Hi Team,
It's a matter of high disgrace that I had a really disheartening experience at the Courier Center located in Noida 121. When shipment tracked and showed the location for Noida 121 .I called the number and asked for the shipment was being informed that it got returned.When agent was asked for clarification for no calls he started being abusive and says, Jo bigaadna hai bigaad lo . Later on when was checked was being informed the status that he gave was address was inappropriate.It has not been the first time that has been observed but during the raksha bandhan as well he doesn't delivered and asked we need to collect it from the center.Its a matter of high disasppointment that courier services like DTDC are serving the customers in such a way.So would request you to please take strict actions against the agent/owner owing the center in Noida 121.

I have done the courier on 4th june 2019 from dtdc fort branch mumbai and the person over there his name is Mr. Arpit Tiwari. His mobile number is [protected]. I have not received the courier still and i have done so many calls and messages to Mr. Tiwari but he has not attended any single call of mine as he know the parcel is misplaced. My docket number is M75536884. Kindly give me solution in one day otherwise i will take legal action again that branch.

Every time my courier booked through DTDC courier I am not getting the parcel and HuB employee are forcing me to pick up parcel Everytime.

Hub Manager Arun is arrogant and deny to entertain customer.

we would like to report a serious concern on your Franchiser for Ambattur location (Chennai - 600058); a courier (POD: M[protected] booked from Mumbai on 11th June hasn't been delivered until today - 17th June'19.
we have brought this to the local dealer's notice several times and things haven't changed as yet.
We are awaiting an important parcel from Mumbai and it certainly cannot take a week's time for you to deliver the shipment.
The agency always gives us variety of silly answers for not delivering the parcel on time.
If this is service level that you would maintain, you are bound to loose you valuable customer which will result in your revenue loss as well.
Please look into it.

I had given a articles at patel nagar gurgaon haryana at dtdc site dt-13.06.2019 on 07:40 am, , after tracking the consignment it is received at noida branch but not delivered yet. this type of service is not good, very burse services..no longer distance only gurgaon to obc gaur city greater noida but not yet delivered ...it is to little time services provide by india post so why you prefer..pls consider the same & resolve the issue at earliest...

My customer not recieved tracking struck onces check plz

My courier was not delivered, Says (ADDRESS INCOMPLETE OR WRONG-(CIR))
V54300911, ref:[protected].

It was important for the courier to be delivered, so I choose Blue service, however it was not delivered. It was informed that it will be delivered in 2 days but it took 4 days.

This is not fair, I want a resolution for this.

What should I do now?

I couriered one parcel of medicine from Delhi to warisaliganj(Pin code :805130). It was accepted and nothing told at that time. Now received call from Nawada that is about 25 kms from the destination that to collect the parcel otherwise it will get returned. So my question is why DTDC accepted the order if you can't deliver it. It was earlier delivered by bluedart and other couriers. It is a complete waste of money and time. Who will pay the money charged by courier and the products that is of no use now.

My consignment number is C93753506, it is in the same place from June 1st 2019, I need it as early as possible, please sort this out and give me the details to [protected]@gmail.com, I have been trying to contact my nearest DTDC offices, but nobody is helping me out in getting my parcel. I hope this will get resolved soon and I will get my package.

This is with reference to the Tracking Id K19237864 for which the Seller (Moumita) is saying that she have handed over the clothing material to the Burdwan DTDC Office on 8th June 2019. But as per the tracking Id the same material was dispatched on 13th June 2019. Why there is no much delay??? And please let me know the actual date when the seller have handed over the material to your office. Because it may also be possible that the Seller is saying lie to me. Please look this matter on priority and provide me with actual facts as I want to escalate the matter either in the name of the Seller or in the name of DTDC.

My consignment No. K18797626 sent from Howrah, West Bengal despatched on 28 MAY 2019 to Bangalore shows that it is Delivered of 05 JUN 2019. However it is not delivered to me. The Hebbal Branch of Bangalore, which is the nodal for delivery of the item is telling me that it is lost. what I should do now ?

On 13th June 2019 product which I have ordered from notesduniya.com received at wadi Hub Nagpur and on same day product dispatch for out for delivery but i didn't get my parcel and on tracking details of my parcel its showing order successfully delivered and further information about delivery showing that product is delivered to office colleagues in Bhatinda Punjab. I have given my residential address for delivery how it showing product delivered to office colleague. I contact to regional office for details but they are not providing any satisfactory answers. I asked them for ID number and name of person who get delivered my parcel but they don't have any details. It's totally scam going on dtdc I make huge mistake choosing dtdc as my courier service. Please look into this matter and I hope soon my I will get my parcel delivered. I don't want any trouble so kindly help me to get my parcel.

A parcel has done to me from Jaipur to my Home address Rohtak on 08.06.19, and it was done DTDC Plus because a costly item was in it. One week passed away but my parcel in not delivered to me. After online inquiry it is come to know that parcel has been received by Rohtak branch i.e. Dtdc office shop no-6, Shubham Complex Rohtak on 10.0619. But they have lost it. Now they are making excuse and saying you can do our complaint head office we can noting do, head office well resolve your problem.

Consignment No.Z11173782 was sent from Solan, HP to Bangalore on 22.05.19.I am supposed to receive the parcel but till date I have not received the same, My number was mentioned on the packet but no one called me.I called their 4 branches and got to know that they have lost the parcel.After contacting the customer care ( Emails sent more than 5 times ) they are saying we have delivered the packet. When I asked about the delivery proof they shared the details as "NO NAME OF RECEIVER", "NO SIGNATURE OF RECEIVER", "NO CONTACT NUMBER OF RECEIVER". I am waiting for my parcel from 29th may but I have not received the same. They are not able to find the same. PLEASE HELP.

Booked my parcel with DTDC plus and still 2 days and no update on tracking site. Shows "NO DATA AVAILABLE". Very very poor service. Sorry to say they didn't kept their words while booking which was 2 days delivery, and yet I can't find my parcel details on tracking site after 2 days. Consignment I'd: V54058852 . It's my last communication with this company.

I've booked a courier and here the consignment number b64656207. The office owner whose number is [protected] promised me that my parcel will be delivered by last Tuesday and it's Thursday now and the parcel isn't yet delivered. I've checked the status online and it shows no data. I've then gone to their office and tried almost 5 mobile numbers but none picked up the call. Then a guy picked up and shared a docket number : (d[protected] and I've tracked this and it shows that the parcel is still in Bangalore. The courier guy promised my that they'll deliver the parcel by Tuesday and now they're telling me that your parcel is more than 5 kg so held in but online it shows that it is still in Delhi. I missed my important meetings in office because of all this. Also, now the courier guy is telling me that it is not my responsibility and abused me over the call. I clarified with the courier guy that please confirm if you can get this delivered by Tuesday then only I'll book else I'll go somewhere else but he promised so I booked. I still have no idea where my courier is now and it is an urgent courier.

There is one very urgent packet of approx 15 KG which is booked from Delhi to Bhiwadi (Just 80KM) on dated 10.06.2019 but still on day 13th june this packet is not delivered. Local DTDC agent got this packet on 11.06.2019 as he confirmed but couldn't trying to delivered this packet, just sitting on it and making excuses & behaving in absolutely unprofessional manner. this packet was comes from USA by air and having very urgent requirement to my company export orders.
I have been request many times to this guy but he is not bothered to arrange delivery.
this is absolutely disturbing and feeling numb now because the purpose to lift this material from USA by air was to complete our exports orders but just because of this delivery agent all goes in vain.
