My courier having tracking no of dtdc courier and cargo is:- z82796685 and this shipment is pending hold or undelivered at jaipur hub for last 9th of feb. I booked courier on 4th feb 2019 from tapukara bhiwadi industrial area 301707

And its not delivered at the specified address till time. I wants to contact at the customer care for complaints but the contact numbers provided at internet and somewhere else are all not working.

Its very urgent for me, and pls look into the matter, if the specified address is not found or you cannot wants to go that address i will provide the new address to you kindly send the courier at below address:-

Hi. I booked a parcel for mumbai from gwalior on 28th jan, 2019. I wanted to get it delivered asap, thats why i booked it from dtdc.
But dtdc provides pathetic services.

I was first told that the parcel will be delivered by 1st feb, 2019. Then on 6th feb, their dealers said that the delivery could not be made and the parcel is returned back because of the incorrect address. He said it will be delivered and charged money for it. On 6th he said the parcel will come back to gwalior by 11th feb. Today he told the parcel is still in delhi and has not even reached delhi. The parcel contained gift which i wanted to get delivered urgently.
But its been 16 days.. The parcel has not came back yet. And their representatives are clueless about the where abouts of the parcel. I am nowhere at fault on this. Still i am suffering for it.

I booked it first time from dtdc thinking it will reach faster than the normal post. But dtdc provides pathetic services. At least i should have got my parcel back within 2 3 days. But its still hanging somewhere. This is consumer harassment.
So... Return my parcel asap. I am extremely disappointed by your services.

This is to intimate you that i navneet arpan has booked one parcel to be deliver to the sbi sapru branch, lucknow (Destination) from eluru (Rr peta, source, andhra pradesh) vide consignment no: h85731055 dated feb 12, 2019. However, the day later i came to know that the courier has been routed to delhi, on being enquired, the dealer admit its fault of entering wrong pin code. Sir, the courier contains important documents which has to be urgently sent to the branch, but due to carelessness attitude of the dealer and irresponsive to correct his mistake, the courier will not be delivered on time.

Citing the above reason, i want full refund and compensation for delay in courier

Hey buddy!i am very sad for complaining you about your courier company. actually what i want to say is that i got a parcel from paytm payments bank. and i got a text message from dtdc that i had recieved the parcel and the courier boy had successfully delievered the parcel.but actually i didnt got any parcel.and when i complain to the owner he said that do whatever you want i will not do anything for you. and i said him that u are wrong but then he started blackmailing me that he will file a suite against me for creating nuisance at my office which i think very bad for you all. he said me to keep my mouth shut and go outside from my office. which is very disgusting. i think you have to took some major steps against him . his phone no. is [protected] and my tracking no. is V35468540.

Hi, my tracking no is d46386354. The shipment is undelivered i don't know why is it delaying so much. Even i'm not getting the appropriate information regarding my tracking no. Could you help it out? It has been more than 4 days that they the consignee has not received the parcel yet! The shipment is only stopped at transit. Plz send relevant information regarding this.

We have sent a consignment on 28th december 2018 to paris having tracking number n20547921. But the shipment is not delivered yet. Whenever we asked them for the status they keep on saying that it will take some time. While tracking online he shipment shows the message of "out for delivery" since 10th january 2019. But our client did not received the parcel yet. The parcel contains extremely important documents and it has to be reached in time. But 3-4 days ago, a person from dtdc called us that the shipment has been destroyed due to incorrect address. How can they destroy the parcel?
Even in worse case scenario, they can charge us and send the goods back to us if those were not delivered. But they cannot destroy our parcel. This is the last time that we are submitting this complaint.in case, we still do not get any response from dtdc, we will be forced to take legal action them.

I booked a consignment (Consignment no v[protected] on 6/02/2019 and i was charged extraorbitant price of 500 rupees for delivering consignment within 72 hours but i did not recieved my product within the promised time so i called customer care 10 12 times then they again promised to deliver product on priority basis till 12 feb but were not able to deliver on 12 feb i am contacting them for refund as they were not able to deliver my product within 72 hours and the next commitment date even after paying extraorbitant price now they are telling me to contact franchise from where i booked the product and franchise is telling me to contact customer care i have been calling both the franchise and customer care both are blame shifting each other no one is ready to provide me my refund

I have worked with most of the courier services a lot for a online shop that i have started. Dtdc delivery people are the worst when it comes to customer interaction.
In case i am not at home, they get irritated, and start being rude to me and say that they cannot leave the parcel in any other house or come to a nearby alternate. Am i supposed to be on leave and stay home waiting for the courier without going to office?
Delivery guy did not call me to give me a heads up as to when he will reach or the day he will reach and was extremely rude to me when i said i am not home for the taking the parcel.

I called the delivery boy salim of shyam vihar courier franchisee, he said that today i was given a lot of consignment, how can possible delivered so many consignment one day but in the status your franchise update, wrong by updating it has shown that the receiver not available. And along with your delivery boy said that you have to do the complaint then do the complaint no problem.

My courier supposed to be delivered to kanchipuram. But it has been in katpadi for almost 10 days. I tried to contact the katpadi brach to send the courier to kanchipuram. But they are not responsive. Very much disappointed. I will not use dtdc service again. Very very bad experience in dtdc.

Also i tried with kanchipuram branch to contact the katpadi branch. But here also i faced the same issue. They are not ready to take a initiative on this. I'm completely disappointed with dtdc courier service.

The parcel contained food items which i wanted to get delivered urgently.

The dtdc consignment number is h85509699. An important original form of the document was sent through dtdc courier. They did not even inform the receiver about the courier even after mentioning the correct address and phone number.in the details of courier tracking, they mentioned that the area is non serviceable. The pincode of the courier is traceable to the vendor. They should have mentioned that the area is non serviceable and they should have rejected to take up the delivery of this courier. They wasted my money and also time. I request you to take an action on this type of cheap practices followed by the courier partners in order to mint the money without equality service to the customers.

Courier shipped from shimla on 5th feb and on 9th of feb tacking number showing for out of delivery. But now it showing "door closed" status but courier guy not visited to my home. I contacted customer care not help from there.

Courier contains electronic item and i am getting worst experience.

My package is in mumbai ghatkopar courier office since 9th feb, Courier tracking number is 'D48872270'. Its showing status as "Not Delivered(RECEIVER NOT AVAILABLE-(CIR))", but they didn't call me before any attempt. And even after 9th feb, no status updated not even for today. And there is no working contact number is updated online for dtdc courier service. Could you please ask courier boy to call receiver before making an attempt.
Since last 3 months i am facing 4th time this problem with DTDc courier service.

Tracking information for my parcel shows delivered. I have not received it. I haven't received any phone calls from delivery agents as well. I see lot of these complaints and DTDC customer satisfaction is mere 2%. Is it possible that DTDC is running a parcel theft scam?

This is pathetic as none of the phone numbers listed are valid numbers.

Upto today, i have not received my consignment number z83977818 booked from jaipur on 05.02.2019.

On making query it was informed that it has been delivered on some unknown address to some unknown person.

Pl arrange my article and take the strict action against the culprit delivery boy.

Pl inform me suitably otherwise i will be bound to initiate legal action in the matter.

In shivpuri, I ordered my things from Maharashtra on 4th Feb but still not getting. I called number of times but he is saying the No service area. But my place is just 6 km from DTDC office.
He is saying I have to pay delivery charges or wait for other product come to my area then only I will come.
Else you come and collect it.
What type of service it is & what is extra delivery charges.
Already 5 days over the product came on 5th feb but the guy not interested.
He is demeaned ur service.
You should take action as early as possible.
Yesterday I told him today you send my parcel else I will complain but still his response is negative.

This is for the consignment no M70429424 that i booked this on 17th of September but i haven’t received it yet and whenever i try to contact the customer services they don’t respond properly the put the call on hold or do not talk at all, i have emailed also but haven’t got any response yet please see to my case and please make it deliver to me as soon as possible this is not the service that I expect from dtdc!

My docket no is - z83743686, when i track my package in dtdc site it showing successfully delivered, but still i am not received my package,, please do need full action, this package is very important for me, below i mention my delivery address.

I have booked it from katpadi to wanaparthy but it still not reached if i am trying to contact the the office from where i sent the courier they are saying that it will deliver today from so many days and the person who needs to receive have asked about the status in his area office of dtdc then he said it was returned to the same person back
What is this hell??
And saying this a trusty courier company is this what you mean??
