My colleague has used dtdc plus services yesterday i. E., friday 02/08/2019 for sending parcel within one day and when i’m tracking the status online, it’s showing in transit at bangalore air hub from 10:44hrs of 03/08/2019. It has not yet been delivered to me and as tomorrow is a sunday, i can’t get the delivery. I need that parcel by sunday so that i can go to other place by night. Because of this delay, i’m getting into trouble. It’s worst when they can’t deliver as promised and charging extra for different kind of services.

I am writing this with high dissatisfaction with the service provided by dtdc. I had an urgent courier to be sent to goa which i did on the 01/08/2019 from mumbai malad.. As i paid additional cost for an express delivery and wa assured the delivery will be done today 03/08/2019.

Now as i have checked she consignment status it shows not delivered reason :last mile misroute.. This is highly unprofessional service my dtdc in delivering documents and so unreliable.. Consignment v5219197.

My consignment no. Is z21261363 is not delivered however the parcel reached lucknow on 31st july.
There were no calls regarding that it can't be delivered and they just returned the parcel to the origin without informing me.
If i dont tract the order online i would've not known about order...
Atleast they should call me that your order cannot be delivered so i can pick it up..
Even they dont inform me that my order has been returned that too i get to know while tracking the order
I m very disappointed my there service and i have complaint then via email no positive response recieve.

Updated by Direwolf have ordered a product through online shopping site, they dispatched my order through dtdc courier, Tracking no is Z21261363.
but without contacting me, courier service return my order, I have already make payment for my order, so I am in loss due to irresponciple service of courier. pls look into the matter. screenshot is attached

Yesterday i have book one courier from mathura to ghaziabad and pay 245 rs and your vender commited that within 24 hrs courier will be delivered but till time doc is not delivered and also no body responding for the same if service will take 2 days than better we send via other courier and normal why should i pay so much money. I need reply now it self and solution also other return my payment and also delivered my courier free

My order no. C94509751 it shows the status delivered before 3 hrs but so for I didn't receive my parcel worst service..I tried to call customer service and they are not picking up the phone...unless they deliver the parcel why they are updating delivered...I don't know

Our consignment no - "k20193687", our consignment is pending in jamshedpur till yesterday[protected], and your delivery men called me yesterday and as well as today, they clearly said us they will not deliver our consignment at our address and we have to collect from there office, we paid to you for door delivery, and we assure you that we are not going to collect our consignment.

And we already mailed to our company v. P. For suspend dtdc courier till further notice, and we confirming you that we are going to close our all business with dtdc courier (Because your company delivery services are very poor).

Updated by Pintu Kumar Paul Till today[protected] the consignment not received by us, and every day the courier boy updated in DTDC website the receiver not available, but i am always available at my booked address,
They told us on telephone they will not deliver our consignment at my booked address,
Please do need full action.

560066), but the courier hasn't came to our address from hubli even till 2/8/19. As per track showing successfully deleivered but still i have not received any courier, enquired about the courier 10 to 15 times and raised 3 times complaint. Even though there was no answer from you. Will you immediately take action on this issue? Other wise i will going complaint it into police station???

It shows the last update on 27th, as consignment redirected,
No further information has been updated
Neither am i being able to understand what is the status of the consignment and where is it?
I tried seeking help from dtdc howrah hub, from where i booked, neither are they responding much.
Sir, i will be highly oblidged if you kindly see to it.
I too have lodged a complain from my side, but there have been no responses,
Please sir, kindly see to it,
It has been 11days, and there is no trace of the consignment,

Iam unable to receive my package yet its been one and half month what kind of service you are offering. Kindly consider on urgent baisis. I have spent money on this not buying for free. Another wise i have to lodge a compalint against it.

And main thing is its not showing any history of tracking on the official website of dtdc. The courier people are not at all responding or paying attention to what am saying.. Hi,

This is in regards to the delivery of item on docket number b65635756.

Delivery boy is very unprofessional and rude.
Item was out for delivery on 29th july however delivery boy delayed it to next day 30th july.
On 29th he entered false remarks stating "receiver requested delivery on another date", however there was no such communication from the customer/receiver end.

On 30th delivery boy took bribe of rs60 courier charges collected were less also threatened to deny the delivery if said amount was not paid.

Please take necessary action on the employee.

This is completely in valid where you pay handsome amount for delivery to dtdc and in return you hear from destination office that delivery wont be done due to staff problem. Consignment no. A44089377. Denied to deliver at nashik centre. Kindly see to it that it gets resolved as soon as possible. Dtdc have been to much bad at there services always. Awaiting for some positive feedback.

I have purchased a book online on 23rd july 2019 from s. Chand publications they send that book via this courier service.

Courier boy did not come to my house and said your door was locked what a # is this. And also no one picking my phone when i am calling to their office even the customer care people is also like this.

Even till now i have not received my parcel.

These guys are very irresponsible not a professional guys.

That's by they hire these types of people in there company

So, please tell me how can i lodge a legal case to this company because of this unprofessional behavior i fell very offensive.

The fanchisee owner is not discharging his obligation as per the agreement letter signed by both o[censored]s - kapil industries and bhimai enterprises. He his behaving rudly with our staff, irregular in collecting the docs. He has collected dozens of letters since 29.06.2017 to 13.07.2019 and has not delivered the letters. Nor he and his sfaff are not responding not returning our undelivered letters. We request you to look into the matter at the earlist. As your fanchisee failed to do his jib we have been put to financial loss, and caused damage to our image and reputation in the market. Kindly take urgent action failing which we will be compelled to file a case with consumer forum.

Courier person told me they denied to deliver to registered address. This mistake has done from courier end. Package got broken/tampered from courier. Dtdt courier has denied to pay off broken item since they are only resposnble for tampered item. Please pay off for broken item and deliver product to my current address.
