Dear sir,
Consignment number z87843174 source from noida and destination is narayanpet, telangana state.
The product is not yet delivered and the tracking status is displayed as delivered.

The dtdc cargo has created lot of problem and none of them or responding properly and there is no toll-free number.

Please do take necessary action and penalise them for the delayed caused as the documents...

AWB : M91687650. The consignment has reached Gwalior on 29th April @13.00hrs, showing out for delivery @13.38hrs and Delivered @17.51hrs. But the consignment is not delivered to me. When I call the DTDC Gwalior office, they reply saying that they called. But I didn't receive any response from them. Dear sir/madam,

I have posted an application form along with Rs 3000/- DD to be delivered to Manjula, Dept. of G Surgery, Gandhi Medical College, Secunderabad. Posted on 09/03/2019. The consignment number is H 13247810. It is not delivered and also not returned till date.
We requested several times to Mr Srinivas DTDC centre at Rotary nagar (Indra nagar), Khammam. He replied that to cancel the DD and get your money...

No number on site would connect/respond.

Only Indiranagar, Nashik helpful.

Persons at Nashik Road communication very difficult to get. I was directed from one number to other for hours. The service provider as reluctant to cooperate.

I have already requested the party to avoid DTDC services henceforth.

I sent a courier from Kolkata to Noida on 26th of April. I paid more than double for the urgent service. They said urgent courier will be delivered the very next day i.e. 27th of April. I paid so much but the courier didn't get delivered yet and the DTDC guys never revert. DTDC should be sued for this and my money should be returned or I will have to take this matter to the court and ask for compensation.

I'm complaining from past 2 days but no action & response from DTDC team in customer care and no proper information of who is working or resolving & delay of more than 60 hrs still no status...

I booked old washing machine to be sent to Hanur (PIN 571439) in Kollegal dist. through DTDC docket no.D50208753 on 20/04/2019 at Byatarayanapura Bangalore -560092 .At the time of booking agent promised the delivery with in 3-4 days unfortunately not delivered till now & no response from the agent. Kindly help as I don't know what to do now.
DTDC web tracking says in transit from 24th April. no updates later on....

Courier sent on 30 mar 19 from hyderabad to mumbai. Since a month waiting for a courier. Repeated complaints made with them case number : 14298960, against consignment number h04571161... But except the standard reply we are looking into it... Nothing happened.. It's pending for delivery since 11 apr 19 after reaching the nearest hub chembur. Consignment no. Z92322237 was accepted by your office on 01..04.2019. It was to be delivered at seohara, where you do not have any branch. You delivered it at dhampur. Again, now, you accepted consignment no. Z92337038 which is also to be delivered at seohara. This clearly shows that you are a very dishonest courier which is ready to do anything to increase its business. Please, deliver this consignment at seohara otherwise be ready to face...

I have a courier order (Consignment no d[protected], which was supposed to be delivered from kolkata to vadodara. We requested it on 13 th of april and was promised will get delivered on the 6th or the 7th day, however we have not yet received the courier and today is 29th april.
We spoke to the delivery man and he keeps promising for the delivery the next day and we have never received it.

With great pain and mental agony i would like to finally lodge a complain against dtdc courier.
I booked a consignment on 25th april from patna to mumbai.
As the consignment was food mostly i was waiting to receive the courier.
On 27th of april o tracked the courier, to my surprise it was showing receiver not available (Cir).
I was present on the given adress whole day.
I didn’t received any...

Z98731490 is the docket number. The destination pincode on the parcel and the receipt is same but when i tracked it online i came to know that the dtdc representative has entered the wrong pincode 440020. The customer care service is very pathetic as i am unable to get my problem resolved. I therefore request you to look into the matter and get it delivered at the right pincode which is 440021. I'm enclosing the receipt herewith....

I submitted my courier on 20th of april with dtdc blue which guarantees 2 days delivery with consignment number : v52273372

Till today (April 28th) my courier didn't get delivered.. I paid 1130 rs for this..

When i am visiting dtdc center, they are saying it will take some time giving some # reasons..

I dropped multiple emails to customer support email address, their replies are ridiculous as well..br...

My courier number a43806914. Local courier representative (Shahada, nandurbar district), call me and ask me to collect the courier from dtdc office. They told they can't deliver to home? Is this dtdc service? Online tracking showing "office close/door lock" which is misguiding. My home never locked for 1 minute because at home have old peoples so it is impossible to lock the house and this is not an office so ask your local representative...

I sent an item through DTDC courier from Hyderabad. In the tracking status of courier it is showing the item delivered. But the item is not received by the concerned person. I think they delivered to the wrong person and they not even call to sender/receiver before delivery.

I was to receive a courier carrying my medicines. It was dispatched on 22 april and i received a call from their delivery boy about the delivery address i confirmed it. After i came back from office it was not delivered. The delivery status was shown successful on their website. I tried calling but he didn't give any details for two days and finally they said it was lost.
Package had contents worth rupees 2000.

My friend sent the courier from itpl whitefield, branch bangalore (Pin - 560066) to hyderabad (500081) on 24th april 2019.

It has been 3 days since the courier was sent through express delivery but i haven't received it.

On trying to track the courier using the tracking number (B[protected], it doesn't show any information on the website.

Could you please help....
