    I had done a courier package with clothes in it. When it reached me in bangalore, few items were missing. The weight of the total package had also decreased by 1.3kg. On checking the box, its clear that the box was opened from beneath. The box was packed by a dtdc employee and we had made a video at the time of packing. The video clearly shows the missing products.

        I have booked a product and it should delivered in navalur near siruseri.. But it has been to pallikaranai, navalur.. The courier boy did not call me regarding this courier delivery.. Now the status in dtdc is restricted otr... I need my product to be delivered in my area dtdc courier office.. Please provide my product correctly or else inform to the registered number in the product or intimate us.. The product is too costly.. I was waiting for that courier for so long time..

          It's is an order parcel which i have ship for customers.
          Pelzz solve my problem as soon as possible
          And all ur website no are invalid i[censored] don't want to give proper service why u open business.

            We call dtdc, one of the best courier services in india.. However the service levels are so pathetic with the online tracking system which is misleading and takes 24 hours for correct updates.

            I'm working in a firm and is a regular client to dtdc but to my suprise in spite of booking on 5th aug'19 from new delhi to bangalore, the shipment is yet to be delivered to the destination til date which is not going to be 9th aug. How can we call ourself best services in india.

            The package was supposed to reach to my husband for his birthday ie today 8th aug'19 since he was residing at hotel holiday inn whitefield till tonight only. Early morning he will check out and has his return flight.

            Since my plans have went for a toss... Can you guys tell me.. What has to be done for that undelivered courier now??? That hotel will not accept it since guest will be checking out tomorrow early morning.

            The customer care and various officials at delhi and bangalore were unresponsive and dint really bother to help me out.

            Whole day i was begging for the courier to be delivered even by late night. I was assured that it will be done.. But now i realise it's one my biggest mistakes to book ur company for such a important event of our life.

            It was a matter or sentiment and i was even ready to pay extra charges for today's urgent delivery. But the unresponsive approach and missing customer centricity.. You guys don't deserve to be called as no. One.

              Dear sir,

              I booked a courier from PUSHPRAJ ENTERPRISES MF -789, Deonar- 88 Mumbai and pay 750 rupees as a delivery charge. yesterday evening at 7:30 pm when courier boy came I ask for the package he told me to first pay the remaining amount and sign the receipt i done this after I start the opening the package in front of the courier boy and also make the video of it. I seen that the outer package of my Courier is totally bend from one side after I unpack the laptop from box and see that there are a screen (display) damage of my laptop. I instantly told this issue to courier boy and he told me that to discuss this issue to the relevant dispatch branch. today In morning i call the branch and told about this incident but the brach person said that the manager is not there. I ask for the raise a complaint and give me the number of manager but she didn't do so. at the time of booking I mention clearly about the laptop but they don't wrap the laptop with properly neither take any precaution or do a thing for safety of laptop.there are not any notice on box about handle with care or fragile item due to this negligence my parcel treat like a normal parcel and in transit its broke by heavy pressure on display. You are taking three time more money from a normal delivery but don't take any accountability of it. If you are unable to make safe transit why are you taking the fragile items for delivery. I totally unsatisfied with you delivery process and customer treated behavior by your brach. I want my laptop repair else compensation for this negligence otherwise I have to go for consumer forum with in a week.

                Today 8th august consignment number: v55250773 was supposed to be delivered to consignee. But a msg comes saying last mile misroute. This was a fast service that i availed & it was supposed to be delivered on 8th. So i just wasted my money & the item was urgent & the consequences will have to faced by me due to dtdc error. Someone called from dtdc :[protected]. As the consignee couldn't receive. Just after 2mins the txt msg comes from dtdc regarding last mile misroute. The number of delivery boy is also not a proper phone number. I couldn't call back ([protected]). I doubt that you people seriously wanted to deliver the item or just complete the fornality? Flipkart service is way better. Utterly disappointed.

                  My consignment number is K20235176, dated:23/07/19. and my package is not delivered at Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd, Sector-5, integrated industrial estate, SIDCUL Haridwar:-249403(Uttaranchal)From 15 Days, it is showing the same status'Received At Facility at Haridwar in 30/07/19.I called customer care Pune but they are not Solve My Problem Because Your DELHI Customer Care are not Receive My call.You can feel my frustration, this is a 3rd Class/Poor quality service Of DTDC. As per schedule, courier shall be receive on 05-08-19 at Alwal, hyderabad . Since courier not received at hyderabad, we have track the courier and it shows the misroute at balanagar branch. Todays i.e. 07-08-19 courier location shows yusufguda. We have provided mobile number on the address . I don't know, still why it shows as misroute.Why they are not calling on mobile number for clarification of address ?
                    First time, this type of misroute we have observed .

                      I was supposed to receive mobile case from dtdc. Courier was booked from guindy to siruseri. The courier reached the nearest transit location by 10.30 am and it was out for delivery and still the status is in out for delivery status.

                      Upon reaching the consumer support number provided by dtdc, the guy who picked the call answered in a unruly manner. Courier from guindy went to pallikaranai and from there to navalur from there to siruseri for delivery. Initially we booked giving the office timings which is 6 pm. They accepted for standard delivery and now this guy who picked the call was asking me do you know where pallikaranai is where navalur is. Do you know how long it will take to reach there. Which i feel is totally out of context. I mentioned if i had come by bus also i would've self picked the courier. I think this is not the exact way to handle the consumer.

                      I though requested him to deliver the parcel within 6 pm. He answered me harshly that it'll get delivered by 7pm. If you need the parcel wait and get else return it.

                      Kindly see to it this does not repeat again and still i have not received the parcel.

                              I had booked a courier for delivery from delhi to gurgaon on sunday (4th august). The package was picked up from my house and i got an sms from dtdc on 5th august at 3pm saying my package was booked and the tracking id (Same as on the slip provided to me) was z12622209. However, when i am trying to track the details of the package online - it says invalid consignment number and does not show any details of its status. I have spent 20 minutes waiting on customer care's dial up wait since morning - no response. Attempt to send a complaint on their website fails (It says thanks for kind feedback) as it does not recognize the consignment number.

                                My Mother has sent pickles from Ahmedabad to Coimbatore on[protected] vide Courier No:A43947804 by paying Rs.360/-. After one week i sent mail to their customer care on[protected] with Screen shot of DTDC tracker page. I received phone call and told that the item which was couriered is damaged and we will dispatch soon. on[protected] days when i not received any courier again i sent mail to [protected]@dtdc.com.

                                Still its August, 2019 and i have not received any courier and DTDC courier service only calling from different different location.

                                My mother prepared the item cost 2000Rs. Courier Cost is Rs.360. Mental harrassment is another loss to me and finally i still not received any material or compensation.

                                  Its regarding my consignment, track no h15788414 where i send parcel from dtdc bandlaguda, hyderabad on 29th july as its was conveyed that shipment will be delivered to the said address by 31st july -01st august.
                                  Though the shipment reached to kolkata - garia office on 31st july at dtdc office but till date i. E 06th august its has not been delivered.
                                  When i call to customer care number today i. E 06th, customer care representative is saying that we can't deliver as it is showing as non serviceable area.
                                  If that is so, why didn't dtdc inform me at the time of taking shipment that they are not able to shipped it.
                                  Secondly, if they are not able to deliver it why they didn't call me or to the person contact no. Which is provided there, as the shipment is lying with them for the last 6 days.
                                  While requesting for the phone number of the garia office they refused to give by saying that we can't.
                                  They only provide me the address.
                                  Now the main question is that its very surprising that once you give your parcel to dtdc and again you have to track for your shipment and need to collect it from their office or godown whatever may be.
                                  This is how dtdc works where dtdc implies desk to desk courier and in real meaning a customer has to run behind his consignment from desk to desk... Awesome response and service.
                                  Such pathetic service i wish no one will experience in his life time.

                                    I Ordered a Realme X mobile from Yesphone21.com on dated 26 july 2019 for Rs 15790/-

                                    But I received a wireless speaker through currier no. M92163589

                                    I try to contact them thought Contact Number [protected] and Email ID [protected]@yesphone21.com provided on the website. Neither the number working nor the email id is genuine. I received my order confirmation on 12:45Am 26 july 2019 from this website by email id “[protected]@sg2plcpnl0104.prod.sin2.secureserver.net” but when I reply to this email id the email was not sent to this email id, It means they are fraud.
                                    I made payment by credit card as per transaction details below:

                                    All the above information and on searching for AFRAZ ENTERPRISES online I found that there is no way to contact them that is why, they are 100% fraud.
                                    Sir I lost my Rs 15790/- and not got mobile till now. So I request you to

                                    it looks like that DTDC currier company is also involve in fraud with Yesphone21.com
                                    1) Today when DTDC delivered me a currier no. M92163589, currier boy not call me he delivered currier silently like a theif,
                                    2) No Invoice or proper document is attached with currier package both inside or outside
                                    3) How DTDC take anything from anybody and never ask for proper documents
                                    4) This means frauds are the relatives to any one in DTDC

                                    IT is clear DTDC is also involve in the fraud with Yesphone21.com & Afraz enterprises

                                    please help me so that I can got my money back from this fraud merchant.

                                      My package with tracking no. I[protected] has been booked on 31th july 2019 from mumbai, to deliver it to mysore with proper address and phone number. The packet has been there in mysore from 2nd august 2019 from that day to today (5th august 2019) and my shipment status is showing that "out for delivery" and "not delivered ("not delivered (Receiver not available (Cir)" for 3 to 4 times. Earlier we were told that it will be delivered within 5 working days. Can you tell me what am i supposed to do right now?

                                      Bhuj DTDC service is very Bad ... as we are corporate and some time we have very urgent parcels but DTDC Bhuj kept it at courier office for many days even after strong follow ups and even don't answer properly kindly look into the matter and improve the communication and provide good service otherwise there are many other courier options available

                                        I got 13 packages couriered from delhi to bokaro by dtdc on 24th july 2019. On receiving them on 29th july 2019 at bokaro, most of them were torn and damaged. The stuffs inside were wet and few even had muddy soil. I have been pursuing and following up with dtdc for more than a week now but there is no progress in the status. I am attaching the pictures of the receipt, and the damaged packages.
                                        DTDC Courier & Cargo customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                        Dear sir,

                                        My parcel has not delivered yet.its been more than a week .. also they have kept wrong information.

                                        On Enquiry they are saying delivered.
