The tracking id is r34075531. It's showing that the parcel is delivered. I have been waiting for the package since a week. The parcel has a book and was sent from kottayam, kerala. The delivery is shown of 9th july. But it's still not received. Please find my parcel and send it to my address.

I have a courier slip of dtdc from delhi to kolkata. The consignment number isD52493275. But on tracking online, it says no data provided and invalid consignment no. I have attached the slip. Please update my shipment. No response from customer care. Please resolve and track my shipment.

My package with tracking no. V53695714 has been booked on 10th july 2019 from navi mumbai to deliver it to secunderabad (Hyderabad) with proper address and phone number. The packet has been out of delivery 11th july 2019 at 13.56 hrs, now the status is not delivered (Local holiday - (Otr) at 16:59hr, there is no holiday in secunderabad other office of dtdc are working, i confirmed dtdc twice before sending at mumbai they confirmed one day...

I Ramprasad i was supposed to receive my consignment from Delhi i had provided all details to them but by mistake they had send that consignment to my Mumbai address where i was stayed 5 yrs back. Even i and my dependents are not there, how could be it delivered to that address. My consignment no is Z10513636. When i call to your office at Mumbai fort branch she wasn't answer properly she kept the phone without solving, the number which is called is [protected]. I had received so many consignment from your courier I haven’t face such incident because delivery person ask everything before he delivers. So please track my consignment as soon as possible. First it got stuck for 4days at the starting locstion then it's still stale at bhubaneswar hub since last 2days, and no update in between, help me here, this is been a week and still the partner is waiting for the delivery.

I have sent a parcel, Consignment no.R34064150 on 3rd July, 2019 to Bangalore from Guruvayur, Thrissur Distt., Kerala and was informed that it will be delivered on 5th July, 2019.On tracking I found that it has reached Bangalore Hub on 5thJuly but it has been moved eight times within Bangalore and not delivered till 10th of July.Delivery point is Tavarekere main Rd, 5th Cross Near Laxmi Theatre, Bengaluru PIN-560029.(Near to Koramangala).Their customercare numbers are not working nor HO numbers are not responding.I made a mistake in selecting DTDC courier &Cargo as they turned out to be the worst courier service company.If this matter is not resolved within a day or two I plan to approach consumer court and serve a legal notice .

Sir,
we have send a parcel through DTDC courier(tracking No-K[protected] on 28.06.19 from cuttack to Boudh and till now the parcel is not delivered.we are trying to contact the courier office from last 7 days nobody responds.They are not pick up the call.

Dtdc didn't delivered my parcel from 30 days.I went to gachibowli office and no one is ready to help me regarding my concern.my parcel contains Titan watch which i got from TCS company.these people are simply telling, they couldn't find the parcel.please someone help me to get my watch.
Please let me help to proceed further.

Hello, i have send a courier to my colleague through dtdc plus (Fast courier). The consignment number is v54882276 and they have charged me 250 rupess for that. And it is not yet delivered to the person. And for normal delivery are charging 80 rupees and it will delivered on wednesday. Now in my point of view i didn't see any difference between fast delivery and normal delivery. For waiting purpose only i paid extra amount of 170 rupees.

I have send a package to Kerala, Malappuram district on 2nd July 2019. As I tracked the same on 6th July it was shown as delivered. But the receipt hasn't received the package yet. The receipt of the same is attached herewith. Kindly look into the issue as the package contained some of my original documents and keys

My tracking no is h15145482 last status shows it is successfully delivered as per the tracking details updated in the website.

I was expecting a book urgently from mumbai which was sent on 3rd july using dtdc 2 days express delivery.

On 5th i got a call for delivery where the person (Rakesh kumar) confirmed the address and said it will be delivered tomorrow.

However on 6th it showed the status could not attempt - (Dir) and on 9th july it should the status office closed or door lock - (Cir).
All this while someone was at home and they didn't even tried to contact.
When i tried to call the number from where i got the call and ask about the package the guy (Rakesh kumar) blocked my number.

My dtdc tracking number: m82454559.

My consignment no. is D52537541.I have to receive a parcel of books from kota. But it could not delivered after 10 days . In website when I track my parcel it shows COULD NOT ATTEMPT but I could not any messages about my parcel. And still I have not my parcel. I have also call to customer care but they didn't give
satisfactory answer.

I opted dtdc plus service to get my package delivered on the very next day. I have booked my delivery from malout punjab (152107) on 08.07.2019 and the delivery was expected on 09.07.2019 by morning itself. But, the package is not delivered yet. My tracking id is v54549189. I want to know why your company is committing false promises of assured delivery.

Delivery failed due to receiver not there. Inspire of confirming over call, the delivery boy didn’t even come to home till 11 pm and changed the status. On calling him he said don’t call me or msg me and ga e another number. The cell phones are switched off whole day.

I received a message that it's out for delivery on 8th july 2019 but it was not delivered and now in status it's showing consignment redirected. I tried calling dtdc bommasandra, bengaluru, karnataka. I called thrice and no one picked. After that the landline number is busy throughout the day. It is very important consignment which i need before 10th july 2019. But i dont have any contact to get the update. Below is the screenshot of the status.

My parcel got shipped from daryaganj, delhi. And was supposed to reach mangol puri. After two days, when i track my parcel, it says delivered. Whereas, the parcel was not delivered. On speaking to dtdc channel partner, mr. Raju, mobile number : [protected], i got to know that the parcel was deliberately marked as delivered. I want strict action to be taken against this, as this is not tolerable at all.

I have send luggage from iit bombay to bangalore through dtdc. My luggage includes 2 bags, one 15kg box and one 25kg box with two small boxes attached to it. At the time of pickup, delivery boy agreed to count it as two bags and two boxes. Now at the time of delivery, they have delivered 2 bags, one 15 kg and a small box and showed successful delivery of four items. They tampered my luggage and misplaced my 25kg box and a small box.
I am registering complaint about the missing luggage on the customer support of dtdc but they are saying the consignment number is invalid. How can i raise my complaint now.

I booked a document on 5th july at 3 pm at nellore, andra pradesh. The document is to be delivered at bellary, karnataka state. Consignment no. V54334274 dt.5.7.2019. I preferred speed courier by paying 4 times to normal charges. Because dtdc nellore assured us that it will be delivered on monday the 8th july. But it is not yet delivered so far, i came to know that the consignment is sent through routine way via dawanagiri instead of speed courier.
Thus i am put in great problems because of your negligence.
Please see the document be delivered by tomorrow morning before 8 am. Else you have to pay my damages.

I supposed to get my delivery by 6th of july and the delivery person called me to know the address. I have clearly informed him the address and though it has mentioned in the delivery box already (Without address no one will sent). He didn’t deliver the item and said that i was not available in the phone. Later monday i called him to know the status he informed me saying that he is on leave till wednesday and will deliver afterwards only and its not his issue whether i will get my medicine (Item) or not. He was very rude and had cancelled my call without hearing my side. Is this the customer service you are providing?

I sent a parcel from Gorakhpur to Bangalore, when the other end person received the courier, there was just paper packed tightly, the main item was all missing. And yes package was insured by dtdc.
These companies should be banned.
Breaching one's privacy is a legal crime.

Hi my name is surendra and consigment no. is, in courier affice they told me your courier will deliver on saturday before 12 pm but its not received after contacting with customer care they told your courier is now received in delhi hub i dont no why they commited for today, what can i do ots not our fault. its delayed too much.

3-4 weeks passed i haven’t received my parcels. When i tracked stuffs it was in frazer town location but fro 2-3 weeks it’s showing same location and more over if we call the courier customer service they neglect and keep phone attended no reply from that side simply let attend call and no one speaks. And some time they don’t pick the calls at all. When will this resolve? Please take any action regarding this my stuff has strucked in dtdc itself. Please do help.

Staffs in dtdc your booking office in sivasagar town (Near astc) assam branch behaved so cheap. Treating customers without any respect and scolding in vulgar words. His irritating behaviour spoils the reputation of dtdc. Please kindly look into this issue. Don't let me complaint in ombudsment or go for any legal action. This is the second time he is misbehaving with me. Charging extra also. Each and every customer leaves this office unsatisfied. He says ' take away your parcel or he will remove documents from the consignment and damage it and also threatened me that my parcel will get lost. '

M75760326 is the order number and it has been marked delivered as incorrectly, and even after multiple attempts of reaching out to the customer care they have not even picked the calls. I have spent my hard earned money for the product and have trusted the service to have it delivered to me, but instead they have cheated me of it. I need my entire money back or the product delivered to me.

I have received a call today saying that a courier is in their office ie at Meenangadi Wayanad District and told me to collect from their office...They will deliver only in town area...Actually my office was just 1 km from the courier office..So I had given my office address. And the courier charge also paid by me...But they refused to deliver at door step..
