This was booked on 02/05/2019. Still haven't received my parcel and i have tried contacting their local staff through phone and two times raised complaints on their website. There's no response from them. Please take severe actions against them.

I have raised the complaints through their dtdc website, and there's no response from them.

We have tried through to reach them by phone. They are saying that this was already mixed up with other parcels and now unable to deliver this, we have paid for this service and our product is "medicine" we haven't got our medicine.

We are ready to take this legally as the dtdc was not showing any care to our product or our need of that. And as a paid customer we have received very worst service and response from them. That never delivering the product and never responding to the customer.

Please kindly take appropriate actions against them. As a citizen of india i was requesting you for this.

I have sent a package via your courier services on 17th july 2019 with tracking id p51686007 from dtdc pune office. The package failed to be delivered due to incomplete or wrong address.
The package was suppose to come back to pune from where it was sent. But after tracking the package it shows its in pune hub while the office from where i sent it says that it has not yet reached pune.

I am angry on you guys, i thought your service is very good, but now i have say that your service is very very bad. I sent one package on[protected] but still it is not deliver & that was special for rakhi. Your dtdc person said it will reach with in 4-5days but till now it is not deliver. Consignment number-a44433252 dated 9/8/2019 not reached to destination till today. Where as i was confirmed by agent that it will be delivered before 12/8/19. I should be returned the money along with compensation. I paid 120 rupees for this. Tell me how much time i should wait for your confirmation. As per agent his company is very old and what ever you wish you do.

Shame on you... You guys are not capable inuff to deliver a parcel in 10 days.

Hi,

Courier with consignment number v[protected]Pune to allahabad) hasn't arrived yet.
It was booked on 12th aug'19 under dtdc plus servive and was charged extra to be delivered within a day.
It is 17th aug today and courier didn't arrive yet.
Any effort to call the helpline and local dtdc vendors has been in vain as none of the numbers are reachable.
The tracker shows that the package is in alopibagh branch and delay is due to invalid address, however, no call was made on the mentioned phone number on the package.
Also, we tried to go to the alopibagh dtdc office on 15th august as the package was of no use in case of further delay. But, the office was closed and all local numbers provided were unreachable.

Kindly action on this asap.
I am waiting to see what steps dtdc takes to rectify the blunder that has happened.

I had sent a parcel via dtdc courier to ahmedabad on 8th august 2019, from bangalore. It has not been delivered yet, as on 16th august. It was promised to be delivered in 3 days. Their online tracking wrongly shows the destination as gurgaon. I have raised a complaint on their website, but there is no response. Nobody picks up the call on the customer care number also. I have booked my shipment on 12.08.19 from behala chowrasta branch, kolkata via consignment no. K32527287 for bangalore. I usually sent my document each month through your courier (Dtdc lite) and it reached within 2 days at destination (The himalaya drug company) but this month when i tracked today, status was showing "out for delivery". My shipment has very important documents and it should reach by 14th.

May i know the reason of delayed delivery of my consignment.

The b90840927 shows as delivered. But it is not delivered to correct address. I reached hyderabad customer service and in turn they provided [protected] kukatpally dtdc number, but from either of them no response.

It is an important courier (Gift to my daughter).

Please help to track and deliver the courier. This is not the right way to handle it and no one responded back.

In view of rakshabandhan my daughter one rakhi cover-dispatched at dtdc corior kothagudem pin code 507101 on 9/08/2019 for his brother to room no 403a himalaya boys hostel
Tadepalli pin code 522502 consignmentt no is-h15708544 but till today not reccived (16/8/2019) during enquiry dtdc corior not responding properly due to above reseon rakhi is not wearing on rakhi pornami (On 15/8/2019) kindly arrange refund dtdc corior &rakhi cost and we also feeling centementely

Consignment no k20069524 was booked through dtdc tura, northeastern tura, meghalaya and it was booked at guwahati hub, which is shown as in transit from guwahati even now, on their tracking plus. The consignment has not reached the destination, which is pondicherry till date. Kindly look into the matter to get it delivered at an early date. Thanks.

A courier is addressed to me through dtdc with consignment no. D53504268 which was reached in godda (Mahagama) but after tracking it shows that courier is out of delivery in ranchi at 14.16 p. M on 12.08.2019.
That courier was reached in godda, but before received in destination it shows out of delivery at ranchi and i have not delivered yet.

I sent a parcel to jeppina mogaru, mangalore. I specifically asked if they'll deliver to the pincode. I was told they would. I paid for the speed post. The consignment reached on the given date. While my relative received a call that the package won't be delivered and to come and pick it up. The pick up place is almost on the other side of town. Even normal post services go to the door for delivery. I called up asking why aren't they delivering. They say their services do not go till there. Isn't this something you tell when a person is about to courier?!! I am extremely disappointed by this service. Their lack of communication within is astounding. I[censored] do not deliver to certain areas. Mention it beforehand. I hope the main office is gonna take note. They continue this and they're gonna lose a whole lot of customers.

I courriered rakhis on 08-aug-2019 and informed that it will be delivered by 10-aug-2019, now on 14-aug they didn't received call on 15-aug they are replying that they cannot delivered to address and pincode was wrongly mentioned as per the tracking slip, but the slip given to me was with correct zip code, but it is not informed at the time of courier as they require only money not the emotions bonding with in. I am very disappointed regarding the answers given by the local courier guy and even the manager(govind) As they told boldly to file a case against the company, he is not at all responsible itseems.

Received call from dtdc courier office for confirmation of delivery address on 14th aug'19 at 12.13 pm and the lady assured that delivery will happen by afternoon. I called their office at 2.15 pm to reconfirm delivery, which she said will defenitely happen by evening since it is rakhi. Since rakhi was not delivered till late evening, i again called the lady at 19.56 & 19.57 but the call got in answered. Today on eve of rakhi the delivery boy calls me at 15.15 pm and asks "what is your plot no."? Does he not know the address is mentioned on the parcel. On asking him "why delivery is delayed" he says "company ko pucho". On calling the lady as to why delivery is delayed and not made on 14th she says "i had dispatched / done outward but delivery guy did not deliver it to you". To them rakhi seems to be just a thread but it is sent by sisters to brothers with lots of emotional feelings and love. Need stern action to be taken and justice done. Contact no. Rakhi not delivered z13401891 purpose not served if not delivered. My sister booked a rakhi on aug 9 from haldwani rakhi despatched on aug 9 only and tentative date of delivery shown as aug 12. Since aug 12 it has reached hyderabad. I didn’t receive my parcel and now again it’s showing miss route in hyderabad.
Hyderabad customers care is not responding to any one of calls since last 2 days.
Seriously this is worst currier service i have ever come across.

I sent a package through dtdc from bengaluru to jaipur, its showing in tracking that it reached jaipur by 12th august 2019 at 11 am. Now last status is showing on 12th aug that "not delivered (Address incomplete or wrong cir". Address was correct and two mobile numbers were given already but no one from dtdc called. I sent a mail to customer care on 14th aug morning but did not get any reply.

In sikkim, rangpoo dtdc servise is worst ever i see. Currier service person contact me and said directly that he will not delivered to the corresponding address & i have to pick up from dtdc sercice store. On tracking product was showing delivered but even i have not received the product. This is totally frau ding with the customer.
We are knowing dtdc for punctuality & fair services but in sikkim i feel totally different. My sister send me rakhi for rakhshabandhan & choose dtdc as it reched to me on time but this year due to dtdc my rakhi reached to destination but not received to me. This is my worst experience to any currier services. I never recommended any one to dtdc in my life.
