DTDC Courier & Cargo Complaints & Reviews

Hi,
We have parceled some packet (Consignment number: D[protected] from DTDC Kozhikode to DTDC pune ON 6th July, 2019. The online tracker shows the parcel is undelivered, seems the address goes wrong. We are trying to contact DTDC Pune office, as provided on their website, but noone is picking the call and thus we are unable to locate where our parcel is. Its been 11 days, please let us know our parcel status. I am attaching picture of my parcel slip.

My shipment with tracking id - z96729418 from jaipur to bangalore booked on 19/03/19 has not delivered yet. The status is showing the wrong cir which is not possible as the address is given was accurate and well known. I complained this to the local office at jaipur but my resolution has not been resolved yet also they blocked me. The parcel was worth of 10 k which cant be put in dillema now as its been 4 months now and my patience is over now. I need a urgent resolution now otherwise i had to take a legal turn.

My parcel has arrived aizawl dtdc courier on 15th july 2019, as i have tracked it online. Since i did not receive any phone call from the courier i was waiting for two days. And today, i myself have to go to the courier and search for my parcel. All my stuffs were rotten which should not be a problem have it been delivered to me on time! Aizawl dtdc should know their job well! Hope you can look into the matter and i hope not find such problems in the future!

I have booked a parcel at patna on 13/7/19 for bhagalpur, bihar. I was told that it will reached on the next day but today is 17/7/19, four days have been passed but yet to receive my parcel to the beneficiary. My consignment no. Is d52400864.
It is very sorry to say that your service is too poor. Please take correct action and try to solve the issue on urgent basis.

Today i tracked my package, it was showing out for delivery at 12pm. I took nmobile inthe had sat till 6pm
I dint get any call fron the courier boy. As as soon as i tracked my parcel at 6.15pm. It was showing undelivered. I dont know what happend. But i want my parcel as soon as possible.

This is regarding consignment no. D51964092 dated 13/06/2019, booked from ahmedabad to lucknow.

Material not received at the address mentioned in the gr whereas status has been updated as "not delivered (Receiver refused delivery (Cir)" and returned to the origin location.

Already discussed with lucknow dtdc representatives on contact no. [protected] & [protected] but regret to say that i didn't get any positive response.

Material not even forwarded to nadarganj local office address.

Kindly look into the matter and arrange consignment at our works.

I had previously complained about the misplacing and the opened parcel delivered to me by dtdc. As mentioned in your follow up mail, dtdc employ today contacted me regarding the same issue. He said he was some amit mishra calling from dtdc. He asked me about the incident and i told him the whole matter. He later asked me about the payment details and i gave him all the details. He told me that the company was looking into the matter and that i'll get a call later from the company to get my account details to initiate a refund.
Two hours later i got a call from dtdc. The person on the other side commanded me: "kya problem hai (Whats your problem)?" i said i already told your executive amit mishra who called an hour ago and i have also submitted a written complaint, so you can refer that. He then started shouting and abusing me and threatened me to take back my complaint. His exact words were "saali r* tujhe pta hai kisse baat krri?? Complaint karegi? Janti hai kon hai?" and further more abusing.

After this i tried calling back on amit mishra's number but at first he did'nt pick the call and later his number was switched off. The other number from which i got the threat call is also out of coverage area now. The number is registered by the name of some rahul sharma from dtdc.
And amit mishra's number is from west bengal.

Dear all,

I have booked a courier on friday vide consignment no z12232422 to courier in narwana -126116, i have mentioned correct address over the courier but the package has wrongly sent by you in rohtak with the waiting period of 5 days. I am expecting to receive the package on 14th july but still it was in process.

Have you start courier service to harass the customer for providing such a bad service? If yes then stop such #.

I need my package by today in my hand, kindly confirm and dispatch it.

I have sent some item (Coupons of big bazaar) from dtdc (No-a[protected] on 4th july 2019 from kutch (Gujarat) to ranchi (Jharkhand).
I have taken the confirmation from the reciepient, the item has not been delivered yet, but in tracking status it is showing delivered to recipient. The photo of the status is attached.
Kindly look into the matter & deliver the item to the recipient.

My product's consignee no is d52171108. I give proper aadress on the package. But today it is shows that the delivery could not done. I[censored] guys could not find the address u can call me. No was also given. Such type of service is not appreciable. Before also i have not got delivery of one of my percel. Now i want to get my parcel as soon as possible. Please help me out from this problem.

My consignment no Z11557736 has not delivered even though it is booked on 26th june and today its 17th day of booking.local centre saying it is missing whereas i complaint on customeraupport they are saying it is delievred.very bad service kindly resolve on priority basis please or otheewise i will compalinf at consuner forum and make them pay penaly

They are saying it is delivered.But it is not delivered.The date of packimg is 26th june and today is 12th july.Pl resolve the issue. Or i approach consumer forum.

I had booked a consignment from dtdc. I had some luggage to be transferred to patna from pune. As i was shifting from pune i had large amount of luggage. I booked the consignment for 5 boxes (4 cartons +1 suitcase). The dtdc shivane uttam nagar branch in pune sent 2 men to collect the order from my home in pune. Our total luggage weight came to be 61 kg. ₹100 per kg was charged by the dtdc services. They took the parcel on 28th june, 2019.

After almost 10 days i had no idea where my luggage was. After lot of calls to the patna hub and complaints to kolkata and pune centres, i finally recieved my luggage on 10th july, 2019. However to my horror, i recieved only 3 boxes (1 suitcase+ 2 cartons). One of the carton was not the one i submitted and was quite big. When i opened that carton, i was stunned to see that all my books and personal belongings, which i had packed and sealed in different cartons, were opened and rearranged in one box. The things were opened to such an extent that the papers and files which i kept in my handbag and sling bags were lying open in the big carton. And apart from this, some of my expensive competitive exam books were missing. I called the dtdc pune centre from where my luggage was sent to patna and complaint about the same, but instead of being apologetic, they started shouting and said this is how things work, this is how we deliver.

I am attaching the receipt photographs which clearly shows that the one given to me while booking has 5 boxes while the one which i recieved in patna showed only 3 boxes.
I therefore request you to please look into the matter and initiate a refund and a compensation money as soon as possible

The tracking id is r34075531. It's showing that the parcel is delivered. I have been waiting for the package since a week. The parcel has a book and was sent from kottayam, kerala. The delivery is shown of 9th july. But it's still not received. Please find my parcel and send it to my address.

My package with tracking no. V53695714 has been booked on 10th july 2019 from navi mumbai to deliver it to secunderabad (Hyderabad) with proper address and phone number. The packet has been out of delivery 11th july 2019 at 13.56 hrs, now the status is not delivered (Local holiday - (Otr) at 16:59hr, there is no holiday in secunderabad other office of dtdc are working, i confirmed dtdc twice before sending at mumbai they confirmed one day...

I Ramprasad i was supposed to receive my consignment from Delhi i had provided all details to them but by mistake they had send that consignment to my Mumbai address where i was stayed 5 yrs back. Even i and my dependents are not there, how could be it delivered to that address. My consignment no is Z10513636. When i call to your office at Mumbai fort branch she wasn't answer properly she kept the phone without solving, the number which is called is [protected]. I had received so many consignment from your courier I haven’t face such incident because delivery person ask everything before he delivers. So please track my consignment as soon as possible. First it got stuck for 4days at the starting locstion then it's still stale at bhubaneswar hub since last 2days, and no update in between, help me here, this is been a week and still the partner is waiting for the delivery.

I have sent a parcel, Consignment no.R34064150 on 3rd July, 2019 to Bangalore from Guruvayur, Thrissur Distt., Kerala and was informed that it will be delivered on 5th July, 2019.On tracking I found that it has reached Bangalore Hub on 5thJuly but it has been moved eight times within Bangalore and not delivered till 10th of July.Delivery point is Tavarekere main Rd, 5th Cross Near Laxmi Theatre, Bengaluru PIN-560029.(Near to Koramangala).Their customercare numbers are not working nor HO numbers are not responding.I made a mistake in selecting DTDC courier &Cargo as they turned out to be the worst courier service company.If this matter is not resolved within a day or two I plan to approach consumer court and serve a legal notice .

I was booked parcel from satna loaction towards kargiroad district bilaspur whose tracking number is m74885106 on 24 may 2019 at the time of booking doesnt informe me delivery not possible at the location and now when i raised complaint last 1 months asking for the same dont any reply where is parcel in that my important documents for that i lodge a complaint for missing by courier service.

Hello, i have send a courier to my colleague through dtdc plus (Fast courier). The consignment number is v54882276 and they have charged me 250 rupess for that. And it is not yet delivered to the person. And for normal delivery are charging 80 rupees and it will delivered on wednesday. Now in my point of view i didn't see any difference between fast delivery and normal delivery. For waiting purpose only i paid extra amount of 170 rupees.
