Parcel booked on 20th march from jaipur to ahemdabad. It has reached to ahemdabad on 23th and out for delivery but not deliverd and status update "consignment redirect".

From last 4-5 days i spoke with ahemadabd hub staff and on customer care no too but they wont help me to find my parcel.

I shipped a package containing some stuff for my home from pune to shimla. The package reached well in time but when opened it was found that ine box containing a kettel was completely damsged and kettel was shattered into pieces. My courier x30634042 never reached the address and neither did they try to contact.
Upon enquiring them at the office, they say that they are not allowed to keep the parcel (Not even 24 hours, so that the person can collect it himself).

They say the parcel has returned to the sender. (I don't understand why the sender needs to send a parcel in priority only to get it back in a week???)
