I submitted a product from DTDC International Express Courier & Cargo, Shop No 30, Eldeco Udyan II, Telibagh, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh 226025 (Consignment No-D[protected] on 6th April 2019 to SRI RAJESHWARI AMMAL ANNEX, C/O-JITENDRA KUMAR, ROOM NO-24, O.NO.133, NEW NO.204, PILLAAYAR KOIL ST, THOTTAPALAYAM, VELLORE, TAMIL NADU, PINCODE-632004 .As per our discussion with our DTDC service provider where i submit the product they told me that it will take 2 to 3 days for reached at destination. But after10 days the product is not received at mentioned location. i have already continuously follow-up for this product from last 4 days from customer care & also raised the complaint CASE NO IS 14293935. I have also continuously follow-up for this product from DTDC Courier provider where I dispatched this. As per my tracking details material is received at chennai hub on dated 12th April 2019 @ 12:10 Hrs. when i checked this today it will again send to Vijayawada hub. Customer Care Executives & DTDC service provider where I dispatched this are continuously avoiding me by giving Case No. 03083673, and my Case not resolved yet. DTDC is ignoring me and don't delivering My Consignment to Vellore mentioned address.
DTDC Courier & Cargo customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Booked in 8th but not showing any update on status.many parcels are getting late like this only.
If any issue resolve quickly and deliver it by tomorrow.
