There was a rakhi that was to be delivered at my address but the dtdc people from adalaj, refused that the zundal area is not under their jurisdiction and hence they will not deliver this courier, or else i need to collect the same myself in person which is hardly 2 to 3 kms in radius. The lady's behavior was very rude and not at along helping nature and simply said that i am returning this courier if you do not collect in person, she was adamant and even said you can complain to anyone i desire. No acceptable from this kind of brand.

Consignment no. E75912917 sent thru DTDC on 10th Aug 2019 morning from Kolkata. Destination is Hyderabad. Based on tracking information, it reached Gachibowli, Hyderabad facility on 11th Aug afternoon. There was no update on 12th Aug. On 13th it was out for delivery at 11:01am. I didn't receive any call from any delivery person. Suddenly at 3:36pm, I received an SMS that said "Attempted: Your S Guha shipment could not be delivered. Reason: RECEIVER SHIFTED FROM GIVEN ADDRESS." This is completely wrong information. I was at the given address the whole day. After trying multiple times to call customer care Hyderabad number ([protected]), someone picked up the call at 3:54pm. In the call, I explained the situation and they asked for many details also from my side. I requested them to take it up at priority and make sure it gets delivered today. I tried calling again after half an hour. I must have called some 15-20 times, they didn't pick up. Once they picked up and did not speak, I could hear them talking amongst themselves. I feel extremely frustrated and humiliated as a customer. It is extremely important for me to receive it today as I am travelling from tomorrow. We had opted for 72h delivery service and spent money for it because it was very urgent.

I booked my consignment on[protected] fot deoghar (Jharkhand) but after tracking it it shown booking date[protected] and the consignment sent to wrong city dhanbad in place of deoghar. It shows status of[protected] and today is[protected] its not showing current status of my courier. Very disappointing and worst service of dtdc. I also contact to the shop (Agent) on[protected] and he said the your shipment become misroute and he complained by mail. He shown me the case number 15066864. But all these become useless because the shipment is not re-routed yet or delivered yet.

I had made a express delivery from Bangalore to Mangalore on 6th August. Docket no B66118549. It reached mangalore dtdc regional office but didnt deliver the courier to my destination address. Sent a message to pickup from thier office for reason they do not deliver to that address. I called and asked them to delivr at another address which is nearby and they agreed to deliver. But even after 4 days they didnt deliver.
2 concerns:
Why did they agreed to do delivery when they know they do not deliver at that address. They would have informed this when i made the courier at source point.
Even after changing my delivery address, why it has not been delivered even after 3 days. They do not even pickup their phone no and customer care no.

Pathetic and totally irreponsible service by dtdc Hsr layout sector 6 and dtdc urwa market mangalore.

We bring into your kind notice that we have booked the parcel on dt 6aug2019 from bathinda city to tapa mandi (District barnala, just 50km by road distance) from authorized channel partner of dtdc i. E ms courier, bhagu road, bathinda but till date the delievery is pending.

On dt 10aug2019, we visited his office and he ensured that the parcel will definitely be delievered by 12aug2019 and i register online complaint and received complaint case no 15064843.

Today i online track my consignment and found that the same is lying in rajpura city nearby chandigarh from last 04 days.

We then call him and inform him that the parcel is lying in rajpura city and he inspite to resolve our problem simply cut my call.

Today again we visited his office but no positive response has been given by him.

In view of the above, pls arrange the delievery of above said parcel immediately to deleivery address.

My dtdc courier number z21377000 was booked on 7th august from chandigarh with destination as gurgaon. The courier has not yet been delivered. The latest status is of yesterday (12th august) and states out for delivery and then not delivered (Local holiday otr).

Such is the delay by dtdc that even state owned postal service will feel ashamed. Please remediate and arrange for delivery today. Thanks

Wtf i am 24*7 stays at home then how is this possible that door close.
They have a contact number, but they are so dumb that they even call for that.
Resolve my issue or i will take action against it.

They need to deliver credit card pin to my office. One of the fraud delivery boy(Name Bijender Singh on Truecaller: [protected]) called me on Saturday that he had my courier with him. I asked him to deliver on Monday because Saturday was holiday.

Same day I got a mail from yes bank that your courier has been delivered. I called the person name Bijender Singh many times but he is not responding. I tried reaching DTDC but they will never pick a call even with a wait of 15-20 min. This is the AWB number: C94115039.

This is against consignment number B65532325. It was sent to RangaReddy Dist Hyderabad PIN-501510 but DTDC delivered it to Hayat Nagar Injapur Hyderabad PIN-500001. Very irresponsible courier. They must have to pay back the amount which they have charged for this delivery along with the product cost. They are playing with sentiment and emotion of the peoples. This is a serious issue because address are written on top of envelop, even so they are delivering it to someone else, meaning they are doing monopoly.

My parcel no. M76638144 was supposed to be delivered by last week. The parcel was coming from Mumbai and delivery destination was in Kodigehalli, Bangalore-560097. First there was incorrect destination code entered on dtdc site and then they moved it to a different location for delivery. After a while, the status changed to Undelivered Door Close. There was no delivery attempt made only. The agent also didn't call once to confirm the address. I am still waiting for the parcel.

Last two months the delivery service is very poor and the consent delivery person and also franchise of chittoor is very rude and they are calling to customers to take the product from their office..they dont know how to reach the address.i lost some customers due do this.they are not even answering in request manner r in responsible manner...last month they got the product say on july5th and they delivered(me only went to their office) on 8th july.

My brother currier me from @dtdcindia cuttack to bangalore. Delivery status showing delivered to some security guard with the name of "gggr". But not received the package & not even got any call or msg. Even we don't have the any security guard. Even you giving to any person you should call or message me. Compainet against but yet no resolution. It's very important to me.

This is shivendra kumar and i have courier some medicine through dtdc courier and cargo services of 08/08/2019 which should be delivered at 09/08/2019.
But medicine not delivered timely i traced my consignment and also follow up by dtdc courier service centre but not i have not get satisfactory reply.
Medicine are so important which should not be delay but its too late.
My consignment not delivered till now.
So i want to claim on dtdc courier and cargo co.

I am supposed to recieve a package that has been sent from delhi. It had already been late and to add more to it, now the tracking shows that the area is non-serviceable. Well, whose responsibility is it to ensure whether the area is reachable for them or not?
To be clear, i am not living in a forest or something. Delivery services do work here and there is also a post office.
If the area was non-serviceable, why did they accept the package at the first place. It seems like they are desperate to make money, not thinking at all about consumer service.

This is to inform you that i have sent “rakhi” by dtdc courier from noida to kairana (Muzzfarnagar) on dt. 05.08.2019 (Consignment no. Z[protected] which is not delivered till date 12.08.2019. When i am checking on line status then it is showing “successfully delivered”.

You are requested to kindly check at your end and update me at the earliest before rakshabandan. If this consignment has been delivered then to whom it has been delivered?? Please send me the receiver details.

My package with awp tracking no. Z10305962 status is "shipment returned due to receiver not available". There were not a single attempt to deliver this packet to the address. Please look into this matter. This is highly disappointing. It has been 5 days. Delivery date was shown to be on 11th, but on8th august it shows no receiver available. It is very urgent.

I recently shipped an item for cod through your company. However, the item was damaged during shipping. I have sufficient proof that the item was not damaged before packing it and the packing was sufficiently done to keep it secure from reasonable handling. The customer to whom i shipped to (And is added to cc) was force to take delivery of damaged product, which could only be verified after opening the package.

The customer now wants to get their money back and return the item back to the sender (Me). I would like to file an insurance claim as my product has ben damaged during shipping.

On calling the dtdc vijaynagar office in bangalore (Contact number[protected], they ask us to talk to your customer care, who redirected us to send an email to you. On top of that, they said that the consignment number on the receipt i was issued on payment of the shipping charges and shipping insurance was apparently expired and they issued me a new consignment number. This incident was not informed to me at the time of booking and i was wondering where my package went. On repeated insistence, they informed me of the new consignment number (On whose receipt i hadn't signed off).

Please help the customer get their money refunded (Rs 12000). And i want to claim insurance on my good that was shipped (Worth rs 12000) and refund me the shipping amount as well as you changed the consignment number.
For your reference, i have attached images of the product before shipping, the packaging done, and also pictures of the product after delivery.

I hope that the matter gets redressed immediately. It's been 3 days and dtdc has only said they'll look into the issue

I do order a mobile through Flipkart which send it me through dotzot (DTDC) for my pin code 143110 but it's delivery boy did not deliver the item on my address rather told me to collect from Amritsar i.e 35km away...he told me that we do not deliver on this pin code...sir, my complaint is if company could not deliver the item for above mentioned pin code then why it has taken the order for delivery...and it took the order it must have deliver on my provided address

I got my parcel on 22nd july, it was wrapped in tape. It was a 7 peice set. When i opened my parcel i found one piece missing. When i called the respected person he said they've sent it correctly with all the 7 pieces. They're blaming the courier company for it. I want you to look into my matter and take necessary actions. Either you find that missing piece or i want a refund
