My tracking no. M10257570 was wrongly updated as Not Delivered(RECEIVER NOT AVAILABLE-(CIR)).
I was at home all the time and no one called me.

This is 5 instance of status wrongly updated from DTDC.

Kindly instruct your delivery person to always call the person...

On 30th September 2022 I received a call from DTDC courier that I have been received with a parcel from the company I'm currently employed, also they said they will be delivering my order within 30th evening, today October 1st 6pm, I still didn't received any response from the firm on my delivery parcel. What if my parcel contains any important medical substances. What is the meaning they are not delivering my parcel on time and not responding...

I got a call from dtdc la- piazza, hirapur, dhanbad
They purposefuly declined to send my parcel to me n wrote parcel re-routed
When i came to their shop to collect my parcel
I was harrased n was send to other outlet .
From there again i was sent back
N here, Mr saluja purposefuly harrased me n refused to give my parcel.
He told me to collect from main office.

My Courier not yet dispatched by the dtdc after multiple follow ups they shows the status on yesterday that out for Delivery but i not received my consignment yet and officer of indore branch didn't response properly of A. B ROAD BRANCH and i also email to them for my issue but didn't recieved a single reply from them. My steel trunk with track id D24573388 was supposed to be delivered till my address in nabagram, but the DTDC branch of berhampur is not doing it instead they are asking me to come and collect it from them. I had opted for speed post delivery of some urgent paperwork on 23rd September evening from Bangaluru. I was informed that it will reach Kolkata and be delivered by Saturday evening.

The tracking number - E76849222. Saturday evening I get a email stating that attempted delivery but failed. Neither me or my father (to whome the package was being delivered) got any call from the delivery person. I don't know...

For online purchase, the package (with Tracking No. D[protected] has reached the destination city (Hyderabad) on 14/09/2022, and today is 26/09/2022, but still the package not delivered. Have called DTDC customer support 2 -3 times and raised the concern or ticket but still nothing happened. Not sure what kind of service DTDC is providing.?

I have ordered 2 soaps from Rathira Ayurveda (Order #[protected] on 31-Aug-2022. They sent the soaps in DTDC courier (Tracking #D[protected].

DTDC people updated the courier status as delivered on 14-Sep-2022 but I did not receive the courier yet. It was OTP based delivery. I did not provide OTP to anyone and no one called me for parcel delivery but they updated the status as delivered without delivering the parcel....

Am from Chennai. My DTDC courier with Tracking number(T[protected] says delivered on 12th September but so far i did not receive my courier. Neither did i get any calls from delivery person on 12th Sep.

The disappointing thing is that Shipment tracking is marked as Received by Office colleague when actually the rightful owner has not collected the parcel. There is no Receiver phone nor name nor email mentioned. I am at a loss...
