My parents had sent a dtdc courier from chennai to me in kanpur with important documents. The same package had been sent twice from chennai following the acknowledgement from our side of not having mentioned mobile number on the envelope the first time. Having thereby included contact number and complete residential address exact, yet dtdc courier services chose to flee away this time with the money we spent by submitting false claims online in the status that i, as receiver had requested another date for delivery; while it never happened so. I did not get a single phone call from the dtdc concerned office here in kanpur regarding any issues. Pathetic service ever. Later they just sent it back by updating online that address incomplete or wrong cir. The origin place dtdc office at chennai is not much bothered to find out what exactly happened with our package, why it was returned back carelessly.

Product not yet delivered even after fdm. Is prepared.
It's already delayed by the booking office. Plz be very sure about that product should be delivered by tomorrow first half.
As my customer is waiting for last few days, she made payment alreday. Because of your delayed service i am getting harrased. Now this is your responsibility to make your service fast and do the delivery asap.

I have sent courier from dtdc courier, thadagam road, coimbatore to sankaran kovil, tirunelveli. But the courier is being wrongly directed to madurai and it is not delivered yet. I have given the pincode as 627756. My shipment tracking number is f11360956. Kindly, redirect the courier and deliver it to the following address.

I had a very vad experience with the service.
They dont even respond for calls
I did not get my courier delivered.
When i asked for the same, they said that they wont deliver and that i should come to their office and pick up.
How can they be so irresponsible.
And they are very rash on phone.
And when i went for collecting it they charged me extra money for delivering it.
I had to give the money because it was an urgent courier.

My parcel has reached the dtdc courier service at puthiyathura thiruvananthapuram on 16th. They informed me but i am not available for 2 days that i have told them and requested to keep the same till i come and collect it. When i went there on 18th, it was found that the parcel was received by some one who i don't know. It is an irresponsible activity from the courier side. On enquiry, a man called dayanandan was received my courier. I never authorize anybody to receive it. The courier agent not verified the genunity or even collect the phone number of him. Tracking no. Courier has not been delivered to the address 10 days after receiving the facility. upon contacting local office, they have found the courier after 30 minutes of exercise and the envelope has been found in opened condition.

Mrs. Khushbu told me that you have given us courier in such condition. Mr. Jitendra has told that courier was not delivered because in that area we delivered once in a week.

Coming to the point, your service was so pathetic and your personal has opened up parcel. also one or two sample was found to be misplaced. And the more pathetic thing, DTDC courier service personal says this is given at the time of registration.

This is with regards to my shipment tracking no z94040742, we have not received any shipment so far. We also called dtdc representative to check the status he told us the item is missing and they are checking the details. However, when we checked the dtdc website to track the details it was showing that item is already delivered which is completely inaccurate. We tried calling the regional office 'indore' and sent an e-mail to the customer service but so far no response.

My consingement send through dtdc courier vide awb no v70860311, which was send by healthians on 16/04/2019.
Today on 19/04/2019 received call from dtdc office sutar galli location, ask me collect the courier from dtdc sutar galli office, as address where they suppose to deliver the courier, doesn't come under their boundry. (Tel no of dtdc office[protected].
India no 1 most perferred courier company, give such nonsense excuse to delivery the courier then you should shut down your gate.
Request you look in to matter and delivery the courier as early as possible

I have been using dtdc service for atleast 6 to 7 years but i never found such a misbehaving and rude person in ur service.
There is a customer handler named pooja naraina (Contact:[protected]). She is so rude and misbehaving and have a very good ability to convert a polite conversation into arguments. She even didn't provide full information if asked to. (You can trace her call and can check her way of talking.)
I request you a very hard and strict action against her. And if possible, please provide required training to your employees. Otherwise this may harm your dtdc network and services in long term.

My brother booked a consignment (V[protected] in dtdc branch office at tangi, khurdha, odisha on date 13th april 2019 at 11:00hrs. And it was a speed post.

I was shocked, when i tracked it online using the consignment number, it was shown the booking date is 16th march 2019.
Because o[censored]rgency we booked it in speed post mode, and because of your failure i missed the dead line to get that document.

Parcel tracking number c88369462 is not delivered to proper recipient. It seems my parcel has been handed over to wrong person even without contacting proper recipient before delivery of the parcel. This is not expected from such a renowned courier company like dtdc. The recipient should have been contacted before delivery and the phone number of the recipient was mentioned in the address. How is this possible? Please look into this matter

Hi one of my friend from kolkatta send us phone through DTDC and when the package arrived..the inside of the parcel is empty. Please do something or we will file a complaint to the court. And i believe they took at Guwahati DTDC. The parcel arrived at Guwahati on 9th April and we got our parcel only on 16th April. Please take some action. We recieved it empty and we are definitely sure the courier opened it since there is evidence. I hope you will contact the Guwahati dtdc and let them send the mobile or give us our money. Thank you

Dtdc india - according to the dtdc center (Dtdc dlf garnencity, semmancheri, omr, chennai) the delivery of my package (C[protected] was supposed to happen by saturday - 13th april 2019, and the consignment also reached indore by saturday, but till date it haven't yet reached the destination. And to add on top of it, the concerned person with number [protected] is unbelievably rude on phone. I am bound to complaint against dtdc as its 2nd time something like this is happening with me would request you to kindly look into the matter.

I have booked a percel from guwahati to tezpur on 10th of April . trekking no is k18437986. By 12april it was received at destination but after 4 days it was not delivered yet.let me is it ur process of delivery. The distance between tezpur n guwahati is only 250 km.but ur company need More a week to deliver a percel great working process. after received in destination why it still not delivered. Please let me know the reason.

Just now our delivery boy delivery this item.. And so Rudy behavior and so worng and slang language.. I protest this.. He is ask me I m not slang language.. I write to very clearly you tack the action as our system and inform me, otherwise I tack tha ligal action as par low.

I submitted a product from DTDC International Express Courier & Cargo, Shop No 30, Eldeco Udyan II, Telibagh, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh 226025 (Consignment No-D[protected] on 6th April 2019 to SRI RAJESHWARI AMMAL ANNEX, C/O-JITENDRA KUMAR, ROOM NO-24, O.NO.133, NEW NO.204, PILLAAYAR KOIL ST, THOTTAPALAYAM, VELLORE, TAMIL NADU, PINCODE-632004 .As per our discussion with our DTDC service provider where i submit the product they told me that it will take 2 to 3 days for reached at destination. But after10 days the product is not received at mentioned location. i have already continuously follow-up for this product from last 4 days from customer care & also raised the complaint CASE NO IS 14293935. I have also continuously follow-up for this product from DTDC Courier provider where I dispatched this. As per my tracking details material is received at chennai hub on dated 12th April 2019 @ 12:10 Hrs. when i checked this today it will again send to Vijayawada hub. Customer Care Executives & DTDC service provider where I dispatched this are continuously avoiding me by giving Case No. 03083673, and my Case not resolved yet. DTDC is ignoring me and don't delivering My Consignment to Vellore mentioned address.

I have sent a courier from MAA to DEL on 11th April-19, I have received an delivery Message on 13th April. But the courier was not delivered. They done a misrepresentation on my courier envelope, they have change the delivery mobile number and they have updated the courier is delivered. how could you do like this, this is the way that you treat a customer, very worst service that i ever seen before. I was totally disappointment on this service, totally my time is waste.

Sir I booked a parcel with DTDC on 05-Feb-2019 from Alwar (Rajasthan- 301001) which was supposed to be delivered to Jagdalpur (Chhatisgarh-494001). But till date the parcel has not been delivered, online tracking shows that the parcel is in Pune-Hub of DTDC, but the status has not been updated since 14-feb-2019. I tried to contact them several times through mails but nothing happened. They are not responding to the mails.
