My shipment was booked on 1st Jan but till date I hvn't received the same. When I am calling DTDC madiwala office they say it is in SG palya office. When i call SG palya office, they say it is in madiwala office. This is the same thing that us happening from last 2 days and they are updating wrong in system that the delivery has been attempeted 4 times although it is not. They are fooling the customers. We have booked on 3rd jan by speed courier, but the item was not delivered till 7th, after following up and i went to dtdc office and collected, as the item was not delivered by them, and not as per speed courier delivery time, the courier should be considered as normal and refund the difference of charges between speed and normal.
