We are cpf (India) private limited we are booked courier hyderabad to gajwel, telangana on 10/01/2019 up to now not yet delivered what is the issue can we know. And one more thing this package some important documents have we are given commitment 13/01/2019 but still not delivered please give details and clear my issue as early as possible.
Can you please provide contact details and delay delivery issue who is the resposible can you please.

I have a courier slip of dtdc from tirupur to chennai. The consignment number is d46682054. But on tracking online, it says no data provided and invalid consignment no. I have attached the slip. Please update my shipment. No response from customer care. Please resolve and track my shipment. My contact no [protected].

I tried all means to track. Still no result.

My shipment with tracking z83371105 is not delivered. Inspite of raising several email queries, i did not get any response from dtdc. They don't even have any phone numbers stated to contact. This is pathetic service from dtdc.

Please resolve and provide me the package as soon as possible. The status says wrong address, even though i've given the right address.

My friend has sent a courier to me from west bengal vide consignment no. K16449124.

Today nobody has contacted me from courier office regarding this consignment also this shipment has not arrived at local dtdc office (688005).
But the current status is "not delivered (Receiver not available - (Cir)"

Kindly do the needful to get me this courier today itself. Am ready to go and collect it from dtdc office. It's most urgent

I am really disappointed with your service, everyone pay for that our parcel, courier etc reach in our destination with in time, not to take more and more time, i have parcel important paper from delhi to bokaro jharkhand before six days but this package deliver after six working days. It is very irritating or disappointed to me. My dtdc courior tracking is v50814537, package was delivered with in 72 hrs but its too late.

It's been four days already since i sent my item from shillong and it is still stuck in guwahati. And i wanted it to be delivered to delhi by friday. But how is that even possible now? Can anything be done asap?? If this was the case i would have sent through other courier services that take lesser time to deliver products. Please improve your service and make customers your first priority. That is how you'll grow as a company. Otherwise it will be the beginning of your downfall. Please attend to this immediately.

He called me on saturday for my parcel and said about not proper address in parcel, i told him address on call and even after six days parcel is undelivered and when i called him for delivery he talked rudely and misbehaved. And when i went to office he said i am not giving you parcel,. Do what you can do

I had booked a courier with dtdc in dtdc plus form market road office cochin. The document needed urgent delivery, so i had opted dtdc plus with inr 240.
In the portal it is shown that the delivery is failed due to non availability of customer. While checking t-with the customer, it is confirmed that no one is attended his office for delivery and his office was open through out the day.
While detailed inquiry it is noted that no one tried for the delivery since because of the holiday.

I had paid almost 5 times extra amount for assured next day delivery and due to the responsible action of the concerned staff the delivery is not happened and i loose the amount extra paid.

We have send the material from nashik to jagdalpur through dtdc courier dates sept 4, 2018 shipment p47767410 wieght - 2 kg dated - 4/9/2018 is lying pending rto parcel at your nagpur ro for the last four month. Dtdc local service provider is unable to return our material, we filed the complaint in dtdc customer support site and dtdc management but no response

And today till now 14:50 hrs no news. None of your staff at hq ghy pick up calls.. First call go unanswered and on repeat call it says switched off or busy..

The purpose of fast courier is defeated.

The materials perhaps was air lifted for speedy delivery: but now it will be delivered at per road transport.

As a gesture of good will you should refund the premium charges and instead levy only regular charges for unnessary delay in despatch.

Please look into the matter. And deliver immediately.

My consignmnt no. Is z82277086.. My order was booked on 14 jan 2019 bt till no2 i have not received d parcel.. When i track the parcel it shows that the area is non-servicable.. Instead of dtdc courier company the parcels of other courier company easily come to my door.. Only problm arises with the dtdc courier.. Look into dis matter.. N solve it.. Can i change the address?

My given address is very much true and correct because i used to order from flipkart amazon from same address but now the dtdc guys were telling address is wrong. They didn't contact with me where my phone number was there written. I tried so many times to contact with them but their unprofessional attitude made me to lodge this complaint. Please give me my parcel. It's important. If it is not done then i have to take some legal actions

We booked a courier delivery containing an important document via dtdc on 27th december, 2018 vide consignment number: m80556815 but till date it has neither been delivered to the consignee nor its been returned back to us.

We have called up our vendor several times but he says that the courier is not being able to be traced.

We need the document urgently as its a very important document and a courier service can just not say its missing

U peopl hav misrouted it 3 times and then delivered to someothr state... Atlst befor delivering u peopl did not even call. Is this how u r sysytem works... I ll. Make sure to take this matter to court.

I ordered a wrist watch which was shipped from mumbai on 4th of january 2019. The parcel"s awb number is m72676367. I constantly kept track of the parcel. And on 7th jan2019, online tracking showed successfully delivered to my address. I called the courier branch many times but got no response. Then i tried to trace their nearest branch, but got to know that they have shifted thier branch somewhere else,, after visiting 2 other branches of dtdc, finally tracked the location of the responsible branch. Inquired about my parcel there, they said come tommorow, the head is not here. Took the manager (Gautam) phone noand contacted him. He took note of my complaint and said i will inform you till tommorow, thenagain next day he said that he is working on finding the parcel and will inform as soon as possible, he passed 4-5 days making unusual excuses like deliver boy is on leave, he will come next week. After contacting him on next week monday (14th jan 2019),, he still gave excuse, so i asked courier boy's number,,, and talked to courier boy,. When i told him about the problem, he started lying on the face saying that i have delived the parcel to room no. 20 instead of room no. 19because i called and you only told me to do so (Which was a total lie). I even asked my neighbours of room no. 20 about any delivery of parcel, but hey replied negative. It is sure that the courier boy whose name is r. P singh is lying and has misplaced the parcel. When we started to ask him about the parcel as it was expensive, he just repeated that he has deliverd, i said him to come to my address and tell me where he delivered so i can take it back from the wrong address but he became angry and started abusing on the phone, he then cut the phone and never recieved any further calls.

I will transfer my items to hassan.. From that time till today date to 16th Jan 2019 date I cl customer care service no one Cal are recived.finally reached item to hassan16th Jan that package is damaged Items missing chocolates and what I do.. And my new vivo headphone it's comes with my new mobile..and that's not I'm used and I send to my frnd.. And it also missed

A parcel was sent with above consignment number on 25th dec and is still not delivered to my customer.. Even a mail was sent. But no action is taken.. If call the concerned person seeing my number they dont receive my call also.

Plz take strict action and get my parcel delivered to my customer

My booking at dtdc services in guwahati (Lokhra branch), tracking no.- k16570253, on 27th dec'18 is not delivered till 16 jan'19 at kolkata (Pin-700071). Please take necessary action of such delay of services. The document contained of some important company claims.
