I booked an article on 13.09.2019 vide consignment no. Z15361169 from office located at civil court opposite sbi, main branch, varanasi up. The update on website indicates the status on 24.09.2019 that article could not be delivered due to incorrect/wrong address but the cusomersupport has reported by email that the article is delivered and the case is closed. I am confused about the real fate of my article....

I couriered a parcel from dehradun to srinagar and the agent has said that it will deliver in 3-4 days but my product was undelivered and when i tracked the order it says address is incomplete or wrong cir. But i have written complete address and my friend has gotten the courier at same order earlier. It is stucked in rishikesh. I have registered a complaint but there is no response from their sidealso provide me some solution...

My consignment number is m77356279, origin indore, destination pune, my product hasnt delivered yet, the booked date was 23rd or 24th of sept 2019, not even a delivery person has contacted me... The parcel i can see in tracking that its in pune but hasnt reached me yet, what is wrong with dtdc, nowhere i can contact... The status after is showing consignment redirected...

Dear concerned,

A product is delivered via dtdc. The post is ordered at kadapa and it is dispatched on 15 september. They said that it will reach in 5 days. But till now it haven't reached.

The post is sent from kadapa, andhra pradesh to the address d. Khader basha, room no 106 satpura block, gmrit, rajam, andhra pradesh

It is more than 15 days being dispatched, but till now reached to me. I don't...

When i found packet my packet not packed properly that some one packed on shipping time.. Packing was different and my iteam was missed form courier box maybe form dtdc stolen my iteam because some budy packed box as is it... Somebody who was very professional stolen my iteam its was very precious... I raised ticked let see what happened

Dear sir. We have courier parcel from bagaluru to kodinar. Gujarat but parcel not shifted from my locations. And further when i call to the person but not response. And suggest me that parcel collect from rajkot. But clearly address are given to the kodinar. And when i contact to the dttc office he advices me that contact rajkot office and rajkot officers said contact bagaluru office....

My consignment has not been delivered by dtdc & when i complained regarding my consignment being not delivered, then they have replied me with this e-mail.

I had placed an order online which was shipped on 25th september 2019 with awb number as k32779577. Still on 27th september 2019 if i check the tracking status of my consignment it is just displaying "no data available".

On 25/09/19 printonweb company in noida ordered a package to me in faridabad. When i am tracking it dtdc site is showing delivered on 26/09/19 but i haven't received my package. They even don't call me for that. Sign showing on the site is not done by me. Trying their customer care number but not able to contact. Kindly solve this issue as those papers are important for me. If this is the service of dtdc courier then i am not going to suggest...

On 23 september 2019. They charged me rs. 1200 and i was promised that it will be delivered by next one business day. Unfortunately, the delivery only happened on 26 september 2019. On top of that the laptop was delivered in a damaged condition. The screen of the laptop...

On august 12th my sister sent a courier from bangalore via dtdc's kalyan nagar branch (7th main rd, hrbr layout 2nd block, hrbr layout, kalyan nagar, bengaluru, karnataka 560043 | ph:[protected]. While sending the courier, it was mentioned that the content in the courier was "clothes". It has been over 30 days and i still have not received my parcel. (Receiving address : kapurbawdi, thane west 400610) the tracking details (Attached) still...

It's almost 20+ days and still, we haven't received the package. I called the customer care 100s of time always they say that give us one more day or we call you back in 1 hour but never got any call from the stupid customer care.

Now they are saying that package is missed and not evening responding properly. Simply they are disconnecting the calls.

Please check issue for dtdc delivery the tracking number - z14460034 it is showing delivered in system but i have not received yet. I called to customer service and their system showed that it has been delivered to me on 23 sept 19 and someone had signed on behalf of me. I am surprised that delivery boy was not called me before coming and he did not checked the id proof before delivery. If he had not done this practice that why i am facing...

I have couriered documents on 10/09/2019 to dhanbad (Mahuda) from pune and tracking number is p70293225 which was very urgent. My courier is not delivered yet. It almost 16 days gone. My courier is still in dhanbaad. None of customer executive is supporting me.
