for siddharth shikhare, apate nagar, kolhapur 416011 in dtdc courier. The tracking number is : p52908830. It was not booked for a week. When i contacted kolhapur dtdc main brach, i came to know that courier was booked on 22 october, 2019. I am complaining on 23 october, 2019.
We think dtdc courier is most reliable than others. Then what rubbish is going on? Please deliver the courier as soon as possible.
