Dear team,
I had a courier from dtdc to be delivered on 29th of oct same was out for delivery, and later i have received a message from dtdc saying product cannot be delivered due to misroute and last mile, and products has been redirected.
But as i have a screenshot the address which has to be delivered, where address was clearly mentioned, my apartment name and door no, and i haven't got any call from dtdc delivery guy for deliver if it was they can handover to the security of the flat, and i received a message saying shipment has been redirected — what does that mean?? Really pathetic service, atleast someone should have called for delivery. No one have even called??
There is a miscommunication between dtdc and the courier guy kindly arrange for delivery tomorrow as i am available at home.
