I didn't received my dtdc shipment number m70724806. They are saying that it has been delivered to me on 14th dec but i never received it. Nor any of my colleague as mentined in there received list. I tried calling them and emailed them multiple times even followed on social media but they didn't adressed my query and asking me details only which i already gave them 100 times. My cell phone number is [protected].

    I have ordered items from craft gully. They used dtdc to courier my order. Delivery person updated they system as delivered without delivering the item to me. When i see the status through my tracking number i see the status as delivered but the delivery name is not mentioned. Please deliver my order as soon as possible. My tracking number is b58806004.

      Tracking details z83854640. I've booked the parcel on 23.01.19 from delhi to visakhapatnam and was a book of less than 1kg weight. It was told to me that they will deliver in 2 days and today is 26.01.19 and still it didn't even reach the destination. A huge amount of rs 270 was taken as i told them that it was very urgent and no one is responding if asked. At the nearest dtdc service centre the person told me that it has reached the destination while the tracking details still show that it is in transit. Please deliver it asap.

        Couriered items damaged during shipment. The items are bitten by mouse and on top of it dtdc has tried to hide that hole by covering with dtdc sticker. Items were of rs. 5000. One frock and chocolates are damaged. Want some action to be taken. We send our valued items with all faith on you. Hiding the mistake is not at all appreciable

          It is very sad to say that i have lost the items from the shipped courier from delhi to kerala. The parcel cover is badly handled and took out the items from it. From kerala they also forced to sign on their receipt. On enquiring both the sender branch and received branch is unable to provide a satisfactory answer. Anyway i do need to take action against it. The items tracking id is z47139943. Thanks.

            Dear sir,

            I am very sad to the DTDC courier service. It is very poor performance. I have booked my courier for fast delivery service but till time not received.two days hold in Delhi & now hold in Bhopal while it's reached in Bhopal at 11:37 am. God knows how many days will take more for delivery.

              I sent a parcel on 15/03/18 with consignment no. A40316495, still today it isn't dilivered and not showing any status in online tracking system.

              from branch also not getting any proper answer regarding this.

              tracking system shows invalid consignment number and parcel cost is 20, 000=00 rupees

              they sent me mail that my consignment number is invalid but as the receipt which is given me from your franchise i sent correct number and i sent a copy also as a proof that i am right.

              if with the receipt given by you, you the masters can't find my parcel then your franchise given me fake receipt or you are cheating with customers when parcel is costly.

                My parcel booking no-k30587367, i booked parcel from kolkata to bhuj 03 jan 19. My parcel was nicely packed by me before booking, amount of 290 charge by shop. Recived parcel in bhuj was damage or some item was missing from parcel... After that i cnct to shop he deny and not solve the problem... His behaviour was very rude..                   Hello,

                  I have couriered a document with Consignment no. A42808998 on dated 21.01.2019 from Mehsana (Gujarat) to Noida (sector-62) as per attached slip, while tracking the document attached mentioned status is coming which shows the document is already delivered at noida phase 3 (wrong address), where as I have not received any documents.

                  Also the destination address is coming as Gurgaon while document never reached Gurgaon as per summary below.

                  Kindly let me know what is the status of my document and when it will be delivered to me as it is very important.

                      Hi team,

                      Delivery team of your trichy branch has been made a false update as 'receiver not available'. I was calling your team from morning when i received a message stating that "shipment is out for delivery" but got an reply as "we won't deliver you today because we cant come that much distance and we can deliver only by tomorrow".
                      But at the evening time i got an message stating that "could not deliver your shipment and the reason is receiver not available".

                      If they are not able to deliver today why they are cheating like this.

                        The dimapur dtdc is incompetent and irresponsible. I had send a package on the 24th of december 2018 via mukherjee nagar dtdc, new delhi. And the employees at dimapur, without even giving me a call and without my consent has returned the package. It is highly unprofessional and if they cannot maintain basic customer decorum they might as well shut it down forever or improve their service.

                          I sent a book to my friend in bangalore through dtdc services and i paid 100 rupee for this service, after some days the product was returned to me and they give the reason that address was not found.
                          But i sent the same book with same package to the same address it was delivered through indian post
                          Then how is it possible for indian post to deliver the product to not found address (For dtdc people)

                          I don't received my courier after 1 week. When I called them, they give your another branch no..they said it is in pimpri.when I called at pimpri, they said it is in chakan. I get frustrated by calling them. All of them speaking rude. I want my parcel.

                            As assured by company in writing that consignment no. V51729698 will deliver on 21.01.2019, as important court papers which was to be filed before the hon'ble supreme court of india on 22.01.2019, but delivered on 23.01.2019 and hence dtdc company has completely failed to provide proper service despite taken huge amount of rs. 330/- in the name of dtdc green service. Hence company is guilty of not only deficiency in services but also is indulging in unfair trade practices.

                              My tracking details z83061053 and it is still not delivered, please take action asap,
                              Pathetic service as the delivery boy has not made any attempt to deliver and when i went to collect then also they didn't give my parcel to me as they made the excuse delivery boy will deliver to your address

                              Even though their is full address the delivery boy is not delivering the parcel and is stuck in anandpura office bangalore

                              Maybe they are trying to return the parcel back so that they don't have to deliver the parcel

                                I couriered 4 parcels from dtdc
                                Tracking no. M72743841 and z83418574 shows successfully delivered but receiver didn't get both parcels. She is saying in that location dtdc worker made self signatures and not deliver parcels properly.
                                And two more parcels i sent tracking no. Z83965176 shows.. On transit and tracking no.

                                  I haven't received my courier which has to be delivered on 23rd Jan'19 and has been couriered by DTDC Plus. Dtdc tracking is showing the item is out for delivery but the item has not been delivered yet (7:49 pm). I'm staying in Rohini sector- 19 which comes under Dtdc office situated in sec18. Center concerned person isn't taking any responsibility

                                      I booked two envelopes having documents to be shipped to edmonton, alberta, canada. One was booked on 14-jan-2019. It's booking number is n20573924. The tracker shows that it has not reached to destination till date.

                                      It also not reached to destination. I have paid heavy amount for these two shipments. Please do the needful on urgent basis.
