Respected Sir/Mam,

I had registered a consignment for delivery to Bangalore from the DTDC office at Sion Circle, Mumbai on 02/07/2019 at 1.45pm. Consignment number : V54741302

It had important time bound documents which were to reach an important authority in Bangalore within 1 day! Thus I had specifically requested for it to be delivered within one day, and was assured the same by the staff at the desk.

When after 48 hours the parcel had still not reached, I contacted the customer care team on 4/7/2019 and they assured me that the parcel will reach the consignee yesterday itself, but this also did not happen. They also told me that I had been given wrong information and that my parcel was registered infact under "DTDC blue" and not "DTDC plus" as I was given to believe. This is highly unprofessional and has put me at a lot of emotional stress!

It is 1.45pm on 05/07/2019 and still my package is yet undelivered. It's been over 72 hours and the consignee has still not received the package. If this was the case, then I could have sent it through speed or registered post for a price 8 times less.

I urge you to deliver my package immediately on priority basis.
I also wish to demand for a full refund of the fee I have paid to compensate me for the unprofessional service I have been given and more importantly, for the loss of time and emotional stress I have incurred.

We have despatched 2 boxes through dtdc bhiwandi and dtdc has lost 1 box and now they are not able to trace the this 1 box.

From 2 days we are keep calling to dtdc but not getting any response from their side.

Chennai hub and hydrabad hub also not responding for the same.

This is very poor service. Dtdc bhiwandi hub is also not able sort out the misplace parcel query.

Today i had recieved message from dtdc that packet no... Has been delivered to your address. But no packet recievd by me and then i call the courier boy. He told me that he does not belong to dtdc courier. The message is mention below

Out for delivery: your... Shipment will be delivered today by dtdc agent ([protected]). *

Delivered: your srivastav shipment (V[protected] has been delivered on 4/7/2019 to sign. *

All the message are fake from dtdc.

We S&S INDUSTRIAL ENTERPRISES From Hosur, we booked the material on 21.04.2018 to MS.Kriloskar Electric.CO.Ltd Hubli through DTDC. Since it was a high value material our customer was not received the material on the due date. We went to dtdc office and asked for the status, still now we are following for the material but no response from them. Here i attached the bill copy and docket details for yours reference. We request to refund the bill amount. We are waiting for your valuable reply.

Sir, i have a courier from maharashtra times news paper. But your courier service office girl from mobile number [protected] says that they can't deliver my courier to home and she asking me to take a delivery at office. As my house is very near to dtdc, jail road branch, nashikroad, nashik, why they can't deliver. Two of my products were received by dtdc on 26th june, 27th june 2019 from jaipur and west bengal respectively. 3 days back the product has been received by the cuttack hub, odisha, still it's not been delivered to my customers. I somehow got the information of their shifting to nearby location, but why should the customer wait for the product? Is it our issue? Why should we wait for so long? Had we been charged less to bear the delay and inconvenience caused?

Hi, i sent a parcel from bangalore dtdc courier to tirunelveli on june 22, 2019 saturday.. But it didn't deliver till now...
My consignment no: b65070033.. No tracking data is available on online also..
I need my parcel back..
I booked it in dtdc office: no. 230, 9th main, near h. M. R. International school, maruthi layout, hbr 4th block, kalyan nagar, bengaluru, karnataka 560043

They are not available to find my parcel still now.. I contacted the customer care they said - parcel is not moved from the office only, he is able to see the image of barcode copy in dtdc tracking application...

Make sure if you don't make any progress within day, i will complaint it to law...

I did a courier from Dtdc and they didn't delivered and it returned to home branch now they are not returning my product they lost that. I had written email many times buy every time i get same auto reply email in return. They don't have any specific number or email where we can contact and tell them our issue. That courier was really important for me . I tried to talk local courier centre related to my issue but they are replying same way. I regret why i choose DTDC . It is really bad courier company. They behavior is unprofessional. Please help me in this issue . I attached my consignment number for reference . If you want any additional information. Let me know

This is to complaint a parcel was booked at dtdc courier from bandra mumbai throught universal courier and cargo dates 21/06/2019.
The parcel clearly mention the name and address of the consignee and the consignor.
The parcel is undelivered to the consignee
(My) address.
The website shows parcel delivered in guwahati.
The parcel was delivered to wrong addres so complaint was...

I had sent my courier on 24th june bt it did not receive at location... Consignment no - z11877610. Name - purnima singh. Location where to reach - mankapur distt - gonda
... I am very upset with this service and i want my courier back... It is very high time now..
I had sent some important thing.. At least the courier service has to be punctual... Now i want my courier back and i want my money back tooo... I sent my courier from allahabad to mankapur... And now 7 days spent and i did not get any information.. Please sent back my courier to allahabad

This is regarding one pod which is not delivered to my address but on the website it's showing delivered and the address given in their is also not correct.
My address is hdfc bank mayflower building, kurla west opposite paragon plaza, lbs marg, mumbai-400070

Kindly check and provide me the status on urgent basis pod no. Is z01469881. I have attached the parcel photo wherein correct address is mentioned but it got delivered at ghatkopar instead of kurla.

Also, send me the receiver's details sign & name (Receiving) because i haven't got any parcel neither has any body from my end received it.

See, its a very important product, am waiting for the product for my next step, its a highly demanded product. I cannot reach customer care executives of dtdc couriers. I have tried all the contact numbers available in the internet, but there is no response. I need a solution for this and i want the tracking status of my consignment and when it will get deliver to me

A consignment of material picked up from hyderabad hitech city (Docket number v[protected], on 19th july 2019 is not yet delivered to mangalore.
It is hightly pathetic service. It is expected to be delivered in 2-3 days in normal course and there is no communication, update of status in the portal also. The dtdc charges more than average rate but delivers poor service.

Eearlier many times i face this problem they take unusual time to deliver the

product.Please Solve Problem as soon as Possible. Generally other courier companies deliver the courier within 2 or 3 days, but services provided by DTDC are no Satisfactory.They even dont pick up the call.

Parcel no[protected] was sent from sapna book house bangalore on 29/06/2019. The same is received at your raichur (Karnataka) branch office. But they are not providing door delivery. Sms is sent to receive the same at collection point opposite navodaya hospital. When you receive the full amount promising door delivery is it fair to trouble the customer?

Below consignment dispatched on 28.06.19 from pondicherry to semmancherry, chennai. Your tracking status also material successfully delivered on 29.06.19. But still material yet not delivered.
Pls check with your pallikarani branch, chennai. And arrange to delivery the material by today without fail.

Note: the same problem has been happened in every time from your pallikaranai branch.

I booked a box with invoice dated 22.06.2019 on urgent basis for delhi # deve herbes a2/92 janakpuri, new delhi 110058.

This box was not delivered 27.06.2019, after asking your staff is saying product has been damaged while transportation.

You are requested to compensate my damaged goods by reimbursement as per invoice value. You have also creating conflict with my party in regard to further business due not clear picture and location of goods.

Battery from jaxtakarta by dtdc (Track no k[protected] has not reached me as yet. They send a msg on 21 june 5 pm to delivery someone else. I have already complained (Complain no.[protected] samde day of receiving sms.
They have never called before or after delivery. Local agent do not pick up phone. I have been beseeching and sending continuous reminder but no heed is paid by them.
