Booked a consignment to setu printers, kanke, ranchi, jharkand on 22.04.2019 vide h87294387 from vijayawada, andhra pradesh. Tracking history shows that the consignment is lying at ranchi hub since 24.04.19.
Complaint to customer support is registered as case number: 14399111, shows automatic response and today one mail says
1) that they have not received shipment till date we have not found any update from booking cp so we close the case.
2) this is an auto case closure update for the case number 14399111
Several communications have been sent to you requesting details for consignment number h87294387, registered under case # 14399111. But there has been no response from your end on the same. Hence the case is being effectively closed, due to lack of information to go ahead with.

I am unable to understand why no executive has followed up my complaint. Assigning a complaint number does not end your responsibility. As per the tracking information provided by you, pin code for delivery is mentioned as 700002 by you (West bengal - cassipore), where as the pin code should be 834006, (Kanke - ranchi jharkand. Where the consignee is located. The tracking history shows that the consignment is lying at ranchi hub since 24.04.2019.
In case i do not receive any follow up and delivery of the consignment by 4th may 2019, i will be forced to approach consumer forum for damages, which note
