I had shipped my courier on 11th October this month to Mumbai and it reached on 14th October. But the status shows 'Not delivered' Consignment Redirected. Plaese check this issue as soona s possible.

I was expecting a consignment, tracking number is z05219110.
Tracking shows item delivered, but i didn't get the product.
I tried to reach dtdc customer care, they have third class customer service.
Kept waitng me for 20-25 mins and then disconnect the call.
Such pathetic and third class service is not expected from dtdc.

Do the needful and deliver my consignment earliest.

With reference to the consignment note cited above, we would like to submit that we have booked a consignment from bayyaram-507117 to hyderabad -500084 on 24th september. As per tracking the consignment reached your gachibowli facility on 26th september 2019 at 10.05 hrs and was not delivered to us. When we approached your gachibowli facility, they have informed that the consignment reached in damaged condition and hence it has been thrown out. The said consignment is containing some important documents such as original vouchers, bills etc., which cannot be replaced.

Please look into the matter immediately and arrange to deliver the consignment without fail.

I am getting above mentioned status regarding my consignment-d53973212 since friday.
I have called in dtdc - kondapur branch multiple time since monday morning but they are just rereouting me giving number but no has bothered to listen to me and take an action.

This is not the way we expect companies like dtdc to respond. Not able to get any status or confirmation of delivery.

I am really disappointed with your services.

I have sent a parcel from chirala to kolkata, consignment no h92101859, i have sent the parcel on 28/09/2019, it's been 15days, didn't receive the parcel till now, they didn't even call to the receiver and didn't come to deliver but marked as receiver not available. Customer care is also not picking up the call, please look into this. And make sure to deliver the parcel.

I sent the courier on 9th october 2019 consignment no. Z16883111 from ghaziabad to chandrapura (Jharkhand) and after tracking it's show last update on 11 october 2019 and loction is still showing patna hub and after 11th there is no location update and this is making me worried whether the my very urgent document will get delivered or not... It's very urgent to get delivered as it's delaying and still showing the same location. Plz get it delivered as soon as possible

Z[protected] consignment number shows delivered in dtdc tracking system but the same has not been received. Kindly help in locating the said consignment.

Courier was booked at yamunanagar for Gurgaon on 03.10.2019 but till today (05.10.2019) the tracking report has not been updated on dtdc website.

My package with tracking no. V55505240 booked on 10th october 2019 was meant to be delivered from dhanbad (Jharkhand) to agartala (Tripura) within 72 hours from the booked date i. E by 13-oct-2019 for which dtdc charged me rs.350. My package has reached to agartala on 12-oct-2019 but haven't been delivered to the desired address. But now when i tracked my package it is showing the status as on 14th october - not delivered (Local holiday - (Otr). It is urgent that the package should be reached by today (14-october-2019) by any means.

Updated by Santhosh Dhamodaran Some guys calling me and saying they are call OMG from DTDC, but actually they are not from DTDC. Saying they will refund the amount and they forwarded a link and asking me to forward to some number. I asked them to provide DTDC mail I’d to forward that message but they are not able to provide the email id. Some guys using these customer complaint portal and making ponzi calls to customers. This is from indian oil corporation ltd, bulk petroleum storage depot at baitalpur - 274201, district deoria, up (Near gorakhpur). As a commercial location there are continuous parcels for the location from pan india. But the dtdc office at deoria doesn't deliver any consignment at our premises and on contacting they simply refused (The number of person contacted is [protected])
At last we have to send our office boy to collect the parcel (Consignment no. V55577386 dated 05.10.2019). This is not first time, the same instances were repeated in past.

I sent a box from ongole to machilipatnam but the service is worst dtdc charges 500 per box it is more than bus charges per person but the shipment was not delivered consignment redirected it shows it is a urgent courier for me it takes more than 2 days but the shipment was not delivered No dtdc customer care service working on this

My product tracking detail is M94087263 booked at 16 sep 2019 and yet my product is not delivered to me and tracking details show the product at jaipur hub at 18 sep 2019 and mine delivery address is Dungarpur rajasthan so what is that .

Product was shipped 9 days ago, ftom kolkata to usa. Still not yet dispatched from delhi. No further information recorded.

The expectation of the service was on high standard because of the intended delivery product which is very critical now.

The product came in 8 th oct on delhi and after that no further details has been recorded for shipment.

Please i want my delivery asap as possible. I will wait for next 2 more business days. It should be delivered by 2 more business days from delhi to below mentioned destination location.

If in next 2 days it wont be here i will take further lawful actions on this.

I had sent a courier through dtdc courier agency with awb no: z26933243 to lahordaga (Ranchi). I headed over this parcel to dtdc on 7/10/2019 and still now the parcel had not been delivered. The dtdc agent assured me that the parcel will reach there by 10/10/2019. But till now the parcel has not been delivered. I had also contacted the dtdc agent various time, but they do not pick up my call. The numbers of the agent are [protected] & [protected]. I had online tracked the status on 11/10/2019, the parcel was out for delivery, but no one has called the receiver and also not delivered the parcel on that day. I would like to infirm you that the parcel contains very important papers related to my father's job in c. R. P. F. I request you to please take strict action on this kind of ignorance so that the concerned authorities may rise from their slumber and do the needful at the earliest.

Without delivering the courier, dtdc updating status of consignment as "receiver requested delivery on another date" not even called once. It is their usual behaviour. Never send couriers through dtdc.

Attached the tracking screenshot.
Not even a single time i got call from dtdc irinjalakuda. My house is just 3 km from dtdc office.

Hi

Courier is come in tempered condition and delivery boy was rude denied to give office number. It is cut my big mouse and re tape by courier people and delivered. We have gatekeeper app. Non of delivery boy come early it was laied down in near branch since 4th. October. Courier disptated on 1st and received on 10th oct by 5pm. Sweet spoiled and rest of item is cut my mouse. Ghee food. Baby food item gignger powder some 4 type of papad 400kg plus more

Please find image it is loss of around 3000 to 4000 rupess.

I sent my courier from Nagpur to Pune on 2nd oct 2019. They said it will get delivered till Monday but even after 7 days they didn't delivered my product. I tried to call dtdc services & they never received it. finally i got my courier yesterday but the worst thing is my product has been damaged. My monitor screen got damaged.
I called to dtdc centre & they are not giving any hope. I am really frustrated for this ### services of dtdc.

I want to raise CONSUMER COMPLAINT againt dtdc & I want all my money refund. Please take a strict action against DTDC. Like me lots of people suffering from this. DTDC fooling people.

My package with tracking no. A44955028 has been booked on 30th september 2019 from mundra, gujarat to deliver it to gurgaon with proper address. The packet has been there in gurgaon from 4th october 2019 and my shipment status is showing that "out for delivery" and "not delivered (Address incomplete or wrong - (Cir)" or "not delivered (Receiver not available (Cir). Earlier we were told that it will be delivered within 5 working days. Can you tell me what am i supposed to do right now?
