A courier is addressed to me through dtdc with consignment no. D53504268 which was reached in godda (Mahagama) but after tracking it shows that courier is out of delivery in ranchi at 14.16 p. M on 12.08.2019.
That courier was reached in godda, but before received in destination it shows out of delivery at ranchi and i have not delivered yet.

I sent a parcel to jeppina mogaru, mangalore. I specifically asked if they'll deliver to the pincode. I was told they would. I paid for the speed post. The consignment reached on the given date. While my relative received a call that the package won't be delivered and to come and pick it up. The pick up place is almost on the other side of town. Even normal post services go to the door for delivery. I called up asking why aren't they delivering. They say their services do not go till there. Isn't this something you tell when a person is about to courier?!! I am extremely disappointed by this service. Their lack of communication within is astounding. I[censored] do not deliver to certain areas. Mention it beforehand. I hope the main office is gonna take note. They continue this and they're gonna lose a whole lot of customers.

I courriered rakhis on 08-aug-2019 and informed that it will be delivered by 10-aug-2019, now on 14-aug they didn't received call on 15-aug they are replying that they cannot delivered to address and pincode was wrongly mentioned as per the tracking slip, but the slip given to me was with correct zip code, but it is not informed at the time of courier as they require only money not the emotions bonding with in. I am very disappointed regarding the answers given by the local courier guy and even the manager(govind) As they told boldly to file a case against the company, he is not at all responsible itseems.

Received call from dtdc courier office for confirmation of delivery address on 14th aug'19 at 12.13 pm and the lady assured that delivery will happen by afternoon. I called their office at 2.15 pm to reconfirm delivery, which she said will defenitely happen by evening since it is rakhi. Since rakhi was not delivered till late evening, i again called the lady at 19.56 & 19.57 but the call got in answered. Today on eve of rakhi the delivery boy calls me at 15.15 pm and asks "what is your plot no."? Does he not know the address is mentioned on the parcel. On asking him "why delivery is delayed" he says "company ko pucho". On calling the lady as to why delivery is delayed and not made on 14th she says "i had dispatched / done outward but delivery guy did not deliver it to you". To them rakhi seems to be just a thread but it is sent by sisters to brothers with lots of emotional feelings and love. Need stern action to be taken and justice done. Contact no. Rakhi not delivered z13401891 purpose not served if not delivered. My sister booked a rakhi on aug 9 from haldwani rakhi despatched on aug 9 only and tentative date of delivery shown as aug 12. Since aug 12 it has reached hyderabad. I didn’t receive my parcel and now again it’s showing miss route in hyderabad.
Hyderabad customers care is not responding to any one of calls since last 2 days.
Seriously this is worst currier service i have ever come across.

I sent a package through dtdc from bengaluru to jaipur, its showing in tracking that it reached jaipur by 12th august 2019 at 11 am. Now last status is showing on 12th aug that "not delivered (Address incomplete or wrong cir". Address was correct and two mobile numbers were given already but no one from dtdc called. I sent a mail to customer care on 14th aug morning but did not get any reply.

In sikkim, rangpoo dtdc servise is worst ever i see. Currier service person contact me and said directly that he will not delivered to the corresponding address & i have to pick up from dtdc sercice store. On tracking product was showing delivered but even i have not received the product. This is totally frau ding with the customer.
We are knowing dtdc for punctuality & fair services but in sikkim i feel totally different. My sister send me rakhi for rakhshabandhan & choose dtdc as it reched to me on time but this year due to dtdc my rakhi reached to destination but not received to me. This is my worst experience to any currier services. I never recommended any one to dtdc in my life.

The website says courier not delivered because of some cir issue.
However no phone call was made at the receivers end at any point of time.
The shipment tracking says that the parcel was out for delivery but was not delivered because if incorrect pincode, however the pincode is absolutely correct. When i talked to the customer service person, he responded that he shall deliver it later.
It has been 4 days since the parcel has left its source, and it should have reached by 14/8/2019 anyhow.

I sent two courier through dtdc and some of the things are missing from both the package initially i asked them if theres some restrictions in sending things they said no it's courier service i actually sent some chocolates along with rakhi in my courier through dtdc and paid full courier charges but these thieves took away the chocolates and the envelope was only left with rakhi.

Hi, i have not received my parcel of tracking id/ awb number - z21090650. But in dtdc tracking sites there is mentioned "delivered". Please tell me where is my parcel. I have not received any call from dtdc also. As it is very important documents, it costs me alot and this is a very serious thing. Please show me your deliver slip with sign. Please reply me asap.

Rakhi not delivered awb no x24744816. Purpose not served if not delivered today. Bought rakhi through online gift shop igp. Booked order on aug 8. Rakhi despatched on aug 10. Tentative date of delivery shown as aug 12. Since aug 13 it has reached jabalpur. The courier fellow refuses to deliver. Since the rakhi at our home is celebrated early morning. Action needs to be taken against the dtdc madan mahal courier. Dtdc. Overall

Dtdc — invalid consignment number while tracking

I had done a courier from mumbai to shivpuri on 10th august. But if i try to track the same, it is showing as the consignment number is invalid. Looking for a quick response from your side and a valid reason as to why the tracking number is not working even after 5 working days of courier. How will dtdc pay me the loss incurred because of delayed receipt of myparcel and irresponsible behavior of your employees.

Dear team,
I have courierd my rakhi via dtdc on 9th aug'2019 from dehradun to kanpur, which is still undelicered and status till 13th have updated which shows not yet delivered and unable to contect anyone on customer care as all contact numbers are not working and answered... Pls help and update on priority.

What a stupid service you have. I kept waiting from last 2 days the whole time at the mentioned address, but parcel did not arrive. No one from dtdc even called me, neither i have any delivery boys contact number. When i am trying to track the parcel, it is showing "receiver is not available at the address". Dear team atleast mention a valid reason while customer wants to track his order. And atleast reach to the person to deliver the shipment.

My DTDC consignment no X31754013 was supposed to reach Bangalore today. It was an urgent rakhi package and it showed "out for delivery" all day long. But now it shows, "not delivered- could not attempt (dir)" Tomorrow is Rakhi. Please make sure it reaches by morning tomorrow. I am attaching an image of the recent status of my package please kindly look into the matter asap.

I have booked a courier dtdc plus
V54727769 on 08 aug19 it reached today with condition to collect from a remote location.
When company charges ₹330/ for a courier weighing 50 gm's but the bunch of fools delivering uses his own term's & condition.
Failure to customer service my money should be refunded or will go to consumer court in chandigarh.

I had packed 2 gift items and a rakhi inside the main courier box. Somehow the rakhi was misplaced. And one of the boxes contained headphones in it. Those headphones were lying outside the sub box. This is sheer carelessness. It was supposed to be a rakshabandhan gift and the rakhi itself is missing! There couldn't be a possibility of rakhi being misplaced without someone opening the box. Please look into this

I had wrapped my everything inside the main box. Things were misplaced somehow inside. And main thing is that i sent a rakhi which is missing. It's really shameful that items are getting misplaced even after paying this much. This was supposed to be a rakshabandhan gift. And main thing rakhi itself was missing. There's no chance that will go missing without someone opening the box. Such a ridiculous service!

I have courier Rakhi for my brother on 7th Aug and still parcel is not delivered after 8 days of time. I am continuously calling the customer care they are either not responding to any phone call, I even tried calling branch head(Avinash), even he is not responding to call and the number is switch off. I have never seen this kind of poor service, this is so frustrating .I request you to take stick action and I want my parcel to be deliver by today itself.

I did a courier on 12 augest 2019 for jalandher from mohali. Refernce number is z20890495.
My courier has been arrived to jalandhar main branch on 13 augest 2019 morning, near basra complex,, pathankot bypass road 144001 jalandhar.

From that branch,, my courier has not been delieverd to home yet... This is absurd. Please take strict action against dtdc jalandhar main branch...
