Consignment no d47465602 was supposed to be delivered by 15th jan 2019 as said by dtdc person in aundh, pune but has not delivered yet. This is gross behaviour from dtdc team. I have been calling since last 2 days but no results. It has reach rewa mp on 17th jan but still not delivered. Can you please help and get it delivered asap. Its an urgent package.

My father sent a courier from kakinada on 9th jan to hyderabad. We have not received it yet even by 18th jan.in tracker i can see that courier received at facility in hyderabad. It is rotating within hyderabad between different facilities back and forth. I went to facility at gachibowli (Raidurgam, prasanthi hills) to collect it, but the persion over there is highly unresponsive and rude. Did not even check the shipment status and asked me to wait for 2 hours so that he can check the courier.

Always misplacing our courier to competive field concern.
This is not the first time for them to be misplaced, they repeat this often.
Last month also the same incident happens but we ignored. But if it happens always we should take some action regarding this. So take some necessary action against this. This should never repeat in future.

If you were able to check the shipping status of this consignment no. B59012737, you will come to know how bad your service is as the courier has been booked for delivery on 24th octooct 2018 from bangalore to up and it was not delivered to the consignee or it hasn't been returned to me still. Even after contacting the local courier office several times and sending mail to dtdc official email id, still i haven't got any response. Forgive my language as i am very much frustrated with the service you are providing.

No one in the dtdc team knows where is my document? Some says its in frazer town, some say its in kothanur.

We have called most centers of dtdc and received a different revert. This is a very urgent document and i lost a whole day cause of inefficiency of dtdc team.

This is the first and last time i will use dtdc couriers. Everyone is running like headless chicken, no clue whats going on.

This is the second experience with dtdc nashik indira nagar branch and it's getting worse day by day. I got a call from dtdc person in morning that there is a parcel to be delivered at my home which is in indiranagar and the person was asking me to come and collect the parcel from their office. Is this why anybody books anything through courier. Dtdc just has the name of door to door courier they never serve as per their name. Plus the person named satish from dtdc indira nagar branch is the most irresponsible person on earth.. Thanks for letting me be sure never to book anything from dtdc..

Still my courier didn't reach.. And also it is not showing online update. Calling to dtdc office giving reckless answers. How many days you will take it. My consignment no. Is d47639142. Sent on 12 from ongole to delhi it iss showing online tracking up to 14-1-19 only in vizag after that it is not showing. Today date 18 how many days it will take. They said it will take only 4 days to reach from ongole to delhi. Now i want to know the correct and current status of my courier.

My consignment was booked on 15th September 2020. Consignment number is D92465061. On 18th September 2020, delivery boy called for delivery but he went to wrong address. When I told him where the correct address is located, he told that he will deliver it to me next day i.e 19 th September 2020. When next day I called him, he told that he returned it to the DTDC office and some other delivery boy will come for delivery but there was no response thereafter. On tracking online it says no data provided and invalid consignment number.

My consignment was registered on 9th September from Bangalore to thodupuzha, kerala. Consignment number is B71655874. Still showing softdata upload status. I checked with the thodupuzha branch but they have not received yet. I tried to contact bangalore branch no one us picking up my call. Please help as it is very urgent

My shipment with tracking z83371105 is not delivered. Inspite of raising several email queries, i did not get any response from dtdc. They don't even have any phone numbers stated to contact. This is pathetic service from dtdc.

Please resolve and provide me the package as soon as possible. The status says wrong address, even though i've given the right address.

It's been four days already since i sent my item from shillong and it is still stuck in guwahati. And i wanted it to be delivered to delhi by friday. But how is that even possible now? Can anything be done asap?? If this was the case i would have sent through other courier services that take lesser time to deliver products. I had booked a courier with dtdc in dtdc plus form market road office cochin. The document needed urgent delivery, so i had opted dtdc plus with inr 240.
In the portal it is shown that the delivery is failed due to non availability of customer. While checking t-with the customer, it is confirmed that no one is attended his office for delivery and his office was open through out the day.
While detailed inquiry it is noted that no one tried for the delivery since because of the holiday.

I had paid almost 5 times extra amount for assured next day delivery and due to the responsible action of the concerned staff the delivery is not happened and i loose the amount extra paid.

And today till now 14:50 hrs no news. None of your staff at hq ghy pick up calls.. First call go unanswered and on repeat call it says switched off or busy..

The purpose of fast courier is defeated.

The materials perhaps was air lifted for speedy delivery: but now it will be delivered at per road transport.

As a gesture of good will you should refund the premium charges and instead levy only regular charges for unnessary delay in despatch.

Please look into the matter. And deliver immediately.

B61299782 I Posted the courier. In DTDC courier office informed me to within 2days our service provider will hand over to address. But I speak with the delivery person, he informed we will not give to that address you come and collect in our office. And it's not a request it's an order. So how poor response from the courier.

They didn't contact with me where my phone number was there written. I tried so many times to contact with them but their unprofessional attitude made me to lodge this complaint. Please give me my parcel. It's important. If it is not done then i have to take some legal actions

The packing done of the courier was improper and even after requesting a fragile sticker no one put it on the courier and my wedding card was all broken and the courier shop is not attending my calls
