Hello,
My brother sent me 2 courier boxes from the uk to india via your so called "well renowned" dtdc courier services. The box weighed around 19.40kgs when the courier was packed initially from uk. I received my package after around 15 to 20days in india at aurangabad, maharashtra. One of the 2 boxes of the package was damaged, i mean it was sticked with the local dtdc courier tape... That's soo bad and disgusting...

My package "tracking number d47217503" has been in transit since last month. The package has not been delivered yet and it has been showing "out for delivery" since 18th dec. 2018 (And today is 4th jan. 2018). The package was sent from delhi to dimapur and the package is showing guwahati hub (Dimapur). How long will it take when the destination is dimapur itself?...

Dtdc courier is worst service i never seen. With out contacting me they return back my parcel. Waste service so in future dont use dtdc courier service. Actually from vizianagaram my mavayagaru sent parcel to me and registered in dtdc courier now 15days over they have not called me and sent that parcel back waste service. My courier with dtdc is lost and due to very unprofessional staff i am not able to track it. This is my international id card which is used to draw my salary and other tax related information in country ireland.

We have booked one consignment from bangalore to tumkur, karnataka on 26.12.2018 under c/no. B60488307. Till 03/01/2018 the same was not delivered. I have couriered one item which is delivered in a broken state, also not packed properly. The item is broken in so many pieces that it is not even recognizable. How can your employees be so irresponsible while packing something. Price of the item is 2000, also i have spent 1100 for the courier. My dtdc courier dated 24th december 2018 ref no. D47511695 hasn't been delivered yet. It is showing order not delivered with comment that that address incomplete or wrong while i had provided complete and accurate address.

Such a pathetic service by dtdc. Earlier, they had said that the courier will reach within 6 days. However, it has been 10 days and order still hasn't been received....

I sent a courier to ludhiana via dtdc with tracking number z85713305. It was sent all covered in a bubble wrap as always but when received the package was all damaged. This is the first time i have faced this problem with dtdc courier.
My product value is ₹1300.
I either want the money as compensation or my product.

Do not go to dtdc for any courier work. Dtdc at anandnagar in ahmedabad is totally rude and useless.

Insults you if you want to check and question them for late delivery.
