I received a wrong saree from vendor and now i am returning that saree to the vendor. My parcel should reach east godavari, but on tracking, it is showing destination as vijayawada. I tried to call customer care numbers, but no body is taking calls. Please correct the destination and send it to correct address as soon as possible. Consignment number is h86929954

Booked v53462760 for one day delivery paying extra money yesterday. Status showing as not delivered - reciever not available (Cir). Fyi reciever was always available at home and the security never called about any package arriving. No delivery person called at the recipient's number to ask about availability. This is not justified given the 1040/- that i paid for timely delivery. Kindly resolve this at the earliest and deliver this item by 9 am tomorrow.

On 27th march 2019 i have couriered to dharwad-58005 from banglore, with courier no-b63030162, as dtdc office people said it should reach next day itself but because of some irresponsibility it could not and when i called they convinced me to deliver it to next day and gave delivery boy no in dharwd so next day when i called to delivery boy just to confirm of delivery he is talking so rude in such a way that why should i tell you that and all. Whats the hell??? First of all you are not at all delivering on told time on top of that you people speak in this way??? The worst experience i ever had should not refer this dtdc to people

My package was shipped from dtdc salt lake sector 5 branch for patna (Pincode - 800014). It has been 18 days and my package has not yet been received. For a week now both the branches assures the package will be delivered on that day but to no avail. We trusted dtdc but now m losing faith and in fact scared for my luggage. It is highly disappointin

I have sent around 40 gift boxes as fragile items from noida, sector 39 and more than 50% deliveries reached broken or not reached. I have incurred a heavy loss and complaints from my prospective clients and have had to send more replacements. This is shameful and i am going to spread the word about the unprofessional standard of your courier services.

I booked the parcel from selaqui dehradun on 26.03.19 around 5.30 for mumbai on dtdc plus even after continuous call still today that 28.03.19 the parcel was not delivered were as as per dtdc plus rule the parcel is suppose to be delivered with 12 hours after pickup from customer. Even there is no response over the call people are not at all co-operative specially mumbai staff is pathetic

I recently sended an parcel from kasaragod to ahmedabad by dtdc this parcel contain a mobile phone of redmi note 5pro, i recently purchased this product from amazon, and iam returning it to amazon for refund. Dtdc courier is not delivered the item and then i requested for return (Rto) then the return accepted and item has been returned from ahmedabad on 7th mar 2019 but the item is not received to me yet! It still in transit from 20days, amazon is notified me as they are going to close the return window.

My father sent a courier on 9th feb 2019, till date 27th mar it is not delivered. When contacted so many contact numbers and email ids were shared. I am following up with them for about a month now. I am not receiving any response from them. As suggest by their agency, i did send an email to cmd's pa. But didn't receive any response. My shipment number is p49509587. I am really frustrated with the follow-ups and non responsive dtdc team.

I booked a document on dt 21/03/2019 from gopalapatnam, visakhapatnam to laxmi narayan das, house no 148, gandhinagar, jatni, 752050, through dtdc, but till 27/03/2019 evening the consignment is not delivered and when inquired about non delivery, so many contact numbers of agents were given and non of them responded positively, one agent said that consignees phone was switched off for four days which is incorrect, i am totally disappointed with the service agents consignment no - h86314290

We had dispatched a parcel through dtdc on 25th march 2019 under dtdc plus, consignment no. V52691188 has not delivered on scheduled date 27th march 2019 and delivery boy said he will be delivering it 28th march also he was not responding to call. The sms received from dtdc says shipment could not be delivered reason could not attempt

I sent a laptop to pune for my sister using dtdc services. My sister received damaged product in package and she asked me it has written as books on the courier and in e tracking. As soon i came to know about thE DAMAGE of my laptop, I made a call to dtdc authorities to claim my damages and they asked for two days time. After waiting a week I again made a call to them, their answer was insane saying that they will sell my laptop and give money to me and they can't give any claim on damages. Is this how the dtdc authorities respond? They charged me with insurance while taking the payment and later on on after the damage happened they said i sent without insurance. They are customer by unfair service practices. I attached every photo of the package. I need my damages to be rectified.

Non delivery of courier but online it shows "successfully delivered" but till this moment not received by us. Now i called your distributor about this he said " your courier will be delivered at 4:00 pm.

We required this documents urgently and we are waiting for this document.

My question is why your system shows the courier is delivered

Hi dtdc,

I’m extremely disappointed in your courier services and you are losing trust. I have booked one consignment vide way bill no."b62582740", dated 16th march 2019 to “singrauli” district m. P. First of all they deliver my product too much delay after so much follow-up.

In the box, there are two items "ortho shoes for baby" and "thermometer" but my relative receives a package with courier tampered & an item was stolen. They saw one item was stolen after consulting with vindhyanagr (486886) branch they are saying that this package came with open from rewa branch. My stolen item was thermometer and value of thermometer was 350 rs.

This is a sheer act of irresponsibility. I demand an immediate recovery of the stolen items or the reimbursement of the value of the stolen goods.

My parcel with tracking id m73398538 and d50077718 were booked on 14th march and are yet not received. Fdm prepared status is from 22nd mar. Could not get the expected delivery date. They must say no if they cannot deliver. Should not fool people just to make money.
486890.. This pin code was verified before taking up the delivery and 5-7 days was the initial communication for completing this delivery.. Now it's been 2 weeks without any update on the parcel.

My certificate was sent through dtdc courier on my request with the institution.
As per the shipment tracking details i got to know that it has wrong update saying it was delivered the next day itself, whereas i never received it.
I have been complaining this with them several times, but nothing has come to me still... I am really worried as my institution has declined me giving me another copy of the certificate.

I have couriered car body covers to buvaneshwar and chennai. They have swapped the covers and sent. When questioned they were rude and misbehaved. They charged rs.500 for each shipment and this is the service they are providing to its consumers. Dtdc, krishnalanka branch, mr. Ramakrishna, vijayawada. I will go to any extent to sue this bugger. Please i need justice at a quick around time. He was threatening to beat me as well which i think is unacceptable. Dtdc is the worst ever postal service i have seen on the face of the earth. There is no customer service center, tracking doesn’t work properly and they charge heavily. I want this guy to apologise me and pay me my money back. I have all the evidences to support my complaint. Thank you!

My consignment i'd is v52349550 and i booked in dtdc kamagondanahalli, jalahalli (West) bangalore 560015 branch.
I booked one item to be send to lekawada, chiloda in gandhinagar gujarat with pin code 382042 on march 13th, 2019 and i was assured that it vl reached the destination by 14th... Bt even on 15th of march the delivery was no done by this agency.
When i asked them by visiting their office they started making excuses. They started saying that we dnt provide service in that area which was written on parcel which they should hv told me before accepting my parcel.
In the end they started blaming me only that i given wrong pin code eventhough everything in address was correct.
At last they said that we r cancelling ur parcel and u can collect ur parcel aftr few days bt again when i went to there office on 23th they said that it has not arrived and asked me to come again.
On 26th of march i went again they said that my parcel has been delivered bt i confirmed from my father for whom. That parcel was and he said that he hvnt received anything.
Now 1) if they dnt provide service in that area they should informed me before accepting my parcel.
2) why they said that address was wrong eventhough i showed them the address on internet also and previously many items have been delivered on that address only.
3) when they had cancelled my consignment on 15th than how it got delivered and to whom it delivered.
It is just pure cheating and fooling ppl by dtdc.
