My courier was booked in delhi on 14 august'19, with consignment no. - z12500896. It reached the kanpur facility at around 1 am on 16 aug, and till now four working days has passed and the product has not been delivered. Every time i call the dtdc, delhi centre, the reply is that the consignment will be delivered in few hours, but it's been three days of continuous calling. Dtdc, kanpur guys are not picking up the call. I also mailed them (Case number[protected] but still there's no response mail from them. Also, on calling the dtdc delhi centre today, the guy told me that "if the parcel is so urgent pick it up yourself from the kanpur facility" instead of waiting for the parcel. I was expecting the parcel on friday and max to max on monday but it's been 9 days but still no delivery.

Hi Anurodh,

Thank you for your response. The status which you have shared is already showing on the portal, but I think you have not noticed my another attachment, which was displaying while registering to complain, transit next location as Ahmedabad and I think which means my shipment is wrongly routed to Ahmedabad, Gujarat. Pls find once again for your ref.

Note: The status which you are referring is as on 13th Aug. 2019. So pls avoid misleading customer.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I would like to draw your kind attention towards one piddly issue of my shipment, I know you are not the concerned authority to bring to your notice, but I am helpless and no one is responding to it. If you can direct me to the right concerned person, will be a great help.

The shipment is booked on 9th Aug.2019 and since then I have not received this shipment, though the commitment was to reach within 3 to 4 working days time. I hope you can understand that today is 9th working day which is already over and still no one is bothering to respond and deliver my shipment.

If you will refer the attachment, it has wrongly routed to Ahmedabad, Gujarat, whereas, this shipment suppose to come to Buxar, Bihar. It is not my mistake and I very well informed to your support team on the below email. Attaching once again for your kind ref. & help.

The package was posted on 9th aug'19 from gachibowli, hyderabad to kanpur. But it hasn't been delivered yet even after 11 days. Online tracking says that it is still in transit to kanpur. Even if it is on a bus, it shouldn't take this long.

When i called the regional office (After hours of searching for an active number and waiting for him to pick up the phone), he says it's out for delivery even though there is no update in tracking site and by the end of the day, no one delivers the package. I repeated this for 3 days, but with no results.

This is the 12th day (21-aug-2019) still waiting for the package.

I sent a package of foreign goods from hyderabad to goa in early may 2019. The package route was supposed to be hyd - bluru - goa. Somehow, from bluru it was sent to hubli where it got probably robbed. Not a single dtdc customer representative could give a reason behind my missing package.in fact, their attitude towards the case is not acceptable. It took them 2 months to update me on my missing package. And till date they are unable to process my insurance claim. Totally disastrous courier service.

So unprofessional business ethics.

Never use this courier service in your life!

My sisters have sent me rakhi, but these dtdc guys didn't deliver it, when i checked they are telling door closed so couldn't deliver, we were in home that day n no one called me, without calling they said door closed, after enquiry they said ll deliver in 2 days, it's been more than a week now.. No update. Don't take money and play with our emotions my sister felt bad that she wasn't able to send on time, it's all because o[censored]r carelessness. Never use dtdc, use govt speed post which is better.

I have couriered shipment from Hyderabad to Mumbai on 13th Aug'19 and when i searched online tracking the shipment has been delivered on 14th Aug'19, but never received the to the consignee. In spite of several calls, no one from courier service is bothered to respond reg the missing package. I want to claim damages incurred to the shipment. Kindly help

Please dont use this courier services at all. I have sent a courier of rakhi which has to reach on rakshabandhan day but it dint go. There are no track details on website and no customer support. I have tried to get in touch with the vendor and she is absolutely rude and arrogant and fighting with me. Its very bad they have not sent my rakhi to my brother which is why i paid more than other services like speedpost only to get that on time they dint send on top of that they are scolding in return.. I have asked for refund also but no response. There is no update for tracking status. People believe you and send imp things via your courier but u have broken our trust. Please if you cant deliver say no dont take money and cheat us. Money is fine but you have played with us emotion..

The dtdc man told me for 24-48 hrs delivery for rakhi, even after my confirmation he emphasized on speed post, rather than normal post, so i gave extra money for speed post. The rakhi was not delivered even 72 hrs, or even on rakhi day. It reached after 2 days of rakhi. It's a complete waste now.

It cost me 330 rs for speed post + 300 rs raakhi.

I need my refund, it's a complete waste now.
What kind of service do you provide?

I was suppose to get my consignment by today 19th Aug 2019 by checking the online status but when I checked the status it is showing Consignment Redirected. I haven't received any call from DTDC regarding this nor they had intimate when I'll be getting delivery of my goods. It is very urgent consignment. The address, phone no and all correctly mentioned.

I hope DTDC will look at this will provide consignment by tommarow itself as if status is shown as Out of delivery .

We have sent 73 carton Boxes of material from Hosur CUMI Bonded division to uttarkhand CUMI Division at 09/08/19,

Materials went to our Uttarkhand plant got damaged.(pic for the same attached)

We send the material in air for our emergency, but ultimately there is no use the same, since the material got rejected.

Due to this, our production got delayed & production loss of 5lacs & material rejection for 1.2 lacs.

Since you are our reputed transporter, we have booked via DTDC, but this caused huge loss to our factory for 6.2 lacs.

we need your immediate action on this, this will help us to continue our future business in good & genuine way.

This is very bad, I dont know why does this kind of company exist if they are unable to do proper service. My brother send the courier on 07th aug'19 from Meerut and till now I didnt receive. When I checked online on DTDC website I was shocked to see that they have initiated the return without contacting either sender or receiver. Both mobile numbers are mentioned on the packet. When I tried to contact the support team on the provided number, no one picked my call. Tried for more than one hour but no luck. After lot of research on internet somehow I got contact number on Justdial, his name is Sujit from DTDC, as per him the delivery boy tried to contact me but my number was unreachable hence he returned it, but i didn't get any call from DTDC, when i enquired my brother he said he got call from delivery boy on 10th Aug and he asked him to call me. but that guy didn't call and put the message "Not Delivered(ADDRESS INCOMPLETE OR WRONG-(CIR))" The address was mentioned on the packet was 100% correct as we get all online deliveries like Amazon, Flipkart, Govt Speedpost etc. How that address should be incorrect. That guy Sujit gave me one number of Sarakki branch, his name is Vinay. I called him on the same day and he updated me in 10 min the packed is still with them it was not dispatched, I felt so good as the packed has "my mother doctor prescription as I have to meet the doctor in Bangalore. I request him its medical emergency but since today he is not picking my call. Im tired to follow them, please help me.

Hi i don't know that dtdc will help this or not, 18/8/19 my frnd who staying at Bangladesh came to india and i am not available in state so he will go his nearest courier for courier my birthday gift which he was taking from Bangladesh specialy for me bcz i not able to meet him, he just courier from kolkata freeschool near his hotel and my adress is just 12 km from their laketown so bcz that day is Sunday dtdc counter people told him that today sunday it is off so we will deliver tmrw so he was agree pay 100 for that delivery fees taking the slip and give them the parcel.when 19 Aug today means monday i was call that boy on that dtdc counter he told me whn i ask about the delivery time he told that it will be not deliver my place I will be pay 5 rs for complaint its dtdc rules i know that dtdc have this type of rules bcz i have a it company dtdc collect parcel and documents o[censored]s .so I was told that boy that i cant here this type of rules before that so i will not pay plz send my parcel also i am not find my consignment number when i enter on online he was directly told after i pay 5 rupee they are entry that consignment number.after they send another they don't send that .after they told they give me a link also i get the msg on my banking register mobile number and that i msg i will frwd them when he said all that thinks i understand everything that it is bank fraud from that time I wad many time trying to call dtdc complain number regional office number. But no answer i will get.oh also i was trying to confirm that which I am thinking its real or not for that i told ok send the link so that dtdc boy ask me from which bank or Google pay or Paytm you will pay i told Paytm he was told which bank account linked with Paytm you will be tell to me i was deny and told that i have money in my paytm wallet from their i will pay why i am going to told u which bank number i am linked with my Paytm that boy told no u should another ur parcel will be not deliver that time I am confirm that its bank fraud now plz tell me that wht i do to get my parcel .plz help also careful from dtdc counter dtdc have not giving any type of verification before giving franchise. but the said courier did not deliver in China to the said address. The status of said courier is shown as delivered in India on the tracking ID number N20883928. I want to know why my said courier did not deliver in China even i gave the proper address of China in the receipt.

I ordered one item from mannar craft and they despatched it through dtdc courier on 14/8/19 with tracking no r 34407633. It was correctly received at karunagappally on 16/8/19. But yet to be delivered. They intimated that they will not arrange home delivery. Is courier agents have no responsibility to deliver the consignment they booked. Please intervene.

Booking no: b65414705, courier not received, they have closed the case as door closed. The delivery person came to my house on 17/08/2019 and checked, at that time i was went out he left the place. Once i contacted a person in chennai at your office the delivery person attended the call, his response was terrible, is this the way to give proper response to a customer, he told me"this is our procedure, who told you to book on dtdc". The response was so irritating as customer, please arrange to deliver my item immediately and please don't send such arrogant irresponsible persons

Why do you call yourself a courier company when u cant transport my courier to my home which is hardly 10 km from your office here... Ur workers there say we dont have facillity to provide u there... U hav to come here to collect it.. So wats the use of yours then.. If things keep on going like this.. I dont think is far enough that u will end up in worsened conditions...

My item not reached to my destination address that is nuh mewat haryana 122107 and returned to me but my fee not refunded. My item which i sent to nuh haryana 122107 not reached the address and returned to me. And your executive neither called nor informed the recipient. My item returned to me without any information. But the fee of currier not refunded. No any executive contact the recipient/receiver. When last and second last time i tracked the currier then its location was sohna gurugram. Although my destination address was nuh mewat 122107

My package with tracking no. K20635127 has been booked on 5th august 2019 from jatni, odisha to deliver it to kurnool (Pin code 518007) with proper address and phone number.

The tracking information of the packet shows "last mile misroute - (Otr)" and the letter is still at vishakaptam from 7th august 2019 to till today (18th august 2019). I tried to contact the concerned courier multiple times since 7th august 2019. I have my original certificates in the parcel. Can you tell me what am i supposed to do now?
