I am raising a very strong complaint against Mr Karthikeyan Loganathan.
The package reference number is C27292314 and was delivered on 16th November 2022.
Mr Karthikeyan Loganthan is a disgrace and should be sacked immediately.
He annoys senior citizens like me unnecessarily. He is argumentative and abusive.
If you continue to keep him in service he will bring disrepute to your organisation.
I have informed the sender not to use DTDC anymore.

Officials are forcing people to collect consignment from their office. Otherwise they marked it as "delivered" and the consumer has to go through their harassment. Any consumer who is expecting a very important consignment can do nothing but to collect that themselves. Office is far from most of the housing areas. Officials are making the system work for them which in turn makes the consumer helpless. This has happened to me multiple time. I am sure this has happened to others as well.

I have courier as on 03-Nov-2022 to Maharashtra But still did not received Courier. I never heard worst courier service like this. I really disappointed with your Service, still Courier was not yet delivered.

06/11/2022 they update fake delivered.. when I trying to find out at dhankawadi DTDC branch that lady tell me that shipment showing delivered for further details contact to DTDC market yard branch ..
At market yard branch mr.subhash ( [protected]) gave another phone no mr.sanjay..( [protected])..
Every staff of DTDC courier dhankawadi and market yard branch are very irresponsible.. management must take strict action on them ..
And reply me now what I am supposed to do.. I want to complain this cruel and heartless staff to higher authority how and where to complain about this

In the tracking page of DTDC, the parcel is shown as "RTO returned", but I haven't received the parcel!!

On 03 October, I booked the shipment via a multi-courier platform "iThink Logistics".
After picking up, DTDC kept entering the status as "attempted delivery" "not delivered" "buyer not at home" while the buyer told me that he'd never received calls.

Then DTDC decided to return the parcel since "maximum attempts failed".
I complained but they didn't stop returning it.

Then the status "RTO Delivered" was shown on the tracking page, dated 20 October.
I had not received anything back.

"iThink Logistics" said they can't do anything "because I didn't complain within 48 hrs".
DTDC Customer Care person kept telling me "it's already delivered, you need to contact booking cp".
The numbers she gave me hardly worked. Once I got a human, but he said "I will re-enter the delivery hahaha" which never happened.

I paid twice the shipping charge (forward and return!), lost the parcel, and the customer is still waiting!!

I, am Hemanth and it is couriered on 7 th nov 2022 and my consignment number is D25460348 I should get my order today but I am not getting it and it is showing delivered there in the tracking app but it is not yet delivered and it is showing it is in the coimbatore hub... and no one is picking up the call I want my order soon to amrita Vishwa vidyapeetam coimbatore,[protected] and please call when it is delivered

I Hope you will improve your service and not let any other suffer what I have faced from the last couple of days.
At the same no contact numbers are received by this company.
Really shocking and shameful.

Courier not delivered and no action done from DTDC team. Dont go for DTDC. ill lodge a police complaint and will take the legal action.

I raised a query, complained with the customer care. I don't even receive any updates. I am ready to take illegal action against DTDC to loot the customer's packages. They are blocking the number if I say that I will take the legal action. If the customer's product is missing they are responsible for it. But they are not responsible. Till now I didn't get any notification from the DTDC. I didn't get any reply for the query. They closed it without doing any action. Don't go with DTDC. It's fraud.

My Consignment no - M23325373 was booked from Thane Maharashtra on dated 4th November 2022 and tracking status also shown at Solapur hub
I have already contacted with Solapur branch on mobile number [protected].
He said the consignment already reached Akkalkot On dated 5th November 2022
For collecting same consignment I went at DTDC office akkalkot he said till not reached.
Just he has put the mobile off.

This is in reference with courier that was delivered from Lucknow to Bangalore. I booked the courier from DTDC Aashiyana branch on 03/11/2022 and it reached Bangalore on 07/11/2022. My laptop was delivered in damaged condition, the back of laptop is damaged cracked. I asked twice nothing should happen to laptop and it should be send with proper care, the company said its their daily thing.

Above mentioned shipment was yet not delivered by pathetic delivery agent also I have not got a single call from your office...third class service by ground staff and management just not bother how customers are pissed off by your service...without attempting to deliver the package just blindly putting remark as RECEIVER NOT AVAILABLE..is there any one who can look into this matter...

I had ordered one item from a shop owner and I returned it to them via DTDC. It was updated in DTDC site that the item has been delivered, but the shop owner hasn’t received it. They have proof that they have rejected it. And they are not issuing my refund. After continuous interaction with DTDC, they agreed that courier person hasn’t delivered the item and have updated the status as successfully delivered, and the package is with DTDC.

Now they are not even replying to my mails.

Complaint against DTDC Gurgaon Sector 15. AWB no. Z39279916.
Sender sent from Sector 48 Gurgaon and delivery for Sector 29 Gurgaon (same city). The DTDC Sector 15 office received package from the sender on 4 Nov, there wasn’t any further updates for some 20 hours. Raised query, then FDM prepared status came. On 5 Nov 12PM, it showed out of delivery. No calls or messages. End of the day it was mentioned “undelivered & redirected”. God knows where because now when I track, there are no details at all. Website issues or the order itself if removed from system. And since 4th I have been calling their office number, no response. This isn’t the first time I’m accounting this sort of experience with this particular DTDC office. They’re notorious for delaying products, misplacing for days. Now this being food items, I wonder in what state it would be delivered.

I have a parcel with DTDC for Laptop return to my previous company. I got a call on 2nd November at 5:57 PM that my courier is rerouted because of festivities rush and I need to make a payment of 5rs to activate my parcel. A link was provided on which I had to feed my UPI Pin and money automatically got debited from my account. The person who called me was aware of my DTDC Parcel number. Yesterday on 3rd November at 7:56PM two transactions were made from my account which I was unaware of, for Rs 4999 and Rs 4500.
