My mother had sent me a lot of valuable stuff from jamshedpur to my hostel in hyderabad before december 31st on priority and it was delivered to an unknown address on january 2nd. Without my sign and information.
My address is in ayyappa society, madhapur and the package was delivered to an address in gachilowli. Noone contacted me and i'm wondering how did they scan it as delivered when i did not sign neither was informed over the call.

Please help me, this is a valuable package sent by my mother and help me get it.

It is highly offensive when the courier wasn't even recieved at the given address and falsely shown delivered in the tracking page. My order was k16934064 to be delivered to udupi before 19th and it was seen the dtdc guy didn't even make a call to my friend. After i filed a complaint it was falsely shown delivered to the address while my friend didn't even recieve the parcel. I have always used dtdc for all my couriers but this is the first time when something so inappropriate has happened where the parcel wasn't even recieved and shown delivered at the address. I want the dtdc office to get the parcel and deliver to the given address to the person concerned by at least giving him a phone call. I hope my trust is not broken this time.

I received a call from dtdc personnel on 29th dec (Sat) that i have got your package. Since, it was an off in our office, i requested him to deliver it on 2nd jan. And he was fine with it.
The package was to be delivered by 2nd jan, but god knows why it has been rtoed as per the status on dtdc tracking with an additional update that address was incomplete.

I have been trying to contact them, but everything in vain.
Its been almost 3 weeks but couldn't get any update from either the seller (Pikbuk) nor from dtdc about the package. Mere waste of time and money.

I have ordered products from a seller n she handed over the parcel to the dtdc courier service n after that they never delivered my parcel n now they are saying that the parcel is missing or lost n they r not responding to my complaint n till now i haven't recieved my parcel.. The amount of the parcel was 2600 n it was prepaid i want my money to be refund or i want my parcel to be delivered

With due respect i beg to state that in the day of 10th dec, 2018 i gave a document to dtdc for malda, unfortunately the receiver can not receive the document. So that dtdc returned the document to siliguri.

Till now i do not get my documents back

Every time they harassment

I went dtdc office several times but they did not help me

Dear sir/madam,
A parcel has been sent from paloncha to hyderabad on 11th january 2019.
Tracking number of parcel is h12481002.
It was my online return order to amazon seller seriveces pvt. Ltd. They said item was not receiving. But in dtdc courier site the item was delivered in 17th january 2019. About this i argued with amazon higher authorities, they said please submit proof of delevery.

I request please send me a photo of proof of delivery at [protected]@gmail.com. As fast as possible.

Hi, my complaint is regarding the missing pieces from my consignment holding the reference no. N97088275. The consignment was sent from new york on 22nd sep 2017 and reached the destination i. E ooty on 28 sep 2017. I learned about this online complaint filing method from a friend recently, therefore i am writing you this with very positive hope. I have the proof of where my pieces went missing from the consigment. It was in delhi where my consigment got opened up and few things were stolen.
Following are the list of things that went missing from my parcel
1. Two wrist watches (Male and female)
2. One pair of shoes, skechers women

I sent my courier on 3rd jan 2019 and the courier man gave me dtdc slip and told me that he will deliver it by 4rth jan... I asked his contact no... He refused to gave... He said track your courier through this consignment no. Z85608896... But till today its not delivered... I called there they also did the same... They said ma'am we are doing but yesterday they also refused to help me... I want full compensation from them...

I haven't received my dtdc courier with the consignment no.:k16920466 but the status is showing successfully delivered.

It had my bank atm card and other important docs.
Receiver name is shown as security guard but no name or any contact number.
When i checked with the security they said they haven't received any.

Also, if it was supposed to be delivered to security, i should had received a call saying he is handing over to security.

I got no any calls despite being available at my house whole day.

Our supplier was booked above mentioned consignment on 16.01.2019 from bangalore which is not yet reached to my place - dibrugarh, assam.

On tracking we have found that the above item reached guwahati on 18.01.2019
(19:11 hrs) and it is showing no movement from there.

We had been to your dibrugarh office today morning, they assured us delivery by tomorrow
Morning, but now they have informed us the above mentioned materials still lying at
Guwahati which could not be uploaded for onward transit to dibrugarh.

Please note that these package are having mementos for a program which will be held on
Tomorrow morning, but due to negligence of your guwahati depot we have reached in a
Difficult situation.

Now we are requesting you to necessary step so that we can get it from guwahati by
Tomorrows available flight.

I sent a parcel through express delivery (Dtdc) and the component inside has been damaged. I also asked a hundred times if it would reach carefully and the dtdc center personnel said yes. I was heavily charged and received distorted packaging and product.
Very disappointed with dtdc and i demand for a reimbursement of my money towards damage of product.

My courier wasn't delivered to the address given. The dtdc guy didn't even give a call to my friend. Even though the number was provided. Consignment number is k16934064. My friend had to go all the way to collect it from the dtdc office today but it was closed. It is not possible each and every time to personally go and collect the items delivered through dtdc. Please make sure someone delivers it to the given address and give a call atleast to my friend if he's not available at home.

Consignment (Herbal health protien powder cost of consignment rs 7000/-) weighing 2.170 kgs not delivered yet tracking number b60690388 sent on 16/jan/2019 @ 10.30 am. When called to dtdc contact number [protected]. One mr sudhakar spoke and told the consignment not yet delivered and will be delivered on monday, he mentioned it was broken due to non packing properly and was not able to give proper reason of the status stating it will be couriered today evening.. Today it is on 19/jan/2019.. When i call for enquiry of consignment.. The packing was done after packing the ownder verifed sitting somewhere via cctv as the boy who was there in the office showed and confirmed the owner viewed the consignment via cctv. Kindly check the cctv footage and take action for mis appropriately handling consignment again opening and manupulating the consignment.. I do not understand what service they are delivering, i asked to share the picture as a courtesy i was expecting he would have called me as i had writtern my mobile number ([protected]) on consignment. The consignent was suppose to get delivered to my friend mr kirthikant in hyderabad and who is travelling on sunday morning to sweden.. The consignment was given on 16/jan/2019 promised of delivery within 48 hours still in bangalore office only.. Pathetic service the cost of protein drink which was sealed and viewed by the owner and confirmed after that only packed in dtdc courier office only.. Bill paid and receipt given for rs 505/-.. Please view the cctv footage at b/w 10.00 am and 11.00 am on 16/jan/2019.. Due to non delivery of consignment in time. Pelase take action and cancel the contract if needed.. This is really disturbing and i would have opted for post office delivery for less cost and peace.. I have transferred consignment from uk to india using dtdc services never had faced this kind of problem. I think this is a beautiful lesson from dtdc courier as the consignment will be opened and stolen during transit and never gets delivered. Please view the cctv footage and take necessary action.. It is really a big loss and energy loss talking, tracking and seeking answers for consignment.. If dtdc really cares for the cusotmer, kindly track and revert back to me, so that i can provide the sweden address to transfer with free of cost due to dtdc courier dealer not handling the consignment properly.

My docket no is d48415795 booked from delhi by air delivery & still parcel not received.. It has to be deliver to pune but deliverd to guwahati hub & it is very urgent for us that why we paid air delivery charges rs. 1850 / — i want my parcel today by air delivery else im going to register complaint against dtdc & vendor too in consumer court pune

I gave an envelope containing important business documents and had to reach to my brother in churchgate, mumbai, 400020, next day, saturday, on december 08, 2018 by 10:00am. Paid rs.280.00 for urgent next day delivery. Called the receipient several times on saturday, dec. 08, 2018 before 5:00pm but my brother had not received that envelope. That is my btother's residence. I inquired with dtdc's local office in bodakdev, ahmedabad 380054. Both owners - mr. Ravi lakhani & mr. Chirag lakhani saying lie that the delivery guy rang the bell but nobody opened the door. I explained to both of them, that it's a residence and there are always 5 family members and 2 servants living there. Finally on its own inquiry, dtdc was informed thst the envelope was delivered on monday, dec. 10, 2018 almost at 3:00pm - that happened to be the time for regular delivery. I called dtdc's bangalore head office and requested refund, & i was asked to call dtdc's bombay office, from there i i was directed to call mr tanuj of ahmedabad office. Howvwer, even after calling mr. Tanuj at least 25 times he has not answered his phone even once. It certainly does not seem like a good reputable corporation's behavior. It certainly seems like the responsible employees of dtdc do not care for company's honor & reputation to provide a committed service and if not, then refund the money charged for the service not provided. I had informed dtdc that i am a senior citizen and i don't have my own transportation. I had suggested that since i had charged the amount on my credit card, dtdc should refund that amount on my credit card without creating any more fuss. Pls resolve this immediately and urgently. Myself kezia from kochi. I had an order from bhagalpur to kochi vazhakkala thru' dtdc courier and consignment number is k16215082. From courier office they didn't deliver or even contacted in the contact number given in the delivery address but returned it. It's being more than one month and i haven't received my consignment yet.

After enquiring in kondhwa office, it was told that the another parcel is more than 5 kg, which will be delivered by cargo office of market yard branch.
Still we have not rec'd the second parcel inspite of following with branch manager priyanka.

Ive booked a parcel from gurgaoun to dimapur and since the parcel have reached to guwahati. And the guwahati corriour service informed me to collect ot from their state since they dont have any transportation going to dimapur. How am i going to get it after i paid the service till dimapur. My father couriered some food items on dated 05.01.2019 with tracking number:d44635543, but still my courier is not delivered to the mentioned address and online status is showing as parcel delivered on 14.01.2019. Still courier notinformed me about the same.
I am trying to contact chennai dtdc office many times, earlier they said that they will search and delivered the same, then they said that they delivered the courier to wrong address, they will pick up from there and return my courier but now they stopped receiving my calls, i used to calls them more than 50 times in a day.
Please resolve issues and try to search and deliver my courier asap. This is totally irresponsible staff of dtdc.

While in principle i have no reason to complaint here, i think the courier company can go that extra mile to meet customer expectations.

I sent a letter from pune to mumbai to a bank. Unfortunately the bank shifted on the other side of the road about 50 feet ahead.

The letter returned stating that the addressee not found at the specified address. It was an official letter directed to bank not an individual.

If the courier delivery guy had informed in his mumbai office and someone would have contacted me or the bank, the matter could have been easily solved and the bank building could have been easily located being shifted just a few feet away.

The letter simply returned and i missed my opportunity of a particular banking transaction that i needed to request them.

While i can not blame courier company, they have an opportunity to improve in such cases and go that extra mile to make delighted customers.
