On 31.03.2019 i had booked one item having consignment number :h86630247 from tirupati to bangalore. On 02.04.2019 the item is received by my sister but cover and sarry are burnt, which is arround cost of rs:3000/-. I had contacted local dtdc person they said that book complaint using [protected]@dtdc.com. I had booked complaint no:14223511 but no response any one still one month.

Dear sir i have deliver my courier in 04.05.2019 and he told me your courier is delivered to 06.04.2019 but my party said me your courier is not be delivered me 06.04.2019 and i have checked in your site my courier location and your location show me is already deliver but courier is not delivered please look in to the matter urgently

On 06/05/2019 i received call from [protected] this number who told me i am from dtdc and sending your parcel to your address within 10 minutes but did not get yet. No one come to me with parcel. My address is correct. My phone number is correct. If there is any problem inform me before this once my parcel went back. And now i am not able to see my tracking. Please solve this problem

My product was scheduled to be delivered today by DTDC (AWB-X[protected].When I check the tracking status it shows-Not Delivered(RECEIVER REQUESTED DELIVERY ON ANOTHER DATE-(CIR). Here I am the receiver and I haven't even requested anything like that..how come such fake comments are showing up on tracking status.Please look into the matter and ensure timely delivery of my product.

I have booked a parcel from haveri to bangalore on 25/04/2018 weighing 5 kg against which i recieved receipt bearing no. B63782922. We awaited the delivery for three days but as the same did not reached we approached concerned agency who promised to deliver as soon as possible but today after more than a week on enquiry. It was to our utter shock to know that the reciept issued to us was not correct at all as informed by the agency and gave us the correct no. D49654461 and informed that the courier will reach but to further surprises till now there are unable to track the parcel itself.

My name is venkatesh. I'm from coimbatore. Actually, one material was booked from pondycherry to coimbatore on 25.03.2019consignment number is-d50287197. But till date material not received from my side. Iwas tracking the consignment number it shows receiver not available and out for delivery.
Then, i'm contact to dtdc courier office, they said and give contact to coimbatore head office no. The number is [protected].
I'm trying this no each and every day more then ten times, fully ringed. But, nobody pick the call from yourside...
Now i'm totally fully upset and struggled..
Kindly do the needful asap...

The shipment has to be delivered with in 2 days but it has taken 7 days by today but it still not yet delivered. Atleast if they can't delivery to the address they have to send it back but they are not sending back also. The shipment has to delivered with in 10 may otherwise it will waste 1 year for me. So i request to delivery the shipment soon

We recieved two parcels which were torn and some items were stolen from these... The details are given as under
1. Docket number :- d[protected] packets broken and one piece (Girls frock) stolen from each packet... Total 9 pieces missing

2. Docket no:-d[protected] boys coller t shirts missing
Earlier also we faced same problem and brought into notice of srinagar office but no action was taken...
Kindly take an effective action against the culprit so that we trust dtdc again...

I have sent a courier to sunrise led technology 705, opal ria, rajhans dreams, stella road, vasai west, palghar-401202 from dtdc nagpurbut this courier did not reach there and when i tracked the courier details it is showing delivered... Help me out

I have used the dtdc service to send a consignment to jaora, madhya pradesh from jaipur on 30th april around 12 pm.
But on tracking the consignment it shown "not delivered" even after 5 days. It was very important and urgent for the consignee.
I tried to contact dtdc customer care like 15-20 times literally but no executive was there, i waited like 10 minutes on call, but no they did not connected my call to executive.
They did not even tried to deliver it when it says out for delivery when i confirmed with the receiver.
Please look out into it.

I munaf behalf of mumthaz kc would likr to raise a complaint against dtdc courier item sent from taamarasery branch calicut to mahe on may 3rd 2019, which is 50 kilometers, when i tracked the item through online it has been sent to gurgaon from calicut. Only one day needed for the delivery now its two days, it is going now to gurgaon instead of kozhikode kerala

Sir dtdc me surat se mera parcel aa rha tha baikunthpur koriya cg k liye but misplace ho kar kondagao bhej diya gaya h... kondagaon wale agent ka kehna hai ki usne raipur return kar diya hai, bas uske baad se parcel mil nahi raha hai... Raipur me Naa koi complain sunne wala. H naa khojne wala..bahut hi laparwah behave laga meko dtdc raipur ka. iss parcel ka report pata kare no hai A43469862

I had sent some plates and household items from dubai to pune and most of my goods to my horror have come smashed!!
When i sent it out i clearly told them its all household items and glass ware
They agreed to pick it up and charged me fairly high price.

On opening the box i found all the plates smashed into pieces inspite of it being packed and strangely 3 made it fine??

Pls help???

Out of the 24 plates - 3 have survived and, from 4 glasses 1 has been broken!
Even the box has come in such a bad state and with holes all over!!

What can i do to get a refund on my broken items???

I had ordered an item which dtdc is supposed to deliver by 3rd of May. Upon not receiving till 4th May, I contacted customer care number and they said that parcel went to pimpri office instead of chakan. I had given accurate address along with pin code though. They said that chakan branch is not picking call so you go and collect. The courier was important to me as I have to carry it while travelling on 5th. Without any choice I rushed to its office 12 km away from my home.

This is very unprofessional behaviour by dtdc and I was exhausted by this.

I want dtdc to pay penalty for this. My dtdc Docket number is P50662034.

Its already been more than 20 day. Everystaff is bypassing the issue. No one is properly responding to my case.
I have send more than 5 mail and no reply. After the complain was put up, till now only one replying mail was send by them which was after calling every day. And now they are trying to bypassing the issue. I thought india was a country where an army is respected and not fraud. I came from foreign, i am an army officer came to india for the diplomatic military and government relation. And because of the frauding and neglecting behaviour shown by dtdc company, the whole image of india will not be good. I want this issue to be clear else, i will go through media and court along with indian army, and this lead to nothing but the negative image on every aspect of india because of such fraud done by dtdc conmpany. My view on india was so much high and good.

Dtdc courier not delivered very important sample from mysore to bangalore even after 5 days, they charged an amount of 325 rs stating it will reach by 11 am following day. Till today they are not attending my phone or complaint. We lost the precious sample sent for sequencing. We need immediately reply from them and they have to pay us the huge damage caused to us.

I confirmed you that my address is perfect. There is no any massage or phone come over my mobile. Further i inform you that i have contacted your [protected]@dtdc.com. There one lady named sheik nagma asked receiver full address details. I have share my full address 3 times by email but she never responded back. So your courier service as well as your customer service both are very poor.

There for you are requested to deliver my parcel to my address or contact me on phone no [protected].

I had a delivery from badlapur west dtdc courier service handled by dhananjay pawar. There was a courier guy named mr anil who used abusive language which is demeaning for a woman and insults the dignity of the woman. The courier guy need to be polite and patient if the women in the house take a bit time to open the door in the afternoon and atleast give a call regarding the arrival of the parcel. So please kindly look into the matter as the courier guy was the representative of dtdc and if the company fails to take a strict action then i'll make sure i take same serious legal actions against the company.

Dtdc silchar main office is completely irresponsible regarding delivery on time. They don't want to deliver taking advantage of even a light shower. I have a parcel stuck with them for the past two days which they are no willing to deliver till today due to light rain. I myself am in silchar and there is no heavy rain here. I have food items in my parcel that will go bad if not delivered on time.. But the office lady shouted back saying it cannot be delivered today. Very bad behaviour with customer completely disgusting.

Hi, this is in regards to dtdc courier service (Gowlidoddi, hyderabad). This particular office of dtdc which is the nearest to us is pathetic in terms of service. They do not book shipments even if they r marked as urgent ones. Also they do not deliver couriers on time despite the update provided on dtdc shipment tracking page. Their customer service is worthless & i request u to kindly look into this at the earliest as we are having great...
