While in principle i have no reason to complaint here, i think the courier company can go that extra mile to meet customer expectations.

Always misplacing our courier to competive field concern.
This is not the first time for them to be misplaced, they repeat this often.
Last month also the same incident happens but we ignored. But if it happens always we should take some action regarding this. So take some necessary action against this. This should never repeat in future....

I had booked a courier with dtdc in dtdc plus form market road office cochin. The document needed urgent delivery, so i had opted dtdc plus with inr 240.
