I had booked a courier for delivery from delhi to gurgaon on sunday (4th august). The package was picked up from my house and i got an sms from dtdc on 5th august at 3pm saying my package was booked and the tracking id (Same as on the slip provided to me) was z12622209. However, when i am trying to track the details of the package online - it says invalid consignment number and does not show any details of its status. I have spent 20 minutes...

My Mother has sent pickles from Ahmedabad to Coimbatore on[protected] vide Courier No:A43947804 by paying Rs.360/-. After one week i sent mail to their customer care on[protected] with Screen shot of DTDC tracker page. I received phone call and told that the item which was couriered is damaged and we will dispatch soon. on[protected] days when i not received any courier again i sent mail to [protected]@dtdc.com.

Still its August, 2019 and i have not received any courier and DTDC courier service only calling from different different location.

My mother prepared the item cost 2000Rs. Courier Cost is Rs.360. Mental harrassment is another loss to me and finally i still not received any material or compensation.

Its regarding my consignment, track no h15788414 where i send parcel from dtdc bandlaguda, hyderabad on 29th july as its was conveyed that shipment will be delivered to the said address by 31st july -01st august.
Though the shipment reached to kolkata - garia office on 31st july at dtdc office but till date i. E 06th august its has not been delivered.
When i call to customer care number today i. E 06th, customer care representative is saying that we can't deliver as it is showing as non serviceable area.
If that is so, why didn't dtdc inform me at the time of taking shipment that they are not able to shipped it.
Secondly, if they are not able to deliver it why they didn't call me or to the person contact no. Which is provided there, as the shipment is lying with them for the last 6 days.
While requesting for the phone number of the garia office they refused to give by saying that we can't.
They only provide me the address.
Now the main question is that its very surprising that once you give your parcel to dtdc and again you have to track for your shipment and need to collect it from their office or godown whatever may be.
This is how dtdc works where dtdc implies desk to desk courier and in real meaning a customer has to run behind his consignment from desk to desk... Awesome response and service.
Such pathetic service i wish no one will experience in his life time.

I Ordered a Realme X mobile from Yesphone21.com on dated 26 july 2019 for Rs 15790/-

But I received a wireless speaker through currier no. M92163589

I try to contact them thought Contact Number [protected] and Email ID [protected]@yesphone21.com provided on the website. Neither the number working nor the email id is genuine. I received my order confirmation on 12:45Am 26 july 2019 from this website by email id “[protected]@sg2plcpnl0104.prod.sin2.secureserver.net” but when I reply to this email id the email was not sent to this email id, It means they are fraud.
I made payment by credit card as per transaction details below:

Sir I lost my Rs 15790/- and not got mobile till now. So I request you to

it looks like that DTDC currier company is also involve in fraud with Yesphone21.com
1) Today when DTDC delivered me a currier no. M92163589, currier boy not call me he delivered currier silently like a theif,
2) No Invoice or proper document is attached with currier package both inside or outside
3) How DTDC take anything from anybody and never ask for proper documents
4) This means frauds are the relatives to any one in DTDC

IT is clear DTDC is also involve in the fraud with Yesphone21.com & Afraz enterprises

please help me so that I can got my money back from this fraud merchant.

My package with tracking no. I[protected] has been booked on 31th july 2019 from mumbai, to deliver it to mysore with proper address and phone number. The packet has been there in mysore from 2nd august 2019 from that day to today (5th august 2019) and my shipment status is showing that "out for delivery" and "not delivered ("not delivered (Receiver not available (Cir)" for 3 to 4 times. Earlier we were told that it will be delivered within 5 working days. Can you tell me what am i supposed to do right now?

I got 13 packages couriered from delhi to bokaro by dtdc on 24th july 2019. On receiving them on 29th july 2019 at bokaro, most of them were torn and damaged. The stuffs inside were wet and few even had muddy soil. I have been pursuing and following up with dtdc for more than a week now but there is no progress in the status. I am attaching the pictures of the receipt, and the damaged packages.

My dtdc courier was not delivered on time when i checked, they said out for delivery on two consecutive days. After that they put wrong information doe successful delivery. But when i wnquirea said can't deliver due to off day. But they are totally misguiding form past three days. Moreover just for 4 papers i paid rs 90. More than speed post.. Up to this time it would have been reached without any hurdle..

Pls do the needful. My parcel still not reached.

Our dtdc courier number x31598138 not delivered still dispatched from tamilnadu to uttar pradesh more than 15 days before.
But in status showing delivered but in real not delivered we spoken to courier office in the delivery area they also told they still didnt received the parcel.

We registed complaint in mail to dtdc courier but they didnt solved problem still. Dtdc customer care numbers also wrong they are getting invalid number when dialled.

Please deliver fast. Dont show wrong status like already delivered.

Do find courier and deliver.

I see the tracking is marked as delivered but the item is not yet received. I have never faced this kind of issue with any courier. This is lot of pain to track back where the package is. Delivery address is karimnagar and tracking shows it delivered in hyderabad. Could someone please look into this issue and resolve at the earliest?

I have booked my parcel on dt 29-07-19 from dtdc brach - jetpura gate dist. Chandrapur vide consignment no. M76202655 but exremely sorry to inform you that no data available while tracking online. On enquiry with the branch person, he is telling that he is trying to search where is my parcel. How is it not traceable.
Pl. Look into the matter & resolve my problem.

I booked a consignment under docket no. V55015156 on 02/08/2019 with dtdc franchise at aicher/greater noida-201308 around 16.15 hrs as dtdc plus service and paid the charges as per tarrif. The courier did not reach my address at destination on 03/08/2019 till late night as well no tracking details available after 01.46 hrs of early motning of 03/08/2019. I contacted your franchise at kolkata (Pin-700159) and they also confirmed that this parcel not received by 19.30 hrs of 03/08/2019.
It is not under stood as to why you claim to deliver the parcel within 24 hrs of receipt with dtdc plus service for which i paid extra charges as the parcel contains medicines and was immediately required on or before 04/08/2019. Now as 04/08/2019 is sunday, whether the said parcel will be delivered if received on late night on 03/08/2019.
It is requested that if the said medicines are not delivered today i. E. On 04/08/2019, please arrange to return the same to the senders address without fail to avoid misuse of the same.

I book my consignment on 26/07/2019 from ghaziabad, for delivery at state bank of india, sonbarsa branch, distt-gorakhpur. By searching status the consignment reached dtdc gorakhpur on29/07/2019. At least 6days past the consignment still at dtdc gorakhpur. Sonbarsa is just 22 km. From gorakhpur and the consignment still dumped at gorakhpur since 29/07/2019. Is this the customer service of dtdc if so it means it is running on ram bharosey.

My colleague has used dtdc plus services yesterday i. E., friday 02/08/2019 for sending parcel within one day and when i’m tracking the status online, it’s showing in transit at bangalore air hub from 10:44hrs of 03/08/2019. It has not yet been delivered to me and as tomorrow is a sunday, i can’t get the delivery. I need that parcel by sunday so that i can go to other place by night. Because of this delay, i’m getting into trouble. It’s worst when they can’t deliver as promised and charging extra for different kind of services.

I am writing this with high dissatisfaction with the service provided by dtdc. I had an urgent courier to be sent to goa which i did on the 01/08/2019 from mumbai malad.. As i paid additional cost for an express delivery and wa assured the delivery will be done today 03/08/2019.

Now as i have checked she consignment status it shows not delivered reason :last mile misroute.. This is highly unprofessional service my dtdc in delivering documents and so unreliable.. Consignment v5219197.

My consignment no. Is z21261363 is not delivered however the parcel reached lucknow on 31st july.
There were no calls regarding that it can't be delivered and they just returned the parcel to the origin without informing me.
If i dont tract the order online i would've not known about order...
Atleast they should call me that your order cannot be delivered so i can pick it up..
Even they dont inform me that my order has been returned that too i get to know while tracking the order
I m very disappointed my there service and i have complaint then via email no positive response recieve.

Yesterday i have book one courier from mathura to ghaziabad and pay 245 rs and your vender commited that within 24 hrs courier will be delivered but till time doc is not delivered and also no body responding for the same if service will take 2 days than better we send via other courier and normal why should i pay so much money. I need reply now it self and solution also other return my payment and also delivered my courier free

My friend send me a parcel from kolkota to jaipur it's almost 1& half month passed he delivered 24june &today date 2nd august i didn't received tracking no is "d52197126" still this parcel is showing in patna why it's too much delay can u pls reply i tried call to kolkota not connect i try in patna no responce please reply me why u r delaying parcel now it's too much.

Our consignment no - "k20193687", our consignment is pending in jamshedpur till yesterday[protected], and your delivery men called me yesterday and as well as today, they clearly said us they will not deliver our consignment at our address and we have to collect from there office, we paid to you for door delivery, and we assure you that we are not going to collect our consignment.

And we already mailed to our company v. P. For suspend dtdc courier till further notice, and we confirming you that we are going to close our all business with dtdc courier (Because your company delivery services are very poor).

On the date 27/7/19 some important documents have been booked in dtdc with the no b65013264 from hubli karnataka to bengalore (Pin
560066), but the courier hasn't came to our address from hubli even till 2/8/19. As per track showing successfully deleivered but still i have not received any courier, enquired about the courier 10 to 15 times and raised 3 times complaint. Even though there was no answer from you. Will you immediately take action on this issue? Other wise i will going complaint it into police station???
