I had a courier from byju's bengaluru in the name of my son arnav sharma under tracking id b90884396. Dtdc palampur courier service did not call me once and returned the courier. It was a very important document iam suffering a lot due to the negligence of dtdc palampur. Kindly take necessary action to solve my problem so that i may not be suffered in future.

I book my latter in dtdc plus service my voucher no v56073451 this is a very important latter need to reach today in destination and i pay 240/- for that but till 10 pm i don't received any update for that i call the guy who take latter from our office he didn't respond my call. We are always delivering latter and materials through dtdc but this time their response is too poor.

I had booked my item for courier at dtdc, jharli, dist jhajjar, haryana on dtd 16.09.2019 for delivery medical card document to artemis hospital where my wife is admitted for operation.
My dtdc reference number is z14926730.

As per communication with mr bhupender, dtdc jharli franchise representative on dtd 16.09.2019, he committed to deliver my courier on dtd 17.09.2019 (Around 10 am to 11 am) at artemis hospital. Item was booked and he charged me rs 250 for that. I have audio recording with mr bhupender, where talk are there regarding delivery commitment and charges charged by him.

Till now, courier has not been delivered to artemis hospital and no status is being updated at dtdc website (Attaching screenshot of status).

From the full day, i am doing follow up with mr bhupender and he is claiming courier will be delivered within 10-15 minutes. At 16:30 hrs, i called him and his phone was not available for call.

Than at 17:00 hrs, i had visited his shop at metro market, jharli dist jhajjar and he was not available at shop and phone number were switched off.

Than i called to the customer care number [protected] but he also not helped me in this regarding. However, he told me that item was not booked under premium service for what mr bhupender charged me. He told me that courier is booked under normal dtdc lite. This is the case of cheating by mr bhupender.

Therefore, it is my apprehension that intentionally online details were not uploaded by mr bhupender as by checking online it will come to my notice that courier is booked under normal dtdc lite.

As courier was very very urgent to deliver at artemis hospital as patient is admited and ready to operated by doctor.

This delay is on account of dtdc and heavy financial loss to me.

Therefore, it is requested to kindly deliver courier at destination at priority, take necessary action your franchise and compensate for financial and mental loss to me.

Matter may please be treated most urgent and important.

They didn't even attempt to deliver. This is very frustrating. I even provided them the appropriate address. They didn't even call me before redirected it. That consignment is very important to me.

I got a msg on 16/09/2019 that my consignment no-d53315516 has been delivered. But i have not received the courier kindly confirm to whom it is delivered.. All the customer complaint numbers are not working what a bad service. And the number of courier delivery agent was also switched off since yesterday.. I want to know to whom dtdc company has delivered my order

We had done courier from patiala on 13th sep for fatehpur (Up), we had send some suits for marriage purpose and wait was 9.75 kgs but at the time of delivery bag was torned all the suits were not in good condition and 2 dresses were also missing which has reduced the weight 7 kgs. Now my family is struggling hard to get the balance dresses. This is really a bad on the reputation of dtdc. All the suits were quite expensive.

Courier receipt is d53966355, we are surprised to see the negligence behavior of dtdc and there is no one who can help us to get our stuff back. If we wont get our material back, we will ensure to put fir and case against dtdc.

[protected] courier person come in my place for delivery, at delivery time he damage my mobile by parcel. When i say for repair my damage handset then he deny for repair and do a miss behave with me... Dtdc is well courier service but how delivery boy was deal with me, it was very bad experiences for me..

I request you please take a serious step against him and provide solution to me...

Our courier with the tracking no. P70297396 has not yet been delivered which was supposed to be delivered within 11th september, 2019.

It has been a delay of more than a week, and we are unable to get the shipment, which was a very important document for us.

We have been calling your kolkata helpline since 5 days but are unable to reach out to the number.
One one occasion we spoke to a person who told us that no executive has come to collect the parcel from the kona warehouse, also your online tracking shows that its in kona warehouse and area not serviceable (Which is not the case, since we regularly receive couriers at our address which is mentioned below).

We are unable to find any resolution on this and neither are being able to speak to anyone in this concern.
Please treat this in utmost priority and get our courier delivered as soon as possible.

We can even get it delivered to an alternate address, or have it picked up from nearby centre, but for that please have someone contact us asap on [protected].

And now the pune office tells us that it is being returned to pune, and we have to recourier, which is again a time waste and cause further delay

A very urgent parcel was sent on 02.09.2019 from indore to mumbai through dtd courier service with the tracking id m76858236 and reference number[protected]. The shipment has not been delivered yet even after 10 days. On checking the tracking details it is observed the parcel has reached the dtdc hub in fort, mumbai on 5th september 2019. Following this, there has been no update on the status of the parcel inspite of repeated queries. Multiple queries have been sent without any meaningful response and none of the phone numbers is reachable. Kindly let me know the status of the parcel and please make arrangements for the delivery of the same at the earliest.

This is to inform that now i have to go to social media and other means so i can get the solution for my parcel first the parcel was delayed and costed me loss as i have to send to other person that made me loss and now the products inside the parcel are of no much use for me it took 3 months to trace the parcel and i been talking to radhika and then sanjib goswami and i have the voice calls recording also stating that they will bear some percentage of my loss but nothing is happening now.

This is my second email to the ceo and still nothing happened in my favour so i'm waiting till this upcoming week else i have to go to consumer law and mainly social media platforms so i can post it all over and use my media contacts as i'm a congress member from jaipur so people should know about this company and how it is careless in regards for delivery services.

My courier had to reach to gurgaon and by the dtdc error it has been sent to guwahati.
It is such an important courier and they do not have any alternative to even speed post it now.
Pathetic service
When asked for solution they will just say that do not have any option available
Horrible service providers even after being one of the largest service providers

My friend sent a consignment to me on 11th sept 2019 from mumbai. Myself, living in vignan nagar in bangalore haven't received the parcel yet. Online tracker shows that it has been delivered in whitefield in bangalore. None of the dtdc customer care numbers in whitefield are responding to my calls.
Please help me find the parcel at the earliest and resolve this issue.

Courier not delivered and website showing it has delivered and i am requesting courier company to share the proof of delivery which they couldn't more than 2 weeks now, there customer care no display in website is not reachable or the person who delivered is not taking any responsibility this is contact no or the guy delivered my courier [protected].

My consignment number is z26622606 which is showing delivered but actually it is not delivered to me.in a status it is showing in kalyan branch courier is delivered while in courier it is clearly mentioned 421501 pincode. Kindly make sure courier should reach to the correct address. We have booked on 10th of september today it is 15th september...

It's about dtdc courier service. They booked my consignment on 20th of august and it's 15th of september now and still no clue about it. I tried to contact them and every time i call i got the same reply like we'll contact you in 2 days and your package will be delivered within 4 days and blah blah. Now i'm fed up of this and can't hold my horses any longer.
So please give me a solution for this. Thanks

The courier service neither contacted the sender or receiver during delivery and directly put rto in transit without even asking the sender. Please resolve the issue

My two couriers (I am reciever) 1. P52229777 and a44537101 has reached to local dtdc office at kudus taluka wada district palghar, on 12 sept. When i called office on saturday 14th sept 19 he told me to collect from office still 6 pm because he was very busy and could not able to deliver. When i reached office at 5:45 pm no body was there. When i called he told that he was at wada and told me that you collect on monday 16th sept 19. When i requested that i need it urgent because i need to show the document which is there came in courier must have to show before govt authority in nashik on monday 16th sept, he disconnected the phone.

When i am doing courier or asking any thing from outside i always prefer dtdc and specially request people's to use dtdc for sending documents and parcels. Even i send my confindetial docs to algeria by dtdc. But this experience at kudus really make me to think, that should i prefer dtdc in future or not.

I am writing this complaint second time for dtdc courier service in my area. Last time also same happened with me, i did not receive the parcel and tracking was showing the parcel is delivered to me with signature. The signature were done by courier people. This time also the tracking shows that parcel is delivered on 4th sept and till date i didnt receive any parcel. Same this time happened that they put sign also of the receiver. Who gave them the right to do this kind of fraud and forging signature of anyone and displaying them on internet. I want strict action should be taken against these people and franchisee should be taken away from these fraud people.

I had booked an envelope containing documents (Original) from dtdc counter at it park, dehradun, uttrakhand - 248001 on 22/08/2019, through dtdc plus category booking. The amount paid for booking was rs. 100/-. The docket no. Is z14280841.

The document booked is due for delivery at mr sarveesh ([protected]) house no 29 ashok nagar gooba garden kalyanpur kanpur. 208017. However, the document is yet to be delivered to the consignee.

I had personally followed-up with dtdc support team at dehradun near it park requesting for delivery yesterday but to no avail.

Please ensure delivery of the item else i will claim with heavy compensation through my legal team

I had booked an envelope containing documents from dtdc counter at thippasandra, bangalore - 560075 on 11/09/2019, through dtdc plus category booking. The amount paid for booking was rs. 330/-.

The docket no. Is v[protected].

The document booked is due for delivery at shapoorji paloonji sukhobrishti, rajarhat, kolkata - 700156. However, the document is yet to be delivered to the consignee.

I had personally followed-up with dtdc support team at kolkata requesting for delivery yesterday but to no avail.

Please ensure delivery of the item booked by 11:00 am today.
