Today when i opened the door of my flat, i found an envelope sent to me by an insurance company containing important policy documents lying at the door thrown by your delivery boy, without caring to call the bell and deliver to us with our signature. Your ref no. Is c94839509. He has behaved in an utterly casual manner neglecting his responsibility. Luckily i found the cover. I was at home only, in spite of this he has not bothered to deliver it to us in proper manner. This shows he is unfit to work in an organization like your and will bring bad name to your company if he is not removed from service. This may be happening to many addressees and one has brought this menace to your notice. Pl take action.

I had sent one parcel form surat to damoh but it is not delivered till now.
No one know about the status of my parcel even not updated in dtdc tracking portal.
My tracking number is a44446560.
1st time i had sent one pracel through dtdc and they are doing such type of things now onwards i never believe in dtdc service.in that parcel medicines are there but dtdc courier person is not understanding how irresponsible are they.

Very worst service of dtdc in india. I have sent an item from noida to delhi on[protected]. Tracking no. Z25892611. They are not delivering this or not returning this. Regarding this i have sent many emails and called many time to customer care of dtdc. They are ignoring me. I went dtdc office many times and still i didn't get any response from office staff. And i regularly call to the customer care number but they are also do not help me in any ways.

I book my articles with corrier no. H15711053 from polancha khammam to hyderabad on 20/8/19 after booking of 12 days we have not received our atricle till now. We trying on your mobile no for enquiries but no response are given to us with not lifting the phone.
It not a good seevice for customers so pls delivered my article as soon as possible other wise l will take legal action against your dtdc courier sercice. My article is hold at malakpet branch from 20/8/19 to till now what is the reasons for holding my article without any information it is not good for your corrier.
Pls take necessary action for delivery of my article as soon as possible.

This consignment was expected to be delivered to pune on 23rd aug 2019.
Though, the correct address was given, it got misroute. After vigorous follow up with mourya enterpises - dtdc, we came to know on 31st aug 2019 that our consignment has come back to them and it will take another 4 days to get delivered.

When we ask him to return our money, he deducted 42% of the paid amount. The miscommunication happened in your team is not our fault, still we suffered a lot. Even we loose our business deal. Your person is not ready to take the responsibility of this chaos. Hence, we have not taken our money back and said to him to keep it.

We would appreciate if you look into this matter and return our full money.

Dtdc the most irresponsible courier center, i have send original bills of rs12890 whose consignment no. - k19927149 on 2nd aug 2019 it should reach by 6th aug as per dtdc employee but they couldn't deliver still today i. E 31st august 2019. Now when i calling them they are saying it's misplaced the concerned no.[protected], another guy name sandeep of kundli facility told will let me know but didn't pick my call even 20 times i tried his no. Is [protected]. I need my bills by 48 hours anyhow.

A courier has been send via post office from neendoor to bhopal on 30/08/2019 the consignment no. Given was r34561423 but while trying to track this it is said that this consignment number is invalid. I tried a lot in tracking website as well as the number given that is [protected] and also in the email id [protected]@dtdc.com and all that was said is that my consignment number is invalid. I was trying for this since afternoon today in all these portals and the only answer that was given was my consignment number is invalid how could it be possible. It's so tiring and i was spending the whole afternoon till now on this and it's all a waste of time. Although i have the right to know about my courier it's being completely denied here. This is the first time i am experiencing this and as i have mentioned it is so tiring and disappointing to spend the whole time on this matter. Please do the required as early as possible.

I have booked [ 33 ] consignments on 13th of aug 2019 on dtdc aruppukottai branch. I asked for the delivery slips but they have not given me, after 3 days they gave it to me and the next day they took it back from me telling the reason that they have not billed it yet,

I believed your service and thought that all shipment will be delivered safely, but most of the shipments are delivered in wrong places and most of them are delayed.

One of the consignment booked on the above date was not delivered till date and the status was closed on 19th of aug. I have attached the screenshot below.

Nobody informed me about the consignment delayed. My customer thought that i have delayed the shipment and will send. But after 2 weeks he called me and told that the shipment was not received and that’s how i came to know the issue. There are many shipments that was not delivered and delivered very late.

Due to this my business was in a huge loss and got some bad reviews on my website. I am having a youtube channel and some customers commented that i am taking money from the customers and cheating them by not sending them the product. So those who ordered in my website are now asking for a refund.

This caused a worse thing to my business and now i am in a situation to shutdown my business,

I am going to file a law suit against you people if i am not getting the proper answer from you.

And till now the courier person has not told me how much amount was that and after i argued with him he told me it costs more that 2000, how is it possible, you people are not telling the price of the service and now cheating us with high price.

Consignment no z26402706, which is very very urgent to government is not being delivered even though it has reached destination city two days back. More over it is written in the tracking details that receiver requested delivery on another date, which is not so and completely wrong and cheating behavior on the side of your local partner. More so your staff were very arrogant when asked for the reason for delayed delivery.

This unprofessional behavior is not expected from a reputed courier like dtdc.
I prefer not to choose this courier services in future and request my client also to restrain from it.

However for this time you are requested to get it delivered as soon as possible.

Dealer booked parcel on 22 august from kerala and it reached bangalore frazer town on 24th august still its not delivered and status is in transit.

My courier no.Z21607029 was out fr delivery since 29th morning.. I called and was informed that it will be delivered by evg... I was waiting whole day as it was very urgent for me.Finally when I checked the status at 7:30 pm it showed “RECEIVER REQUESTED DELIVERY ON ANOTHER DATE”!!????

The man behave like we all are dog & he is a owner. He stay in a particular place & call that come & collect the parcel other ways he go away. Within 3 minits i came there but he says that collect from the office. After rough argument he gave the parcel but he direct threat me that next time any kind of parcel if come my address then he hold that. I says him several time that call your senior but he did nothing. Please take necessary action. Other ways it was not good for all o[censored]s..

Hi, I stay in samalkot(533440), Andhra Pradesh .the courier lady called asking to me to pick my courier at their office. I asked her to deliver at the address on the package.shes so rude and said it’s ok will send the package back as u can’t pick it up at our office and cut the call. She doesn’t pick the phone even if I call back.their contact number is[protected].actually the original DTDC service is very good.heard these people are give the franchise recently.

We have couriered one document which was very urgent on 26th August 2019 morning to Ahmedabad Gift City, which has not yet delivered and the reason is due to shifting of DTDC offices in Ahmedabad...

Is this the reason for delay ...????

If this was the case they should have refused to take any courier for Ahmedabad.

Since Yesterday i.e. 28th August 2019, it's lying at Ahmedabad HUB and after tremendous follow up it has been out for delivery now...

I couriered a medicine by dtdc on 24th august from bangalore, electronic city. It was supposed to reach in 3 days. Today is 29th and its still not delivered. After checking the tracking history i found that it has reached the destination on 27th august but these people are not all all bothered to deliver it. The medicine was an emergency for my mother and my father has to go and check all the dtdc centers in jharsuguda, orissa and finally found the courier lying in the main head office. Why is such negligence?? In spite of paying 150 rs. A person has to go and collect the parcel from the head office. They do not bother to even send to the local branch!! This is such an harassment. My dad and mom who are alone had to struggle getting the medicine on time. He had to leave my mom alone and go to the courier office to get it. This makes me sad and makes me to file a complaint on the service these people are providing. This is such an harassment!!!

I had a parcel to be delivered from dtdc with tracking no c94544233. Please note your delivery boy calls me and informs me he cannot deliver to the address as below hno 808/c sodovim verna salcete goa 403722 as dtdc does not provide services in this area. He further tells me to pick it up from the main office, on refusing he calls me to a rendezvous point. My request to your company please do not accept courier if you cannot deliver it to the desired destination. I am attaching the delivery boys no [protected] which states as mr joseph coutinho. I hope you look into the matter and i don't have to face the same in future.

This is to draw your attention to the unsatisfactory courier service by your company. I handed over the packet with consignment number z13674586 on aug 22, 2019, at your service. And your staff member assured to deliver the packet within three days but failed. And even the dtdc site is not working & not showing any relevant tracking details.

Not only the parcel not been delivered to date, but there have been no satisfactory measurements taken on the part of your service to give details of the delay. I regret to say that i am literally disenchanted by the service provided by your company this time. I never complained about any of your services during the past years. But this time it was a big letdown.

I hope you will take serious notice of this complaint immediately in order to ensure that the packet is delivered by august 29, 2019. And fulfill your promising words in future service. I had posted a courier containing rakhee on 7th august 2019 to poland, it hasn't reached the receiver till date (29th august 2019), i was told that it will reach the receiver within 5 days from the date of sending. I have been getting call saying the address of the receiver as wrong. Fedex has changed it from katowice to ozarowice. Is it mistake of sender? I'm not happy with the service provided by dtdc and fedex. I would like you to repay the amount that i have spent in sending the said courier.

The courier states that my parcel has been delivered but its not. At first, they said its delivere to security and now to some other person. How this is justifiable without my signature. I have not recieved my parcel it and i am sure its an issue at their end
