I have a courier order (Consignment no d[protected], which was supposed to be delivered from kolkata to vadodara. We requested it on 13 th of april and was promised will get delivered on the 6th or the 7th day, however we have not yet received the courier and today is 29th april.
We spoke to the delivery man and he keeps promising for the delivery the next day and we have never received it.
Its frustrating and i really regret using dtdc serves. There is no contact number of dtdc customer care and now the delivery boy has also stopped answering the phone. Really have no idea where to contact to get courier from.

I have a important courier posted at wrong pin code of 201307 which is in transit it's actual delivery pincode is 201304 golf city the address on courier is correct consignment no is k19203057 please inform them at the earliest courier is important and should not be misplace i have attached the receipt for the details let me know if anything else is required

With great pain and mental agony i would like to finally lodge a complain against dtdc courier.
I booked a consignment on 25th april from patna to mumbai.
As the consignment was food mostly i was waiting to receive the courier.
On 27th of april o tracked the courier, to my surprise it was showing receiver not available (Cir).
I was present on the given adress whole day.
I didn’t received any call or message regarding consignment.
It’s just so much frustrating that a brand like this could do like this.
The harassment doesn’t stopped here, i called for an hours multiple times to the given customer care number. To add to my misery they didn’t respond.
So in short there was nothing a person could do about this poor behaviour.
It’s a mental and physical harassment.
I need to sort out things as soon as possible and punishment to the culprit.

Z98731490 is the docket number. The destination pincode on the parcel and the receipt is same but when i tracked it online i came to know that the dtdc representative has entered the wrong pincode 440020. The customer care service is very pathetic as i am unable to get my problem resolved. I therefore request you to look into the matter and get it delivered at the right pincode which is 440021. I'm enclosing the receipt herewith.

I submitted my courier on 20th of april with dtdc blue which guarantees 2 days delivery with consignment number : v52273372

Till today (April 28th) my courier didn't get delivered.. I paid 1130 rs for this..

When i am visiting dtdc center, they are saying it will take some time giving some # reasons..

I dropped multiple emails to customer support email address, their replies are ridiculous as well..

I need this courier to be delivered and need my half money back.. I really mean it..

More than this i can't really tolerate your irresponsiveness..

My courier number a43806914. Local courier representative (Shahada, nandurbar district), call me and ask me to collect the courier from dtdc office. They told they can't deliver to home? Is this dtdc service? Online tracking showing "office close/door lock" which is misguiding. My home never locked for 1 minute because at home have old peoples so it is impossible to lock the house and this is not an office so ask your local representative to deliver the courier to my home.
If this is your way to deliver then i will complain your higher lever if there is no resolution.

I sent an item through DTDC courier from Hyderabad. In the tracking status of courier it is showing the item delivered. But the item is not received by the concerned person. I think they delivered to the wrong person and they not even call to sender/receiver before delivery.

I was to receive a courier carrying my medicines. It was dispatched on 22 april and i received a call from their delivery boy about the delivery address i confirmed it. After i came back from office it was not delivered. The delivery status was shown successful on their website. I tried calling but he didn't give any details for two days and finally they said it was lost.
Package had contents worth rupees 2000.
Help needed to either retrieve the package or full compensation from company.

My friend sent the courier from itpl whitefield, branch bangalore (Pin - 560066) to hyderabad (500081) on 24th april 2019.

It has been 3 days since the courier was sent through express delivery but i haven't received it.

On trying to track the courier using the tracking number (B[protected], it doesn't show any information on the website.

Could you please help.

I have booked a verrrrry imp document thru dtdc courrier services to noida with the docket number k18401131. But the same has not been recived by the reciver yet. I also mailed and tried to contact customer care support and mailed to ceo too, the worst thing is that, till now i didnot recived any kind of response from them.

My docket no is-d48704467 booked for byjus support team bangalore at 5 april but still its showing transit. Also had complain at dtdc customer compain no[protected], care but not got response as it is very important courier of byjus. If not got them then they can refuse my refund as i already cancelled the course. Requst you please look at my request and please do enterfare at these.

Dtdc shows the successful delivery in vijaynagar on 25 april 2019. But i reside in hardev nagar burari and have given proper address to sender and i haven't received any parcel yet. I also talk to customer executive but not getting any serious response on the same.
I am fed up with their services. Resolve this issue at your earliest. How can be so negligent in their work???

My friend couriered a parcel of 3kgs from delhi with n20745129 number. No awb no was there on the slip. Took 7850 rs and says that i tried calling on the no given by my sister and got a revert that its not my parcel whereas that number is out of service since a year that means he lied. Then i told him get my parcel i will get it done from the head office coz i cant track it so he tells no its seized from the delhi airport custom and i need 4-5 thousand more to release it. How can we relay on them and i am fedup. Pls help me to track my parcel.

I have sent one courier to bangalore and its been 10 days, but the courier is not delivered yet. Even the track staus is incorrect and not updated regularly. Also all the customer care numbers mentioned in website are not working (Like[protected]. Really fed up with such service and i am still waiting for anykind of help as the document i coueiered is needed very much.

My parcel was booked on 9th april 2019 in delhi and received in bangalore air hub on 11th april 2019 and also received at the facility of hebbal, bangalore on the same day (11th april 2019) on 12th april it is out for delivery. But didn't receive. Then on 22nd april it says not delivered (Receiver not available cir) again on 23rd it's out for delivery and on 24th again the status says not delivered (Address incomplete or wrong) and it's 26th today i have no idea why is my parcel is not delivered when the address provided is correct. And i tried to contact the courier boy on the number he called me when my another parcel (That was sent on the same day with this parcel) was delivered. But i couldn't reach him too. He informed me the parcel will reach me by 22nd april but couldn't reach him as well. Please help i need the parcel soon

Send one mobile and charger by dtdc courier on 27 march 2019 from ramnagar/kashipur (Ramnagr to delhi).
Packet not delivered, online showing in transition stage at chennai from 28 march.

Don't know what vigilance team doing for last one month.

Following dtdc team over phone/mail but getting no positive response.

Very disappointing that such reputed cargo can do like this.

Since last two weeks iam struggling to get my parcel tracking id (M[protected]. This parcel was booked from mumbai on 16april 2019 to port blair, andaman nicobar islands. But from 18th its showing same tracking status “recieved in chennai hub”. I have almost called every dtdc no. Chennai kolkata mumbai but i wont get any positive response. It is still showing the same status.

I have couriered two box of chocolates from Bangalore (Pattanagere office) to Noida via DTDC express delivery on 24th April which has to be delivered by today i.e. 25th April.

The normal rates were Rs. 270(up-to 1 Kg) but I paid Rs. 540 as they asked for 1 day delivery. I checked with the company guy again and again about the delivery and every-time his words were "Sir, we have promised to deliver it before 6 p.m. So, it will be delivered".

I even call the customer care 5-6 time and after waiting for 6-7 mins each time, for once I was able to talk to them and they said that my courier has reached Delhi. So, it will be delivered before 6 pm but I waited till 7:30 pm but no delivery.

I called the company's office person after it and after sending him the consignment number, his number went unresponsive.

Even if I track the consignment from their website, it shows the status as In Transit and package is in Bangalore only.

There is so much heat in both the cities. What if, it melted or rot. Who is going to take the responsibility of it??

I want the courier to be delivered tomorrow as I have no choice left and the full refund of the my courier charges and product.
