I was to received some urgent document therefore it was sent to me through dtdc consignment number z88863107. The moment i heard that it is sent through dtdc courier i got understood it will not reach in time since already experienced thrice. Dtdc according to my experience worst courier service exists in india. Till midnight the status was showing out for delivery but now showing "could not attempt (Dir). Surprised, there is no option to contact customer care except mail which is replied auto generated through system.

I had sent a packet of parcel from okhla, new delhi-110025 to kustia, kolkata-700046.
But my parcel was opened before the delivery and one item from the packet is missing. I don't know that, what the did with my parcel, but the is missing from the packet.
I can't even imagine and expect from dtdc like this.

Tracking no. D50687293.. On 02/05/2019 i have dispatched 4 kurtis to chennai and the same was received at the chennai hub on 03/05/2019 itself.. While tracking it showed that the parcel was out for delivery on 03/05/2019 but it was not delivered till 07/05/2019. Due to non receipt of reply from dude the issue was raised through WWW.Consumercomplaints.in.. immediately the parcel was delivered to the chennai party on 09/05/2019 at 3.00pm. I am sorry to say that the original address written by me in the parcel was erased and address written by somebody was found, more over it was found damaged.. It was all done by dude chennai delivery staffs i am having sufficient proofs for this.

The total cost of kurtis is ₹2000 (Two thousand) it s requested to settle my claim of ₹2000 if the claim is settled not in a week i have no other sources except legal action. Legal action will be initiated against dude for attempting delayed delivery and cheating. My contact number is [protected]/[protected].

I am facing problem tracking my delivery status as there is no data available for my consignment number. I did my courier on 25-04-19 and since then i don't have any information of my package. I needed it to be delivered before 09-05-19.
Please make sure that my package gets delivered before 10-05-19 and notify me if there is any information regarding my package. For reference i have attached my receipt along.

I have one coriour docket no k18060197 deposited in bhawanipatana branch office kalahandi, odisha sent address lava international delhi dated 2.5.19 but still that date it is not dispatched tracking address shows in bolangir its 9.5.19 and we have unable to contact the branch office also no one pick up the phone its was a unrgent document kindly take some action.

I had sent an important courier through dtdc on 6-5-2019, courier id b62852862, to rajkot (Gujarat) however the dtdc bommasandra, bangalore branch has not updated the status properly so i am unable to trace my parcel. Also the customer support is not helping me in any way, every time i call the request for another 24hours time. Please help to trace my parcel asap

Today 09/05/2019 i visited dtdc courier center bf1439 krishna temple road, indiranagara, bangalore to courier some 4pages of document but person not weighed the package simply charged 70rs. I questioned that asked them to show weight. It was 0.25gms. And they charged me more without doing cost calculation on weight.
Please take action & let me know how much is the exact charges.

It is unbelievable that i did not get any parcel at my office address on monday. Dtdc has disappointed me deeply. I was supposed to receive a courier at my office on monday. However i did not go to office. The tracking details on the website states that a colleague received the parcel and the receivers name and number is mine. Its understood that either this is s fraud or the courier person has handed this to someone else.

It is important that i get this parcel as i have paid for it.

Above is the tracking detail to check from where its booked. I bought some products from one of my known vendor, she sent me this courier and she only send couriers from dtdc only but this time we are ashamed that we choose you guys who open, stole customer things. We do bot know who to blame a courier boy or you guys reason we gave courier in trusted hands and this is your duty to deliver the product safely to customer.

The missing products cost us inr2000 also its openly visible that the box is opened forcefully and whosoever has steal the products, easily taken those from the box. Upon receiving it i told the girl sitting at office that courier is open im sure products were missing.

We will file the complaint from the origin point too. Request you to check and advice who will bear the loss, as its opened received from dtdc office.

I had to receive a courier to the address "73/1, summit tower a, whitefield main rd, garudachar palya, mahadevapura, bengaluru, karnataka 560048". The dtdc tracking says its delivered on 3rd may and delivered zip code is 560066. I checked with both the office thoroughly and did not find any document delieverd till now. The consignment number is "b61946525". Contacted customer care of mahadevpura using +91-[protected] but no proper response. It has very important documents of mine and i will sue dtdc if its lost.

Hi, i have parcel to be delivered which was sent almost 3 weeks ago, they have held my package telling my address is incomplete when the actual fact is i receive parcels every week, n if it was so they should have called me to ask the address which they ideally dint on that they are being very rude to customers. Especially the person with the phone number [protected] who is basically from the peenya dtdc talks in a very rude manner stating if you want the parcel u have to call us not we and all that sort. Probably had the pathetic experience 🙏

On 02.04.2019 the item is received by my sister but cover and sarry are burnt, which is arround cost of rs:3000/-. My address is correct. My phone number is correct. If there is any problem inform me before this once my parcel went back. And now i am not able to see my tracking. Please solve this problem

My product was scheduled to be delivered today by DTDC (AWB-X[protected].When I check the tracking status it shows-Not Delivered(RECEIVER REQUESTED DELIVERY ON ANOTHER DATE-(CIR). Here I am the receiver and I haven't even requested anything like that..how come such fake comments are showing up on tracking status.Please look into the matter and ensure timely delivery of my product.

I have booked a parcel from haveri to bangalore on 25/04/2018 weighing 5 kg against which i recieved receipt bearing no. B63782922. We awaited the delivery for three days but as the same did not reached we approached concerned agency who promised to deliver as soon as possible but today after more than a week on enquiry. It was to our utter shock to know that the reciept issued to us was not correct at all as informed by the agency and gave us the correct no. D49654461 and informed that the courier will reach but to further surprises till now there are unable to track the parcel itself.

I'm trying this no each and every day more then ten times, fully ringed. But, nobody pick the call from yourside...
Now i'm totally fully upset and struggled..

Atleast if they can't delivery to the address they have to send it back but they are not sending back also. The shipment has to delivered with in 10 may otherwise it will waste 1 year for me.
