Status shows that no person at the address, why was the call no made to confirm the address when the delivery guys is not bale find... I am sure the person has not come to my delivery address and incorrect details is updated in the portal... I believe the process is to call the person when not sure of the address. It really gives a bad impression just because of this kind of service been provided... It would be great if some one can look...

I have booked a consignment to get dilvered locally in mumbai and paid the asked amount on 18th july. They have assured me that the consignment will be delivered on 19th july, 2019 by or before 12:00pm. However, the same has not been delivered yet. When called and inquired about the same the vendor was least bother and told me that what's hurry... It will reach in a day or two. Have never expected such a irresponsible behaviour from a reputed...

To dtdc palavakkam chennai, due to absence in my delivering address, i have requested to the local palavakkam dtdc for delivery address, he accepted, yesterday[protected] it was delivered, due to my office hours i could take, so he call me today and spoke in very rude manner and using bad words when i go there for taking up my parcel, he said who said...

I sent a courier from Pune to Thane using DTDC Lite on 15th July 2019. The courier reached Thane DTDC office on 16th July and since then it has not been delivered. I contacted the DTDC office in Kharadi where i had booked this courier and still it was jot delivered after false promises that it will be done by end of the day. What does booking a courier means if it is going to be slower than postal mails. Please help to resolve my problem....

A courier has been sent from ghato, jharkhand for wardha, maharashtra through your service. It's dated on 14th of july. The serial number which is printed on the slip i. E. V53495878 is not showing any details regarding the shipment and everytime it's showing invalid. The courier is very much important to me and i am a need of it immediately. My shipment with tracking id d52546573 has not delivered yet from kota to sasaram booked on 09/07/2019 has not delivered yet. Status is showing it is out for delivery every day but at the end of day it shows receiver not available (Cir). I am not received any single phone call regarding the parcel but it shows receiver is not available. Also i have give full address of the location. It is very urgent for me to receive the parcel....

My shipment no z20177116 was booked from srinagar to mulagumoodu (629167, tamilnadu) on 06jul. Online tracking shows it as delivered on 10jul but even till today i. E. 18jul no one has neither delivered nor given a call about my item.
Request to kindly trace my shipment and deliver it to the correct address rather than showing the erroneous online update....

I sent a parcel worth ₹ 500 on 21st of june from malad east (Shah arcade 3) branch, mumbai. It was supposed to reach the receipent with 6-7 as per their claim but till date hasn't reached nor it came back to me. Also the tracking details are not being updated since 22nd june (Screenshots attached). The incharge person also dropped a mail to the jaipur head incharge person to deliver it as soon as possible but even their head hasn't replied...

Courier P51164781 shows a tracking status of delivered, but only dtdc knows where the courier got delivered or whether it was delivered. The receiver has not received it nor anyone in the apartment. There is not a single number that connects to dtdc and makes me wonder if the company actually exists. I would like to know where this parcel is and this company should be closed down for this kind of poor services. We trust them with our documents,...

We have parceled some packet (Consignment number: D[protected] from DTDC Kozhikode to DTDC pune ON 6th July, 2019. The online tracker shows the parcel is undelivered, seems the address goes wrong. We are trying to contact DTDC Pune office, as provided on their website, but noone is picking the call and thus we are unable to locate where our parcel is. My shipment with tracking id - z96729418 from jaipur to bangalore booked on 19/03/19 has not delivered yet. The status is showing the wrong cir which is not possible as the address is given was accurate and well known. I complained this to the local office at jaipur but my resolution has not been resolved yet also they blocked me. The parcel was worth of 10 k which cant be put in dillema now as its been 4 months now and my patience is over...

My parcel has arrived aizawl dtdc courier on 15th july 2019, as i have tracked it online. Since i did not receive any phone call from the courier i was waiting for two days. And today, i myself have to go to the courier and search for my parcel. All my stuffs were rotten which should not be a problem have it been delivered to me on time! I dint get any call fron the courier boy. As as soon as i tracked my parcel at 6.15pm. It was showing undelivered. I dont know what happend. But i want my parcel as soon as possible.

I have taken the confirmation from the reciepient, the item has not been delivered yet, but in tracking status it is showing delivered to recipient. The photo of the status is attached.
