Consignment number x26954394. The booking date is 9th jan 2019. Still it is not delivered to me.in online tracker it is showing as "in transit" by 10th jan after that no update. I have called them number of times and they are saying everyday as just your product will deliver today but nothing is happening. Please help me to deliver this as early as possible.

Booked at agra on 18th jan 2019 and today is 22nd jan still not delivered when i called to delivery boy he said your consignment misroute.
That was very important consignment to reach by 21st but still not delivered due to dtdc mistakes.
Who is responsible for this delay and my loss due to this and still not sure when it will delivered

My friend has ordered a item with tracking number a4305703. When tracking, it is showing as "successfully delivered" on 18th january 2019, but she did not get the item till now. I. E. 22nd january 2019. When she contacted the courier office on 21st january 2019, they told that it has been returned due to wrong address. But the status is still shown as successfully delivered. Also, the address is not wrong because dtdc itself have delivered items two weeks back to the same address and it was not the first time she is getting courier.

Also, she had one more courier with the ref number a43070008. When she asked about that, they told the office will get it on 21st january. But on 22nd january morning, it has been updated as wrong address.

The courier people did not call even 1 time before this 'so called return', to confirm the address. Also, if it returned, why is it shown as successfully delivered.

We do not care about anything. If they do not deliver the parcel within 2 days, this will go to bigger issues.

Dtdc courier service is very bad they are not even responded to call and if they pick call transfer it to another department and location. This this happen with me in the month of jan 19. My 2 courier tracking no m[protected]Mumbai to gurjat) and another z[protected]Sriganganagar to bolangir) both are undeliver till date and they are passing calls from 1 person or dept to another location.

My friend shipped me some important documents thorugh dtdc lite courier and
They are never delivered to me.
I am unable to enquire about this as a direct contact with the company seems improbable. This is very disappointing for me.

I haven't received my parcel shipped from gurgaon to mumbai on 14 jan 2018.
Website is showing this as delivered on 18- jan and till now (22 - jan) i haven't received it.

My package with tracking no. D48381813 has been booked on 15th january 2019 from imagerunners, delhi to deliver it to mumbai with proper address and phone number. Now my shipment status is showing that "not delivered (Receiver not available (Cir)". Earlier it was told that it will be delivered within 5 working days. Can you tell me what am i supposed to do right now?...

I have booked dtdc plus courier service with consignment number (V[protected] on 18th January 2019 (Friday).
The same was supposed to be delivered on next business day 19th January 2019 (Saturday) as assured by them and as per policy of dtdc plus.
However it's not delivered on 21st January 2019, with a comment of "door is locked" on tracking website.
They were supposed to call me on the provided contact number but I didn't receive any call from them.

from dtdc courier office kudithini, bellary (dist) not delivering letters to kpcl btps plant, always over phone from dtdc office kudithini calling customer over phone asking them to to come and collect posts.
Then why customer giving service charge to dtdc?
so many times i asked, dtdc office regarding delivery of posts to kpcl plant still no improvement in service.
Hence advice to your staff to improve service otherwise your loosing customers.

I have raised a complaint regarding my shipment (F[protected] missing. It has been more than 45 days but still there is no reply! I have spoken to countless managers and higher authorities, even in south regional office and surprisingly no-one from head office also have taken responsibility to resolve the issue.
I even posted in their facebook page and still they haven't done anything about it. It is very surprising that a company like dtdc is being so unprofessional. Posting the issue here so that others don't go through what happened in my case (Lost extremely important original documents). I am now forced to take legal route in a hope that dtdc responds to that.

I have booked a parcel from bangalore to dimapur on 31st of december 2018 (F[protected]. On 2nd of january 2019 it was showing as out for delivery. After a week, the person from the dtdc dimapur called my friend and told that the parcel will be delivered next day. But they didn't deliver. When contacted they told us that the shop is closed. And now while tracking, it is showing as address incomplete or wrong.

I am trying to call the customer care number and no one is responding. No response to mails also.

Somebody please help me for delivering or atleast returning the parcel.

The package was given on 17th to dtdc in golaghat, assam. They said it will be delivered to the destination (Bangalore) in 2-3 days. It's 21st and still the package has not yet been delivered. On tracking the consignment, we found that it reached guwahati, assam only on 20th. We don't understand the delay in this. People in dtdc office are still having the laid back attitude. How is dtdc transforming it's courier service? How is a customer happy with such kind of a service? Is dtdc customer centric at all? Apparently, the package had all the bihu food items but because of this delay may be won't be even able to get the items in fresh state. Very bad service

Dear sir, a shipment was booked on 14.01.2019 from gurgoan to mulbagal, karnataka. The consignment number is z83895424. When we tracked online it is surprised to note that the shipment was at bangalore hub for 5 days from 16.01.2019 to 20.01.2019 and forwarded to mulbagal on 21.01.2019.
The courier service in mulbagal also never delivers to the given address instead the customer has to give them calls to verify whether the courier reached or not and we have to go and collect.
They never bother to deliver the courier. I wonder why these courier services are collecting fees when they are not delivering to the given address and failed to deliver within the time. What is the use of booking a courier when they failed to deliver in time. Please take action and intimate us the disciplinary action taken.

My mother sent a lot of valuable things by courier through dtdc from jamshedpur to hyderabad.
My address in hyderabad is ayappa society, madhapur.

The package was sent by 28th dec from jamshedpur and my mother mentioned my contact number and address correct and the package was delivered to an unknown address in gachibowli, hyderabad on 2nd january 2019.

Nobody contacted me before delivery and the shocking part is i did not sign hence i'm not sure why was it scanned to delivered.

My mother had sent me a lot of valuable stuff from jamshedpur to my hostel in hyderabad before december 31st on priority and it was delivered to an unknown address on january 2nd. Without my sign and information.
My address is in ayyappa society, madhapur and the package was delivered to an address in gachilowli. Noone contacted me and i'm wondering how did they scan it as delivered when i did not sign neither was informed over the call.

Please help me, this is a valuable package sent by my mother and help me get it.

It is highly offensive when the courier wasn't even recieved at the given address and falsely shown delivered in the tracking page. My order was k16934064 to be delivered to udupi before 19th and it was seen the dtdc guy didn't even make a call to my friend. After i filed a complaint it was falsely shown delivered to the address while my friend didn't even recieve the parcel. I have always used dtdc for all my couriers but this is the first time when something so inappropriate has happened where the parcel wasn't even recieved and shown delivered at the address. I want the dtdc office to get the parcel and deliver to the given address to the person concerned by at least giving him a phone call. I hope my trust is not broken this time.

I received a call from dtdc personnel on 29th dec (Sat) that i have got your package. Since, it was an off in our office, i requested him to deliver it on 2nd jan. And he was fine with it.
The package was to be delivered by 2nd jan, but god knows why it has been rtoed as per the status on dtdc tracking with an additional update that address was incomplete.

I have been trying to contact them, but everything in vain.
Its been almost 3 weeks but couldn't get any update from either the seller (Pikbuk) nor from dtdc about the package. Mere waste of time and money.

I have ordered products from a seller n she handed over the parcel to the dtdc courier service n after that they never delivered my parcel n now they are saying that the parcel is missing or lost n they r not responding to my complaint n till now i haven't recieved my parcel.. The amount of the parcel was 2600 n it was prepaid i want my money to be refund or i want my parcel to be delivered

With due respect i beg to state that in the day of 10th dec, 2018 i gave a document to dtdc for malda, unfortunately the receiver can not receive the document. So that dtdc returned the document to siliguri.

Till now i do not get my documents back

Every time they harassment

I went dtdc office several times but they did not help me

Dear sir/madam,
A parcel has been sent from paloncha to hyderabad on 11th january 2019.
Tracking number of parcel is h12481002.
It was my online return order to amazon seller seriveces pvt. Ltd. They said item was not receiving. But in dtdc courier site the item was delivered in 17th january 2019. About this i argued with amazon higher authorities, they said please submit proof of delevery.

Hi, my complaint is regarding the missing pieces from my consignment holding the reference no. N97088275. The consignment was sent from new york on 22nd sep 2017 and reached the destination i. E ooty on 28 sep 2017. I learned about this online complaint filing method from a friend recently, therefore i am writing you this with very positive hope. I have the proof of where my pieces went missing from the consigment. It was in delhi where my consigment got opened up and few things were stolen.
Following are the list of things that went missing from my parcel
1. Two wrist watches (Male and female)
2. One pair of shoes, skechers women
