I have sent a courier on 16th july using dtdc service. This is supposed to be reach my place within a day as it was in same state. When i track it, it went to sirsi but intended destination was different. I have had very bad experienceany times with this service. These people so careless even though the address and pin is clearly mentioned in enevelop. They even charged 80 rs within state.

I have sent so many mail and contacted the customer and does not have any courtesy to address my concerns. I need my courier back soon as possible and severe action needs to take up this such cheap service provider so that other should not face the same problem.

a delivery agent who dispatches my parcel is messaging me on whatsapp in inappropriate manner . he told his name Devendra and his contact no is [protected].
we consider dtdc service a trustworthy co and this type of behaviour by your agent is not expected at all. it is all about women security so i request you to take action against him.
i attached screenshot of whatsapp message and biil so please considered it.

My parcel was booked from Mumbai to Gwalior on 18/07/19 and not delivered till date i.e., 23/07/19. The tracking number was M75956313 and I track my parcel from website and I couldn't find real time update of parcel, there for no information updated between 20/07/19 to 23/07/19. I got panic and stressed so much because it contains my homeopathy medicine which was already late 2 days to reach me, therefore I contacted everywhere in each from Indore to Gwalior but I didn't got satisfactory answer from anyone. Finally I got update online today that parcel reached Gwalior thatipur branch at 12.30 pm and out of delivery at 13.59 pm. I contacted thatipur branch office that when the parcel will be delivered to me. The person over there on call told parcel has been out of delivery and gave delivery boy number [protected] after so many calls he picked up phone and denied to delivery the parcel without any reason. I am very disappointed with the behaviour of delivery boy he told me that I can't deliver today you come and collect from office. This is very disgusting I am paying courier charges for collecting our parcel from office or it's your duty to deliver at home or address given to you. I am not satisfied with the DTDC courier services and bad behaviour of persons concern in office branch and delivery boy.

My package with tracking no. B80501079 has been booked on 18th july 2019 from bangalore to deliver it to noida with address and phone number. The packet has been there in noida from 20 july 2019 from that day to today (23th july 2019) and my shipment status is showing that "out for delivery" and "not delivered (Receiver not available (Cir)". Courier boy not called me on my phone number and he is updating courier status "not delivered (Receiver not available (Cir)" at dtdc tracking website. Can you tell me what am i supposed to do right now?

Dtdc branch office in bhankrota jaipur 302026, rajasthan is the worst branch ever. They doesn't even know where and when to complain. They don't take responsibility over any booking or any courier. If i should ask for any help then please remove such branch from this place and cancel their licence, am not complaining about all the branches but some are the worst they just tries to get the money out of people and do nothing but misbehave with us.. They are not well behaved with people.. Please do something with such branch they are even upto some threats and knows nothing about courier service. Either cancel their licence or make them understand the rules of the company as some branches are useless enough to blame the company directly

I have couriered a parcel from tirupathi to durgapur (West bengal) on 17th of july, company charged 330 rupees and promised to make delivery by 19th 5.00 pm.

But, it has not delivered within the stipulated time.

When i saw the status, it is showing as recipient refused to take delivery (How can they take after the date i. E., 19th).

Hence i request you to do justice for me.

We (Stove kraft limited) have sent the courier on 2nd july-2019 from bangalore to indore vide awb number b65321074 but till not delivered but tracking status showing delivered successfully and we are following since 10 days there is not proper response from the franchisee in both the places. They are taking more time to confirm the status and the parcel contains statutory documents we are unable to get duplicate copies.
Kindly do the needful.

I am mitlesh rai and my tracking id is d71007330. I have not received my any items or parcel. When i am checking on your dtcdc website its say that successfully deliver. But i dont get my any delivery till date. I have already lodged a complaint in this regarding. But no have taken any action. Please sure that where is my parcel. And deliver to me as soon as possible.

Dear Sir,

we are send some items through DTDC Courier Service from Ernakulam (Harisree Enterprises, NH Bypass, Shobha Road, Vennala) on the date of 8th July 2019, But still there are not delivered items to mentioned Delivery address (Mathew, Korath House, Karimba, Mannarkkad, Palakkad), ones i have to check that parcel tracking there is showing item is delivered.
now almost 15 days gone.that parcel have some choclate items from abroad, here after that items cant useful. what we have to do

This is complain is regarding my parcel(DTDC COURIER), which was supposed to be delivered on 29th june..
Its been more than 3 weeks now, i haven’t recieved my parcel yet... it was dispatched on 27th june.. I have complained to their customer care about the same but I haven’t got any response.. they are not ever bothered to reply.. such a poor service..

D38655837.. this is the consignment no of dtdc... it still says the product in transit.. It has my study material.. this is really frustrating...

Iam Pradeep contacting you from Trivandrum, the courier guy called me today to pick the courier at DTDC office which isn’t not all acceptable because I have spent Rs.2000 as a courier change.Could you please ask him to deliver the same at my door step asap?

My self dr. Perumalla srikanth i send a dtdc blue courier consignment: v54888410 from vijayawada to nandyal pin: 518501 of andhra pradesh on 17/07/2019. The courier was delayed and the courier service is not updating the details of the product from dated: 19, 20, 21 and 22nd onwards and the service is delay and dtdc courier service is not responding on this product.

I was to receive a courier which was sent on 13th of July, 2019 from Domlur, Bangalore at Electronic city, Bangalore. It was said that the courier would be delivered by 15th of July, 2019. But, it was not delivered and moreover when i tried to track the courier using http://www.dtdc.in/tracking/shipment-tracking.asp, it showed the status that "RECEIVER REQUESTED DELIVERY ON ANOTHER DAY-(CIR)", though i didn't request the delivery on another day at all (i didn't meet/get a call from delivery personnel at all, how could i request it on another day).

At the end, it was an episode where DTDC Staff/delivery personnel had gone to the extent to enter wrong status and it had been 8 days(21st of July, 2019), still i didn't get my courier. I am shocked by this service and i would please request you to look into the matter.

I sent my courier from delhi to chennai west tambaram after one week receiving the courier i found my bag is missing in the box 📦 and i tried to inform this by contacting them but they did not respond it well.
Please help me by finding my bag and return it to me. I placed my charger, belt buckle and other stuffs in that bag.
I need my bag, my bag colou is black in colour and somnath will be written in the top of it.

My courier no. Z12055338 has not been yet. It was sent by my parents from yamunanagar haryana on 8th july to me at greater noida.
As per tracking it is showing that it is at greater noida pari chowk branch from 10th july. But when i contacted that branch they said it is not available.
So request you to please taken this matter with dtdc & resolved my complaint.

The same docket was sent back to my address, where my guide took out her one set, weighing around 12 kgs vide docket no.[protected] and d43803339 for whopping rupees 1700 [on to-pay basis].

The handler was too adamant to get that amount only, i tried all your customer care numbers to no avail and even he threatened me to send back the courier. So in this scenarion i had no other options but to pay highly overcharged amount.
Kindly refund extra paid amount.

Status shows that no person at the address, why was the call no made to confirm the address when the delivery guys is not bale find... I am sure the person has not come to my delivery address and incorrect details is updated in the portal... I believe the process is to call the person when not sure of the address. It really gives a bad impression just because of this kind of service been provided... It would be great if some one can look into the request and advise me on the status of the complaint asap...

I have booked a consignment to get dilvered locally in mumbai and paid the asked amount on 18th july. They have assured me that the consignment will be delivered on 19th july, 2019 by or before 12:00pm. However, the same has not been delivered yet. When called and inquired about the same the vendor was least bother and told me that what's hurry... It will reach in a day or two. Have never expected such a irresponsible behaviour from a reputed company like dtdc.
I requested him that it should be delivered by or before 6:00pm at the given address as it will be saturday then sunday and no one will be there to receive the consignment. It's of no use if it won't get delivered on 19th july.
No efforts have been put by the vendor. Yet the courier is not being delivered even though i have paid more than other courier service centres.
It's ridiculous!!!

I have a booking on the name of i v s s k chaitanya on[protected] from bhimavaram, a. P. To dtdc palavakkam chennai, due to absence in my delivering address, i have requested to the local palavakkam dtdc for delivery address, he accepted, yesterday[protected] it was delivered, due to my office hours i could take, so he call me today and spoke in very rude manner and using bad words when i go there for taking up my parcel, he said who said you to give the dtdc address of palavakkam, so i said next time onwards i wont give the address of dtdc palavakkam, still he spoken to me very rudely, then i said i am not going to sign on delivery form, i will make complaint on, he said that do what ever you want make, i will see your end like these words were used.

So, i am thinking to make a complaint register in consumer court, because he is there to deliver the goods in good manner towards customers who came for. But i didnt get anything from him instead of that i got thretening from him. So in this regard mean while i am informing and making complaint registration in online with dtdc for any assistance from your end.

Nor else will meat in consume court.
