I have courier Rakhi for my brother on 7th Aug and still parcel is not delivered after 8 days of time. I am continuously calling the customer care they are either not responding to any phone call, I even tried calling branch head(Avinash), even he is not responding to call and the number is switch off. I did a courier on 12 augest 2019 for jalandher from mohali. Refernce number is z20890495.
My courier has been arrived to jalandhar main branch on 13 augest 2019 morning, near basra complex,, pathankot bypass road 144001 jalandhar.

From that branch,, my courier has not been delieverd to home yet... This is absurd. Please take strict action against dtdc jalandhar main branch......

I have got a call from dtdc courier services kuppam people on 10/08/2019, saying that to collect my parcel from courier office because there are no one to deliver my courier.. We have ordered a watch which was sent by vendor through dtdc courier however parcel is showing at goregaon hub and it has been lost by them which is totally worng. Some has taken it since it was small parcel contaning watch. And no one replying there. They are telling we don't refund anything if it has been lost. If this has been lost and they are not responsible then we cannot trust this courier...

Mumbai office no are not attended by anyone during the whole day. Tried almost 20 times. At time waited for 11 minutes for someone to come online. I think the default system was set to ring only and to waste customers time.

How come the services can be so pathetic. People also did not bother to...

We bring into your kind notice that we have booked the parcel on dt 6aug2019 from bathinda city to tapa mandi (District barnala, just 50km by road distance) from authorized channel partner of dtdc i. E ms courier, bhagu road, bathinda but till date the delievery is pending.

On dt 10aug2019, we visited his office and he ensured that the parcel will definitely be delievered by 12aug2019 and i register online...

My dtdc courier number z21377000 was booked on 7th august from chandigarh with destination as gurgaon. The courier has not yet been delivered. The latest status is of yesterday (12th august) and states out for delivery and then not delivered (Local holiday otr).

My parcel no. M76638144 was supposed to be delivered by last week. The parcel was coming from Mumbai and delivery destination was in Kodigehalli, Bangalore-560097. First there was incorrect destination code entered on dtdc site and then they moved it to a different location for delivery. After a while, the status changed to Undelivered Door Close. There was no delivery attempt made only. The agent also didn't call once to confirm the address....
