Booked my parcel with DTDC plus and still 2 days and no update on tracking site. Shows "NO DATA AVAILABLE". Very very poor service. Sorry to say they didn't kept their words while booking which was 2 days delivery, and yet I can't find my parcel details on tracking site after 2 days. Consignment I'd: V54058852 . It's my last communication with this company.

I've booked a courier and here the consignment number b64656207. The office owner whose number is [protected] promised me that my parcel will be delivered by last Tuesday and it's Thursday now and the parcel isn't yet delivered. I've checked the status online and it shows no data. I've then gone to their office and tried almost 5 mobile numbers but none picked up the call. Then a guy picked up and shared a docket number...

As per complaint submitted on 6th June for the undelivered of the Above Mentioned Consignment till date, there is no Feed back from the team or branch till date and now also. The courier has been out for delivery on Monday 11/06/2019. but due to my unavailability, I have not able to get the item. I asked them to reattempt delivery on Tuesday 12/06/2019. but I have not recieved any call or response from the agent till today. And they have sent a fault message on 12/06/2019 that they reattempted delivery for which I have never been called to take the package....

My DTDC tracking number is B64802794. Without calling me a single time, the courier guy updated the status that RECEIVER NOT AVAILABLE-CIR. Why the hell is this company running, if they cannot do the primary thing that they are supposed to do - Deliver the courier. This is the second instance that DTDC has done this. Earlier, they returned the courier to the source, without calling me. Pathetic service. This company is filled with lazy courier...

This is to bring to your kind attention that we have received a courier from Hyderabad in the packed conditions. The concern is that the box container does not have the sample inside it and the pictures are attached for the reference. The box was cut in between and was taped again from the top.
Kindly look into the matter and solve the issue at the earliest because the sample is important for us and we have paid for it....
