This is in regards to the delivery of item on docket number b65635756.

Delivery boy is very unprofessional and rude.
Item was out for delivery on 29th july however delivery boy delayed it to next day 30th july.
On 29th he entered false remarks stating "receiver requested delivery on another date", however there was no such communication from the customer/receiver end.

On 30th delivery boy took bribe of rs60 courier charges collected were less also threatened to deny the delivery if said amount was not paid.

Please take necessary action on the employee.

This is say that as service of your company is not provided by the office boy or not any responsible person. Company had booked the parcel on 25/07/2019 and till now today also we have not received the parcel and also again they are arguing with us that we will supply at our time and also they are behaing rudly with us.
Person name is not they are saying his mb no is [protected] this office boy is behaving very rudly and till now he is not receving the phone also.
So please kindly do the needful.

This is completely in valid where you pay handsome amount for delivery to dtdc and in return you hear from destination office that delivery wont be done due to staff problem. Consignment no. A44089377. Denied to deliver at nashik centre. Kindly see to it that it gets resolved as soon as possible. Dtdc have been to much bad at there services always. Awaiting for some positive feedback.

I have purchased a book online on 23rd july 2019 from s. Chand publications they send that book via this courier service.

Courier boy did not come to my house and said your door was locked what a # is this. And also no one picking my phone when i am calling to their office even the customer care people is also like this.

Even till now i have not received my parcel.

These guys are very irresponsible not a professional guys.

That's by they hire these types of people in there company

So, please tell me how can i lodge a legal case to this company because of this unprofessional behavior i fell very offensive.

We have hired your franchisee bhimai enterprises having address at plot no. Pap-a-112, thane belapur road, khairne midc, navi mumbai-400710. The fanchisee owner is not discharging his obligation as per the agreement letter signed by both o[censored]s - kapil industries and bhimai enterprises. He his behaving rudly with our staff, irregular in collecting the docs. He has collected dozens of letters since 29.06.2017 to 13.07.2019 and has not delivered the letters. Nor he and his sfaff are not responding not returning our undelivered letters. We request you to look into the matter at the earlist. As your fanchisee failed to do his jib we have been put to financial loss, and caused damage to our image and reputation in the market. Kindly take urgent action failing which we will be compelled to file a case with consumer forum.

Since last 2 week i didn't received order yet. Today i got call from dtdc courier from bangalore airport. They told package got broken/tampered from their end. Courier person told me they denied to deliver to registered address. This mistake has done from courier end. Package got broken/tampered from courier. Dtdt courier has denied to pay off broken item since they are only resposnble for tampered item. Please pay off for broken item and deliver product to my current address.

The courier was out for delivery on 26th july 2019, and the same has not yet been delivered by the courier team. On following up on the ghaziabad dtdc courier, they had provided the local office number and upon checking with them, they mentioned that they have closed the delivery of couriers as they would be closing the store.
This is highly unacceptable behaviour by the courier of dtdc

Very poor service, Bad Service, maximum time and wrong address search..

I had send a home credit customer document through dtdc from karamana dtdc branch, trivandrum, kerala on[protected]. But it was not received at home credit office, gurgaon, haryana. When i tried to track it, it was showing as received. But actually, it was not received. No. R33737744.
Please do the needful asap.

Kindly be informed that we air freighted the material under subject docket which has already been reached at coimbatore on 27.07.19. However, the delivery are still pending and customer screaming for the material.
Please expedite.

Maximum time i complained dtdc office still now not provide only say tomorrow tomorrow come, i call also dtdc customer care they didn't response this matter take easy and ignore this last 7th july to till now i suffer this problems.

Therefore take it's matters in siresss and provide me proof of delivery or otherwise give me loos of accessory. Please do need full and streetly actions about that.

These consignments were sent to me at gorakhpur address. These were received by dtdc office at gorakhpur on[protected] — on same day they have posted that address is incomplete. Next day on[protected] they posted that out for delivery.
For first consignment i complaint to customercare then at (9pm they posted successfully delivered although it was not yet delivered[protected].
For second consignment they are posting address is incomplete - then out for delivery and then on[protected] they posted that could not be attempted.
These agencies have no employees and they post that address is incomplete. My mobile number is there so if address is incomplete they can ask it.
Similar problem was also for my earlier consignments — c89971854. First they posted address incomplete then out for delivery and after 3 days they delivered it to me.
Is there someone at dtdc to look these irregularities — i have made complaint to customer care for all these consignments but they have no time to inquire about it. I suggest everyone not to use dtdc

My parents had to deliver a parcel from merrut to bangalore.
Parcel sent on 23 jul19 received on 27th jul 2019.
Paid - rs 900/-
Dtdc agent took extra money saying it will be delivered in 2 days.in spite of paying extra money parcel reached 3 days late after a lot of follow up. Once parcel arrived delivery guy behaved very unprofessional and said we don't deliver the parcel at home, will parcel to apartment security. This kind of behavior and unprofessional.

On 22/07/2019 from gawalior (Madhya pardesh) i courier a envople to vadodra (Gujrat) to wasim bhai owner of agra kanpur transport at vadodra but courier not delivered to him and dtdc courier office tell that courier deliverd on 26/07/19 but wasim bhai not recive a courier i use tracking shipment of dtdc by using docket no z13206780 result shown that courier succesfully delivered but wasim bhai didn't recieved i contact to franchise of dtdc courier office they tell me that they will solve this problem but i am not satisifed from them even they don't have any singnature or contact number of a person who collect the courier so i request to you

First time i have used this dtdc service and have a pathetic experience from the branch of azamgarh raidopur.

People called himanshu and mansi ([protected]) from that branch are least bothered about their service towards customer.

From past 3 days i could see that they are updating status for my docket as out for delivery however when i'm calling them they are saying that area is non serviceable and courier is staying with them... However my parents stay at bhawarnath which is 4.6km from that office.
They are least bothered to call customer and inform the status..
Seriously very disappointed with people of that branch how they provide services.
Would request if you cud take action as not getting ombudsman email on their website.

Non delivery of my courier pack to destiny even after abnormal delay. No contact number or customer care numbers provided in dtdc site are valid. No source of contact with dtdc. Very important time sensitive documents and papers exists in the pack. Courier was booked on 20th of july 2019 from steel plant, visakhapatnam to hyderabad. Not reached the desination hyderabad even after week days. Tracking shows "in trasit at hyderabad hub" since 21st july 2019. For an immediate action at your end.

Mjhe ab tak mera parcel receive nhi hua, but online tracking status ye show kar rha hai ki mera parcel delivered ho gya hai mere neighbour ko but strange baat ye hai ki hum log ground floor pe rehte hai aur humare aas pass koi dusra flat hi nhi hai, sirf humara hi flat hai ground pe, humare koi neighbour nhi hai, toh parcel kaise delivered ho skta hai, ye toh fraud hai, pl mjhe mera parcel return kiya jaye otherwise mjhe complaint krni padegi...
