My friend posts my important document via dtdc courier service on 10 of august. Till date, it is not delivered to me and not even courier guy contact me on the given contact number.

On online tracking system, it has shown wed, 14th aug'19|18:14 hrs successfully delivered. I don't know for whom they delivered it.

Tracking number is z14596519 and the receivers details also missing.

Secondly can disqualified the agent of durgapuri Delhi of DDTDC courier who is regularly booking this type of fraud consignment on my name.

I am supposed receive my courier by yesterday. When i check track, they updated that wrong cir or address information is wrong.

If address is wrong, at least they should call contact number. They are not doing that also.

My address information is correct and have give correct pin code 500039.

I was supposed to recieve an urgent document today at whitefield, bangalore. The delivery guy called me, i came down to receive the consignment and the guy was not present there, even after calling 9 times there is no response and the online tracking sows consignment redirected. These people charge a lot of money for courier and this is their service.

This isnt the first time i am having this issue with dtdc. They are a bunch of cheats. The documents are very important.

After just ONE failed attempt to deliver my courier was marked for returning to the sender.
Moreover there was no phone call or message before or after the delivery attempt.
I sent an email regarding this but there was no reply.
Dtdc customer care in mumbai says that only one delivery attempt is done and after that all couriers are shipped back. I have this conversation in record.

I tagged dtdc at twitter and raised the issue but it was also of no use.
The courier it presently in Mussoorie where the sender had booked it.
I want the courier to be reforwarded to me at the earliest.

I couriered my 2 original documents to Vadodara from Lucknow.When it was received at Vadodara my envelope was torned, also my both documents was torned from downside..Seems someone has checked it by trying to open it, as it was properly taped from all 4 sides to preserve the documents..it's so pathetic that courier company can't handle paper documents then how can we trust to send some fragile or any big things

We paid rs. 300 for an urgent document to be couriered to mumbai via dtdc’s premium express service which guarantees a next day delivery. The same was not delivered the next day.
The staff at the office where we booked the courier from refuse to acknowledge a deficit in service and are not willing to provide a refund.
Request your kind help to facilitate the same.
Have lodged a complaint at the dtdc website and are yet to receive a response.

This is regarding my consignment no. Z26444058 through dtdc francise in shalimar bagh delhi-110088 on 26th august 2019. The packet was to be delivered in bangalore. Air booking was made for the courier but it was sent through surface and it reaches to the consignee in 10 days. The packet was suppose to delivered by 31st august 2019 as per requirement of the consignee. But due to fault of dtdc hub at rohini it was delivered on 3rd sep 19.

Pls provide the clarification for the mistake and compensation

Docket no. D53537478 & d53537481 couriered on 23.8.19 & 24.8.19 from anakapalle (Vizag) to dimapur by mr. Ganesh contact no.[protected] (Dtdc office, anakapalle, near rtc complex) but not yet received my courier to destination dimapur city but collected an amount from me rs.8000.

Who is responsible for this now? If i complain to police dtdc co. Image will be hampered so resolve it within saturday 07.09.2019 or it will be complained to police.

Very important parcel posted yesterday and on tracking window its showing worng PIN code.showing 415311 and it should be 415315 on tracking window status showing FDM preparation under Karad location.parcel should delivery at Atapadi location.i am confused it will be delivered or delay.parcel contain IMP medicine which is need to be taken on time.so please make sure I will be delivered on correct address as soon as possible.

My consignment no is k32568176. I book this shipment on 28th august 2019 and till 4th september i have not received any parcel. This parcel is from kolkata to jaipur pin-302017. Dtdc call me for delivery but till now they don't deliver me on my address and i am trying to track but there showing me parcel is delivered on jaipur hub. Kindly look into the matter.

2mont phle mera ak product aaya tha 5th july ko book huaa tha jo 8th july ko kisi or ko delivery boy ne daliver kr diya jab un logo se pucha gya to wo bolte complaint dal do.
But kam krke nhi diya mene unse only jisko delover kiya uska name or mob. Number managa but wo log nhi de rhe h. 10 day se unko bol rha hu par koi sunta hi nhi h

Delivery agent named dhirendra yadav (Patna) was rude and couldn't address the problem with the delivery. He just disconnected the call and didn't even cared about the delivery.
I was supposed to get the delivery on tuesday, and so after tracking the courier dtdc gave me the name and number of delivery agent. When i inquired the agent regarding the delivery, he just said that i have not received the delivery for that area and simply disconnected the call with arrogance. He didn't even spoke to me properly regarding the delivery and how i got his number.
I would like dtdc to take some action and so that these agents do their work properly.

I have couriered one Small sheeth of Tablet which is in small Envelope cover. I booked it on 28 Aug 2019 at Mysore. It has to reach on sagara which is in shivamoga dis karnataka. max to max other courier will take one Day. But Your service is very cheap and feel very uncomfortable. taking this much delay is very bad impression for you. The Consignment Number is B66278679.

After tracking the same still it is showing it is in Sirasi. Is it good sense ? this is the way you are providing service ?

I had submitted a complaint of non-delivery of courier, booked on 24/7 from amritsar and assigned consignment id - z1477185.
The complaint was registered on line and duly acknowledged and assigned complaint case no. 15204885 on (31/7) satruday 13:25.
Please intimate status of the complaint.
I am to leave gurugram on 4th or 5th aug. If you cant trace this consignment by then, please return it to me, at the despatch address at the earliest.

I did not received courier which was sent to me from new delhi on 27 july 2019. However on product tracking page it shows that the product is delivered till date 2 july 2019. I had tried reaching to customer care of dtdc many times but no-one responded till 1hr of wait time. I also tired the phone numbers given in consumercomplaints.in but that also didn't worked.

I sent silver rakhi, a silver kada, silver rings to the usa. Every product in silver was taken out and it was torn when received. I complain to the person who picked it up. He asked me to drop a mail on this email id noidasec126. [protected]@fr. Dtdc.com, to which he hasn't responded. He has stopped attending the calls. This some mr. Srivastava at the central office of the noida area. I am at a loss of around rs.2500. Please help me sort this out.

I am shilpa. My complain is regarding dtdc courier which i have not received yet but when i check on thr site its showing that it has been delivered to some mr. Singh. I dont even know who this mr singh is. Please look into the matter as soon as possible as this kind of service is not expected from dtdc courier services. My tracking id is b66786176. The consignor was not willing to deliver the item at specified address shahpur, pin 176206.
He was arrogantly and continuously saying that my service is avaliable only at pin 176208 not at pin 176206 so receive the item from my office at rait shahpur.

On 29.08.2019, the consignor has not contacted me and updated the status that "receiver refused delivery" (I have submitted complaint on the same day to [protected]@dtdc.com).
On the same day in evening around 6:57 pm, i received a call from dtdc [protected] (Gkp). He asked me that why are you refusing delivery? I have explained him that i have never refused delivery and consignor has updated wrong information. He added mr vijay on the conference call and mr vijay reiterated that my service is not at that place. Person from dtdc gkp requested to suggest another address for delivery. I have suggested the address of emm emm traders, shahpur (Which was 04 km away from my address).

On 30.08.2019, i have called office of ambala hub at [protected] at 4:04 pm and complaint that consignor (Mr. Vijay) has not yet deliver the item at given address while the status is out for delivery since 5:04 am, 30th august 2019. Correspondent of ambala hub again added mr. Vijay on conference call and said that please talk to mr. Vijay. Mr. Vijay said that i have returned the item to ambala. I asked him that why tracking staus is showing "out for delivery" since morning 5:04 am? Then he said "वो तो ऐसे ही दिखा रहा है, पर ऐसा है नहीं". He said he will deliver the item at given address (Emm emm traders, shahpur) when he will receive.

Today 31.08.2019, mr. Vijay has delivered the item at emm emm traders, shahpur-176206.

In dtdc, i have not found proper complaint redressal mechanism to support customer. I'm regret to say that dtdc courier service is very poor and pathetic. Further, i will never recommend anyone to use dtdc courier service.
