By consignment no. D53430843 i sent parcel from nagpur dtdc office to ism dhanbad on 17.08.2019 and now today i. E. 27.08.2019 same has not been delivered by your dhanbad dtdc office. While sending the said parcel your nagpur office assured me same will be delivered within 5 or 6 days. Said parcel was in the custody of dtdc dhanbad from 22.08.2019 but till this date same has not been delivered and i have called the dtdc official on 22.08.2019, 23.08.2019, 24.08.2019, 26.08.2019 & 27.08.2019 and every time your officials assured me same will be delivered shortly, you don't worry about the same.
I am very sorry to say your officials are not supporting consumer emergency. I am very worried about your officials behaviour such as they assured the consumer and not fulfill as per there assurance, they all given reply as a stereo type and not taken cognizance on the stereo type reply.

Please make inquiry in my complaint and convey me at the earliest. Please suggest me can i approach before the consumer forum for breach of trust.

Dear dtdc,

I have send a courier through air facility at bangalore on dated[protected] from kakatpur, odisha but still 5 days to go it was showing booked at hub bhubaneswar. I have send it in through air not surface, if your air facility is provide this type of service 5 days late and not departure from pickup point, so in surface facility people will wait 1 month. Its better to use our indian post.

Please resolve the late issues and provide a better service, i have not complained if i will send it through surface its air so please do your service a faster service.

I have couriered one product from dtdc
The consignment no. Pf the parcel is c90560416. And the tracking details show it as undelivered beacuse the address is incomplete.

I have written the complete address on the parcel. Though i am mentioning it here again

"without" respect it is inform you that, i ordered the surgical instruments (Ophthalmic knife - multiple) from indowebal kolkata on 19th august and my shipment no was d[protected]Dr. Vijay pratap singh) but at the time of delivery the box was soaked with water and water entered in micro-instruments cover which was probably unusable for microsurgery in ophthalmology. It was so disgusting and a black mark on your face.
I will never expected from u people and i planned to raise these type o[censored]r "kartoot" on social media.

My brother in law sent a courier from Agartala, Tripura to me through DTDC, Tracking no. K20463153, Ref no.[protected] on 12th August 2019.

Still its showing in Transit (Received at Facility on 16th August, 2019)!

I called several times to the phone no. [protected] of a staff (a guy) of Jalandhar branch. He gave me another number of other staff.

The lady (Phone no. [protected]) took my call only once and asked to call again after lunch time.

I called her 15-20 times after lunch time, but she never took my call again. Sometimes her phone was showing busy, sometimes waiting. But don't know why she didn't want to take my calls only.

Even the other guy didn't receive my calls.

I never expect such irresponsible behavior from the staff of company like DTDC.

So, please help me to get my my parcel.

Due to an error in address while labeling at shipper's end i am made to suffer for non delivery of consignment and put in a position where my consignment is in danger of returning while the company is richer by rs 15770 i paid for the services.

I ignore your service becouse i am geting schools booking parcel. This parcel come and stay 2 days on dtdc address nashik super franchisee (P19), thakar bazar new chamber, gauri nandan arcade nr jayesh park, shop no 7& 8 kamathvade road nashik... But he does not call me and then this parcel return to this parcel to the dheli office he does not get serrously and he does not recive my call.. I will call 10 to 20 more times... And without consulting me this parcel rturun.. Here my student very disterb becouse of book do not get his exam preparation and again i will call to dehli office he return again this parcel on this addres again this office (Nashik) does not recive my call and does not any reply me... So i very glad... What answer we will geting my student... Plz plz plz... Your take any action on this office otherwise i will complaint on cosumer care... Ok...

I was suppose to receive one consignment with number b66611942, which was booked in madiwala office on 20th august, 2019. And has to deliver to babusaplaya, 560043 address before 25th august, 2019 but till now there is no update on this and its taking too longer than usual without any specific reason. None of the customer care executives are picking up the phone and giving me proper information. Highly dissatisfied with the service.

Kindly deliver the parcel before 28th, august, 2019 asap.

This package was to be sent to durgapur - 713213, but as the agent provided wrong pin - 713203 in the system, so the package was ultimately not delivered and returned back.

On enquiry, the dtdc agent, didnt accept the mistake and was charging more money to re-send the package., also not agreeing to refund the money. Require an immediate action., or shall report the matter to a higher platform.

In the dtdc tracking page it is showing it has been delivered. I have not received a single package yet. How can it be delivered without confirming to whom the package is handed to? It was delivered to someone else not to person to whom the parcel belongs. You are requested to look into the matter asap. It contains important documents.

I was resting assured that it has been delivered. Very unfortunate. Sorry for whatever happened.

I have been cheated by dtdc courier company.
I received a courier from my home it was a induction cook top. When i receive the product the product was broken and damaged. When the concern person of dtdc was packing for shipping we told him to add a fragile sticker on the packet as the product is very fragile, insted he packed and shipped through normal delivery. He assured us that the product will be delivered as it is (He didn’t add the sticker). He charged me 800 bucks for the delivery.
When we infrom all these he is just making excuses. I want my product.
I think dtdc services has gone down, lack of customer satisfaction.
Disappointed.

Some on e booked a parcel for me from aligarh (U. P.). But till today at the time of 7:40 pm not received. And it shows in online tracking system all ready delivered. I called local dtdc branch office karhal road mainpuri. He told me we can not deliver it today if you need your parcel you can collect from my office. That`s not good. I think that your service not good and the behavior of your local office on phone call very bad.

Hi,
I received item( veena instrument) in broken condition sent from DTDC attingal. It is a valuable musical instrument for me . I spent almost 50000 RS altogether including tax. With this money I could buy a new veena. Why I put effort to get this one shows the importance I give to that item. My fedex tracking number was[protected]. Internal reference on the receipt is N20830433. If there is any solution or reimbursement policy available please do the needful.

I have sent a package to to coimbatore on 12th july, it didn't get delivered and showing that it was returned to hyderabad on 25th july. The booking center (Indiranagar, gachibowli) is saying they haven't received it. I have called multiple times to call center, no one received and not even replying to my multiple emails. Please respond.

I have the following complaint against you.

My client dr. Nityananda patra sent some important document to registrar bankura university on 21.08.19.

Tracking number-k20415565

But, unfortunately the document was not delivered on time as the courier receipt was not attached with the document.

This is a mind game being played by dtdc bankura.

From this incident a conclusion can be drawn that dtdc bankura is responsible for deficiency and negligence in service.

How can an important document be taken in such an extraneous manner.

The delivery boy charged rs 50 extra for bringing back the document. The fault is of dtdc bankura but the customer is being charged twice for the same service.

Didn't he know that without the delivery receipt attached the registrar of bankura university will deny to accept it?

In this scenario the service is not been fulfilled by dtdc, hence negligence and deficiency in service.

Hence, i am taking this issue to consumer forum immediately for the same, as my client doesn't want the same incident to happen again with someone else.

The money has also not been refunded by dtdc bankura and charged rs 50 extra for bringing back the document.

Total amount charged rs 100 for sending the document + rs 50 for bringing back the document.

1. Dtdc bankura is in fault of deficiency and negligence in service.

3. Extra charges being levied by dtdc bankura.

4. Harassment of the customer.

5. Obnoxious attitude shown by dtdc bankura.

6. The delay in the document resulted in uncompensated loss.

The document had to be sent again via speed post.

I am waiting for a positive response with strict action for dtdc bankura.

Please take note of this matter and report immediately. The client has given me straight instructions to approach consumer forum as he has been cheated by dtdc bankura.

I got dtdc courier from nuzvid to geetanjali institute of science and technology kuvur (Mandal), nellore (Dist), ap.
I got call from[protected] this number and guide me come to nellore head office and take your courier but i ask why don't you come to geetanjali institute of science and technology we mention that address only on courier but he told that there is no service to that place then why dtdc accept that address to deliver again i asked then he said that i don't know if you are able take it or not if not i will send it back in 3 days then i asked him in kovur is there dtdc services available he replied yes available then send to kovur i will take from kovur but he replied not possible if you want it take from nellore head if not leave it we will send back.
