Some on e booked a parcel for me from aligarh (U. P.). But till today at the time of 7:40 pm not received. And it shows in online tracking system all ready delivered. I called local dtdc branch office karhal road mainpuri. He told me we can not deliver it today if you need your parcel you can collect from my office. That`s not good. I think that your service not good and the behavior of your local office on phone call very bad.

Hi,
I received item( veena instrument) in broken condition sent from DTDC attingal. It is a valuable musical instrument for me . I spent almost 50000 RS altogether including tax. With this money I could buy a new veena. Why I put effort to get this one shows the importance I give to that item. My fedex tracking number was[protected]. Internal reference on the receipt is N20830433. If there is any solution or reimbursement policy available please do the needful.

I have sent a package to to coimbatore on 12th july, it didn't get delivered and showing that it was returned to hyderabad on 25th july. The booking center (Indiranagar, gachibowli) is saying they haven't received it. I have called multiple times to call center, no one received and not even replying to my multiple emails. Please respond.

I have the following complaint against you.

My client dr. Nityananda patra sent some important document to registrar bankura university on 21.08.19.

But, unfortunately the document was not delivered on time as the courier receipt was not attached with the document.

This is a mind game being played by dtdc bankura.

From this incident a conclusion can be drawn that dtdc bankura is responsible for deficiency and negligence in service.

How can an important document be taken in such an extraneous manner.

The delivery boy charged rs 50 extra for bringing back the document. The fault is of dtdc bankura but the customer is being charged twice for the same service.

Didn't he know that without the delivery receipt attached the registrar of bankura university will deny to accept it?

In this scenario the service is not been fulfilled by dtdc, hence negligence and deficiency in service.

Hence, i am taking this issue to consumer forum immediately for the same, as my client doesn't want the same incident to happen again with someone else.

The money has also not been refunded by dtdc bankura and charged rs 50 extra for bringing back the document.

Total amount charged rs 100 for sending the document + rs 50 for bringing back the document.

1. Dtdc bankura is in fault of deficiency and negligence in service.

3. Extra charges being levied by dtdc bankura.

4. Harassment of the customer.

5. Obnoxious attitude shown by dtdc bankura.

6. The delay in the document resulted in uncompensated loss.

The document had to be sent again via speed post.

I am waiting for a positive response with strict action for dtdc bankura.

Please take note of this matter and report immediately. The client has given me straight instructions to approach consumer forum as he has been cheated by dtdc bankura.

I got dtdc courier from nuzvid to geetanjali institute of science and technology kuvur (Mandal), nellore (Dist), ap.
I got call from[protected] this number and guide me come to nellore head office and take your courier but i ask why don't you come to geetanjali institute of science and technology we mention that address only on courier but he told that there is no service to that place then why dtdc accept that address to deliver again i asked then he said that i don't know if you are able take it or not if not i will send it back in 3 days then i asked him in kovur is there dtdc services available he replied yes available then send to kovur i will take from kovur but he replied not possible if you want it take from nellore head if not leave it we will send back.

I sent rakhi and chocolates on 13th august
Courier boy calls on 14th saying he is having difficulty getting the address. Address was verified.
Received courier on the 17th. It had been tampered with. 2 packs of bounty (An imported chocolate) and 5 limited edition dairy milk chocolates were missing from the pack. Only one pack of bounty and the rakhis arrived. Despite repeated complaints to the local courier agency in karnal no action has been taken.

I am complaining about my television which was couriered from solapur to rourkela. My consignmwnt no. Is d52709616. My t. V is broken at the time of recieving. As on packing it is writren fragile. But they does not know how to handle this thing carefully. I am claiming for my t. V.
Kindly take necessary action on this account.
And provide us for the procedure of claiming of my parcel.

The tracking shows that the parcel was delivered on 13 th august 2019, however the consignee still didn't receive it yet. We escalated it to dtdc customer care and their response was it was successfully delivered to the consignee and closed the case. This is very unsatisfactory and disappointing. Such a prestigious company and spoiling it's image on such a service. Please resolve the issue as my client is very upset

As discussed on phone. The head of dtdc kalyan west branch, mr. Bhalchandra more promised to transfer our scooty through tempo with proper packaging. Instead his employee rode our 8 years old scooty by road for almost 150km without our consent. This is very unprofessional on behalf of such renowned courier service, and i urge to take action against more.

There was a courier from hdfc bank from chennai which was to be delivered on august 22nd yesterday but it is undelivered saying incorrect address. The awb reference number is x62401154.

I have provided the correct adddress. Please deliver the parcel at the earliest to the below address,

I sent a parcel (Consignment number: p[protected] of documents (For reimbursement, for which last date was aug 09, 2019) on july 30, 2019 from pune to jalandhar to a reputated institue. I mentioned the contact number of reciever and myself on the package for convinence in delivery or for acknowledgement in case of any issue. But package was not yet delivered, status is showing that package was picked on aug 09, 2019 from pune and it sent to nasik... And now they are saying its not delivered and package is getting returned.

I want to sue them for this kind of misconduct and irresponsible behaviour.

I'm from Jaipur, I recently had ordered something from China and on factory they mentioned wrong delivery address, after clearing from customs logistics have sent with Dtdc tô Varanasi (address on shipment) on 8th Aug, when I was sent tracking number I saw how come destination is Varanasi, actual delivery address is Jaipur and on tracking site it shows 12 aug already delivered on 14 Aug I got call from Dtdc Varanasi regarding address I asked them to send back to delhi where it came, so they done rto on 17 Aug till now it's missing still not reach delhi Dtdc branch and there is no online proof for rto, but particular Dtdc Varanasi have hard copy as proof. Next week I have to travel out of India, I need my shipment urgently, pls send it back to Fps logistics Delhi so that they send me to my jaipur address

I ordered a diary from Delhi which was dispatched through DTDC on 11/08/2019 to Hubli although the status is showing that it has reached Hubli office on 13/08/2019 but still my parcel is not been delivered. It's been more then 10 days, even after multiple follow ups every time i get to hear the same answer that the customer care executive will get back to me after some time but there's no response.

Is this how you provide services to your customers?
Very poor service by DTDC.

We people prefer DTDC for priority delivery purpose not to keep on waiting for days to get our product delivered, very disappointing.

I have sent a courier from Uttarpara (WB) to Belur (WB) (Zip-711202) on 19th August 2019 with the consignment number K20777899. This courier contents artificial jewellery and the online tracking now says not delivered (Addresss Incomplete or Wrong (CIR)). But this is for your kind information customer used to get other courier on that address only like (flipkart, amazon etc. etc.) I gave contact number in case something happened and dtdc never tried to contact me or customer for delivery and now says not delivered. They haven't sent me any communication of this either. I could only see this when i tracked it even though i went online and registered my phone for tracking. They haven't given me any details about my courier. How do i get it back? No customer care numbers or office numbers available. All numbers online seem to be wrong. This kind of irresponsible service is outrageous.

Hi Team,

I sent one courier of Rakhi (tracking number: V[protected] through DTDC on August 12, 2019 from Bangalore to Jaipur, which got delivered to the mentioned address on August 14, 2019.

I kept 4 Rakhis in the envelop, only 3 Rakhis got delivered, 1 rakhi was missing, which was Rs. 1000/-.

I want to know why 1 Rakhi was missing. Give me proper clarification for that. I want my rakhi back or my money back.

I have send this courier on 10th august 2019 but in the tracking it is showing that it was booked on 17th august 2919. The parcel have still now not delivered and is suddenly forwarded to rto serampore.
What kind of service is this? The customer is reporting that no one from courier has called them. People use dtdc in need not out of pleasure. They are not showing any reason for not delivering.

The item was sent on 16th aug and its 22nd aug today. After 6 days of booking, the item has still not been delivered!! The online tracking system is showing wrong updates. Its saying that the receiver has requested to deliver on another date whereas the receiver has never got any call for delivery!! Horrible customer care!! No one ever picks up the call.
