Consignment no. E75912917 sent thru DTDC on 10th Aug 2019 morning from Kolkata. Destination is Hyderabad. Based on tracking information, it reached Gachibowli, Hyderabad facility on 11th Aug afternoon. There was no update on 12th Aug. On 13th it was out for delivery at 11:01am. I didn't receive any call from any delivery person. Suddenly at 3:36pm, I received an SMS that said "Attempted: Your S Guha shipment could not be delivered. Reason: RECEIVER SHIFTED FROM GIVEN ADDRESS." This is completely wrong information. I was at the given address the whole day. After trying multiple times to call customer care Hyderabad number ([protected]), someone picked up the call at 3:54pm. In the call, I explained the situation and they asked for many details also from my side. I requested them to take it up at priority and make sure it gets delivered today. I tried calling again after half an hour. I must have called some 15-20 times, they didn't pick up. Once they picked up and did not speak, I could hear them talking amongst themselves. I feel extremely frustrated and humiliated as a customer. It is extremely important for me to receive it today as I am travelling from tomorrow. We had opted for 72h delivery service and spent money for it because it was very urgent.

this docket booked on 31.07.2019 by air but delivered today (13.08.2019 ) why are u delay, this docket booked by air charges 450/- .
please refund my air charges.
