But our customer received material in bad condition.

My parents had to deliver a parcel from merrut to bangalore.
Parcel sent on 23 jul19 received on 27th jul 2019.
Paid - rs 900/-
Dtdc agent took extra money saying it will be delivered in 2 days.in spite of paying extra money parcel reached 3 days late after a lot of follow up. Once parcel arrived delivery guy behaved very unprofessional and said we don't deliver the parcel at home, will parcel to apartment security. This kind of behavior and unprofessional.

On 22/07/2019 from gawalior (Madhya pardesh) i courier a envople to vadodra (Gujrat) to wasim bhai owner of agra kanpur transport at vadodra but courier not delivered to him and dtdc courier office tell that courier deliverd on 26/07/19 but wasim bhai not recive a courier i use tracking shipment of dtdc by using docket no z13206780 result shown that courier succesfully delivered but wasim bhai didn't recieved i contact to franchise of dtdc courier office they tell me that they will solve this problem but i am not satisifed from them even they don't have any singnature or contact number of a person who collect the courier so i request to you

First time i have used this dtdc service and have a pathetic experience from the branch of azamgarh raidopur.

People called himanshu and mansi ([protected]) from that branch are least bothered about their service towards customer.

From past 3 days i could see that they are updating status for my docket as out for delivery however when i'm calling them they are saying that area is non serviceable and courier is staying with them... However my parents stay at bhawarnath which is 4.6km from that office.
They are least bothered to call customer and inform the status..
Seriously very disappointed with people of that branch how they provide services.
Would request if you cud take action as not getting ombudsman email on their website.

Non delivery of my courier pack to destiny even after abnormal delay. No contact number or customer care numbers provided in dtdc site are valid. No source of contact with dtdc. Very important time sensitive documents and papers exists in the pack. Courier was booked on 20th of july 2019 from steel plant, visakhapatnam to hyderabad. Not reached the desination hyderabad even after week days. Tracking shows "in trasit at hyderabad hub" since 21st july 2019. For an immediate action at your end.

Mjhe ab tak mera parcel receive nhi hua, but online tracking status ye show kar rha hai ki mera parcel delivered ho gya hai mere neighbour ko but strange baat ye hai ki hum log ground floor pe rehte hai aur humare aas pass koi dusra flat hi nhi hai, sirf humara hi flat hai ground pe, humare koi neighbour nhi hai, toh parcel kaise delivered ho skta hai, ye toh fraud hai, pl mjhe mera parcel return kiya jaye otherwise mjhe complaint krni padegi...

Your sodepur franchisee ([protected]) not lifting the phone also. This type of service, which is not expected a concern like you. Please look in to the matter and delive r the documents at the earliest.

One documents was booked from kolkata, tracking no:- k20005352, dated[protected], and tracking recor4d shows that documensts recd. By me on 25-07-19, which is totally wrong and false, i have not recd. Any documents. And the signature is not mine. Tried to contract with sodepur super franchisee (Mob. No-[protected], but not lifting the phone also. I am very much surorised this type of incident, which is not expection from a concern like you. Please look in to the matter urgently. Tried to contract - with [protected] (Sodepur super franchisee), but not lifiting the phone also, i am very much regret to inform you that this type of service not expected from a concern like you. Requesting your kind self please look in to the matter. Matter is very very urgent.

As we were wished to send our motorbike from narasaraopet (Guntur dist) to hindupur (Ananthpur dist) by train in such process they gave us a postal reference cover in railway station, then we just send the cover by your so-called dtdc courier service with tracking no: h88760573 to mr kundurthi anil kumar, in such a way the station master of hindupur stated that your motorbike had arrived you please take over your bike otherwise it costs rs.10.00 extra per hour so finally your service made us to wait extra 60 hours to take our parcel then we paid rs. 600 extra, only because of your negligence so we expect you must apologize or get us rs. 600 to respected client mr anil kumar

I had a courier package (Awb d51865517 dated 18th july 2019) from bhiwandi, maharashtra. The local dtdc office at athani, thrissur, kerala threatened to send the package back if it is not picked up from their office. They say they do not do home delivery. This is despite the fact that my residence is less than 3 kms away and hardly 20 steps from the main state highway that leads to the nearest town, thrissur, from the dtdc athani office. All other couriers give me home delivery. The local dtdc branch has now redirected it back to the sender. Take payment for home delivery, without delivering ask for it to be picked up and send it back on the same day if not picked up. Last time i use dtdc. Professional couriers are much better.

Hello. Its krishna panda. I purchase some product online and the delivery service i chosen is dtdc. The parcel's correct location was dhenkanal, deulasahi, orrisa. But due to the mismanagement of dtdc organisation the parcel was at cuttack. I called many of your service providers but they can not solve my problem. Now they just said the parcel is missing. Its not my fault. The delivery date is delayed 13 days. I want my parcel soon. Please solve out my problem soon

Dear i am satyam r/o 2658c jain nagar karala delhi 81. I would like to inform you that my courier tracking i'd m82385116 did not reach in my home and show in dtdc portal... Address not found... But from last 3 years i have received my all courier at this address from dtdc... How is it possible that address not found any one not respond me kindly solve this issue other wise i will take a leegal action...

Microwave oven: entire control panel is damaged. The microwave oven cannot be started as the body near the door is affected. This costly lg microwave oven has now been non functional due to this damage.

Washing machine: dent and gap on the outer body. The outer body has been damaged due to mishandling.

Kent ro water purifier: the kent ro body has been extensively damaged and the water purifier is non functional now due to this.

All the packages were mentioned fragile. Yet the dtdc personnel mishandled and caused heavy damage to the appliances thereby rendering them non functional. Now there is no proper way to claim insurance.

We reported this issue to the bangalore contact of dtdc mr. Sanjeev (He pacakged and sent through dtdc as he is associated with them) on 13th july 2019 immediately on opening the package. He handles dtdc at this location - ascendas park square mall, itpl main rd, bengaluru, karnataka 560066

For past two weeks he has been delaying saying the complaint has been raised with dtdc. Gave us wrong email address to raise complaint. Dtdc also doesnot provide any proper remedial measures and uses untrained personnel who throw fragile items and damage them.

Most horrible company in india. Damaged all my appliances. Will not book any transportation with them again.

My consignment no. Is k19853962. For the last 2 days it is showing could not attempt (In tracking results). It's a local dtdc courier and was supposed to reach within 2 days but it's been 6 days i am yet to receive my order. Please help as the courier is very important for me. Earlier i have never faced any such difficulty with dtdc courier which is such a renowned courier company.

Please treat this email as an official complaint against dtdc.

We had booked a z10183553 courier from dtdc and it showed that the same was delivered on 28th june.

However it was brought to our notice that the same was not delivered at the destination and there was no concrete response from the delhi dtdc at barakhamba road.

We have still not heard from dtdc delhi regarding the solution to the problem.

From our end we then folowed up and finally called up at pali rajasthan after tracing numbers from google.

To our shock, they shared that the courier is still lying with them and it was a false entry in the system.

The student had to rush to the dtdc office and get the courier collected on 22nd july.

This is a harassment from dtdc as none of the authorities was ready to take the responsibility and till date the delhi office has not called us back.

Also false information was being loaded in the dtdc website.

Please note we need a written apology and explanation from the department for such a loophole.

I was supposed to get a parcel delivered by dtdc which was shipped on 13th july 2019. Today is 24th July and still there is no call, no intimidation. When I finally checked the status on their website it says 'out for delivery' even before reaching my pincode area and few hours later it got updated to 'not serviceable area' and later again after few minutes the status said 'returned to hub'!!
What kind of a courier company does this??? There is not even proper number to call them. Pathetic courier service!! And this is not the 1st time that this kind of incident happened with dtdc! Please if you can't give a proper service then why not close down the company for a peaceful life for everyone!

When not delivered upto 20th july, i have called customer care and filled a complaint where i get assured about speedy delivery...
But again no any delivery, on monday i called jaipur branch and then they said me that tijara, alwar is non serviceable...
So after wasting my so much time they just treated me like cheated...
I feel cheated as if it is non serviceable then why my order placed...

Dear sir,
We have booked an important and urgent machinery part to our valuable customer m/s allied infrastructure [ mr. Anoop [protected]], lucknow on 20th july 2019 by your courier, docket no:z[protected]Copy attached) but the same is still not delivered to our customer and on your tracking system the same is showing "delivered". Your dtdc person at lucknow (Rakesh [protected]) is telling a lie and not giving us the correct position, and now his cell is out of network.

Please help asap in this matter.
