I want to submit a complaint regarding my courier which i have not recieved but when i tracked it on dtdc site it shows that courier has been delivered and recieved by Sseseaseal .I even dont know who he/she is .I think something wrong has beendone from your side.That is very pathetic service. Please help me and give my courier to me by 16.5.19. It was very urgent and I was supposed to get it latest by 15.5.19. Please find my order and deliver it or else I will take actions against your firm . My tracking id is D50432992

We shri ram enterprises madurai, tamil nadu. On 10.05.2019 booking a parcel from dtdc thirunagar, madurai to sri sai global yarntex, prakasam, andhra. Above the pod number. Our parcel delivered but box is opens and material missing. Maddipadu, mandal dtdc delivery person delivered empty box only they are not aware of material missing.

One of relative booked shipment of some precious items from bhilai (Cg) to sagar (Mp) on 6th may 2019 with tracking number m81956112 and reference no[protected] which suppose to be reached at destination in 3-4 working days and hence they charged us accordingly. Since then we were continuously tracking the shipment and on 10th may 2019 (Friday) it reached bhopal hub and very next day to sagar and eventually stated as 'out for delivery' but unfortunately not delivered because of some reason. Then next day same thing happened and reason stated as local holiday (Saturday). So saturday and sunday is off for dtdc which is not stated in receipt at all. Later upto 13th may 2019 there was 'no update'. On 13th may 2019 same thing happened it was out for delivery and never delivered. On 14th may 2019 it is coming as delivered but no body from my family received it. No body from the sagar hub receive the phone calls! Is this tracking system is to please the management? Because it been 10 days after booking and 5 days in sagar district (6, 375 km² total area) it self. Please confirm that my consignment is missing or dtdc is not capable of delivering it?

My consignment number is x31002991, and my package is not delivered at beml layout, bangalore-560066 but it is showing ans delivered and also relationship is self. But i didn't recieve any product not even mail or message. I checked with my owner and other people's but nobody receives. I want the details to whom it got delivered. How can it delivered without any intimation.

Tracking no. R33446657 is not delivered by service. On the net it shows four time tried but only once contacted and ask to collect the package from their office. Why? I was paid for the product and shipping charges.
I told them easy address of a nearby shop to deliver. But the person is not interested in listening anything and says that there is much hot and collect the package from office.

The order when tracked through the online portal shows that the address provided is wrong. The address provided from my end was complete as i have a copy of the same invoice with me.

As shown in the attached picture, the courier has not written the complete address on the slip. On asked why, his replies were extremely rude and arrogant.
This incident led to a great monetary loss to the company. There still is no resolution from dtdc's end to the package and no progress has been made to the delivery.
I demand a full refund from dtdc for the package and it to be delivered as soon as possible.

I booked a courier service from dtdc on 13th may - number [ c92351316 ] in chennai.

It was a local deliver address only... But till now its not been delivered yet and it's been 3 days though it's a local within city delivery and when i'm tracking it's showing [ consignment redirected ]

Please take action on dtdc... 😣😣

Sir ...I send a consignment to this address at +p.o mal p.s-mal distt- jalpaiguri (w.b) pin 735221, on 06 may 2019 but my consignment not deliver till now...there is a very important for me because in my consignment there is a JOURNEY ticket dated of 16 may 2019.if my ticket not deliver at before that time...than we are in more trouble...plz do something

Dispatched by my institute a month ago but i have not received my parcel yet and tracking status shows that my address is incomplete but i have received part of my parcel at my home! How come it is possible when my address is incomplete how can i get my part parcel? Please take any action against it and lemme give my part pending parcel asap! Such a ridiculous service you provide very disappointed tried to contact as much as i can but still not got my parcel

My sister had sent a courier which contained items worth inr 4500, i enquired the concerned person for tracking details as they were not available so he told me that there was no light for three days while processing itso tracking is not availabe, when the tracking was available i got to know that products were sent to lucknow, now no proper response is from their side.

A parcel booked at tirupur under docket no;-d51420320 was recieved by us in a broken condition and after opening 10 sets of kids ready made garments were found to be stolen...
This is for the third time we have faced this problem... Made complaints to head of srinagar office but he has given no response nor has taken any action on our complaints...
Kindly look into the matter and inform accordingly

Hi my docket number is z89505966 its showing delivered on 9th of may 2019
But not yet received the product.. Kindly do the need full at the earliest.. Its been despatched on 8th of may 2019 n showing delivered on 9th may n i think there is some sort of mistake in uploading kindly find me a solution as soon as possible...

My friend sent me a courier with dress on monday 06 may 2019 from kottayam to sydney, australia. The package was booked to sent it to silverwater, sydney. We paid more money to reach it within 3 days to destination, sydney, means it should have reached by thursday or latest by friday morning. However, i haven't yet received the package at the destination.
The most irritating fact is that, it is shown as delivered at 3 pm on friday 10 may 2019 and signed by shaun dock, do not know who is this. But this is not received by nidhin james, to whom the package was addressed to.
N20765945 is the tracking number.
I need my money back, i spent 4440 rupees as there is a big deficiency of services.

I have a courier slip of dtdc from raipur to ghaziabad. The consignment number is m74630034. But on tracking online, it says no data provided and invalid consignment no. I have attached the slip. Hello, someone couriered a graphics card yesterday evening but the tracking site shows that no data available my cosignment number is m74630034. Please fix this issue soon, as im unable to track.
And the courier is coming from raipur to ghaziabad for shipping. I have attached the screenshot in which it shows no data available. Please fix this issue.

Dtdc is looting money, i have paid the price of 330 rs dt - 08.05.2019 as per the dtdc agent suggestion for delivering the parcel (1 paper inside the lofafa) with in 48 hrs. Today 12 may, it is almost 4 days past, still my parcel has not been delivered yet can be seen in track record in attachment. Now i am thinking better i could go with the standard delivery of 150 rs.

I tracked it.. But still it's in hyderabad.. Not received to bengluru.. Then to belgaum it shud come..

This is vishal tyagi i courier some of my documents from muzaffarnagar to new delhi the consignment number is z88389909 was not delivered at the desired location but on the app it showed that package was delivered please look forward to it because the package contains some documents which is very important.
I’m very disappointed by your service. That courier have my important documents. I’m requesting you to please look forward to it and update me as soon as possible otherwise i’ll file a case to dtdc.

My courier number - c93698600 to be delivered to dr rudra narayan pati, paradip odisha is not yet delivered to me but while i track it it's showing that it's successfully delivered. The reliability of dtdc is under threat and i am planning to put a police complain of suspected theft as it was a very important courier. The numbers given for customer support are not reachable and there is no suitable complain system in dtdc site also.
