Courier a product to Haryana-121103 on 12th Sept from Bangalore and returned to the origin(Bangalore) on 19th Sept. Neither the receiver nor the sender has received any call for delivery or return. product was laying down for the last 5 days in dtdc counter. Today we received the product from the counter.

Kindly find the below attachments of poor packaging.

Hi,

I am expecting consignment with tracking number h16079168. This consignment reached at destination hub on[protected] but so far no delivery attempt has been made. I haven't got any call in this regard as well.

I created case 15323240 as well through dtdc website and quite strange as no action has been taken so far.
I called up dtdc customer care on[protected] and they assured that delivery will be made on priority but consignment status is still same.

Complaint marked as Resolved

I had to escalate this to DTDC managing director and today i got the shipment. DTDC indore hub was about to send my shipment back but this escalation simply worked for me.

Sir the singaperumalkoil over ridge work is in halt now and I don't know the reason for this..It will be of great use for us to travel to oragadam as we have to wait for railway crossing..Kindly see to this issue

Over phone she told me that there now service available to the provided address and how come they had taken consignment we really didn't understand and in addition to that particular main office number also not available in website to contact them for our consignment collection at least.

I got the below listed two of my consignments booked in rbl and i got a call from delhi dtdc person and she gave me person contact to collect [protected] but when we tried to contact service provider giving that information as number not working.

This is not only case which is not delivering to the particular area but they are accepting the consignments. To validate we can see their return consignments list for this particular area.

My consignment no.D54173291 which was booked from Bangalore on 7 of sept 2019, is still in transit.. and the last status was on 11 sept 2019 at satragachi sfc ltl. And still no updates..
May i know the reason for delay.. DTDC s becaming the worst courier service..

My letter awb no z26782425 was booked from from delhi on 19 sep 19 at dtdc for delivery at following address

The letter was received at dtdc lower parel, mumbai at 0839 hrs on 20 sep 19. It remain undelivered 20 sep and 21 sep 19 despite complaint on [protected]. However, dtdc call centre did not sms complaint no. I have requested lower parel branch (Mob [protected]) august kranti marg branch mr more (Mob [protected]) and mrs beena (Mob [protected]) but letter was not delivered to me. Ultimately i have collected letter from august kranti office at 1900hrs on 21 sep 19. The tracking status continuously indicated out for delivery. The company is also capable of showing false status. Tracking page and my remarks on delivery sheet are uploaded for evidence.

My self ramiya padage. Tracking number m77200849. Ref no.[protected]. My courier name is prashant shrinivas padage in the name of my husband. I am pregnant women i could not travel. And my work 13 hours @ kotrud. I have callled the dtdc courier kharadi pune 10 times a day for my courier. But still that courier person didt courier my staff. Plus there is a mobile number in my courier then to he didnt call me. Everything was proper in the courier address and mobile number. He didt call me ask for address.

Is this the service u dtdc give for pregnant lady. Now i have to go to the office and collect. I am single housewife pregnant lady.

Im very disappointed with the dtdc courier service.

Its been 12 days and my consignment is roaming all different places but not to the address where it needs to be or is shipped to.

Called dtdc customer support number 7 times was on hold for more than 30 mins.. No answer.
Contacted the franchisee where i shipped it from - he said he is helpless and shared the contact details of delhi dwarka hub.
Called mr pnadey in delhi dwarka hub - no aswer, called again, he asked to text the details. No outcome. Emailed chain was pushed to different departments but no resolution.

My package was destined for purnia bihar. I roamed to darbhanga-patna-darbhanga-jabalpur-patna-dharbhanga-patna-jamalpur, bt never to purnia.

There is no escalation matrix, your employees have no idea of what ownership means and me as a customer, instead of paying 3-4 times as compared to indian postal service the level of service is even worst.

To contact you people and get a human voice from your end is a biggest challenge of all.

I have sent a parcel with tracking number k21133091 to arunachal pradesh 791110 from guwahati. The document was very important as it had voter id card, and the shipment was placed at 11th september.
Currently the status is still showing ulubari location, i have already filled the enquiry form bur still no response recieved from the dtdc. There is no helpline number for tracking the details of my complaints. I have also checked with both the branch and ask if they could help but nothing seem promising from their end. If not i have to file an fir for the lost items.

Please look into it

Hello,
The item i had ordered has not been delivered to me but it's still showing that it's already been delivered. The problem is that dtdc doesn't deliver in this place i. E. Ravangla, south sikkim 737139 but unfortunately, the sender sent the item through dtdc only. The thing is that the sender doesn't know about the dtdc that it delivers in this place or not but dtdc should be well known in which pincode they deliver and in which pincode they don't so they shouldn't have accepted the item that time only.

Some days ago i ordered a product and after 6 day it comes to my nearest dtdc courier office, but i would not get any call or message form courier, next day i contact to the office, the said that they forward this to other town, because they have confusion about the address. I'm still waiting for the courier for 4 more days. Most useless service i have ever seen.

I have a parcel coming from delhi to kolhapur with dtdc tracking id z21835259 but while tracking online it is showing wrong destination pune where as correct destination is kolhapur to matters worse there is no update even after raising the issue with dtdc customer care nothing has been done. For the last 3 days (Since 18 sept.2019) today is 20th september 2019 the parcel is still at vaishali delhi. Please solve my issue at earliest

Awb number : v55948195, is returned saying wrong cir, i do not what else details dtdc was expecting to. There was no single trial done by dtdc and pathetic replies from the management when a user reached complaining the problem. And they charge more than normal by saying it would be express delivery which dint reach even though after 8 days and returned to origin saying incorrect reasons.

My uncle has sent me a courier from Hyderabad but the delivery boy delivered it to my neighbor without coming to my home as i have installed security cameras at door. While inquiring that why you handed over my personal courier to my neighbors, he talked very indecently. If you're delivery boy are so illiterate and incapable of delivering the courier to that very clearly mentioned on envelope tell me at least one reason to opt our services in future.. very disappointed with your services.

I was to receive important documents from noida. This was couriered to me vide courier no z26792272 dt 14.9.2019. It has been almost a week but my courier is still showing at dtdc noida phase 3 branch.

I tried to contact them through phone numbers given on internet but none of their number is working. I launched a complaint through email but no reply from their side

I have never came across such an unprofessional company like dtdc courier. If they can not deliver the goods. Why they are offering their services.

My shipment no. is X64258262, was our for the delivery on 16th Sep 2019, but still that's not delivered, but i got the massage that its already delivered. I got the multiple web call from DTDC and every time i choose the 2nd option that i have not received my shipment, even i got the call on 17th Sep and i informed the same, but still no further update from DTDC and i am still waiting for my parcel.
