Hi, actually i have given my address with another city pincode, how could i change that picode. How to get my parcel to deliver to my. Address.
I mentioned 533201 in that bill instead of 523201.. So what should i do now, parcel already dispatched from the source.. How to change destination pincode.
I am. Worried about my parcel which was purchased online.

I have online booked medicines and it was supposed to delivered through dtdc track no r33534724... But neither courier was delivered nor called by courier man! I am surprised to see such pathetic service by dtdc as neither they send contact message nor contact by them which courier man going to deliver our courier.

Kindly look into this matter!

I order a material from flipkart (Od[protected] and was delivered with dtdc courier (Order no[protected] at my office. Delivery boy rohit kumar, mob no - [protected]) call me in my no. And said i am coming. When he come to office he ask for id, i saw him but he say no give me copy of it. I call customer care of flipkart they told me donot give him copy of any id, he will only see it. Then boy didn't give my material and go away saying there is no such rules, and i will not not give you. It was a prepaid order. How can he do this. Please help.

He gave me slip on 4 may2019 which says no data available till date.. And when i asked him he abused and blocked me for no reason...

The consignment contains forms for a office. The office is open till 6 and shipment was undelivered at 5:02. The remarks show shipment redirect. Reason?? Nobody knows. Have also lodged a complaint to dtdc. Case# 14562042. Not fruitful.
I am very disappointed with dtdc. This is the third time this is happening. And i don't know why i chose dtdc. I guess i won't be using it ever.

Consignment # z99494501 was handed over to dtdc at ludhiana on 18th may, 19. The delivery was expected in indore by 21st – 22nd may, 19. The consignment was being tracked on line as it contained important documents. By the afternoon of 22nd the status showed ‘delivered’ but physically it was not delivered. Dtdc satya sai office was contacted and after some time i was told to search and collect it from my mailbox which is in a common place downstairs amongst all the mailboxes belonging to building inmates.
It is a gross negligence and deviation from the usual practice; consignments are supposed to be delivered door to door personally. There was a chance of loosing the package which was protruding out of the smaller sized mail box.
I have been availing the services of dtdc for sending packages within the national boundary and abroad for many years but never have faced this kind of sheer negligence. This may be an early sign of mismanagement, please take necessary corrective action.

I send one courier from aurangabad to latur after 5 days over no one is responding in latur i tried many offices mid. Office naik chowk office after that i contacted your business manager mr. Shivanand shankare he is very lazy fellow i have given him document details and not picking my phone i tried him 20 times as my document is very important. Now he is sending sms send text messages
I required documents on urgent basis

I have dispatched a courier from Kalna to be delivered to Sonarpur. However the courier boy refuses to deliver it to the specified address.I have been asked to collect the courier from the dtdc office.This is not the first time I had to deal with such a problem, the same had happened twice. Moreover I am extremely disappointed by the behaviour of the delivery boy. When I talked to him, he said me that the pin code in the address was too long and hence he would not be able to deliver it. Also I was very shocked by his harsh and insensitive behaviour. I am extremely disappointed by the services of the company.

I have sent a international consignment on 13 of may 2019 from dtdc mla colony branch. The consignment ws suposed to be delivered with in 4 working days. But, still the documents in consignment is undeliverd. Reference number for the consignment was n20788903. I have mailed them for tracking query and raise quieries but of no use. Please look in to this issue.

Im from andhra pradesh kothavalasa, i hv not received my parcel,,,, its showing in tracking that from may 4th that parcel is in vijaynagaram but those people are saying the product is not with them...
So now what happened with my product...???!!!

I believed on dtdc courier system, that you will have online tracking facilities. It was also said, while handing over the documents on 18th may 2019, they will deliver the documents within five days, and now almost 4 days over, still not updated in the system.

If you don't have courier services, please don't take the courier. You would have informed us, so that we manage to get other courier services.

From 18 may 2019 the online tracking of Dtdc for awb no Z99960161 is showing the it out for delivery and then could not be delivered because receiver was not available. But the truth is that delivery has not even been attempted. I have received no phone call from the courier office and I was at my address all the time.

They are trying to fool the customer. Who will be responsible if I loose the object which is there in the packet.

When i am tracking that parcel some one is delhi or some one is kolkata what is this this dtdc is playing with me they told me one week but it going to four weak i am sending to newzealand hamilton that is the very urgent one of you have problem on your dtdc then why tooked my parcel from me already i am paying for that or now you are giving me the a shame for my people or my boss. I am giving you the address also but always you all are telling me your percle is going today like this when i am coming to asking about that percle your dtdc staff are not saying anything also sir please i humble asking you to do my work soon it is my humble request to you.

The shipment was sent from bangalore to pune on the 8th may 2019. Yesterday, the status was showing as delivered but it's not yet delivered. And it's showing me invalid consignment number now. Tried calling but none of your phone number is working.

I was sent a parcel from delhi to mumbai at my place on 7th of may through dtdc courier. On 10th of may, at around 10 in evening, it was showing as delivered on their website. I i formed dtdc about this through a complain form availble on their website. I waited for 2 more days and informed dtdc about the same on 13th on twitter. I was told to wait n i'll be responded very soon. After a couple of days, i still kept on asking on twitter, i tried calling too, yet no positive response. Each time i was told that my complain has been registered and i'll be reverted back. I kept on contacting, n each time was told the same thing. Today, on 21st of may, i called on dtdc mumbai no... Was told to contact dtdc mumbai office. The nos given were out of service. Then again i contacted them n told about the out of service nos, was told to contact mr, ashish mohanty, branch mgr of dtdc office, at ghatkopar. I tried calling him from 1:45. No response, here i assume it must be lunch time or something. I tried calling him after 2:30, he is not picking up my call still. Many a times his phone would go busy, yet not answered a single call of mine. I don't no where my parcel is, to whom it has been delivered, is it still with dtdc or they have misplaced it. I am in urgent need of the parcel for some urgent work. I have decided to turn towards you for help. Plz help me as early as possible as i feel cheated by dtdc here. My shipment id is d50933656.

Hi, c89114903 consignment booked from trichy through agent ef526 trc-thillai nagar, cjb region[protected] as on 8/5/2019. Inside of the box was three different box including one wallet, three key ring and one silver chain. The courier received by my dad in kolkata as on 10th may as i was out of kolkata. I opened that box at night of 18th may once i come back and i found that the parcel was sheild but the packages was improper and once i open the parcel i found that two box was properly sheiled but the box for silver chain was open as the cello tape of the box cut by someone. I understood someone opened that parcel may be after scanning it and take out the silver chain that's why the parcel was not properly sheild. We complained at trichy and they are telling me after delivered from 10th to 18th where was the parcel? Ask that person. They have done something. Does it mean my dad has take out the gift from the percel which was already mine? Please take care of the issues. I am really surprised how this kind of corrupted person get licence of dtdc. From long time we are taking service from dtdc. But we never faced this kind of issue. Please help us. It's not about the gift is missing but it's about how a agent can open personal parcel of others? Your help in this regard is expected.

The courier was sent from Kolkata to Kerala(Pincode:690513) on 15/05/2019 through DTDC COURIER & CARGO and I haven’t received the courier and I am still not able track the shipment. My consignment/tracking number is P20543688. I sent a mail to [protected]@dtdc.com and they are saying my Consignment number is invalid. I want immediate action taken against this issue or I will proceed legally to get my courier. This is very irresponsible attitude of DTDC and strict measures should be taken. I as a customer demand immediate redressal as soon as possible. How can we trust DTDC if it is this unreliable?

My son has sent a consignment of books and clothes at pondicherry University on 10.05.2019 vide consignment no. G90706247.
Unfortunately we have not received yet. On tracking we found that the consignment has moved to Kolkata instead of Cuttack.
Please look into the matter and deliver the consignment.
