Consignment number b61764054 dated 23/02/2019 was sent from bangalore to mumbai. The consignment was nicely packed and handed over in dtdc booking counter situated in 27th main road hsr. However while upon receiving the content of the package was found missing and the package was damaged and the damaged part was found sealed with cellophene tape by the transporter. I request to refund me the total worth ₹250 to me. Please suggest me the mode and method of the refund.

Hi, i have selected dtdc to courier my old clothes, kitchen utensils, toys from australia to india. Total weight is 80kg and cost i paid aud 684 for door to door delivery. Shipment has been reached to igi airport at delhi and dtdc india is asking me 8000 inr + gst + any other charges for custom clearance over the phone call. And the person called me is not ready to give the split how this 8k charges comes.

I am not sure for the used clothes and utensils this much of custom i should pay. Also dtdc is asking me to come to airport for this process.

I have sent a courier from bhubaneswar to bangalore with awb k17893186. The item when given was weighing 2kg. Which was containing 1 saree, 1tshirt and 1 shirt. When the item received the weight mentioned was 1.49 kg. Only saree was there. Remaining items are missing. Also there was a gray tape pasted on the parcel, which might have done by the thief. Please look into this matter considering this complaint.

Courier from indore with awb - d49065165 dated 25/02/19 with handle with care / fragile tag received today with lot of glass shattering noise coming from the parcel. The gift was not opened and when the manger mr radhey was confronted on phone gave lame and nonsense excuses for breakage and even blamed company for booking such items. He even tried to misled us for taking the delivery and raising complaint after but we simply refused to take. Mob:[protected]. Related pictures have also been taken by us.

Booked vide receipt no K17427902 ON 02.02.2019 FOR KOLKATA LOCAL DELIVERY.

Courier not accepted by recipient and the same is still not delivered back to me despite of continuous follow up from last one month.

I tried with contacting booking branch and called so many times, now they are not responding as packet is not traceable.
We need to get it back or claim of rs 10000/- to be made.

It is all about docket no k16180827 booked dated 26.02.2019. On 27 feb it has been reached at destination hub at patna. Today is 28. Feb i have called to your didargunj hub representative mr kundan to deliver it. He told me that he has no time deliver the same on time. When i request him that it is an urgent parcel he replied that i will not deliver it and will return back,, meri marzi jhadav boliyega to vapas kar dense humko job man hoga time hoga hum deliver kar denge. His mobile no is [protected]. Is this a professional behaviour. Should i except that my consignment is not in safe hand. This is unbearable behaviour.. I need immediate solution.

On 25 feb 2019 i received a message from dtdc that tracking no x30531199 this consignment is delivered to you but i didn't received any consignment, so i called that delivery agent of yours but he said that your consignment is delivered to a third person he will give it to you, how without my concern they can give my consignment to third person and now am unable to get that product.
Please look into this issue and reply.

Goalpara new market which is very far from my destination. They contacted by phone and i requested to send rto with connect dhupdhara dtdc but unfortunately the consignment is showing already been delivered on 5 feb, 2019, but i have not received the same one. I already so many times contacted with goalpara dtdc but they are not giving me proper reply.

K30793960 has not been delivered in the desired address, but it is showing delivered to the neighbour. I have not received any call from the courier fellow. And now it is more than 5 days. Kindly check and revert me back.

Haven’t received my consignment which was booked from Bylakupee, Mysore on 20.02.2019. When I track the consignment using consignment number it shows the item is already delivered but despite of showing such status I haven’t received my courier even after 3 days. When I visited the office of DTDC at MG, Marg, Gangtok, Sikkim to enquire, the office was closed. There was a no. displayed on the door. Since yesterday I have been continuously trying to make a call but all in vain. The no. is coming out of reach. I am very dissatisfied with the service of DTDC, Gangtok, Sikkim 👎

Courier didn't deliver it's been one month and many time gave complaint through DTDC site and called to the DTDC support they said we will contact respective area person and he will contact but up to now no response.

Courier is booked in Chennai to Deliver to Pamidi Anantapur dist but the courier guy saying that it is no service area then why they have taken the courier. If it is no service area and I got tracking message like it was delivered to Some name called S. Gowthami. If it is no service area how it is delivered to an unknown person. My friend and father both went to courier office in Anantapur they saying we will call you once the parcel is found. Very worst service and if it is no service area they have to call your courier is available in respective branch please come and pick up but unfortunately, I didn't received any call from the courier office.

Hi my self is sai nagendra we have used dtdc for shipment of 1 t-shirt, 2 samsung chargers, 1 apple airpods. On dated 08-dec-2018. After 10 days shipment was returned to the origin. From the day onwards contacting to the shipper till today but there is no response from their end. Contacted directly via dtdc enquiry form but no response there also. Consignment number h85241350. Attached the screenshot of the conversation happened with courier team. It has been nearly 3 months but no one responding properly.

Updated by msnsai It has been nearly 4 months for my shipment but still no reply contacting them from Jan 17th below I received the response from them but no resolution yet. Worst people I think it is better proceed with legal we are already have the all the details from the date of commencing so we can take a print and we can proceed for further.

She don't know anything about her profession, i am not understanding why she is working there and what she is doing there. She has asked several times about the package details each time I replied to her. But problem is not at all getting solved. Waste People. Due to some Privary Issues Screenshot has not captured properly kindly find the Conversation start date with her 1st.

This is to draw your attention to the unsatisfactory courier service by your company. I handed over the box with reference number z79625245 on 4/february/2019 at your dtdc branch greater noida. And your staff member assured to deliver the packet within 4 days, but failed to fulfill his promise. I have still not received the parcel. Not only has the parcel not been delivered till date, but there has been no satisfactory measurement taken on the part of your company to give details of the delay. I regret to say that i am literally disenchanted by the service provided by your company this time. Your staff behaviour is too much poor and really i am totally fedup with your service, i an very disappoint to dtdc courier service 23 days has been passed away but there is no any response till now and you force me to take action against your company.

I complained about this previously also (photo attached).
i booked a package on 30th jan 2019. first of all the package got RTUed after 10 days. and after that its whereabouts were not known for a week further.
i finally got back my undelivered package on 19th aug, 20 DAYS AFTER BOOKING IT. and DTDC is a fast courier service?????
and THE ITEMS RECEIVED WERE LESS by 1KG. somebody stole the dry fruits. think if someone has sent some important stuff. is this the service you give to your customers?
YOU GUYS ARE A FRAUD SERVICE PROVIDER. this was the first and last time i tried DTDC. and i am going to recommend my known ones not to use your fradulent pathetic services.

Ps-never have i received such poor service from dtdc.
