I booked one consignment vide awn no z82841196 dtd 18/2/19 from kishangarh ajmer to kolkata laketown pincode 700048. Till date it has not been delivered. I had tried your several delivery stations but no body gave me satisfactory reason for the delay.
I regret to inform you that your esteemed company didnt. Convey the actual report of my consignment as mentioned above. Please do the needful as early as possible.

I have never seen such kind of people. None of them called me regarding delivery but they have mentioned status as receiver asked to deliver other day. Checked the number in google and called them and they cut the call saying this is not bommasandra. And when i asked number they were rude and were like we don’t have. Go and check yourself. Called to bommasandra office and they talked to me and then promised to deliver this day. I haven’t received and when i called again i was connected to other agent who provided delivery boy ph no. That delivery boy is so reckless and was like who told you to call me, go and talk to the phone who gave my number. And when i tried to contact office they picked the call and disconnected after listening the voice and when i tried to call again and again they rejected the call. Attached the screenshot of number of times i called and being rejected. This is now we expect from you guys. Worst service and worst couriers i’ve come across till date. Train your agents to be polite and train them how to speak with customers.

It is very sad to inform u that i hv been following dtdc staffs for the last one week to get my above consignment item. I have all the proof with me. I hv sent mails to cochin dtdc customer care with all the evidences which i hv. But still no solution for my issues. Mumbai dtdc branch already registerd a complaint case no. Is 13950359 for dtdc c/n no. M72641293 please do needful actions

My item with the above consignment is still not received. Online status shows dat its delivered successfully. I have complainted at cochin branch office many times but still no solution. Dtdc mumbai complainted against this incident. Case no. Is 13950359 for dtdc c/n no. M72641293, wl attatch necessary documents below which includes my consignment recipt from mumbai dtdc. The subject courier sent by me on 13th feb from indirapuram ghaziabad to jaipur, this courier was finally delivered at destination on 20th feb in 8 days.

Ridiculously delivery date on web site is wrongly shown as 19th feb.
The courier agency promised me a delivery in two days by 15th feb as it was to reach jaipur from where it was to join my relative traveling to uk on 16th feb. The purpose of sending this courier has been defeated as this did not reach destination within assured time.

Let me see if renowned company dtdc is taking any action or not??

I have a very sensitive document pending with delivary from a long time. I am paying interest amount without those document.

Kindly help me getting it. Neither calls are being answered nor the support case is being monitored by dtdc.

I have even raised a customer support case with dtdc #13925211... But neither it is trackable nor ther are responding to the emails.

My consignment number is h85537243 booked from vijayawada to lucknow on dt. 12.02.2019. Since the box comprises few perishable sweets (Sri tirumala srivari prasadam of 10 laddus, which i assured to send to my senior official), i asked the staff about its exact delivery. They said through ordinary booking, it will be delivered by 16.02.2019 or latest by the next day. But it is regret that the consignment was not delivered till date (7.40 pm 20.02.2019). It is irony that even the consignment could not be tracked in the tracking system. I also complained to the local dtdc office, where the consignment booked. But could not elicit any reply. Today, in tracking it is showing that still it is under transit (Delhi hub). Even if the consignment is delivered within next 2-3 days.. What is the use? The items can not be used. Who is responsible for this delay? Who will compensate the cost of the items and the shipment charges? I could not keep up my promise and i felt ashamed of this act. I need solve the issue... Request for refund.

We booked a parcel on 21 january.its consignment number is H12449535.
From 22 it's not showing any update on status of my parcel. And more over it's showing as wrong address.But before many parcels came to same address on dtdc . Don't know why this happened this time . If address is wrong they have to call to mobile number on parcels. They didn't even call us . We have enquired at Vijayawada apex . They are saying it's in Ibrahimpatnam dtdc office. We went there and asked for my parcel they are saying they didn't got any parcel with that consignment number. We have no idea of what to do now. Please make it to deliver as early as possible. If they didn't understand address please contact [protected]. Waiting for this from 22nd Jan till now no update . Courier people at our place are very irresponsible and talking carelessly. Please try to resolve this as early as possible . Hope ur team will resolve.

This is to be informed you that, we are facing problem in courier delivery from last two service, every time our courier deliver after 4 to 5 days in local areas.

Consignment no. Z95060066 is couriered on 18-Feb-19 but still not delivered.
Consignment no. Z83528149 is couriered on 01-Feb-19 and delivered on 05-Feb-19.

C93377906 this is our courier consignment number. Last status was on 14th feb. It's showing as wrong address. But we have booked so many parcels on the same address on dtdc. This time don't know why it's not delivered. Now, i want to know current status of my parcel. Whether it's returned or at any courier office. Please, inform me where it is. Hope your team will resolve this as early as possible.

This is to bring to your notice that i have sent a courier from mumbai to delhi on 15th feb and paid inr 150.
Till today 20th feb its not delivered and now its getting returned.
Firstly mr. Sanjay ghosh in your mumbai office is very rude and doesn't listen to customer concern and top of that threatens to take whatever actions as he doesn't care.
Secondly i had clearly mentioned the recipients mobile number which no one in your vikas marg laxmi nagar delhi branch bothered to call. Neither anyone called the sender to followup if the courier isn't getting delivered.

Records shows that my package is delivered to chennai dtdc office. But they are not delivering the package. Saying package is missed.

I tried raising a complaint in dtdc website which is not working.

Daily i use to call customer care, the same answer i heared is we will update by today eod. But no update from their side.

Please let me know whether you can help.

If not let me know the procedure to proceed further.

I have booked an important document from dtdc, khetri, to sorbhog, assam on 14th feb 2019 with no k15112092. While tracking the consignment, it is showing out of delivery from 17th february to 19th february. They even didn't tried to deliver to sorbhog from simlaguri.

As early, i said that the consignment contains important documents, it is very urgent for me. Do needful as early as possible...

Our customer m/s. Amco batteries ltd., chennai booked one consignment through dtdc express ltd. On 31.01.2019 to their branch office at amco batteries ltd., g/16/49, transport nagar, near rto testing ground, lucknow-226012 (Mob : [protected] or [protected]). Our customer says the consignment not delivered to their branch at lucknow as of today, whereas tracking shows consignment delivered on 04.02.2019. There is no signature on the daily run sheet or seal of their office. Then where dtdc person delivered this consignment? Not receiving any correct reply from dtdc.

I highly recommend my friends not to use dtdc service, especially in bangalore. One of my packet was out for delivery on 12th feb, 19. I have requested the delivery boy to give delivery at my office address because nobody is at home in the day time. I gave him my office address and its very near. The next day (13/02/2019) they have returned it without contact me.

I have tried to contact them but nobody was attending the phone and in the evening i got connected and there response "we are helpless sir, you ask your sender to send it again".

Please use bluedart if you need premium service otherwise you may use proffessional courier. These people are providing good service

My Name is Sucheta Debnath. Again & again they are not going to deliver at my home address though the service is available at my location but they are telling that I have receive the package from their Ongc office or Cornel chow office. Why this is so? All the time it is really not possible to take the package from the office. & I have the money for shipping.

Booked courier @vijaywada docket no v[protected]Dtdc) in plus service on 7 feb but not delivered in time as reached @11 feb due to this we had loss of rs.10000, could the company tell us that who will bear the loss??
This happened every time we booked under plus service & that is very much disappointing.
You are requested to look into the matter and do appropriate action in this regard against company services.

I have booked an important document from dtdc, tagarapuvalasa to dum dum, kolkata on 09 feb 2019 with no h85542107. While tracking the consignment, it is showing at rto visakhapatnam. They even didnt tried to deliver at kolkata. But with their own decision, they returned t visakapatnam. How come this is?

As early, i said that the consignment contains my bike rc which is very important for me. Do needful as early as possible.

The person working at the dtdc courier are such a fool that they even don"t know to which person they have to hand over the courier as they first called me that where to deliever the courier i confirmed the address but waited about half an hour outside my house and than also the dtdc gwalior branch called me and told that the person have already delievered the courier i asked them about to whom it has been delievered they replied to some person standing there they also dont know and asked me to enquire to whom the courier boy has given i enquired about this so the person standing there by replied yes the courier was here but i refused to take as i dont know it was yours as a matter of fact that we both dont know each other and than i called back to dtdc gwalior branch about the courier they replied that wee dont know any thing it was delievered at the address you have given he just misplaced the fact that the address given by me was bit ahead of where i was standing and have not seen the courier boy than he replied that now the courier will be delievered to you by tommorow morning as you are responsible for stating us the wrong contact address as the another mistake of them was to deliever the courier at right time they called me at 8 : 14 and told me to that it will be delievered by half an hour but till 9:22 it was not delievered and was taken back by the delievery boy to the courier office i asked him to provide the phone number of the courier boy so he refused that no i cannot be able to send you the number kindly wait till the courier get delievered to you. I mean seriously this is the services the dtdc is providing to their customers

My consignment no - v51360685, kasimpur - aligarh,

I have send a consignment to aligarh, the agent promise that he will deliver it at home, but it is not deliver at home, the consignment was delivered at dtdc service center.

& today is the marriage ceremony at customer's home. But

Then the agent called the customer to pickup their consignment from the service center otherwise consignment will return to the origin..

How cheap & bad services are provided by dtdc, dtdc promises something else & doing something else.

The consignment is still not delivered at customer's home.

I request you to either return my money or delivered at home.
