I dispatched an item through dtdc blue service consign no. (V[protected] for urgent delivery. But still item didn’t delivered even after three working days. It’s showing very poor and irresponsible service o[censored]r establishment. Destination pin code is 581308, naval base karwar, uttar karnataka but the tracking system shows incorrect pin code. The item must be delivered by tomorrow itself otherwise i will proceed to consumer court

    My house is hardly one furlong distance from courier office. All couriers like bluedart, amazon, fedex deliver to home. But dtdc are not delivering. Having paid rs 60 towards shipping i am forced to gi to dtdc to collect. I am feeling sorry for having opted to dtdc when navodaya asked for courier.in future i opt for other couriers. Not satisfied with your service.

      Hello,
      I am filing a complaint against dtdc park street. They charged us rs. 330 in order to provide excellent customer service and gave us repeated assurances that the package won't be damaged at the least bit. However, on receiving the package, my client finds that it is damaged, it has holes due to the stapler pins, it was crushed at one side, and my client was very disappointed after receiving it. On questioning the employees of dtdc park street, they refused to take responsibility, and behaved really unprofessionally with us. They claim that the client shouldn't have received the package. However, isn't it obvious that a person won't make the delivery agent stand in front of them and open it to check if it's alright? The excuse is immature and unprofessional. They had also promised us to pack it with the exclusive premium package, but all i found was that the envelope was wrapped with sellotape. I did not expect the services to be like this. Attached along with this mail are the photos of the product that my client received. I am also providing the phone number of the branch i'm talking about. I will really be contented if this problem is looked into. I lost rs. 330 because of it.

        I have been waiting for my parcel now since 5 dans. On the first day he call me i have asked him to come at 12h30 so that i will be able to collect my parcel after that he never call i have tried calling him back but no replies. On tuesday a lady calles me and told me if i am not comming to dtdc office to take my parcel she will return it, si i have asked for the address that lady dis not gave me. On wednesday i went to bomasandra dtdc asking for my parcel they told me my parcel is no more with them but it is with another dtdc office and once they will get the parcel they will send someone for delivery. Since then no calls, no messages. And today saturday, the delivery guy said he is not finding my address once again, so i gave him the landmark he started shouting and talking to me anyhow and shut down the call after telling me if i want the parcel i should come to their office.

          I am extremely disappointed at the service of dtdc inflicting damage in transit to the consignment.
          I had booked 4 utensils on 09.03.19 (Consignment no d[protected] at dtdc, city centre, doctor's colony, durgapur. Wb. The amount paid was rs 2000 and was duly insured for rs 10000.
          Unfortunately, the consignment was received on 13.03.19 but on opening the package, it was discovered that 3 of the 4 utensils sent were damaged (Extreme bad handling had resulted in deep dents to the three containers).
          I have spent rs 993 in rectifying the same at the local utensil wala for which no receipt is available.
          Kindly arrange to remit the charges to me. It is unpardonable that a reputed courier firm handles consignments this way.

          I am raising complain for damaged delivery of laptop during the transit to janak puri, new delhi. Courrier booked from your dtdc outlet at khanda colony, new panvel, navi-mumbai. The outlet here is arguing and not accepting the mishandling during transit. I am hopeless now with the conversation at this dtdc outlet. My docket no is- v90199416, dated 10.09.2020 and received at new delhi on 12.09.2020 in damaged condition.
          Damages:- laptop (acer) screen display monitor got cracked during transit. Replaced the screen monitor, which cost us rs 4200 at new delhi today itself after delivery (12.09.2020).
          Very poor service by dtdc as item delivered in damaged condition. Which cost me rs 4200 for monitor display replacement and charge of courrier taken was rs 2100.
          We are very much upset by the service provided by dtdc and people are very irresponsible and even dtdc outlet herte not ready to listen my complain.
          So, i am submitting the complain here for your kind consideration and to do needful.
          This mail is to regiter a complain against dtdc india.
          I am lodgging this complain the same day today (12.09.2020) after damaged delivery at destination, janakpuri, new delhi.
          Now my experience is dtdc is extreamly poor and highly irresponsible service. I booked this laptop(acer) to bee delivered to my brother-in-law mr sunil dobriyal for janakpuri, new delhi, a well known landmark.
          Sir, please attend my complain and do needful at your end.

            I sent a photo frame from Bangalore to Cochin on 13th March 19. I had even mentioned it as a photo frame and handle with care sticker was attached to the box.

            But when the parcel was received, it was completely broken. Even though the parcel was packed property the item got broke.

            The parcel was received today 15 March 19 at Cochin.

              M[protected] the courier was stuck in mysore dtdc until 28th feb, when we tried calling and asking for status, the status on the ewebsite changed to delivered and no proof of delivery available. We haven't received the parcel. Where is my parcel?
              Where is the proof of delivery and the recipient name if the status shows delivered?
              How did the status automatically change to delivered without even the delivery happen?

                I have ordered a jewelry piece from one of the vendor on feb 3 rd 2019. And she asked me to wait for 7 to 10 days to get my parcel delivered. And after 10 days i have tried to track the order and it says its in dtdc gachibowli transit. I have given the proper address for them to deliver but they failed to so and to my surprise it neither delivered nor returned to the sender. I didn't even got a single call from any dtdc guy regarding the parcel.
                As i had a word with the vendor she simply says i don't have anything to do with this courier guys.
                I have tried to call all the dtdc guys who are located in gachibowli none of them responded above all they were very abusive. So it been more than a month since i have ordered and now i have lost my interest in getting that parcel. At the least i m expecting that package to be returned to the sender and i have been checking the status since 1 week and it still says its in transit gachibowli. If it simply says gachibowli dtdc where can i go and check its neither helpful nor useful.
                My tracking id h12444701. Attached screen shot below. Please help me in return this package to the sender.
                If you don't have caliber to do the business how it should be done please stay back dear dtdc _/\_.

                  My package with tracking no. D48936026 has been booked on 9th March from Gurgaon, Haryana to deliver it to Hyderabad with proper address and phone number. The packet has been there in Hyderabad from 12th March 2019 from that day to today (14th March 2019) and my shipment status is showing that "NOT DELIVERED (Receiver not available (CIR)". Earlier we were told that it will be delivered within 5 working days. Can you tell me what am i supposed to do right now?

                    I have sent a courier (H[protected] from dtdc booking office gachibowli to brand eyes customer care noida. Below are the content details 1) skullcandy ink'd wireless bluetooth earbuds (With box) (Worth rs 4000) 2) warranty document provided by brandeyes customer care 3) invoice of the earphones (Proof of purchase) the booking officer naveen asked me to pay for secure package delivery and insurance which is around 700 rs. I refused it and asked him to send a normal delivery (170 rs) and asked them to deliver the package safely. I have been tracking the shipment daily. One day i saw the status as receiver refused delivery. I have contacted brand eyes customer care and they told me that no once came to deliver the courier and the statement from dtdc office is false as their courier receiving office is open24x7. I have contacted dtdc noida regarding this issue. After couple of days they accepted that the product was lost and asked me to contact customer support so that they will initiate the refund. I have reached out to customer support regarding this and they told me to go to the booking officer. I visited the office and asked naveen about this. He replied me that since i have not opted for secure delivery and insurance the product was lost and he can't do anything about it and asked me to contact customer support again. After visiting him couple of days he called gachibowli manager venkat. Venkat told me that these kind of things are common in dtdc and since i have not opted for insurance they will not refund the amount. He also told me to file a complaint anywhere (Police station or court) i can because it is the company policy and they will not refund the amount. He also suggested me to stop wasting my time and forget about the product. On monday, my courier returned to gachibowli from noida and it contained only the documents inside it. The courier was not in the same condition at the time of booking. Please provide me a solution for this.

Yesterday delivery boy called and he told that he will deliver today but he didn't come.. How irresponsible is that.. I request you to take action.. The courier is urgent.. It's been 6 days not reached the address.. I called the customer care and they have given other number but they are not responding then what the use of customer care..                           Sir i have was send courier by dtdc mahua tiraha, gorakhpur, uttar pradesh consignment no. Z97026557 to derabassi, punjab, on 8th mar 2019.

                          When i sent courier from gorakhpur that time courier weight was 2 kg, but when it reached derabassi and recipient recieved the courier, that time it's weight was 1/2 kg and package was changed.

                          Please i am very sure that some materials has been stolen from my package while delivery.

                              I have sold my note 8 on[protected] and its been 24-hours past the pickup and i have not yet received the payment for the same. This is already 12-hours past the promised payment time limit.

                              I am trying to call customer care but few numbers are invalid, and few are not attended by anybody.
                              I posted a courier on[protected] from bapatla to Jalandhar but it is not delivered yet.. I want to know when would my courier delivered.. I'm upset that my surprise for my brother's bday is spoiled that it doesn't reached there...
                              One tee shirt from my cargo is missing. Total of 5 T-shirts was supposed to be delivered.I received only 4.                                 A courier was sent from chandigarh to sri ganganagar by my friend. This the the fifth time they have denied to deliver the package to muly home address. They rudely asked me to collect it from their office. They are arrogant and utterly unprofessional. Always the experience is horrible. I’m waiting to see how you gonna deal with it. Similar thing happened with my brother and father, the courier was received byva third person, it was sent by a bank. Imagine, they denied to deliver the courier at our home address. Some one else had to pick it from thier office. When we told them we’ll file complaint they said go ahead but we’ll not deliver it to your house.

                                  My courier was not delivered although it is 11th day. Customer service is also pathetic as no one is answering me correctly. Everyone just says that they will update u about status. Courier has medicines for my mother. Everymonth medicines will be sent in a week advance. This time its 11 days and continuing. Those medicines are hard to get in my town and surroundings.

                                    My mother couriered clothes, dry fruits and a pair of rayban shades to me worth over rs.5000. When i received the courier today, it weighed pretty light and on opening the courier i found the courier was missing my rayban shades. I am a law student studying in jindal global law school and wanted my shades from home. My mother sent it for this specificities purpose. It was very expensive and precious to me. The fact that dtdc could cheat em in this fashion and step the contents of my courier is behaviour deserving abhorrence. I need my sunglass back and need dtdc to relocate it at the earliest.

                                      I had sent a courier from marathahalli branch, bengaluru on 12th feb, 2019 to dimapur (Pin code - 797112).
                                      I kept record of the track regularly but i could see it wont go beyond guwahati and return back.
                                      After waiting for so long for the customer support, i would get someone online and they won't reply to any queries but just dictate the status (I too can see what has been written).
                                      They were unaware where my parcel is. Such a horrendous customer service. The customer support is very harsh and gets irked instantly if asked for any queries. I tried calling the origin branch too. Everytime they would reply that there's no internet service as of now (Suprisingly) and will call back but never reverted. Once the customer supoort replied, the courier has been sent to a non serviceable area so the delay in delivery.
                                      But isn't it your responsibility to check it before sending the courier. The origin branch member checked before sending and told me it would take a week to get the item delivered.
                                      Calling the customer support multiple times and mailing them twice, i was not getting trace of my parcel at all. I then had to tweet to get response from the dtdc support. Only then i came to know it has arrived back to the origin after 20 days.

                                      When i went to the origin, the guy in the dtdc store denied of any parcel that had returned back. He was opposing that my courier has been delivered and was least interested in my concerns. When i confronted vehemently, he then went to search for the parcel and got it.
                                      Such an irresponsible behaviour.

                                      And then the main part, when i asked for the refund. He refused to give me.
                                      I asked twice thrice for it but he refused adamantly.
                                      Well, please explain me the logic.
                                      Firstly, how comes you don't refund the customer's money if your service delivery was not successful.
                                      Secondly, it's your responsibility to check if an area is serviceable or not before sending the parcel. Oh just for your information there are 2 3 branches in dimapur (797112). How on earth does it become non serviceable albiet shaving 2 3 branches?

                                      How comes you don't refund the amount in these circumstances?
                                      Why charging the customer albeit not being successful in delivering the courier?
                                      Why charge customer for such a pathetic and horrendous service?

                                      Moreover the parcel was urgent. But thanks to your service!

                                      I will be glad enough if i receive my refund (₹ 450) along with the extra expenses incurred.
                                      Else i will have to take a stern action and complain in the consumer forum.

                                      DTDC Courier & Cargo customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                      I want to know why ur Churu Branch get 350 Rs for just DOX Consignment. it, s cheating ... Ur Branch cheat .
                                      I want Answer why churu branch get 350 Rs if other courier charge is 80 Rs. for same Consigment .
