I was supposed to receive a parcel, from arus jewellery, which has been booked via dtdc courrier .. but when the parcel reached delivery address that is mine . I opened it to find a plastic box which was empty . I have immediately notified the vendor who has sent me the courrier. The sender has sent me video footage showing the placed the item in the box
But when I received it it was empty. The jewelry company is showing the proof that they have sent it. I have the video proof it's Missing.

I am reseller.. My dealer had consigned my order, to my customer.. But even after 9 days.. It is not been delivered and showing comment on tracking that. Address is not complete or its wrong.. They have nor contacted my consignee or me or dealer, for this issue.. I have already taken payment from my customer.. Pls do something or it will cause me loss.. And also your courier co. Image will be effected

The packet is super marked as living plants, very sorry to say till today (24.04.2019) at 9.00 p. M. The tracking status is showing on transit, who would be responsible if the plants die on late transit?

This is k. V. Rathnam form ongole, yesterday i send a one envelope cover through your courier form ongole to gunturu, vadlamudi.. Consignment number is h87267542. At that time i found display rate chart and collect courier charge is different. Here with i attached ur consignment receipt and display rate chart images also.

Note: as per law ongole franchise is doing "un fair trade" so why i am not complaint on this in ongole consumer forum. So if you are not respond with in one week of time i will file case against dtdc franchise ongole in ongole consumer forum

My parcel was damaged when received. A 100 rupees note was missing too. Please look into it. The note was really special. I want it to be delivered to the recipient immediately.

My consignment no is d70290917 icsi had delivered the cosignment from noida to boisar on dated 13/03/2019 its almost 1 month and above and i didnt received my courier inspite of many times visting on nearest dtdc center they said its it between vasai and bhiwandi from last 1 week i m hearing the same thing by tracking the consignment its shows in vasai or bhiwandi from last 1 week till date i had not received my consignment.
Kindly look in to the matter as provide me delivery asap.

Actually gift was pasted with stricker handle with care and cast it for 450 rupies for transport. i didnot get correct response from the dtdc customer service.we contacted both bengalore and hyderabad service centre they replied and telling its not happened because o[censored]s contact bengalore office and vice versa. so this is the not good way to handle customers and providing poor services to the customer. you are transporting means you should take care of the things in good way and who are responsible for my thing(gift), make habit of adapting this. onworda we will never use your courier service and will tell others to don't use

My package is now at moulali dtdc office, Kolkata and this package is very very important to deliver in time to the destination but no any response for delivery in till date and no any person should pick up my phone also.it is very bad experience. If it is not delivered today then I have receive a penalty from such destination office.

And the managr at dewas office in not taking any responsibility whereas when i send my guy for enquiry he tells him another time to come he is doing that since more than a week. we send one box to parvathipuram through drocket no: H86697065 dt:15.03.2019 delivered on 21.03.2019. we send pens total 25 pcs of parker pens but they give only 17 pcs. total 8pcs shortage.

Hi,
I ordered for a cycle part from pune to bangalore on 27th mar. Till date the status is saying reached "bangalore air hub". I enquire'd in bangalore local office and they suggested to raise a complaint from pune. So, pune - nibm road dtdc office raised a complaint and some mail exchange has happened and still no update from past 2 weeks. And now the pune office owner is not picking my call nor replying to my message. So, ultimately no solution and this is way they treat their customers. I dropped an email, wrote an enquiry form to dtdc nothing helped. Customer care number is a big blunder as nobody picks the call even after waiting for 15 mins.

There is no customer care helpline no. Provided by dtdc. No one to listen the complaint.

It is an urgent package and after 3 days it still has not been delivered.

I have booked consignment on 13th april 2019 to ship from hyderabad to ahmedabad. I had opted normal courier service of dtdc. As per the dtdc service rule, it would take 48-72 hours to delivered consignment. I have tracked my consignment as per link share my dtdc. It has shows that, consignment reach at ahmedabad on 15th april 2019. I am not able to see any updated from the 15th april 2019. I am trying to call each and every contact number of dtdc, but no one is responding. I think they don't care about the customer time and felling. Please do share there worst services and take immediate steps against dtdc.

I RANJU SINHA from Nashik is writing this complain regarding the delay in my courier . My courier has came from Ranchi around 5 days ago n I have not received it yet. DTDC us saying that the address is incomplete we gave the correct address as well as the contact number then also there is not any reaction to it. My dad had called 6 time to ur company they just ask about the doc no, he send the number by whatsapp and text msg but there was not any action taken regarding it. And today the person is not receiving the call he us ignoring are call. Sir in that parsel there are medicines which is urgently need to us. Because of the delay in the delivery of the parcel my dad had to get admitted in hospital.
Sir plz deliver my parcel as fast as possible.

I contacted a company named MEDSERVE in Delhi and ordered a product named 'Nasal cannula' and according to the person the order was placed on 9th of April via DTDC Courier and it was promised that the product will be received on next day, I am sorry to say but it has been 12 days but there is no update from the DTDC and on the helpline no one is picking the call, they are not replying on email, no response on facebook and twitter also, I am helpless and I paid them money and got nothing.
