Dear sir, / madam,
My consingement send through dtdc courier vide awb no v70860311, which was send by healthians on 16/04/2019.
Today on 19/04/2019 received call from dtdc office sutar galli location, ask me collect the courier from dtdc sutar galli office, as address where they suppose to deliver the courier, doesn't come under their boundry. (Tel no of dtdc office[protected].
India no 1 most perferred courier company, give such nonsense excuse to delivery the courier then you should shut down your gate.
Request you look in to matter and delivery the courier as early as possible

I have been using dtdc service for atleast 6 to 7 years but i never found such a misbehaving and rude person in ur service.
There is a customer handler named pooja naraina (Contact:[protected]). She is so rude and misbehaving and have a very good ability to convert a polite conversation into arguments. She even didn't provide full information if asked to. (You can trace her call and can check her way of talking.)
I request you a very hard and strict action against her. And if possible, please provide required training to your employees. Otherwise this may harm your dtdc network and services in long term.

My brother booked a consignment (V[protected] in dtdc branch office at tangi, khurdha, odisha on date 13th april 2019 at 11:00hrs. And it was a speed post.

I was shocked, when i tracked it online using the consignment number, it was shown the booking date is 16th march 2019.
Because o[censored]rgency we booked it in speed post mode, and because of your failure i missed the dead line to get that document.

Parcel tracking number c88369462 is not delivered to proper recipient. It seems my parcel has been handed over to wrong person even without contacting proper recipient before delivery of the parcel. This is not expected from such a renowned courier company like dtdc. The recipient should have been contacted before delivery and the phone number of the recipient was mentioned in the address. How is this possible? Please look into this matter

Hi one of my friend from kolkatta send us phone through DTDC and when the package arrived..the inside of the parcel is empty. Please do something or we will file a complaint to the court. And i believe they took at Guwahati DTDC. The parcel arrived at Guwahati on 9th April and we got our parcel only on 16th April. Please take some action. We recieved it empty and we are definitely sure the courier opened it since there is evidence. I hope you will contact the Guwahati dtdc and let them send the mobile or give us our money. Thank you

Dtdc india - according to the dtdc center (Dtdc dlf garnencity, semmancheri, omr, chennai) the delivery of my package (C[protected] was supposed to happen by saturday - 13th april 2019, and the consignment also reached indore by saturday, but till date it haven't yet reached the destination. And to add on top of it, the concerned person with number [protected] is unbelievably rude on phone. I am bound to complaint against dtdc as its 2nd time something like this is happening with me would request you to kindly look into the matter.

I have booked a percel from guwahati to tezpur on 10th of April . trekking no is k18437986. By 12april it was received at destination but after 4 days it was not delivered yet.let me is it ur process of delivery. The distance between tezpur n guwahati is only 250 km.but ur company need More a week to deliver a percel great working process. after received in destination why it still not delivered. Please let me know the reason.

Just now our delivery boy delivery this item.. And so Rudy behavior and so worng and slang language.. I protest this.. He is ask me I m not slang language.. I write to very clearly you tack the action as our system and inform me, otherwise I tack tha ligal action as par low.

I submitted a product from DTDC International Express Courier & Cargo, Shop No 30, Eldeco Udyan II, Telibagh, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh 226025 (Consignment No-D[protected] on 6th April 2019 to SRI RAJESHWARI AMMAL ANNEX, C/O-JITENDRA KUMAR, ROOM NO-24, O.NO.133, NEW NO.204, PILLAAYAR KOIL ST, THOTTAPALAYAM, VELLORE, TAMIL NADU, PINCODE-632004 .As per our discussion with our DTDC service provider where i submit the product they told me that it will take 2 to 3 days for reached at destination. But after10 days the product is not received at mentioned location. i have already continuously follow-up for this product from last 4 days from customer care & also raised the complaint CASE NO IS 14293935. I have also continuously follow-up for this product from DTDC Courier provider where I dispatched this. As per my tracking details material is received at chennai hub on dated 12th April 2019 @ 12:10 Hrs. when i checked this today it will again send to Vijayawada hub. Customer Care Executives & DTDC service provider where I dispatched this are continuously avoiding me by giving Case No. 03083673, and my Case not resolved yet. DTDC is ignoring me and don't delivering My Consignment to Vellore mentioned address.

I have sent a courier from MAA to DEL on 11th April-19, I have received an delivery Message on 13th April. But the courier was not delivered. They done a misrepresentation on my courier envelope, they have change the delivery mobile number and they have updated the courier is delivered. how could you do like this, this is the way that you treat a customer, very worst service that i ever seen before. I was totally disappointment on this service, totally my time is waste.

Sir I booked a parcel with DTDC on 05-Feb-2019 from Alwar (Rajasthan- 301001) which was supposed to be delivered to Jagdalpur (Chhatisgarh-494001). But till date the parcel has not been delivered, online tracking shows that the parcel is in Pune-Hub of DTDC, but the status has not been updated since 14-feb-2019. I tried to contact them several times through mails but nothing happened. They are not responding to the mails.

My consignment number is C87317143, and my package is not delivered at jansons institute of technology, karumathampatti, coimbatore. I called customer care but they are not picking up my call. I am a hosteller and gonna leave my college tomorrow. I thought I would be received yesterday but I didn't and today is Sunday. Tracking status is couldn't attempt dir.You can feel my frustration, as this was my first experience with DTDC. I am regretting, why i chose DTDC.

Sir mera product deliver nahi kiya, jabki jo address diye hai isi address par bahut bar product deliver hua hai blue dart courier ke dwara but aapke courier kah diya ki pincode wrong hai. I booked a parcel (Gift) through dtdc, m/s kd solutions, smithnagar, premnagar, dehra dun (Uttarakhand) from dehra dun, uttarakhand to hyderabad, telengana on 08 april 2019, (Monday) for my grandson's birthday on 14 apr 2019 (Sunday). On tracking, the parcel is lying in gachibowli, hyderabad undelivered since 11 april 2019 15:59 hours. No satisfactory reply has been given by the channel partner mr. Nitin kumar in dehra dun. He has just forwarded the contact numbers of one ms. Archana in dehra dun and mr. Anand in ghaziabad for me to do the talking. If i were to do all the talking, what are they being paid for? Most of the time they do not attend your calls. Please take appropriate action against such persons and measures to ensure delivery of the parcel by 14 april 2019 positively. Thanking you.

Consignment # h86222678 with ref #[protected] with origin - ongole has been booked on 25 mar 2019 appears to be delivered on 28 mar 2019.

The parcel has not been delivered to the consigned party - tanduri sharada (Mob: [protected]) of bhongir.

When tried dtdc nagole about misplaced courier, they told that it has been dispatched to bhongir. Dtdc courier person - ramesh (Mob: [protected]) is responded very rudely and stopped picking up of our calls.

Please find out the consignment and take stringent action on ramesh to behave properly with female customers.

Couriered certain items from bangalore to ahmedabad 5 days back. Was informed that as it is air cargo it will reach you in 4 days. The cargo has arrived in ahmedabad on 11th but is stuck at the ahmedabad hub since last 2 days. Not sure what they are doing! None of their helpline numbers are available. We are stuck as the luggage has not yet arrived. Please help! The awb numbers are d47542257/58/59. We also raised a complaint on their site yesterday but to no avail.

My consignment no. D50229721 sended from hyderabad and destination is nagpur. Drdo complex ctf bothali, -441108 near reliance petrol pump buttibori. It just located on touch nagpur wardha highway. I am very disappointed to talking with your representative buttibori office her mobile number-[protected]. She said that you have to collect your material from office otherwise your material will be returned. Past time i have received so many consignment at my given address from dtdc. Your representative talking to me completely unofficial language. You are requested to please take useful action regarding given consignment number.

Hi, my luggage bag was sent on 7th april from mumbai to honavar, karnataka. Consignment number d48624890. They had told it will be delivered on 10th april but it’s still in transit. Status shows still in banglore and it will take few more days for delivery. There is no delivery updated. It’s urgent luggage required. Please provide eta on delivery and refund the money as its delayed. Very bad service by dtdc.
