I am lambodara bag i have send one parcel on 27/4/2019 second one 02/05/2019 third one 09/05/2019 what happened to my parcel every parcel is in hold. When i am tracking that parcel some one is delhi or some one is kolkata what is this this dtdc is playing with me they told me one week but it going to four weak i am sending to newzealand hamilton that is the very urgent one of you have problem on your dtdc then why tooked my parcel from me already i am paying for that or now you are giving me the a shame for my people or my boss. I am giving you the address also but always you all are telling me your percle is going today like this when i am coming to asking about that percle your dtdc staff are not saying anything also sir please i humble asking you to do my work soon it is my humble request to you.

The shipment was sent from bangalore to pune on the 8th may 2019. Yesterday, the status was showing as delivered but it's not yet delivered. And it's showing me invalid consignment number now. Tried calling but none of your phone number is working.

I was sent a parcel from delhi to mumbai at my place on 7th of may through dtdc courier. On 10th of may, at around 10 in evening, it was showing as delivered on their website. I i formed dtdc about this through a complain form availble on their website. I waited for 2 more days and informed dtdc about the same on 13th on twitter. I was told to wait n i'll be responded very soon. After a couple of days, i still kept on asking on twitter, i tried calling too, yet no positive response. Each time i was told that my complain has been registered and i'll be reverted back. I kept on contacting, n each time was told the same thing. Today, on 21st of may, i called on dtdc mumbai no... Was told to contact dtdc mumbai office. The nos given were out of service. Then again i contacted them n told about the out of service nos, was told to contact mr, ashish mohanty, branch mgr of dtdc office, at ghatkopar. I tried calling him from 1:45. No response, here i assume it must be lunch time or something. I tried calling him after 2:30, he is not picking up my call still. Many a times his phone would go busy, yet not answered a single call of mine. I don't no where my parcel is, to whom it has been delivered, is it still with dtdc or they have misplaced it. I am in urgent need of the parcel for some urgent work. I have decided to turn towards you for help. Plz help me as early as possible as i feel cheated by dtdc here. My shipment id is d50933656.

Hi, c89114903 consignment booked from trichy through agent ef526 trc-thillai nagar, cjb region[protected] as on 8/5/2019. Inside of the box was three different box including one wallet, three key ring and one silver chain. The courier received by my dad in kolkata as on 10th may as i was out of kolkata. I opened that box at night of 18th may once i come back and i found that the parcel was sheild but the packages was improper and once i open the parcel i found that two box was properly sheiled but the box for silver chain was open as the cello tape of the box cut by someone. I understood someone opened that parcel may be after scanning it and take out the silver chain that's why the parcel was not properly sheild. We complained at trichy and they are telling me after delivered from 10th to 18th where was the parcel? Ask that person. They have done something. Does it mean my dad has take out the gift from the percel which was already mine? Please take care of the issues. I am really surprised how this kind of corrupted person get licence of dtdc. From long time we are taking service from dtdc. But we never faced this kind of issue. Please help us. It's not about the gift is missing but it's about how a agent can open personal parcel of others? Your help in this regard is expected.

The courier was sent from Kolkata to Kerala(Pincode:690513) on 15/05/2019 through DTDC COURIER & CARGO and I haven’t received the courier and I am still not able track the shipment. My consignment/tracking number is P20543688. I sent a mail to [protected]@dtdc.com and they are saying my Consignment number is invalid. I want immediate action taken against this issue or I will proceed legally to get my courier. This is very irresponsible attitude of DTDC and strict measures should be taken. I as a customer demand immediate redressal as soon as possible. How can we trust DTDC if it is this unreliable?

My son has sent a consignment of books and clothes at pondicherry University on 10.05.2019 vide consignment no. G90706247.
Unfortunately we have not received yet. On tracking we found that the consignment has moved to Kolkata instead of Cuttack.
Please look into the matter and deliver the consignment.

My consignment no. C88896119 is in "Consignment Redirected" state. I sent it on 15th May, and today is 20th May and still undelivered. It was urgent to be delivered. When I complained I was given several no. of Lucknow branch and none of them were correct. I don't know after choosing fast delivery options why it is still pending. And also the branch staff at Mahanagar and Chinhat Lucknow are very rude with their behavior. They don't know how to talk to their customers. I want my courier status asap and to be delivered at the destination. For 3 days it's been circulating inside Lucknow but not being delivered and the most strange thing nobody knows where is my courier. Give me surety that the product will not be misplaced and it will be delivered asap.

My currier reached dtdc vashi on 15. It was supposed to be delivered on 16. But today its 20 and i haven't received my parcel yet. I called them twice, they told that they will deliver tomorrow but they haven't delivered yet. They are not even picking my call. There phone comes busy and after 1 minute when i call them again there phone rings but they dont pick my call. I have even registered this complaint on company website but i didn't got any response.

I have booked a parcel from yours creations with dtdc o 9th may 2019 from delhi to pandhurna (Chindwara)[mp]. Firstly they have not delivered it in 11 days and whren i cotacted with the chhindwara dtdc contact ([protected]) they gave me another number ([protected]) of dtdc pandhurna... This person ravi kapse (As id on true caller) talked me in very unbehaved manner.. I have the call recordings. The parcel is not getting delivered and the courier person is talking in very disrespective way towards the customer.

Has not reached the destination till today the 20th may, the tracker is not updated

The last update was on 14th may, that a large it company which works 24/7 is door closed, which is not true.

Many calls to both ends didn't produce any results.

I hope this complaint will also not go, the same way.

My tv was broken badly in transit. When i received the screen was completed cracked as can be seen in the picture.

I was confirmed by the hub where i booked the courier service that i won’t be broken due to the packaging they will put over the tv cover.

I also put the thermacol to assure that damage won’t happen.

After all this, it was received in such a bad condition and it’s a negligence from the company since they need to know that it is fragile and will be broken easily if not handled carefully.

I want to be refunded back for the damage.

Courier no x20348126 received by me in damaged condition product not received only empty envelope received in damage condition. This courier recieved by our company general section i found it empty & my company attender told me that its found in that condition only. Please resolve the issue

When i track it online, the status is that it reached hyderabad dtdc hub on 15th may morning but afterwards there isn’t any update. I didn’t even receive any calls regarding this.
The and no one is responding when i call the customer care number. When i try mailing the email for tracking it says that the consignment number is invalid but the receipt i got has only this number. It expects an alphanumeric id with an alphabet followed by 8 numbers.

Please somehow let me know the status of my courier. Why isn’t it delivered yet?

Such a pathetic service in india which has a franchise of dtdc in sagar, everyone are so stupid over there... Wont take any calls not delivery the parcel on time... Such a pathetic service in sagar madhya pradesh. Do improve.. Very poor.. Pass this message to heads and close that sagar franchise close down and start with a new facility and good standard.. Such a poor service. Thank you.

I booked a dtdc plus envelope from coimbatore to noida (Up) vide consignment number v53282428 on 14.5.19. Being dtdc plus it is supposed to reach next day and i paid rs.290.00 for this. Bit so far (Today 17.5.19) it has not been delivered resulting in undue loss to me. As of now, it is still not delivered. I ask immediate action for delivery, and refund me extra charge paid as consignment not delivered next day as per booking. Dhl franchise no. Dear sir i'm herewith complaining about the my courier which i send from your shegaon franchise office mr rohit kharat. Owner of franchise on dated 10/5/2019 for mumbai address since last 8 days yet not receive my courier to concern party i contact every branches of services till nagpur but they are not giving me updated and said it's misplaced so giving solution regarding this my docket number m74738592 dated 10/5/2019 booked by mr rohit kharat. Shegaon if tomorrow afternoon not getting any solution will submit legal actions against all office under this region in court as well as in grahak manch at aurangabad office

My vendor has booked the courier around 10 days ago from within bangalore but still i have not received that even after several reminders and complaints and in every complain and email i have mentioned my address also, but i have not received even a single call from their customer care (Even on same address i am already receiving many couriers from amazon and flipkart).
